停車位置少，對面自費停車場上午8時後就有高昂的費率，因此8點前就退房。 相似名字的飯店很多，地圖定位找了第三家才正確，可能是北海道第一晚，還不瞭解要用mapcode

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Location: Super convenient location—just 3 min away from Nijo Market and the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Room amenity: We stayed in the Superior Double Room (one queen bed). Having an in-room microwave and washer was very convenient. Obon Event: We visited during the Obon festival, and the hotel offered a complimentary event for guests to dress up in Yukata and attend the Bon Odori. The Yukata rentals, dressing, hair styling, and the after-party (including drinks) were all covered. Also as foreign guests, having dedicated guides who speaks our language was a fantastic touch. Staff Highlights (Rei & Nissy): Rei and Nissy served as wonderful guides during the event. They walked to the festival with us, took photos, and taught us how to dance the Bon Odori. Rei was fluent in Chinese and helped bridge the language gap for us and other guests from Hong Kong. Nissy recommended Ikura Goten for dinner, where we had a fantastic meal. Getting to connect with the staff like this made the trip truly unique. Staff Highlights (Yuka): Yuka at the front desk was extremely helpful with our transportation logistics. She first called our next hotel to check if they had a shuttle pick-up. When that wasn't possible, she helped us book a long-distance bus after our own attempts failed due to needing a Japanese phone number. She called on our behalf, secured our tickets to Lake Toya, and printed a map showing us the exact bus stop location.
Room Size: The room is on the smaller side. If you are traveling with large luggage, opening full-sized bags requires a bit of effort and rearranging the desk and chairs. Transit with Heavy Luggage: Getting to the hotel from New Chitose Airport with big suitcases can be a bit of a struggle. The easiest route is taking the airport bus to the Minami 3-jo (Susukino) stop, which drops you off just a 5–8 minute walk from the hotel front door. Alternatively, taking the JR train to Sapporo Station requires transferring to the subway line to Odori Station and walking from Exit 34. If you have heavy bags, taking a taxi directly from Sapporo Station might be the better option.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026櫃檯服務人員態度很棒！ 大廳整體設計很舒服、溫馨！ 早餐有4種主餐可以選擇，另有自助沙拉吧炸物以及各種飲品，雖然種類不多，但是餐點的口味很好，吃完之後很滿足！另外，飯店大廳有提供welcome drink可以飲用。 房內有洗髮沐浴乳，其他備品放在大廳自由索取。 房間不大，但房間裡有微波爐、洗脫烘洗衣機，原本擔心住轉角房間噪音會很多，結果並沒有這個問題！床鋪軟硬度適中，好睡！整體清潔度也無可挑剔！ 住宿地點很讚，離巴士站及大通站都很近，大約不到10分鐘的距離，且鄰近多間百貨及狸小路，逛街很方便。

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Staffs are extremely nice. Room has everything we need and they are using good qualities stuffs. They provide Refa products and hair dryer, which is for me a plus to try before buy it.
The basic room is really small, it is hard to find space to open a 29in suitcase. But it is just really a minor thing compare to other things.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026スタッフの方が皆さん優しくて、明るくて、居心地が良かったです！ 朝食のメインが３択で、内容もとてもよかったです。 個人的に良かったポイントは、バス周りがリファで統一されていたことと、 部屋に洗濯機（洗剤も置いてある）、プレスアイロン、靴乾燥機、電子レンジがあって、すごく過ごしやすかったです！ 部屋も通路が広く、狭さを感じないレイアウトになっていてとても良かった。 テレビでyoutubeも見れて、滞在がとても楽しかったです！
朝食にハンバーガーを食べたのですが、パティが冷たかったです。。。 （忙しかったからか、、） それ以外は何もないです！

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026아침식사가 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 4성급 이상 호텔의 여러종류 음식 부페가 아닌 메인 디쉬가 있고 추가로 간단하지만 매우 맛있는 엄선된 듯한 부페가 맘에 들었습니다. 방의 규모는 조금 작았지만 필요한 물품은 세심하게 준비가 되어있었습니다. 삿포로 시내 오도리공원 근처라 시내관광에 매우 편했습니다. 특히, 스프카레 '트레져'가 호텔 다음 길가에 있어 아주 좋았습니다. 그 외에 미츠코시백화점, 메가돈키호테, 다누키코지 상점가 등 번화가를 즐길 수 있어서 좋앗습니다.
일부 카운터 직원이 자기들끼리 언어소통이 잘못된 여행객을 두고 흉을 보는건지 험담을 하는지 태도가 맘에 안들었습니다.(7월7일 화요일 오후 1시50분경 제복을 갖춘 여직원 두명) 도큐스테이삿포로호텔을 목적지로 하면 도큐스테이오도리호텔로 안내하는 경우가 있어서 호텔 홍보에 좀 더 신경 써주면 좋겠습니다.

Staff eccezionale, dovevo spedire le valigie e hanno chiamato l'hotel di destinazione per confermare indirizzo, numero di telefono e che la mia prenotazione fosse corretta. Ho spiegato che dentro le valigie c'erano dei contenuti fragili e hanno messo l'adesivo fragile per la spedizione!

Reviewed May 9, 2026Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes und ausgesprochen höfliches Personal. Die Lage ist zentral in Sapporo, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Die Ausstattung mit einer Waschmaschine war für uns außerdem sehr hilfreich. Zudem gab es morgens ein exzellentes Frühstück!

The hotel personnel were very kind, we loved the breakfast, the hotel location is great and the room was silent and very comfortable. Reviewed Apr 20, 2026ご飯がおいしくて飲み物のサービスも良かったです。お部屋も綺麗でした。下のラウンジを遅くまで使わせてもらって勉強していたら、スタッフさんが声をかけてくださって、環境を整えてくれてとても嬉しかったです。

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026ロケーションも良いですが、設備がとても充実していると思います。 宿泊費に対してとてもお得感があります。 寝具の硬さが私にとても合っていたのか、久しぶりに熟睡出来ました。 次回、札幌に来る時も、是非、利用したいです。

スタッフの対応は全体的にそんなに良くなかった。笑顔がない感じ。

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026The location was close to a lot of shopping and the fish market as well as about s 20 min walk from the Sapporo Station with its upscale shopping mall with lots of food options. Not far from the dedicated bus to the Sapporo Beer Museum either. The washer/dryer worked well and the shower was good.
The standard room was small for a couple. They gave us a coupon for 1 highball or wine with ‘tapas’ included for 500yen but the tapas was a very tiny plate with a view olives and nuts. Very few English-speaking staff ( that’s fair but not what we generally encountered in our month in Japan).

Reviewed Apr 14, 20262泊の札幌滞在のうち、1泊をこちらにお世話になりました。細かいところまで行き届いている清掃やチェックイン前・チェックイン中のスタッフの方にも丁寧にしていただき、もう1泊もこちらにすればよかった…と思うほど心地よい滞在をさせていただきました。

浴室不大加上門又往內開，有點難進去，房間不大，可能是因為設施多

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026The hotel was close to a shopping street with convenience stores and restaurants. Hotel staff were also always friendly and helpful. They also had a promo for drinks in the lobby/restaurant, and they were delicious. The rooms were equipped with a laundry machine, microwave, and induction stove. Always prefer staying at Tokyu Stay hotels because of this.
The breakfast is only a set menu everyday. We are used to a hotel breakfast buffet so this was a different experience.

Cleaning services only done once for 7-day stay. For a 5-day stay option to just change towels and remove trash everyday

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Staff & cleanliness. I walked from Sapporo station with my roller luggage. If your fit and like exercise, there’s so much to see on the walk it was only 12 mins. Otherwise just get a taxi from Sapporo station. I liked the shower head to too. Has a great misting function haha!
The breakfast isn’t worth it in my opinion. I would go elsewhere

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026房內有洗脫烘、還有烘鞋機超級讚！櫃檯旁的吧台憑房卡還可以點飲料來喝。若是自駕的話，check in的時候可以詢問櫃檯飯店車位是否有空位，一天¥2000也比附近的停車場還划算！櫃檯也很熱情，飯店離貍小路也很近，下次來札幌還是會選這間飯店！😍
美中不足是房內設備的關係，所以空間稍微小了，行李箱展開完不方便人走動，若是前開式的會比較方便
