Arabella Azur Resort - All Inclusive

This is a great budget option for an all in-inclusive resort in the heart of Hurghada. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was built for European guests. There are two pools available for lounging and access to a mini-beach if you feel like some time at the sea. While not as luxurious as other resorts, this is a solid choice for the price.

Waren das erste mal im arabella azur und waren sehr zufrieden. War nicht das letzte Mal das wir dort Urlaub machen werden.

Das ist das dritte Mal, dass wir nach Hurghada reisen – und immer ins gleiche Hotel. Es fühlt sich einfach wie Zuhause an!!! Ich empfehle es mit geschlossenen Augen – wegen der Ruhe und der friedlichen Atmosphäre!! Abwechslungsreiches Essen und wunderbare Menschen!! Danke an alle. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Un hôtel a taille humaine qui donne sur l'entrée de la mer. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Pour un couple c'est l'idéal. Le calme absolue. Une clientele respectable. Le service du buffet restaurant est topissime, vous avez un grand choix de nourriture. Moi-même étant difficile je peux vous dire que vous trouverez votre bonheur.Les piscines sont propres mais on y est pas allé car la mer à nos pieds. Sécurisé et au centre ville. Juste la TV impossible à régler mais pas un problème car c'est les vacances

Havde booket 2 dobbeltværelser of 1 twin værelse, med fik 2 twin og 1 dobbelt. Fik dog 1 nyt værelse dagen efter uden problemer 👌 Boede i delen med panorama view, hvilket var helt perfekt ♥️ God variation af mad til alle måltiderne og konstant servering af drikkevare ved stranden og polområderne. Fantastisk klart vand med mange fisk og koralområder at snorkle i. Helt klart en super oplevelse. Meget rent og pænt over det hele. Dog meget store og hårde puder, som eneste minus.😉

I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. Their dive centre is excellent as is their hotel reef, with snorkelling just off the beach ideal. The food is dynamic and there are enough restaurants to choose from, so you don't get bored. Though as always, with All Inclusive, if you stick to one menu theme for each meal, rather than a bit of everything, every time, it will continue to surprise and delight. Above all, the staff are kind and friendly. The security at the main street front gate seems excessive, but offers you peace of mind. It's located within easy reach of the airport and the town, and there's a parade of shops inside the compound as well as another just outside the gates, so even if you like to stay put on a resort, you're covered. I like to give a balanced review, but to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay and can't think of anything that was bad. I hope you enjoy your stay too!

Geweldige locatie. Super schoon, fantastisch en vriendelijk personeel, perfect en gevarieerde maaltijden. Kortom Arabella Azur is super voor een heerlijk verblijf.

Si je retourne à Hurghada, ce sera ARABELLA et rien d’autre! Hôtel directement sur plage, uniquement des petits bungalow, à l’opposé de l’usine à touristes de la ville. Chambre faite chaque jour. Personnel parfait. Repas changés tous les jours et copieux. Plusieurs restaurants. Plusieurs bars à volonté, alcool glaces etc Vraiment un sans faute.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Freundliches (sogar deutschsprachiges Personal) und gutes Essen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

La struttura e ben posizionata in centro cita, personale molto gentile, pulizia eccellente. La cucina molto diversificata e per tutti i gusti , un po’ meno scelta per le persone intolerance al glutine. Un altra pecca che ho trovato e l’internet, funziona solo vicino alla piscina . Se anche queste piccole cose funzionavano avrei dato 5 stelle .

We had a somewhat noisy room near the main entertainment the first night (fortunately not repeated) and the bed was a little firm. Location is excellent with easy walks along the beech and into town. Great swimming with lots of fish direct from the beech. Food was ok but generally found food in Egypt to be uninspiring so no worse than others. Dining room had great view of the sea as did our room. Great pools though the large one was VERY cold. Lots of facilities on site but some closed as out of season.

Amazing hotel with private beach and snorkling reef. The staff in all areas are outstanding. This hotel is the place to stay in Hurghada. Only thing I woiuld reccomend the hotel is wifi in the room and a better Gym

Amazing location, with private beach and exelent snorkling, service staf is fantastic all a round.. Food is good, the spagetti guys are great This is 4 stars when its best and they should be considdered near the 5 star.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, das Personal immer freundlich. Leider liegt die Anlaga etwas außerhalb Hurghadas.

Le séjour c’est dans l’ensemble bien passé. Néanmoins la nourriture proposée est infecte et de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons donc très souvent mangé dehors. Chaque personne présente attend un pourboire pour le moindre service donné et quand bien même vous donner un pourboire certains ne sont pas contents du montant. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Mais la lumière entrait par l’espèce de voûte de la chambre, du coup réveil à 6h par la lumière du jour. Les clients russes et allemands paraissent être leurs préférés, car vous avez beau faire la queue à la réception pour une question on les fera passer quand même avant vous, jusqu’à qu’ils se rendent compte que vous êtes français.

Amazing place. You must stay there. From checkin to checkout outstanding and everything in between. The whole Arbella team is above excellent. I can’t name all to many names. Everyone should pat them self on there back. The medical clinic was outstanding, had to use them and very professional and caring. Stay there, until I return keep up the outstanding job. Room D118. Nicht gefallen:Tücher im Badezimmer werden täglich gewechselt,auch wenn sie nicht am Boden liegen(NICHT UMWELTSCHONEND!)Fire-Show dauerte am Abend nur 30min...Beachshow fand spontan statt und wurde an Pinwand nicht angezeigt.2 Tage früheres Einchecken war telefonisch nicht möglich,wir mussten online 2 Nächte separat buchen.Geschlossenes Buffet war sehr unpraktisch. Gefallen:Futter für Katzen und guter Umgang mit den Tieren(sehr lobenswert,amazing!!!).Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.Essen und Service gut.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage und überaus freundliches Personal! Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren bequemer als jedes Hotelbett in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Wir können es kaum erwarten zurück zu kommen!

Hallo. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Super Anlage, Personal, Essen, Angebote, Zimmerservice, einfach nur top und wunderbar. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dass wir bei Ihnen Ferien geniessen.

C’est très beau, propre et la nourriture correcte.. Le staff super disponible et l’emplacement est parfait si on a envie d’aller en ville.. Je recommande

We had a wonderful time and the service was excellent.

Arabella is a very nice hotel, they have very clean and good facilities. There are a lot of options for families with children and also young people. The service is fine. The personable are kind and the cleaning is good as well. The food could be much better.

Das Personal ist immerzu freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in dieser Anlage und ich konnte den Urlaub sehr geniessen. Leider gibt es nur an zwei Stellen auf dem gesamten Gelände WiFi. Dies finde ich kurzum nicht mehr zeitgemäss und sollte wirklich nachgerüstet werden. Ich denke die Gäste würden dafür sogar ein bisschen höhere Preise in Kauf nehem.

The worst experience ever. The all inclusive is not as you imagine, the snacks are terrible, the bars only serve few drinks that available for your *all inclusive*. The nightmare is that the bars close at 12 am So basically, the all inclusive is not as what you would expect, the property is not clean as it should be and the staff were not very friendly I won’t recommend this place at all

La compagnie aérienne a perdu un de mes bagage je suis arrivé à l’hôtel en l’expliquant et visiblement c’était le cadet de leur soucis , je leur ai demandé à plusieurs reprise de téléphoner pour pour moi à l’aéroport, ça n’a pas été fait de bon cœur et dans insisté , jusqu’au troisième jour où j’ai demandé à voir le directeur pour qu’il me face lui même et j’ai récupérer ma valise le soir même ! Photos non conforme à l’hôtel ,ce n’est pas moderne, la nourriture horrible étant au régime j’ai mangé juste viande et légume j’ai été malade 10j sur 14 et j’en ai fait des pays!mes enfants aussi on été malade . Nous avions une chambre collée à la piscine et L’animation était tôt le matin parfois à 9h autour de la piscine musique à fond ! Le service de ménage sonnait à la porte et parfois ouvrait la porte lorsque nous dormions avec mes enfants à 8h du matin pour nettoyer la chambre !!!!!! Nous avons fait 9j d’inactivité pour ne pas rester à l’hôtel et les 4j où nous étions sur place était compliqué , la plage n’est absolument pas adaptée aux enfants , c’est un mur qui sépare la mer et la plage personne n’as pieds alors que 100m plus loin l’hôtel d’à cote à une syperbe plage de sable blanc où nous n’avons évidemment pas le droit d’aller . Si je n’avais pas mis les économies dans ces vacances je serait clairement partie l’heure qui suit notre arrivé

It was an amazing hotel. The animation team had the whole hotel lit and were the best. The food was amazing and fresh every meal. It was facing the sea and we saw birds and fish come up near the restaurant. The beach and swimming pool were clean and had easy access. We had someone that needed a wheel chair and most places in the hotel were accessible via wheelchair. Only downside is some rooms lost service or WiFi.

Food was great. Not enough varities but great taste. All stuff are very friendly a helpful. (All all khan rest. Stuff , Chef fathy and m.ahmed beach Bar , baha housekeeping, and spical thanks for the best animation team ever. Thank you pedro)

Overall it was good with amazing location and good stuff but variety of meals was so poor

On arrival there was a 40%increase on priced quoted not including the 27%tax. Had to find another hotel last minute. The notified that Americans and Egyptians did not qualify for the price quoted.

Lovely white domes and attractive features, it is by far the nicest place I saw in Hurghada. The staff are excellent. The food was good, I liked the Grill restaurant overlooking the sea, it had a slightly run down beach hut look which added to its charm, the staff were friendly and greeted everyone like old friends, which they probably are, I met one woman who had been 17 times. The views are lovely, you can stroll, chose a place to sit or use the pools. It is easy to get to Hurghada town but a nice distance away. The property is highly favoured by German guests. As a lone female guest I can say this is the best hassle free hotel I have stayed in in Hurghada. I booked a double bed, at first they tried giving me a twin he changed when I said no. This is the only minor quibble I can think of to say. The room cleaner, waiters and reception staff were a cut above your usual staff. Will be back.

Nice hotel for inclusive. I’m not big on all inclusive places but they have went above my expectations. They have their own coral reef, surf arena and aqua arena for diving. Everyone is very friendly.

Superb in almost every resepct, exotic, clean and plenty to do in a great location. I dived at the on-site dive resort (Blue Water). My apartment was incredible with a cozy private balcony facing the sunrise over the red sea. All food (including daytime snacks) and drinks (including cocktails) as well as many activities were included with two good pools and three separate beaches. Value for money was perfect. Only problem was standard of food and kitchen hygene - I was not the only person who got food poisining (maybe from the catering on the resort's boats). And don't expect much from the wifi - its only OK for basic emails at reception.

Great resort. I enjoyed scuba diving with the dive resort there. Food was great. Great access to the resort beaches, and the resort house reef is absolutely amazing.

Very good location and good experience with a colored fishes by shnorkeling. Great welcomers. They surprised us by upgrading our room to sea view room. Workers r always smiling. Clean rooms and amazing architecture. It was unforgettable honeymoon and vacation.

Big resort with a lot to offer, all inclusive no need for money! The reef at the hotel was amazing! Snorkeling on site is unbeatable. Food and drinks offered at many different areas. So glad I chose this resort!
