The sea was very nice, sandy beach and clean. The food was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The party need more important and the animation team need to be more active.

Otelin genel temizliği iyiydi, animasyon ekibi eğlenceliydi. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik, early check in ve late check outta yardımcı oldular

The place is wonderful and the cleaning is exceptional. The most of staff were friendly, supportive and fast responsive. Special thanks to Mr.Mohamed sayed in recieption, Mohamed in dinning service, Mahmoud from room service and Hussain the main door security.

Room furniture are quite old but efficient. The food was good but it hasn't much variety especially for people who has a digestive condition. Some chefs in breakfast and lunch are not qualified to treat with guests, as they had touch replies on our request and didn't pay the mandatory attraction.

La marina : le spot pour se baigner à la mer est incroyable. Cest vraiment le point fort de cet hôtel Nourriture plutôt bonne avec du choix. Mention spéciale pour les réceptionnistes Mohamed et Martena qui ont été à l'écoute.

L'animation proposée n'est pas très accrochante. Chambres assez vieilles , un coup de propre serait pas de refus (notamment les joints de la sdb)

Nur zwei Nächte gebucht. Das Bett war recht bequem.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter waren in der Überzahl. Das Essen war eher einem 2 Stern Hotel entsprechend und die komplette Anlage wirkte stark in die Jahre gekommen.

10/10 nous avons adorer l’hôtel qui est très propre et très chaleureux Ses vrai que les chambre son vieille mais a part ça setais nickel. Nous avons manger durant notre séjour uniquement a l’hôtel et nous ne somme pas tomber malade pourtant estomac fragile et on y mange très bien ses très variée. Sauf le petit déjeuner que je n’ai pas aimer. Les fontaines d’eau, la nourriture et les boisson à disposition son toute de l’eau en bouteille donc c super. La piscine est magnifique et la plage incroyable un endroit fabuleux où nous pouvons faire du snorkeling. Toute les chambre menés sur la piscine et la terrasse ést grande avec un etandoire . Le seul bémol : il faut marcher longtemps sous le soleil pour arriver à la plage

Het eten, als je honger hebt prima maar er zat weinig smaak, kleur en diepgang in.Olie, heel veel olie dat wel. Nu begreep ik van andere 2 Azur resorts nog slechter van kwaliteit waren. Dus we hadden nog geluk. Het entertainment is leuk, gezien je er toch op vakantie bent, maar ... euhm tja. Het is vermakelijk. Niks ten nadele van de entertainment-mensen zelf. Vol overgave doen ze hun best maar ...goed dat ik er mr 4 dagen was.

Tja er werd voor mij geboekt, bij deze keten. Er zijn 3 Azur resorts. BelAir is wat verouderd maar adults only. Wat beviel mij het meeste: de staff & personeel bijzonder vriendelijk. Egyptische dat wel maar he leek allemaal gemeend.

Het all inclusive concept is vooral veel eten en "gratis". Daarbij snap ik het niet.. het eten was smaak en kleurloos weinig toevoegingen. Behalve heel heel veel olie Entertainment was ook zo zo. Adults only. - all inclusive Je moet er van houden. En het team van Entertainment zelf; super gedreven en vriendelijk, staff restaurants etc. Super vriendelijk maar het is het allemaal net niet

Resort carino, in una bella posizione per fare il bagno in acqua pulita, a ridosso della barriera corallina per fantastiche immersioni. Ristoranti ben forniti, servizio all inclusive consigliato. Servizio bar anche sulla spiaggia. Personale disponibile. Possibilità di prenotare le escursioni in loco.

Gostei da qualidade dos serviços, simpatia dos funcionários, facilidade e acomodação, atividades de animação. A limpeza foi muito boa, a comida é excelente com várias opções. Bares em todos os sítios.

La nourriture est très bonne et très variée et le personnel est très bien. L’emplacement est exceptionnel (récif à proximité pour le snorkeling). Je recommande d’autant plus que c’est la deuxième fois que j’y séjourne.

Wlan nur in öffentlichen Bereichen, Essenauswahl nicht groß und viel Dreck an und auf den Tischen

La piscine de l'hôtel, la plage privée avec transat, le petit déjeuner avec un énorme choix, le buffet du midi et du soir est correct il y a egalement pleins de choix différents. La chambre est bien, c'est insonorisé mais le soir il y a des animations donc on entends le bruit à prendre en compte, propre (l'homme de ménage passe tous les jours). L'hotel est dans le centre d'hurghada, pas loin de l'aéroport également.

La salle de sport concernant la partie musculation ou il manque énormément d'équipements professionnel, elle est en mauvaise état pour ceux qui veulent faire de la musculation pendant vos vacances je vous déconseille cette hôtel. La plage est quand même à 5minutes à pied depuis l'hôtel c'est pas grand chose mais à prendre en compte. Une fois arrivé à la plage mettez vos serviettes sur les transat prévu et baignez vous sur la plage à droite qui est propre car celle devant les transat est pas très propre il y a des déchets constamment qui flotte... Celle d'a côté est translucide est propre.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt Wir waren als große Familie im Bel Air Azur Resort Hurghada und sind rundum begeistert. Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist wirklich tipptopp – freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel hat uns sehr überzeugt. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir als große Familie haben schon gesagt, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen möchten. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön und wir freuen uns bereits auf das nächste Mal. Ein ganz besonderer Dank und liebe Grüße gehen an den Hotelmanager Ihab sowie an das gesamte Team – auch an all die Mitarbeiter, deren Namen wir leider nicht kennen. La ubicación y el entorno en sí. La atención de los camareros fue excelente. Y la limpieza y atención por parte del chico que se encargaba de ello.

De 17 a 19h no tenían snacks ni ningún tipo de comida. Si tienes en cuenta que las excursiones de la mañana acaban sobre esa hora y que te dan de comer poca cosa... llegas con mucha hambre y tienes que esperarte a la hora de cenar porque no hay nada para poder picar, cuando se supone que es un resort con todo incluido. Además avisamos con más de 3 semanas de antelación de que nuestro vuelo llegaría de madrugada, que si era posible pagar un poco más y entrar sobre las 2 y pico cuando llegáramos, nos dijeron hasta en dos ocasiones que no lo sabrían hasta el mismo dia de llegada (siendo un resort). Cuando llegamos (2) nos hicieron esperar hasta las 4 y pico de la mañana allí tiradas en unos sofás para entrar (y eso pagando). Considero que sabïan previamente que tendrían disponibles las habitaciones y no hicieron nada. Para ser un resort con todo incluido deja mucho que desear.

Alles war super Personal war sehr nett. 👍 Essen war sehr lecker. Wir könnten immer einiges zusammen kombinieren wie z.B. reis mit saucen oder Fleisch und dann haben wir selber Salat zusammen gemischt. Desserte waren sehe lecker und teilweise gar nicht so extrem süß, alles in Rahmen. 🥗🥞🥘 Wir hatten 2 unterschiedliche Zimmern gebucht und netterweise haben sie so gegeben, dass wir nebeneinander sind. War natürlich viel praktischer. Neben Pool gab immer Liegeplätze, wir hatten am Pool kein Probleme gehabt, am Meer schon. Da musst man bisschen früh hin oder geheime Ecke finden. WiFi - wir haben nicht mehr extra gebucht weil am Pool, im Restaurant, im Foyer und soger auf die Terrasse hatten wir WiFi. Das reicht doch für Urlaub. Getränke sind okay, die Limonaden sind zu süß, wir haben immer mit Wasser getrunken aber sonst gab überall Kaffeemaschine und 5-6 Stück Tee auswahl. Lage ist okay, es gibt einige Geschäfte drum herum und sicher etwas günstiger als direkt im Zentrum. Mit dem Taxi bis zur Marina hat auch nur 10 min. gedauert.

Le côté adult only, le dîner en bord de piscine, le confort des chambres, la propreté des lieux, la proximité avec le centre ville. La bienveillance du personnel et du check out qui nous a permis de rester au sein de l'hôtel la journée sans surcoût alors que nous avions un vol tard la nuit suivante, prêt d' une chambre pour se doucher.

Allez on va être peu tatillon le wi fi dans les chambres qui n est pas accessible et le fait aussi d' avoir une chambre avec 2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double comme demandé.

Personal: alle waren sehr nett Essen: war qualitatives Fleisch und regionale Lebensmittel. Alles war lecker 😋 wir waren 3x täglich im Restaurant. Die haben viele Gerichte mit Fleisch gehabt. Für ein Vegetarier wäre bisschen problematisch. Auch die Desserte waren nicht extrem süß. Es gab auch immer genug essen. Nur die Limonaden waren zu süß, für diabetiker ein Horror. Aber sonst wir könnten jederzeit Kaffee und Wasser trinken. Fast jeder 2. abend hatten die eine Thematik beim Abendessen, so war auch interessant. P.S. manche haben vom Essen beschwert, aber hatten trotzdem 2x volle Teller gegessen. Alsoooo Zimmer: war groß genug, sauber, auf das Bett haben wir auch ganz gut geschlafen.🛏. Die haben auch netterweise etwas besseres Zimmer gegeben als ich gebucht habe. Danke 😊 Pool: war ganz normal, wir hatten immer Plätze gefunden zum liegen und wir konnten ganz in ruhe schwimmen. 🏊‍♀️ Strand: muss man die geheime Ecke finden. Aber es geht 🏖 Unterhaltung: ab 8:30 haben die eine Show, das war mal gut mal okay. Aber Geschmackssache. Die geben auf jeden Fall Mühe und hören auch rechtzeitig damit auf. - Vormittags haben die Aquagymnastik. - Die Massage und Touren verkaufen haben auch nur 1x gefragt und nicht jeden Tag genervt wie bei andere hotels.💆‍♂️ - Tennis war umsonst 🎾 Da laufen 6-7 Katzen 🐱 und einige sind kuschelbedürftig. Das Hotel kümmert auch um die was nur für das Hotel spricht. Also sehr empfehlenswert.

Fijn verblijf. Het koraalrif was fantastisch. We snorkelden iedere dag. Het personeel was heel lief en vriendelijk. De buffetten waren ook goed.

We verveelden ons in de avond. De shows waren saai, behalve de pool party. Het zwembad en het strand sluiten erg vroeg, ook de sportactiviteiten kon je enkel op het heetst van de dag doen.

Sehr gute Angebote an Sportlichen Aktivitäten! Die Animateure haben sich viel Mühe gegeben und gute Aktivitäten angeboten.

Das Personal an den Bars war leider teilweise sehr lustlos und hat öfter mal etwas schlecht oder grimmig reagiert! WLAN gab es nur am Pool & in der Lobby, also war es nötig eine E-SIM zu kaufen falls man erreichbar sein wollte.

Ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi. C' e' anche una palestra e campi da tennis. Area biliardo e carte. Se volete rilassarvi é il posto ideale. Consiglio di fare shopping nel grande bazar di fronte: piccoli prezzi e nessuno che ti importuna. Una menzione va ai ragazzi delle pulizie in particolare Ali della spiaggia e Abu Bakr. Anche i bagnini attenti e appassionati e sempre alla ricerca di delfini per avvisare i clienti!!

Il wifi funziona solo nelle aree comuni, e non sempre. Gli spettacoli vanno migliorati. Non c' è una doccia in piscina.

- Old building - Old furniture, with some semi-renovated rooms. - Not available car shaded parking. - Internet connection does not reach the rooms. - The beach area resembles a swimming pool; access to the sea is via a pool ladder. - Small swimming pool; unsuitable for diving.

The hotel fully met our expectations. It was clean, welcoming, and offered a wide range of entertainment and activities. The food was also very good, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. The location was ideal, and the beach just behind the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool was great and really added to our enjoyment throughout the stay. The staff were attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Overall, the hotel played a big part in making our holiday such a wonderful and enjoyable experience!

Our friends’ room (357) was very clean and modern. Unfortunately, ours (340) was in noticeably poorer condition. The bathroom ceiling was unfinished, shampoo and soap were not provided until several days into our stay, and there was peeling paint and visible marks on the walls. We also experienced dirty water backing up into the toilet from the septic system, unpleasant smells in the bathroom, and stains around the air-conditioning unit. Thankfully, these issues did not spoil our holiday, and we still chose to stay in the room for the entire trip. However, we do feel that room 340 could benefit from some renovation and maintenance to bring it up to the same standard as other rooms in the hotel.

El arrecife de coral es excelente para hacer snorkel. El personal es muy atento y amable. El hotel está muy limpio, las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. Se descansa muy bien. La comida es variada y sin ser excelente, está por encima de otros resorts de la zona donde hemos estado. El todo incluido es muy completo.

Le hace falta algún repaso a las instalaciones. Algunos barman no sabían poner copas, pero con las debidas instrucciones se soluciona. Las distancias de la habitación a la playa se hacen un poco largas debido al tamaño del complejo

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet hôtel et avons été très agréablement surpris ! Même complet, on ne ressent pas du tout l’effet de masse : il y a toujours de la place, notamment à la piscine pour nager tranquillement. Le lieu est très agréable et propre, le personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour le buffet, qui malgré nos a priori suite à certains commentaires, nous a vraiment surpris : varié, diversifié et pour tous les goûts ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

la climatisation fait pas mal de bruit et nous avons été obligés de l’éteindre pour dormir. Cependant, les chambres sont bien isolées et conservent bien la fraîcheur

Bel Air Azur Resort delivers a wonderful vacation experience highlighted by an amazing private beach where you can walk far out along the pier to snorkel in deeper waters right away. The room was excellent, offering a spacious setup for three people overlooking the pool, complete with a huge terrace balcony. The dining was equally impressive, featuring a wide array of delicious food and a lovely dinner by the pool with excellent barbecue options. Throughout our stay, the efficient and friendly staff ensured everything ran smoothly with a welcoming attitude. I would definitely return to BelAir Azur Resort again!

Good variety and great quality of the food. In addition to the food there was a great selection of fruit. The food selection well represented the original Egyptian cuisine.

The beach front had sharp rocks just at the entrance into the sea. Overall the beach was great except you need swimming shoes to enter the water.

Hôtel pour ma part, exceptionnel avec un emplacement extrêmement sympa, un personnel aux petits soins d’une gentillesse, juste incroyable une propreté entretenu au quotidien extrêmement agréable et ce qui m’a marqué le côté extrêmement safe dans tout l’hôtel

Nunca tinha estado num hotel com tudo incluído e sem dúvida que o Bel Air foi a melhor escolha para isso. Tínhamos sempre tudo à disposição, a qualquer hora. O cuidado dos funcionários e a simpatia é de relevar. Antes de Hurghada, estive em Cairo e a diferença é gritante, senti que estava em "casa" e que estava junto dos meus de tão familiar que o hotel era! Além disso o hotel foi incansável, deixou-nos fazer o check out umas horas mais tarde sem qualquer custo o que foi excelente!

Acho que há dois temas importantes: 1 - Animação. A animação é incrível, os jovens que a fazem esforçam-se e conseguem animar bastante a noite mas a duração não é longa, acaba cedo. Além disso, durante o dia passa pouca música na zona da piscina (só quando há atividades na piscina). 2 - O ponto que menos gostei e talvez faça mais confusão devido em Portugal já não ser tema: copos de plástico. A quantidade de copos de plástico e lixo é desnecessário. Será que era viável cada hóspede ter um copo somente seu? Reutilizável?

La spiaggia con la barriera corallina é meravigliosa. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza di tutto il personale dai camerieri, al room service, al bar tutti davvero super gentili e premurosi. L'intrattenimento alla sera é stato davvero divertente. Assolutamente consigliato!

Отель удачно расположен, можно выйти в город. Рядом с отелем всегда можно остановить такси. Хороший пляж, но иногда жалели, что не захватили аквашузы. Номер просторный, кровати удобные. Кондиционер староват и шумноват, в целом справлялся, но иногда хотелось сделать попрохладнее. Питание хорошее, готовят вкусно и креативно, всегда есть выбор. Отдельное спасибо поварам, и, конечно, милой Лене (Guest relations), она всегда помогала, объясняла. Отдыхом довольны.

На наш взгляд, главный минус - очень громкая анимация у бассейна днём. Мы любим в отпуске поспать после обеда, здесь это нереально, в 15.00 раздаётся отчаянно громкая музыка. Все номера выходят на бассейн, поэтому избежать этой шумовой атаки невозможно. В остальное время тихо, поскольку отель 18+, но вот этот момент огорчал.

Resort was nice, they gave you no reason to leave. Easy access to the sea.

Food will get you sick if you’ve got a European stomach. Got it halfway through the trip and couldn’t shake it.

This is my 3rd time to stay in Bel Air Azur. The service is amazing, all the staff were friendly and professional. Starting from the reception, to the restaurent staff, the housekeepers, bars, everyone was amazing. Special thanks to Mr Peter who took care of our reservation and find us suitable rooms as per our request. Definitely will come again.

I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The experience was excellent from the moment i arrived Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and helpful attitude. The reception team was very welcoming and supportive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and comfortable. A big appreciation goes to the animation team ( Hamo , Hegazy and zeyad ) They were polite, energetic, friendly, and always doing their best to make sure everyone was having a great time.

Praia privativa. Piscina muito bonita e agradável. Serviço muito bom, funcionários muito prestativos. Comida OK (almoço simples e jantar muito bom, servido na área da piscina). Drinks all inclusive OK. Tivemos um upgrade para quarto com varanda e early check-in.

Café da manha e almoço poderiam ser melhores. Instalações antigas. Os quartos defronte da piscina muito barulhentos durante o dia.

Konum olarak merkezi heryere yakın bir yerdi personel olarak çok iyi karşılandık ve ilgilenildik Yemekler güzeldi ve restoran çeşitliliği fazlaydı birden fazla restoranda istediğimiz yerde istediğimiz gibi yemek yiyebildik hiç aç kalmadık

Odamızdaki banyoda bazı ürünler tam çalışmıyordu ve su duştan dışarı taşıyordu onun hacirinde herşey iyi.

La struttura è molto bella e nel complesso curata; presenta una passeggiata fino al mare molto gradevole e dalla marina si può osservare la barriera corallina con una grande varietà di pesci. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste del cliente. Cibo tutto sommato vario e buono. Stanza ampia e spaziosa.

Potrebbe essere migliorata un po' di più la pulizia.
