Mi è dispiaciuto che nello staff dell'animazione una ragazza con occhiali e percing al naso era speso confusionaria, litigiosa e stizzita. Per il resto lo staff impeccabile.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Staff were super friendly. The hotel was clean top to bottom. The pool area is great and you'll always find a bed. The snack bar was great too. It had nice coffee and food menu.. Location is perfect too. Literally across the road from the beach, and bus stop right outside if you want to go to Palma or alcudia old town
The breakfast buffet was very hit and miss. More of a miss for me. There was never a shortage of food, but it felt quite basic when it came to the hot food. The room we had was quite small, and the beds weren't that comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La posizione ottima, 10 minuti a piedi dal porto di alcudia, vicina a locali ristoranti e spiagge. Struttura bella e staff gentile. Buona e varia la colazione e cena. Bella piscina.
Sicuramente sarebbe corretto inserire nella mezza pensione tra le bevande almeno l acqua. Un po di attenzione in più la farei nella pulizia delle camere, non sempre particolarmente pulite.

Son gece yerde böcek gördüm, bunu çalışanlara ilettiğimde çok normal karşıladılar, anlayamadım otelde böcek olması bence normal değil, bırakın müdahale etmeyi özür bile dilemediler. Oda biraz küçüktü iki valiz aynı anda açılmıyor. Odada kahve makinesi ve su olması gerekir diye düşünüyorum, yoktu.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026El hotel está muy bien equipado, contando con piscina grande y piscina pequeña para niños, aunque es cierto que el agua estaba excesivamente caliente, si bien estamos en un año extremadamente caluroso. La zona de juegos de agua y parque para niños está muy bien. El trato del personal fue en casi todos excelentes, muy amables y serviciales.
La habitación el segundo día tuvimos que hablar con recepción, ya que no limpiaron ni el suelo ni cambiaron las sabanas de la cama incluso habiendo una mancha que se veía bien. Lo comentamos y el resto de día fueron un poco más cuidadosos, si bien no aspiraban o barrían apenas la habitación, y siendo una zona de playa y sabiendo que hay una familia es normal que haya un poco de arena... Pues al día siguiente seguía ahí. El buffet de desayuno es excelente teniendo absolutamente de todo pero el de la cena es un poco regular, no está mal pero no hay que esperar manjares. El colchón era cómodo pero las almohadas no tanto, siendo demasiado finas.

Гостиница находится возле дороги , попался номер с окнами на остановку , очень громко было , с открытым окном не по спишь ночью , а с кондиционером опасно заболеть

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026A great hotel in a convenient location, close to the beach. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and the animators, Venus and Marta, deserve special mention. They worked tirelessly to care for the children all day and led themed evening meetings with guests. The rooms, while a bit cramped, were very clean, thanks to daily cleaning. The food was of a high standard, with a wide variety of dishes and very tasty food. I highly recommend it!

Das Hotel liegt an einer Straße, nachts war es immer mal wieder ziemlich laut. Außerdem das Hotel auch generell etwas hellhörig.

It was out of season as it was mid april so there were few around for the entertaining but the entertainment was on too early and children were up singing on the karaoke and it was very loud.at 11 o clock. If the children were allowed do that before the entertainment and then have the entertainment later would suit better. People were leaving the bar because of it including us
