El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial, nos ayudaron a resolver todos nuestros asuntos y dudas. Hemos viajado por todo Japón y este hotel fue el mejor en el que nos hemos hospedado. Recomendaría muchísimo este hotel a cualquiera que quiera tener una gran experiencia en Nagasaki.

Before we even entered the hotel, the lady at the entrance asked if we were checking in. We said yes, and she immediately asked for our passports. We hadn’t even stepped inside yet. A simple welcome first and giving guests a moment to settle would have felt more appropriate. We handed over our passports, but since we arrived early, our room wasn’t ready. That wasn’t an issue. However, when we returned at 3 PM, our room was still not ready. We had to wait again on the second floor to complete check-in, and the process took far too long. We were kept waiting for quite a while just because they couldn’t match an email. The staff need to work more efficiently and practically.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Everything was wonderful and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Our corner room had amazing views. It was a really large room equipped with everything you would need. The bathroom was beautiful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend booking. For the price point it’s an absolute bargain. Would definitely stay again.

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner trop cher.

大浴場が混雑していて、使いにくいことがありました。ロッカーの配置を工夫するとか、利用者が多いときには入場を制限するなどしていただいた方が、適度な人数で快適に利用できるのではないかと思います。

Breakfast buffet is also delicious with many choices. The bar has great selection of drinks and food. But best of all is the staffs. They are welcoming and friendly. Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Perfect location right at Nagasaki station. Courteous, polite staff always ready to assist. Large comfortable room with comfy beds & pillows - we slept so well! Delicious variety for breakfast, both japanese & western. Small gym & onsen facilities were also available. 100% worth the price that you’re paying for, will return without a doubt if traveling to nagasaki again.
Would have preferred a larger shower/bathroom. Such as a rainfall shower.
