Ce qui nous a le plus contrarié, c’est le rapport qualité prix qui n’y ai pas du tout - pour donner du contexte, on a payé presque 600 € la nuit pour du All In inclusive (ce qui représente quand même une grosse somme pour un séjour à l’Île Maurice, imaginez ce que ça représente en roupies mauriciennes) ; à ce prix là on s’imaginait les prestations d’un 5 étoiles avec du confort, des équipements de luxe, des prestations / du service de qualité. De plus, lorsqu’on voit noté 8,7 sur booking on se dit « ça va aller ». Au lieu de ça, il faut imaginer un hôtel qui ressemble plutôt à un 3 étoiles, infrastructures et chambres vieillottes, l’hôtel est souvent sale (il suffit de se balader au Telfair qui est juste à côté pour se rendre compte de l’écart de propreté) le personnel est dépassé et à peine aimable (sauf le management et la direction qui sont très sympas bien entendu), les restaurants qui sont bien notés sont presque tout le temps complets, restent ceux qui sont moyens et de toute façon il faut réserver son restaurant 2/3 jours à l’avance si on veut dîner ailleurs qu’au restaurant buffet Savanna, les réservations se font à l’ancienne sur un comptoir (dans un 5 étoiles, on pourrait imaginer une réservation en ligne ou via WhatsApp bref l’hôtel est resté figé dans l’ancien temps). Pour ce budget il est possible de trouver beaucoup mieux à Maurice et dans des vrais hôtels 5 étoiles qui répondent aux standards européens, heureusement que nous n’y avons passés que 5 nuits, et encore on était prêt à aller au Telfair s’il n’avait pas été complet sur nos dates…

Tout : véritable 5 étoiles, j'ai été dans plusieurs hôtels à Maurice et je restais sur ma fin, à Awali l'hôtel coche toutes les cases : en août : piscine chauffée, buffet qualitatif, kids club accueillant et bienveillant , chambre propre et spacieuse malgré qu'on était 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) + 1 terrasse sympa , cocktails sympa, personnel souriant et sympathique, Je n'ai pas testé le spa et ses massages. Je n'avais pas envie de rentrer chez moi . Merci Awali des vacances de repos avant la rentrée dans 4 jours à la Réunion...

La qualité de la restauration que ça soit au buffet ou dans les différents restaurants de l’hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel. La formule tout inclus est vraiment tout inclus sans avoir de surprise. Personnels du kids club adorables

Je me suis retrouver à 6h30 devant la salle de sport avec les portes fermées alors que l’horaire d’ouverture était affiché à 6h00. Personne présent sur place Il faudrait mettre en place un système d’ouverture avec carte… Les matelas des transats sur la plage ne sont pas très propre.

Exceptional stay at Heritage Awali - perfect for families! We had a fantastic stay at Heritage Awali and would highly recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Mauritius. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff truly make the experience special. A special mention goes to Bholah at Reception, who was absolutely outstanding from the moment we arrived. He made us feel at home right away and went above and beyond to help us plan our daily excursions. His warmth, professionalism, and willingness to assist with every detail made a huge difference to our stay and ensured that we made the most of our time on the island. We would also like to thank Roshan, our driver, who accompanied us on several trips around Mauritius. Roshan was much more than a driver. He shared fascinating insights into the island's history, culture, and heritage, along with plenty of interesting facts and local tips that made every journey enjoyable and enriching. His knowledge and friendly personality added tremendous value to our experience. The combination of excellent service, wonderful people, great activities, and a family-friendly atmosphere made this one of the best holidays we have had. We left with amazing memories and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic Mauritian experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff is extremely helpful, a special thank you to the boutique ladies Hanshita & Ashika, the floor manager Keshav and the one and only Vimal at the Coco Shack! He truly made our stay extra special! We will be returning soon and appreciate the time spent there.

It was a wonderful experience the assistant manager Mr Paul was so helpful and made our stay at the hotel so marvellous.He is a great person am very grateful to him and all his staff for all their assistance during our stay I also had a great time at the spa the workers there also did their best to make our stay so memorable. Especial thank to Nass also who cater for us during diner at the beach restaurant. I strongly recommend this hotel Animation team also was great.

Hôtel Magnifique, nombre de personnel important, repas assez variés, chambres biens nettoyées (merci Sandra), massage de 30 minutes offert, kids club au top pour nos enfants de 2 ans et 8 mois. la location gratuite de canoé et stand-up padle.

Le service pouvait parfois être un peu long, le bar qui ferme à 23h alors que l'hôtel diffuse les matchs de la coupe du monde mais plus de possibilité de commander...

Le all inclusive à la carte, est exceptionnel. Beaucoup d’options offertes de restaurant, d’activités + le golf!

Angefangen von der Zimmerdame (besonderer Dank an Shermilla – das Zimmer war immer tiptop sauber) bis hin zu den Kellnern und Empfangsdamen: Das Personal ist wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Angebot der Restaurants und die Qualität der Speisen – auch am Buffet – waren ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten All Inclusive, und trotzdem wird ordentlicher Flaschenwein serviert statt Plörre aus der Schenke. Besonders hervorzuheben: Am Abreisetag (wir wurden um 17:00 Uhr abgeholt) konnten wir das Zimmer noch bis 16:00 Uhr voll nutzen und uns auch bei den Nachmittagssnacks und Getränken bedienen – alles ohne Aufpreis. WOW, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das hat uns sehr beeindruckt und den letzten Tag noch einmal maximal angenehm gemacht. Das Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet, und die Stunde bei Stefan (ABS-Quälerei ;)) war TOP – wenn auch nichts für Schwächlinge ;) Für die Kinder sorgt der Kids Club, der wirklich schön ist; hier kümmern sich durchgehend zwei Mitarbeiter um die Kleinen. Außerdem gibt es überall ein Kindermenü. Wir waren im Juni hier, wo in Mauritius bekanntlich Winter ist – daher ist der Familienpool zu dieser Zeit beheizt. Das hat bei unserer Tochter dafür gesorgt, dass sie am liebsten den ganzen Tag im Wasser war. Das hatten wir bisher nur hier. Im Familienpool schwimmen außerdem jede Menge aufblasbare Tiere herum, die den Kindern zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das Personal zieht ständig seine Runden und fragt immer wieder, ob man etwas zu trinken möchte. Kann man sich nicht entscheiden, nimmt einem das Personal sogar das Denken ab und überrascht einen mit einem Drink :)

Der Strand war jetzt auf unserer Reise der am wenigsten beeindruckendste, die Strände waren im Norden und Westen (Trou aus Biches und Flic en Flac) definitiv schöner, er wird aber dennoch gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten.

Most memorable hotel stay i will be back in November. The restaurant options and heated pool were exceptional. Staff were extremely welcoming. The Coco shack is the best spot, i would like to see more drink options on the menu

Then only negative thing is that you cannot really swim in the ocean due to rocky beach. And the beach itself is also not as beautiful as some that you can find in Mauritius

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Awali avec notre bébé de 18mois. Les équipements, la chambre, la gastronomie et le service sont de grande qualité. Les activités inclues proposées sont très appréciables (snorkeling, bateau à fond de verre, paddle, tennis…). Nous avons eu 100% confiance pour laisser notre bébé au kidsclub. Le personnel répond à toutes les questions et s’organise pour trouver des solutions. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances reposantes et agréables. Merci à l’ensemble de personnel !

Alueella on myös kiva spa, kuntosali ja tenniskentät. Kaiken kruunaa erinomainen palvelu!

We especially enjoyed the wide range of options for choosing different activities, restaurants, and events. The restaurants are of a very high standard—you can choose between à la carte and buffet, as well as a variety of different styles of cuisine. The golf club offered excellent instruction for beginners, and everything was made easy and accessible. There is a great spa, gym, and tennis facilities. You can also take part in yoga or aqua fitness classes—all included in the package. The service is outstanding—from the staff to the management—special thanks to Vicky! This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time.

Our holiday at Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort was truly exceptional and is one of those experiences you never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a very friendly and professional staff who set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel is set in a beautiful tropical garden right by the beach, creating a perfect combination of greenery, ocean views, and tranquility. It feels both luxurious and relaxed at the same time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the minibar as well as other amenities were always replenished. A big plus was the balcony, where we could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and lovely views. As for dining, the hotel offers a wide variety of restaurants and cuisines. The food was excellent, diverse, and of high quality – from local specialties to international dishes. We also appreciated the staff’s willingness to accommodate individual requests. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. The treatments were of a very high standard, the environment was beautiful, and the staff were extremely professional. It is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun or after sports activities. The golf course is top-class and a true paradise for golf lovers. However, even non-golfers will find plenty to do, including water sports, fitness, excursions, and evening entertainment. Overall, we would rate the hotel as a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and a friendly atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and smiling. This is definitely a place we would love to return to.

Этот отель на 3 звезды. Нас заселяли 2.5 часа, хотя мы приехали после 16.00. Персонал вообще не заинтересован в гостях и не приветливый. Питание ужасное, все жирное, грязно, я брезговал там кушать. Пляж ужасный, купаться там невозможно. Я знаю что говорю, так как это третий отель у меня на Маврикий и есть с чем сравнить.

Pas d attention particulière dans la chambre (mot, corbeille de fruits ou autre), assez étonnant pour un 5 étoiles surtout que nous venions pour des occasions spéciales. On est arrivé plus tôt et on a attendu notre chambre tranquillement. Mais On a oublié de nous dire qu elle était prête, un peu dommage surtout vu le long voyage parcouru et le fait que je sois enceinte , je me suis endormie sur un transat. L’offre au déjeuner est un peu restreinte, très peu de plats « poisson » et le service peut être parfois long La nouvelle femme de ménage avait rangé un sac dans un autre sac la veille de notre départ, donc situation délicate car on ne trouvait plus le fameux sac

The location of the resort is superb. Right on a beautiful beach and a few minutes by shuttle to a fabulous golf course. All staff are relaxed, but attentive and focused on ensuring you feel welcome. The selection of drinks and food is excellent and the setting of the restaurants is great. Having breakfast with a view of the sea really kick started the day.

Our air conditioning took a while to get right, but this was minor as we have stayed before with no issues.

This is the kind of place that is out of your dreams. From the moment you step foot in the hotel until the moment you’ll leave you feel pampered, welcomed, as part of the family. The service is impeccable: almost all employees take complete responsibility to make your stay the best one yet. Food’s great, kids club fantastic, room beautiful, beach gorgeous, the heated family pool amazing. We’ll try to come back as soon as possible!

Lack of towel racks in the room. If you’re looking for a massive all inclusive resort, go somewhere else, this one feels small, homely and has not much great party entertainment.

Local fantástico, praia paradisíaca praticamente dentro do hotel, com serviço de bar e restaurantes sensacionais, servindo os hospedes durante todo o tempo, com bebidas e comidas sensacionais. Recomendo muito para quem está indo conhecer as ilhas Maurício.

Od samego początku obsługa była uśmiechnięta i bardzo pomocna. Dużym plusem jest cała infrastruktura, obejmujaca kilka basenów (w tym jeden dla dorosłych), bary i różne restauracje. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, choć sniadania były codziennie takie same. Z kolei barmani w ZenziBar byli niesamowicie przyjaźni i dbali o to aby niczego nam nie zabrakło - Nicolas w szczególności. Na terenie obiektu jest również bar, w którym można spróbować drinków z kokosa w wykonaniu Vimala, którego gorąco pozdrawiamy! Hotel oferuje sporą ilość aktywności wodnych, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Miejsce godne polecenia na podróż poślubną.

Super Hotel

Un superbe hôtel avec un personnel mauricien sachant recevoir quelque soit leur rôle dans l’établissement (toujours le sourire et le désir de satisfaire le client) Des chambres spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées. Des repas excellents même si les desserts du soir ne sont pas au niveau de ceux du midi. Des activités de bon niveau et un cadre paradisiaque

Le prix des massages avec un prix résident annoncé mais qui au final ne peut pas être appliqué si la réservation a été faite en France (même si une partie de notre groupe était bien résidents et l’autre partie de nationalité mauricienne).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Heritage Awali. L’hôtel est magnifique et parfaitement intégré dans son environnement. La plage est superbe, avec son sable blanc et son eau turquoise idéale pour la baignade. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le buffet est très correct et les restaurants à la carte valent le détour. Le personnel est d’une chaleur et d’une gentillesse remarquables, en particulier avec les enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les différentes piscines non chauffées (dont une pour adultes et une plutôt adaptée aux enfants chauff, le club enfants accessible même aux plus petits – où les animatrices sont adorables et très attentives –, ainsi que l’espace dédié aux enfants qui est bien pensé. Le massage offert a également été un vrai plus. Quelques petites remarques qui n’ont en rien gâché notre séjour mais qui pourraient rendre l’expérience encore meilleure : l’hôtel, en dehors du club enfants, n’est pas vraiment pensé pour les plus jeunes (pas de mini disco, d’aire de jeux extérieure ou de piscine spécifiquement conçue pour eux). Sa localisation le rend aussi un peu éloigné des points d’intérêt du nord et de l’est de l’île. Les chambres situées près de la piscine peuvent être un peu bruyantes le soir lors des animations. Au restaurant Infinity Blue, le service gagnerait à être un peu plus fluide et la quantité servie parfois plus généreuse. Enfin, au spa, les massages et soins du visage pourraient être réalisés avec davantage de délicatesse.

The property requires a good clean, especially the savanna restaurant, it just smells. Food is below average, the dinner was awful. Public toilets next to the restaurant - absolutely horrid. Most restaurants either closed or fully booked. Spa staff rude…

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté, le confort et sa situation géographique. Les repas offrent plusieurs possibilités dans le sens où il y en a pour tous les goûts par le nombre de restaurants et les formules (cartes ou self) mais les cartes et menus varient peu.

Le fait que « des vendeurs de plages » viennent plusieurs fois par jour (plus de 5 fois parfois) vous demander si vous voulez pas acheter leurs produits. Dommage que la piscine réservée aux adultes ne soit pas chauffée. Le bateau électrique et le pédalo électrique était inexistant. Quand au massage inclus c’est uniquement au bout de 5 nuitées ? (J’ai certainement pas lu les petites lignes) Quand à la langue française elle est parlée mais pas toujours comprise il faut s’assurer que la réponse soit la bonne.
