We really enjoyed our stay at Heritage The Villas. The villa was beautiful, spacious and very private, and the whole Bel Ombre area is amazing. We especially enjoyed having our own pool and BBQ area, which made the stay much more enjoyable for the family. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, the team was easy to reach and always tried their best to assist us. We really appreciated their support and hospitality during our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again.

There were a few small maintenance and housekeeping issues that could be improved. Nothing that affected our overall experience, but addressing these details would make the villas even better.

من أجمل المنتجعات اللي سكنت فيها .. سافرت وايد وجربت أماكن كثيرة، بس هذا المنتجع وايد عجبني 🤍 خذنا فيلا ثلاث غرف، ومع كل فيلا يعطونكم Golf Cart خاص فيكم، وهذا الشيء وايد حلو لأن المنتجع ضخم ومساحاته كبيرة. الفيلا يديدة ونظيفة جدًا، وتحسون نفسكم في الجنة من كثر الهدوء والجمال 🌿✨ المنتجع كله مساحات خضراء واسعة لأن جزء منه مخصص للقولف، ووين ما تروحون فيه تغذية بصرية، كل مكان أجمل من الثاني. نظافة الفيلا ممتازة، والمطبخ كامل ومتوفر فيه كل اللي تحتاجونه. بصراحة حبيت حبيت حبيت 😍 ومن الأشياء الحلوة بعد إنهم سمحوا لنا نسوي Check-in الساعة 12، لكن للأسف بالنسبة للـ Late Check-out ما وافقوا، واضطرينا نطلع الساعة 10 صباحًا. بشكل عام كانت تجربة جميلة جدًا، والمكان من المنتجعات اللي فعلًا أرجع لها مرة ثانية 🤍

مافي شي في المنتجع ماعجبني .. غير ان كل شي بعيد عنا وأقرب مول فيه سوبر ماركت كبير يبعد 40 دقيقه قريب السفاري .. إذا كنتوا راحين السفاري وانتو مروحين مروا المول فيه مطعم هندي وفوق سوبرماركت ضخم خذوا كل شي للشقه .. بشكل عام المشاوير كلها نص ساعه او 40 دقيقه والشوارع سيد واحد مب مريحه للاطفال بشكل عام يتعبون من الدروب وسلامتكم …. Cœur De Ville Tamarin اسم المول …..

The location was very excellent. It’s a very good place for relaxation and privacy. Everything is available in the villa and you have very helpful stuff.

كانت اقامتنا جزء من الرحلة في هذه الفيلا وهذا المنتجع والحمدلله على الإختيار الموفق افضل مافي رحلتنا كان اقامتنا في منطقة الجنوب وهذه الفيلا تعامل الموظفين رائع جداً النظافة عالية عاملة النظافة اشا رائعة ومخلصة ومتعاونة جداً وتأتي على الوقت يومياً مع الأحد اجازة نطلب سيارات فان للذهاب للمنتجع الرئيسي والمطاعم عن طريق الواتس وتأتي على الوقت ومجانية المنتجع بشكل عام مريح جداً ومنطقة القولف جميلة جداً وفيها مقهى جميل واطلالته رائعة اختياري القادم في جنوب موريشيوس هيرتيدج فيلاز

Le parcours de golf n'était pas disponible à 100%. Il y avait des compétitions prioritaires qui impliquaient des restrictions d'horaires pour jouer. De plus, le personnel qui gèrent les sacs de golf, n'étaient pas au top!

Great villa, beautiful resort, great facilities

It was a long drive from villa to get out, if was difficult for transfers to get us, and the staff didn’t explain all the rules well .

Very clean and always perfect service, especially quick communication via whatsapp was super easy. The area where the villas are located is super quiet (a park like area around the golf courts, all green and perfectly cultivated by the gardeners), perfect to relax. The connected hotel, pool area etc was easy to reach from the villa with a golf cart ... which was an experience in itself, the kids loved it.

As with all housing close to the sea in humid climate, the rooms and wardrobes tend to smell musty if not vented regularly. I think this is where some improvement could be made. The beach at c-beach-club could also get a bit more love, as it is quite heavy with corals so not so well suited for kids - however just 100m further (still part of the hotel area) there is another beach (near coco shack) which was way better, so we preferred that (just few people, no tourist walking by, so highly recommended). Water sport activities were only limited in case someone wants to do a lot, so there is some minor room of improvement.

Amazing property, couldn’t be a better location and decor. Outdoor space was immaculate, mature garden groomed also. Amazing staff and hosts.

Sadly we had a pluming issue with the property during our stay, which wasn’t resolved. Toilets to master suite and most of the house had a horrible stench going from them.

Wonderfully appointed accommodation, secure and safe. Pool too, BBQ, patio, ample room to entertain. Staff were excellent. We would have stayed for the entire duration of our break but for the distance to the other attractions on the island. Highly recommended!

Bel Ombre is a bit light on quality non- hotel restaurants. This means you need to travel a bit further (45 mins - 1 hour +) for anything decent. So hire a car!

The villa was amazing with beatiful views and decorations, and equipped with every thing that you need in the kitchen. Also it was clean with good house keeping services. Its also worth to mention that they gave you a golf cart to use inside the resort which helps you in transfering between their amenities.

It was really disappointing that the pool was not heated, eventhough i paid them a vist 3 days in advance of my arrival to confirm the pool heating possibilty and they assure me it would be totally possible for the next day after paying an additional fees of 180 euros. Unfortunately on the day of arrival, i had been informed by the frontdesk staff that only 5 villas out of their 22 renting villas had heated pools and all of them were booked, so we could not enjoy the infinity pool at all, since the water was extremely cold.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage The Villas. The villa was spacious and private, and the resort facilities were excellent — especially the restaurants, golf courses, and overall peaceful atmosphere. Everything was well maintained and the service was outstanding. We used the golf cart to get around between the villa and the facilities, which was very convenient and fun.

The only downside was the distance between the villa and the main restaurants and pools, which required a buggy each time. Additionally, the weather during our stay was quite cold, especially in the mornings and evenings, and unfortunately the private pool was not heated — so we couldn’t fully enjoy it. A heated pool would have made the experience even better.

الفلل جميلة جدا و وسيعة وفيها كل الخدمات ، الغرف كبيرة والاطلالة جميلة وتم عمل ترقية للفلة المنتجع يقع في جنوب الجزيرة وهادئ وبعيد عن الازعاح مع كل فلة بجي معها قولف كار تقدر تستخدمها في التنقل للذهاب للمطاعم والبحر وغيرها المسبح فيها كبير ونظيف وفيها جلسات ومطبخ خارجي مناسب للشواء والمنتج يشمل عدة فنادق ويمكن استخدام جميع المرافق مثل ملاعب البادل والتنس والكورة والقولف وغيرها

الفطور كان عادي جدا ، اما العشاء كان لذيذ بوفيه مفتوح الشاطئ قصير وفيه صخور بعيد شوي عن بعض الفعاليات

No room service after 9pm, if you want to order water you just can’t..

I spoke to a member of staff Mr Dhanraj who was very helpful and went out of his way to get the ID pictures of all the guests including mine and did needful of a quick check in and the Villa was available even before we reached.

Super helpful reception staff who could do anything for you.

Service in the restaurants was often slow

Although we had some teething issues, the team at Heritage Villas especially Mr Dhanraj went out of the way to make our holiday special and memorable! Things would be available at a click of a WhatsApp message. Despite such a huge property (6200 acres is too huge), they gave us great service. Spa was excellent. Also the facilities here are excellent. A must visit with kids!

We loved the golf cart. The villa was clean and spacious. We travelled with the baby and they brought us everything we asked for for the baby: potty, high chair and a separate bed. Golf courses were great.

The 3 Bedroom Villa was out of the world. It had every convenience that you could think of. Beautiful and spacious villa which was luxuriously furnished. Had our own plunge pool which was an added bonus

Nothing. Everything was super. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Property was too good

TV was always broken, many hornets nests that were not cleared, WiFi was very poor with no password encrypted WiFi available.

We spent a wonderful holiday with my family, the villa was spacious for family with kids, very nice resort to relax, kids club and beach were amazing. Golf carts available for each villa to facilitate transportation within the resort. The kitchen was fully equipped. Staff was welcoming and attentive, special thanks to Mr.Pritesh & Ms.Stephanie

Kids club and the beach were amazing. Very nice resort to walk and relax. Club cars available for each villa which was a good idea for transportation within the resort. The kitchen was fully equipped.

A lot of breakable decoration items which is not necessarily and not suitable for families with children, its recommended to ask the customers to remove them before arrival. Water bottle and coffee capsules not refilled once its finished. Also its recommended to be refilled every day since customers are paying such an high amount of money. Staff need to give more information and knowledge about the resort and the activities in details and easy resources.

The view of the green mountains and palms everywhere.. outstanding views, beautiful sunsets and beach .

The villa was so disappointed with the price.. we changed the villa two times. The first villa was too small for a big family and the location was on the road on one side and the other side was on the golf side.. there was no privacy for us. The second villa was so old and every thing needs maintenance.

Absolutely spectacular! Friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond. Fabulous well equipped villas surrounded by excellent facilities and beauty.

Well organized service, good communication and quick response to any questions. The villas themselves really look better than the pictures. There is all the necessary equipment for both cooking and other needs. I don't know what else you could want. The service staff is polite and helpful. In short, everything is 10 points. Excellent place for golf lovers. I definitely will be back.

Weather sometimes :)

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday. We were very well taken care of. What I liked the most was the concern of the reception, whether he needed to bring something to the villa and whether everything was in order. They were very amazing. Most of all, I would like to thank David from the fitness center, who took care of me with enthusiasm and was very active during my first ever visit to the fitness center. It has given me a new impetus in my life, THANK YOU, highly recommend.

The villa they gave us was the worst they have on the terasse you look on a white wall of your neibour back there was garden but no furniture and shelter for the rain for this price not agreeable I never will go there now we stay at villa dr Sense this place is nice and the same price as heritage villa why you do not show this in your ads nobody will book it

Fantastic stay, couldn't have asked for more. Excellent villa with the perks of hotels. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming in ensuring our stay was very memorable. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. With limited vegetarian options in some restaurants, they were very flexible in providing other choices for us (especially chef Harjit at Zafarani). I'd like to thank Dhanraj Pateetroy (Front Office Manager) for his help in arranging things before we got here via a regular exchange of emails and Melanie (Front Office Officer) for her ongoing support during our vacation. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. If you're vegetarian, then the half board option isn't suitable as you're limited to a few restaurants which don't have that much choice for vegetarians. We originally booked half-board but then had to cancel and re-book as villa only when we were notified of the restaurant restrictions. We ate at the restaurants every evening but ended up having breakfast at the villa as the breakfast options were very limited for vegetarians but cost over £20 each.

the only thing they good at is finding ways to charge you. i paid 500dollars in exchange for a broken cable. what a joke. the service is weak it took us 4 days for them to come and clean our pool/ inspect for lizards. i wouldn’t recommend it

The villa was very spacious for three adults. It was very clean and the service was great. We enjoyed the private pool, and overall had a great stay. I'd like to thank Melanie in front desk and Dhanraj for their great help

Reception desk was very friendly.

Booking.com should explain where to go to find the Reception, that was not explained. You need to go to the entrance of C Beach, which is not at all in the same area as the villas.

We liked location, scenery, landscape, and the golf club restaurant.

The villa’s pool was not heated and the staff did not mention that we could have asked for heating the pool (this was mentioned during check out); basic groceries e.g. drinking water are not within reach; the villa’s phone was not working throughout our stay.

This place was much better than our expectations. It was in a golf course, where there was a river behind us, after that lush green grassland. There was a small private pool. The interiors of the Villa were very modern. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed. It was best stay in Mauritius.

La communication sur les procédures de dépose et prise en charge par le taxi n'est pas clairement expliquée ni simple à mettre en oeuvre J'ai failli rater mon avion et j'ai du me rendre à l'entrée du complexe hôtelier à pieds (6 km) car le taxi n' a jamais eu le droit d'entrer

Les villas sont sublimes.... les prestations au top .... l’énorme défaut c’est le Check in dure une heure, les repas sont sur un site, la villas sur un autres... la check out de nouveau ailleurs .... il faut aimer marcher et perdre 1 h 30 voir 2 h pour le toutes ... des points d’ameliorations Aussi sur le complexité des offres et services sur place ... de plus une caution de € 768.- bloque sur la carte pendant 14 jours après le départ plus le règlement .... vous avez intérêt d’avoir une carte majeure (Gold, platinium, Black) ....,

Overall stay at Heritage was great! Will definitely come back (after learning a few lessons). Positives: + The villa itself is gorgeous. Very well setup, great views. + All inclusive option (for Awali) is quite reasonable for Mauritius, take it if you're planning to be at the resort most of the time + Service was generally good. You're assigned a person who helps with reservations, admin and they were largely on top of their stuff Negatives: + You have to push the staff to get many things. I arrived for my 2 pm check-in but the place wasn't ready. Initially, they wanted to keep me in a small room at the venue (no bed, but a shower), but when I pushed for somewhere to rest, I was offered an alternate villa instead for a couple of hours before the next one was ready + The food is very expensive (if you're not on all-inclusive). Dinner per person for example was $80 per person + The restaurants on all-inclusive are not available many times. You have to reserve, and there's no guarantee you'll get anything
