Perfect end to a trip to France. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. I felt this room was nicer than my room at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris. Arthur, at the front desk helped us get to Orly and even arranged a late check out. Highly recommend.

I felt the breakfast buffet was very over priced and the availability of options as in partial choices were even more exorbitantly priced.

The staff, I am not sure of their names, were outstanding. They helped us when our booking was messed up, helped us understand the metro system, and ordered us a taxi for the next day. Being in a foreign city when already frustrated, the staff helped make it better.

Booked there and couldn’t get a cab to the hotel airline booked us at the wrong airport tried calling to see if we could move

Arther did a great job, the hotel itself was a little hard to find, couple the rooms had bad sewer smell, security couldn't speak English and didn't let me back in the parking garage because he didn't understand what I was saying

Walkable to the airport

Housekeeping tried to steal my Husband’s luggage. We went to do the checkout and my husband forgot his luggage in the room. He went back in less than 5 min and his luggage was gone. The guy in customer service said he could not do anything, all he could do is just make a report. Long story short. I threaten them with the police and magically the luggage appeared in the room again. Hilton do better!!

Location, is like a ghost city, very expensive, 2 cheese burgers with fries and 2 sodas $68.00. No coffee in the rooms, you have to pay for the coffee in lobby. no toilet paper in the room, the Manager was very rude. At cheeck out my nephew's was luggage got missing, when we asked to call the police all a sudden appears. I will not recommend, this hotel.

Very convenient hotel when you are between 2 flights and have no time to go to Paris. The staff was wonderful! Very attentive, compassionate, and with a sharp sense of humor :-) Made our stay very pleasant.

The place was clean, comfortable, rooms are great. The customer service was not so great. The front desk lady was not very nice. It was 2 consecutive days that we staid there and you can tell customer service was not their priority. We tried to reserve one night extra online and was having trouble doing so online and when I called the receptionist she said they are all booked. I understand that but I was going to ask a follow up question and she cut me saying we are all booked again and hung up. I think the tone of voice and maybe being a little empathetic goes a long way. When I checked out I did tell the front desk that customer service important and being kind matters for customer service. Also, I would greet when I would leave the hotel

Staff is amazing! Greenline.nuamouv.com is the website for those who need bus transportation to and from hotel to airport. Room service was hot and yummy. You can purchase snacks and toiletries including soap to wash at the laundry. I will recommend and stay here again.

Everything was okay but the hotel kept trying to charge my card prior to arrival, though payment option was selected to pay on arrival.

I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and by far this has been the worst experience ever. The hotel staff doesn’t respond to your emails or messages. Send multiple emails to them before coming checking in but no response ever. Checked in to the hotel and was disappointed with the overall experience. Bad quality of breakfast. We asked for tooth brush and razor and was told to come down as she was alone at the desk. The location is not convenient if you want to get around in the city.

Not a very clean or full of amenities hotel. The only good point is its near to Orely Airport.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was light but satisfying, offering good value for the price. There’s also a restaurant next door, which was a convenient option for tasty snacks and meals. Sheila was particularly helpful in arranging a taxi for us. The mall is also nearby, adding to the convenience of the location. Highly recommend!

The front desk person was cold. The worst of it, we booked this hotel was due to our next morning early flight. We were offered a free shuttle which would fit to our needs when we booked the hotel. However, the shuttle never came next early morning even though we had waited 40 minutes after the shuttle schedule. We waited outside the hotel 15 minutes before the shuttle should come. We had to take the offer from drive by cars who asked for $20 Euro per person for 2 miles. Those pick up service is unsafe because they are not registered taxi, nobody know who those people are. But we had no choice, otherwise we would be late for our flight. It was certainly a terrible experience.

Quick Shuttle to Orly airport but other than that all just ok.. windows don't open in rooms so no real air circulation.. Staff said they will have someone fix but didn't happen.. only there 1 night for convenience to airport.. not much around as looks like the area is in renovations.. lawns and area not taken care of yet..

Quiet stay close to the Airport. Confusion around the breakfast... Front desk said breakfast was included. We started to pick items and someone came and said breakfast not included. Not a serious problem but information from front desk inaccurate.

It was a very pleasant stay. And super easy to get around by a tram and metro.

Hotel offers shuttle service, but waited for an hour and never came.

A terrible experience in which we had to overcome many obstacles to get any satisfaction out of our once in a lifetime trip. 1.Expedia’s listed free hotel airport shuttle wasn’t provided. The hotel said they had a shuttle only to Orly Airport not to Charles DeGaulle where our flights were. Calls/emails/chats with Expedia/Hilton guest assistance/hotel staff resulted in my being told the hotel did offer service to CDG , only offered it to Orly and offered it not at all. The result was there was no shuttle service and my only choice was an expensive taxi. 2.Very poor hotel location in a giant industrial park devoid of stores and restaurants. An hour trip by tram/subway needed to reach cafes, tourist spots or even a store to buy bread. Expedia/Hilton knew we were 1st time Paris tourists. A partial refund request to move to a suitable hotel took 3 days of chats/emails, Expedia and Hilton pointing fingers at each other. Expedia said no, the hotel said nothing. They said we could pay for another hotel while paying their full charge! 3.Every night we had to ask for toilet paper, bottled water, coffee and towels. Bed making, shower cleaning and linen changes had to be requested. 4.Lack of standard services and assistance No tourist literature or lobby store, only a wall of Pringles and suckers. Staff said it would take 4 days for help with TV/luggage with a faulty lock. They could not provide items like a comb, the rooms did not provide things like pen and paper.

To expensive for the poor location

Very helpful staff, they helped us with some personal needs, booked us a very early morning cab, and gave eating suggestions. Very clean and comfortable room. Great air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Very pleased with our stay

We had an early departure from Paris to San Francisco and we didn’t want to worry about traffic from Paris to the airport. Hilton is a convenient place to stay overnight at Orly airport in Paris. Their bus shuttle is reliable and o time.

It was very nice, although it was set in an Industrial Ghost Town. It looked like there were some kind of a market next-door that maybe used to be lively, but it was all shut down. Many empty buildings the same design as a hotel- very strange! The whole area needed gardens and trees.

The hotel is clean and very new. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is a tram station nearby and you can get to Paris very easily.

Sheila was amazing on day shift … and night shift representative was so helpful and let us have a late checkout due to our missed flight and late arrival

We’re able to get into our room early which was a significant bonus as we were exhausted from our travels. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of selection at breakfast. The inside of the hotel is much nicer than the outside. The shuttle was a bit challenging as there isn’t really enough room for people and their luggage. We were lucky we got on.

The hotel staff, Mr. Lotfi Meliani and I exchanged many email before our trip. He was more than helpful and went out his way to make us feel welcome.

The front desk staff (a French gentleman with an Italian last name) provided excellent service, truly. I haven’t seen this level of service in 4 star hotels throughout Europe.

We felt very relaxed here. The quiet hotel's friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms along with the convenience of the airport shuttle made our stay perfect.

It was a pleasant time, a little too short for me.

This is my second time staying at this Hilton and I highly recommend. Very comfortable. Really appreciate the friendly check-in staff, the restaurant, the coffee and tea available 24 hours a day in the lobby and the outdoor area and the back patio for us smokers. Thank you for everything, Hilton. Will look forward to my next stay.

The hotel was incredibly nice with a very nice and seemingly newly updated hotel room with a lot of space and amenities. The breakfast was also quite nice. The hotel is less than a 10 minute car ride from Orly which is also very convenient.

Gerring there from downtown is a subway and bus trip, but it is a quality property right next to the airport, perfect to catch a flight the next morning. NOTE: Orly is a bit chaotic with long lines, plan to get to the airport early. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The 9am free shuttle was a no show on our day of the departure. We needed to grab a 10 euro Uber to get around this issie.

We stayed here for one night in connection with a Paris-Orly layover. The hotel is close to the airport. We simply took an uber to the hotel instead of the hotel shuttle - it is not far. But there is a hotel shuttle for those who wish to use it. The staff was nice and the hotel was good value for us. We enjoyed our quick stay.
