Very comfortable bed. Nice room, clean with everything I needed.

There was nowhere to have a snack/drink if breakfast was missed. There was a restaurant open for lunch but I really think there should be somewhere to get a coffee and a snack between times.

Hello, Thank you very much for your hospitality. I would like to give a special mention to David. He gave me very good and courteous service and made sure to ask and check if everything was okay. Even though I wanted to leave due to the poor service I received, David made sure to keep me and give me excellent service.

Nice and Clean Room. Easy checkin. David at the reception is super helpful. Best Hotel in Kunshan.

All very amazing, suite room great great, 19th floor incredible view and king Bed super super comfortable . Bar relaxing and very sweet to take good time for drink beer 🍻 and cocktail 🍹 Morning great day good start, with real international breakfast.

The rooms were great food was brilliant lovely breakfast and evening meal. Staff were amazing especially David who went above and beyond for myself, my partner and my parents who have made their first trip to China.

Since the branding and ownership change several years back, the Hotel has lost its lustre as a great Hoel for international visitors. It now presents much more in the theme of a reasonable Chinese Hotel.

The Executive Lounge has gone and the Happy Hour offering is not the same value as the Executive Lounge priviliges gave to guests, so the exclusive nature and private retreat offered to executive level guests devalues the proposition

We enjoyed our stay at the Paradox! We were on Golden Week holidays and I searched and found reasonable prices for all that they offered. We had access to the nice pool and the gym! We used the gym everyday that we stayed. Also, it was close to nearby malls and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time. The staff was very friendly!

The only suggestion that I have to improve the wifi connection. Although, the staff was accommodating with one of those personal wifi plug ins it still didn't connect properly.

The location is very convenient and close to metro. The service was wonderful, especially David and Nora, who provided a great service with booking, also other people who helped us. Due to long stay in hotel, they also provided breakfast for few days without cost. Thank you again here for your great service. Definitely I will book again once back here.

Cleaning staff and room service very gentle. Good position, good gym and pool

Chinese restaurant in the hotel is very bad. (was sick after eating there) I had to leave at 8.30p.m... After charging for late chack out, they also wanted to charge me again for couple of hours more..

The hotel is in a good location for easy trips to Shanghai, Suzhou, and the Late Tai area.

Hotel is always great. David on the front desk was very helpful during check out / holding my bags for a few hours. Pool/Spa facilities are v good

The service in the bar and grill restaurant is quite poor and has been each time i've stayed. It's slow despite being nearly empty every evening

The staff are super friendly, Nina was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet food was delicious

He was Mr. David was friendly and very helpful and was fluent in English and know what we want to visit next time the hotel because of Mr. David

いまの昆山では設備と値段を天秤にかけて1番良いホテルの気がします。 ベッドの質も他のホテルよりかなり良いです。 さすが、もともとスイスホテルだっただけあるなと。 次回もここにします。

Breakfast was nice. Big selection of food. Rooms are spaceous and cleen. Staff is friendly, speaking decent english. Food quality in 1st floor restaurant was very, very good. Unexperience waiters could not spoil quality of food.

Area of swimming pool, locker room was quite worn out. Locker rooms are smelly. Tried to go to sauna, but all surroundings sreamed for me - don't go. For local people itseemed no problem, but for it was no go. Left immediately and never came back at my 1 week stay peruot. Staff in 1st floor restaurant seemed working first week. Completely unexperienced.

The Swisshotel KS is a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. It is a good price and is in a central location, but if you want a more up to date hotel look elsewhere.

Very nice hotel with a good price. Breakfast is intercontinental with many options, for all tastes. Gym well equipped with cool atmosphere and view for the lake.

辦理入住時服務人員處理快速並親切有禮 飯店旁是昆山大劇院及游泳館 周遭環境乾淨新穎 剛入住時花灑淋浴地板排水緩慢 經反應隨即處理 飯店雖處昆山市中心惟附近無大型商場 需打車或步行約20分鐘至金鷹會有比較多吃的選項 另外健身房設施完善 飯店游泳池則剛好整修中此次無法使用

尤其是當天 check in 的 Arren 櫃檯服務真是沒話說

瑞士酒店的服務人員，從前台、房務人員到行政酒廊的人員，都是態度親切、有笑容，都能感受到他們的服務熱忱。特別是行政酒廊的Jerry，從我第一次入住後就記住我，都會親切的招呼說歡迎回來、熱情寒暄，也記得我的餐飲喜好、主動準備我的餐點。

柜台人员建议我要加$300人民币就可以升等房间，升等到19楼，从早上六点开始20楼就有高跟鞋走来走去的声音，根本没办法好好休息，真的很后悔升等

On a Business Trip to Kunshan, the stay at Swissotel, Kunshan was nice & comfortable. The area was very good with a few restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel ambiance was very good, the staff spoke & understood reasonable amount of English and were courteous. The rooms were neat & clean. The two minor irritants were: Breakfast was expensive - almost to the level of rates charged in Hotels in downtown Shanghai and the room deposit was RMB 500/person/night. I would rate the experience as an 4.25 out of 5 and would definitely confider staying there once again for any future trips.

I usually stay at the Kunshan Marriot, but this trip decided to try something new based on a co-workers recommendation. I will say for the small additional cost, this is a far greater stay. The breakfest was fantastic and covered western to Chinese and beyond. The bar was great, and the executive lounge was worth it with free drinks (including serve yourself whiskey, gin, vodka, etc) at happy hour and a great spread of snacks. Note you can get breakfest here as well. Rooms were great, wifi was solid and in your room you can gain access to a HK IP so google, etc work and overall very satisfied and will return on my future trips.

Excellent hotel and friendly GM. They have very good personalized service. Great view and nice extras like a proper coffee machine with a few expresso capsules.

They turn the AC OFF at night during they evening for the entire building. Its been 85F+ every day and they still turn the AC off for the entire building. Even if you have your room controls set high/cold its 77F+ by 11:00pm. Don't stay here unless you light to sweat at night and wake up around 3:00pm every night. My entire group of 6 people in 6 different rooms said they won't stay here again. Ive stayed at rooms across China for 10 years and this is a trend with low-end hotel chains here. If you want to sleep the night, go somewhere else. If it wasn't for this AC issue, it would be a fantastic hotel.

Excellent hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Swissotel, Kunshan. I especially like the room. It's very comfortable. I also like their breakfast and dinner buffets. The hotel staff are very curtious. I will definitely stay there again.

A convenient location for business and a good spot to spend the weekend to walk around and see the local sights and sounds. The hotel staff and F&B team were very accomodating to our group during our stay (6 travelers, 1 Indian, 1 white bread American with particular food requests/needs ;-). Everyone was pleased, which is paramount as I was the host recommending the hotel for our clients. This is a solid 4 star hotel (by international standards) and a 5+ star by local standards.

Overall a very good choice for a little sanity for a business traveler away from the hustle / bustle of the noisy city.

We requested a room with a King bed, which is not guaranteed to be available, but it wasn't ready at 1:30pm when we arrived, so they upgraded us to a suite. Wasn't expecting that! It was great. Later that evening we had a troubles getting into the room. It took 3 staff people 1/2hr to get the door open to the room. After it magically starting working again we had no further issues. It is a great place to stay near the end of your trip, when you are ready to forget you are in China. The buffet dinner had a variety of international dishes that did not disappoint.

Although now in the export business, I was trained by the best at Hyatt & Marriott and this is my second review of Swissotel. I must remember to compliment the highest levels of professionalism for Edward as one of the great concierges of the world. Also, all of the great girls at the Executive Club level and business center: Cassie, Joanna, Ann, Alice, Stephanie, Bree, Gaby, Eva and Bella; all deserving honorable mentions. In a world of amateurs, it is so refreshing to see such energetic and cheerful professionals eager to help with solutions to any situation. Also enjoyed to decompress at the running track next door and their clean health-club & indoor pool. In a nice neighborhood for walking miles in all directions. And only an hour from the crown-jewel, Shanghai, when you require a world class 24/7 city Thank You!

The nicest hotel in town. Roger, Justin, jade & Victor were very professional & helpful. Quality people! Next to running track and parks in a clean neighborhood. Took a tour of the Lamborghini Hotel down the street which looks great on their website, but is in a crowded, dirty neighborhood. The rooms are darker with lower ceilings with a strange odor of mold or mildew...it could be a "sick" building that was not cured by any surface remodeling.

Good area to stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room a little tired looking but acceptable and clean.

Nice place. Lots of new 5 stars in Kunshan, but I think they do a pretty job here. Will come back.

This will be my new 'home' when I travel to Kunshan.
