Crowne Plaza Kunshan by IHG

Ontbijt was prima.

Clean and spacious, truly great service and lots of amenities. The mall attached is very fun & convenient. We enjoyed it a lot

Environment is clean

Comfort room, quiet and nice table for working.

People are smoking in the aircond room.

Aamiainen hyvä

Good room service and tasty breakfast

Quite old and dirty gym / pool

wonderful hotel and will back again

like the breakfast . the staff in Canteen are all very nice

not clean. TV not working and called the service department. However, no one helped checking afterwards

Good

The pool seemed clean but too public

The floors are dirty, the toilets don’t work well—the toilet was blocked in the first room we got, they tried to fix it smelled the entire room, they switched to another room which the toilet wouldn’t stop leaking water. The service was bad, I ordered room service and had to cancel it after waiting for 2 hours!!!

hotel was beside a mall with many food options besides shopping.

Guest room door had a gap between the door frame at the lower part, possibly due to door hinge at top not holding well. It prevented us from closing the door tight and thus we could see the corridor light from inside the room. We requested for a change of room because of this, and the replacement room seems to have the same problem too, but slightly better. Strange smell in the first room bathroom.

I’m impressed with the high end look and feel of the hotel. Excellent treatment by staff in all of my dealings and conversations (except one time)

There should be English instructions for how to turn on TV with the remote control

Good location, nice modern room

There was leftover spit from the last customer in the bin next to the toilet that wasn't cleaned. The staff at the reception during my check in was a bit unfriendly as well as the guy on the phone when I called at 21:00 to inform them that I will be checking in that day but delay a bit. For my check out the next day though, it was different staff at the reception and they were all very friendly and helpful.

Mostly above standard level

Ok

Can't complain.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel location is close to a shopping mall. Breakfast is inclusive of a variety of food choice. The check-in reception personnel was not well trained to elaborate related services, room rate and credit card pre-charge. The temp control in the room does not really work, no heater function. Overall It's a good choice staying in Kunshan compare with other hotels.

Bra hotell för en affärsresa

The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast option if you need to fill up before your day. The hotel is also attached to a high end mall with several food options on the bottom floor and top floor (and a Dairy Queen!) We did have trouble getting 4 towels for our family of four. We asked for 2 extra towels, which were promptly delivered. However, next time the cleaning service came through they only left 2 towels again. Besides this very small detail, everything else was very good!

Very nice property, brand new hotel, super friendly staff, always smiling. Def. stay here again.

The hotel staff service is terrible with no professional and courtesy friendly attitude. We had lost our swimming suite in the room and they did not show any responsibility for it. Every time when you call for room services, they don't know your room number at all. When have issue with one of their staff, the front desk manager said we should complain to that staff's direct report manager not to him. What kind of service is this? How would I know who is that staff's direct manager to report to. This is very ridiculous. I would never stay in this hotel again and not recommend it at all.
