From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception staff. Check-in was seamless—quick, efficient, and accompanied by genuine smiles that made us feel instantly welcome. The team was incredibly helpful, offering local tips. especially from the guy whose name is cuoczho i hope i spell it right. Breakfast was a daily highlight. The variety and freshness of the buffet were impressive, but what truly stood out was the personal touch. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff member who prepared our omelets every morning and brought it to us with such kindness and care. It wasn’t just delicious—it felt like a small act of hospitality that made our mornings extra special We stayed on the 15th floor, and the room was absolutely clean and perfect—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The view was stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities, was just right. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and thoughtful details made it a stay to remember. Absolutely will come again next time!

Stayed here when when it 1st opened and had excellent service, this year not so good. Payed to have free drinks and nibbles between 5.30-7pm only to be told “the club lounge not open” accommodating for me to have an early check in and late check out

It is in the heart of the Kunshan city. It is very convenient for us to visit our friends and have various activities. Building, room and service is very good. I still will pick up it for my next visit.

Great welcoming from the hotel staff. I would like to thank two persons - Mrs Elena was helping me with medical issues and Mrs Chloe left me with such a good feeling on departure, that I will definitely come back to this hotel when in Suzhou/Shanghai area.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I was completely satisfied again and enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a very nice pool and gym! The restaurants and café in the hotel are also very good. In addition, the nearby shopping malls and restaurants were just around the corner. I really enjoyed my time there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating – thanks to Chloe for her enthusiastic service. Thanks also to Dale, who helped me with my next reservation at the Tolino Lamborgini Hotel – I'm coming back in two weeks for an extended stay. :)

I had a very nice stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. Gym also in good condition. 5 min walk from the subway, restaurants and FamilyMart right around the corner. The staff was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Rebecca for providing quick and useful information, suggestions for my trip to Suzhou, and making sure that everything was good.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel with world class facilities and excellent service!! I’d like to offer my sincere gratitude to the entire staff and particularly Chloe - she went above and beyond to make sure all our expectations were exceeded. Chloe’s kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go out of her way to ensure our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable were things that I’ve never experienced before at any other hotel. She upgraded us to a great room and even offered a different room with a better view the following day. Thank you so very much Chloe, you made our stay in Kunshan a very special one and we are very grateful! I’d highly recommend the Tonino Lamborghini hotel in Kunshan to anyone - it was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had during our trip to China!

The staff is very hot and professional, and the room is very clean.

The carpet looks need deep clean. The facility needs a little maintenance. But the staffs were really helpful

The parking is meant to be free but the system broke and cost me 25RMB bit annoying Post stay staff sending text messages asking to be named in my review...I didn't see the person not would I name them. Please don't give out out phone numbers! Room was a little dirty with old fake eye lashes stuck on the bed board

A very high level hotel, very clean and very organized 10/10. The breakfast was perfect as well.

Very few of the Hotel stuff speak english, It was not so easy to Communicate, but they did their best.

샤워 용품 비치되어 있지 않음. 별도로 전화 요청하였음. 둘쨌날도 없었음. 이 호텔의 원래 정책이 없는 건지도, 달라는 고객에겐 주고 말 없음 그냥 넘러 가는건가? 예약했을 때 욕실 - 고급 세면 용품으로 표기되어 있었는데. 매번 전화하려니 귀찮음.

훌륭한 시설에 서비스도 만족

Great service, very responsive. Room was fantastic - very well decorated, had nice extras like electronic blinds between the bedroom & bathroom. Had a dressing room, too. Deliveries were handled by a robot - the coolest thing ever. It came to the room, rang the phone and we got our stuff. Then it headed back by itself including calling the elevator and getting in.

Hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. Besides room upgrade, also help my coworker to do late check in, taxing, train information. Room is super clean and nice. Great TV contents, and many restaurants just on the same street. It was passenger friendly walking environment. Will def. recommend.

昆山という街においては普通のことなのかもしれないが、このホテルは英語はほとんど通じない。レセプションの2人を除いては、「私に荷物が届いているはずですが持ってきてください」「このホテルから空港まで１時間で行けますか？」すら通じない。2階の日本料理店も「メニューを見せてください」と頼んだが、無理であった。ホテル内ほとんど英会話不可。 朝食ビュッフェは席を見つけるのが困難なほど大混雑。まるで年末年始のワイキキのホテル状態。中国人団体客がセミナーか何かで泊まっていた模様で、外国人には居心地が悪かった。メニューは豊富だが現地人を対象に作られており僕ら外国人は卵料理とハムとサラダくらいでなんとかするしかない。 フィットネスセンターはトレッドミルはあるが、筋力アップ系はほとんど無いので期待しないこと。ちなみにランボルギーニという割にはロビーにはハーレーダビッドソンが置いてあり、あの自動車メーカーとは経営は関係は無いようです。 よかったのはシャワーの水圧は高く、バスルームも広めである。 ホテル内のwifiは中国では通じないGoogle, Facebookにもアクセス可能で、Gmailを読んだり、Facebook, Lineでのコミュニケーションが取れるのはよかったです。 また、ホテルに隣接しているWorld Trade PlazaというショッピングモールはParksonという百貨店が入っており、その中や外側にはラーメンや日本風カレーライスなど安く食べられるレストランもあって便利だが、建物の半分はゴーストビル状態であった。モールにはUNIQLOも入っているが値段は日本よりは30%ほど高い。UNIQLOの前にある地下に潜っていくエスカレーターで地下に行くとスーパーマーケットあり、お土産を買ったりフルーツ買ったりと立地は便利。 この街で滞在するには中心地でもありいいのかもしれないが、積極的におすすめはできない気がします。ヨーロッパ系のホテルが近くにあるので次回はそこにステイしようと思います。

ホテルスタッフはとても親切で、大体のスタッフさんが英語を話せます。 こちらの中国語と英語力が足りず、必死に伝えようとしていると、スマホの翻訳アプリなどを駆使し、日本語で対応しようとしてくれる方もいらっしゃいました。 皆さんとても丁寧な対応なので、さすがという感じです。中国の北京・上海以外でここまでの対応はとても珍しいと思います。 お部屋もレストランも共有スペースもとても綺麗で、日本人が満足できるレベルです。 隣接するショッピングモールはスタバやハーゲンダッツも入っており、楽しめました。 私は昆山体育中心でのスポーツ観戦目的で滞在したので、目的地までもタクシー10分くらいの立地で申し分ない感じです。 私はもう一度昆山を訪れるならまたここに泊まります。

Very Good !!!!!

入住三天，房間整理不錯，只是浴缸設置有點怪，沒有對外門可以關。 其他的都還可以。 停車場還不至於沒有位子停，人員很nice。 櫃檯小姐很親切，有問必答。

Hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. Resturant manager, David was very helpful. Customer relations officers also very helpful. The only problem I had was that I needed to extend another night but the rate increased dramatically. The staff did not offer any accommodation so I was forced to move to another hotel.

行政房型乾淨舒適，家庭出遊首選！

酒店在市中心，旁边就是百盛，出行还算便利。 因为朋友团了套餐，而我正好有一晚奖励住宿就兑换了一起去玩了。 酒店本身没有什么突出的，就游泳池还不错。 比较郁闷的是，我兑换的免费住宿加自己出的一部分差价，总共价值一千出头，到了酒店发现居然是不含早餐的。相对酒店的整体感受而言，性价比实在太低，所谓的景观房也只是对着喷泉，因为晚上出去吃饭了，也没看到。我朋友团购的599含早餐，还送蒙特利乐园的家庭票呢。 蒙特利乐园倒是很不错的，值得一去。

Good location and new hotel, nice to atat

整體而言，服務態度不錯。但是不巧剛好有遇到門禁系統故障，造成無法進入房間的窘境，浪費自己一個半小時。另外，地毯接縫處有固定的釘子，不小心踩到差點受傷。

It is a relatively good hotel for local touring

Hotel was good, got an upgrade to a very large room. Entertainment was limited in hotel with just one bar and so full of smoke it was impossible to enjoy the live jazz band

A bit disappointed. Seems to be just a hotel name franchised out but run just as a local hotel. Overall nothing spectacular except having the lamborghini name. Expensive for such a small place as kunshan. The internet is great tho. Wireless is fast. Shower is good... Strong. Front desk needs more training. Took more than 15 minutes to check in and another 15 to check out... i was the only person there... imagine how long it will take if there was another customer...

The advertisement for this hotel is a bit misleading in that it states that it is in Souzhou, and while Kunshan is proximate to Souzhou, the Tonino Lamborghini, is in the center of Kunshan. I was aware of this as I have seen the hotel on previous business trips but had never stayed prior to this visit. The hotel is very new, very stylish and completely in keeping with the Lamborghini marque. The staff is professional and friendly, the location is very convenient to evening activities and all in all this is a great addition to the city.
