Park Plaza Gurgaon

Central location and large room size

Breakfast spread and quality, slow and disorganised checkout process.

The food was excellent.

The rooms were not being thoroughly cleaned.

Very niece property

Room is fine with good bed sheets and ambiance

1. The is no USB ports in the room at all. 2. The shower area should have anti slip floor tiles. 3. Sofa chair is not comfortable. 4. Not worth the cost. 5. Complimentary breakfast.

Food

到着が深夜早朝になりましたが対応してくれて、フレキシブルにチェックアウトもサポートしてくれました。

when I stayed hotel Ms ANJANA adjustment a lot of support I had good stay and hopefully to stay this hotel again. recommend the best hotel.

Good Ambience

Complimentary Breakfast can be better

The room, service and the buffet were amazing. The pool is neat and clean with a good view from the rooftop.

Unfortunately, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room had a strong moldy smell, which appeared to be be coming from the central air conditioning system. The odor was persistent and made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in. We were also concerned that it could pose a health risk, particularly for anyone with allergies or respiratory sensitivities.

Good rooms

Bad gym

Great stay experience with the property. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mujeeb, Praveen and Himanshu Ji from the front office team. Ganesh from the housekeeping team and Sunil and Ankit from the security team were very helpful. And lastly, both the chauffeurs Balram and Sumit were excellent at their services. Scope of Improvement: 1) Please improve the breakfast buffet experience for the guests by adding some more items and improving overall service experiences. 2) Suggest covering the terrace by a net so that pigeons cannot enter the water body or pool area.
