The staff is extraordinarily friendly the facilities were very comfortable and quiet and I was extraordinarily happy with the included breakfast.

Honestly I can't think of anything. The only thing maybe is the elevator is a little slow?

Nagyon tetszett a szállás, tiszta volt, rendezett. A személyzet kedves volt. A reggeli választékos és finom. Két kutyával érkeztünk és szuper volt, hogy a hotel területén mindenhova vihettük őket és velünk lehettek. Összeségében ajánljuk és bármikor visszamennénk.

Très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant, prêt de vélo pour visiter Sirmione et prêt de drap de bain pour la piscine. Restaurant excellent.

De gemoedelijke sfeer in het hotel!!❣️ De hygiëne was zeer goed. Fijn zwembad en prima keuken Fijne kamers met goede bedden en goedwerkende airco 😊

We vonden het jammer dat er bij het hotel geen begaanbaar strandje is. Wel in de buurt maar bij het hotel zijn wel mogelijkheden. Het staat ook op de website dat er een strand is. Misschien even aanpassen.

Hotel z fajnym położeniem nad samym jeziorem, czysty, w pokojach było cicho. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i dodatkowo można za darmo wypożyczyć rowery.

Wi-Fi praktycznie nie działało, w łazience u nas w pokoju codziennie pod prysznicem był jakiś brud jak czarny piasek, może cement z płytek się sypał, albo coś innego. O ile pokój bardzo sympatyczny to łazienka jednak stara.

If you're looking for a relaxing poolside getaway with beautiful views of Lake Garda, this is definitely the place. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Oleg. The location is close to the center of Sirmione, yet far from the crowds of tourists. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Vergognoso: downgrade forzato, bugie a catena e direttrice latitante. Abbiamo prenotato con quasi un anno di anticipo (19 settembre 2025) una camera Quadrupla al piano terra per stare più larghi con mio marito e mio figlio di 11 anni. Al nostro arrivo il 9 agosto 2026 la nostra camera era occupata. Siamo stati declassati a forza in una stanza Tripla al secondo piano, con un bagno imbarazzante dotato di una semplice tenda. Come se non bastasse, la struttura ha provato a giustificarsi spacciando la cosa come un "upgrade" solo perché c'era un terrazzino vista lago di Garda. Quando ho chiesto di parlare con la direttrice, quest'ultima si è rifiutata di metterci la faccia e ha costretto il receptionist a inventarsi una terza versione: il condizionatore della nostra quadrupla era improvvisamente "rotto". Penso di avere il diritto di prenotare ciò che voglio e di decidere cosa sia per me l'upgrade, che per me era una camera con due letti più grandi e NON LA VISTA LAGO. Per di più la nostra tripla aveva un bagno con la doccia con la tenda e non con la cabina doccia come nelle foto delle altre stanze. Quindi il fatto che io abbia dormito SOLO una notte, ha dato il diritto allo staff di decidere LORO dove io e la mia famiglia dovevamo dormire. Gestione imbarazzante, basata su bugie continue e totale mancanza di rispetto per i clienti. DELUSA COMPLETAMENTE. NON CI SI COMPORTA COSÌ!

A lovely and peaceful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The swimming pool was a wonderful addition to our holiday, and the views of Lake Garda with the mountains in the background were absolutely stunning. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of choices like fresh fruits. The hotel and its surroundings were spotless, well maintained, and very relaxing. The hotel also provided bicycles, which made it easy and enjoyable to cycle to Sirmione's old town and the restaurants along the lakeside promenade. We stayed for three nights and had an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing place to stay. It's perfect if you don't mind being a few kilometers away from the town center and its attractions.

There were no major drawbacks during our stay. However, it can generally be quite difficult to get a taxi in Sirmione, and the hotel is not located right in the town center. There are some good restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket is conveniently located just across the road. However, if you don't have a car or don't want to use the hotel's bicycles, the location may not be ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time enjoying the old town, shopping, or the restaurants in the center.

Hallo, uns hat die direkte Lage am See und der große Schwimmbad sehr gefallen, der Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen mit wunderschönen Blick auf Schwimmbad und dem Gardasee. Natürlich auch das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet alles was man braucht für tägliche bedarf. Wir werden nochmal kommen wollen.😊

W dniu przyjazdu okazalo sie ze jest organizowana jakas impreza w ogrodzie z zewnatrz. Bylo mnostwo ludzi. Nie zostalismy poinformowani ze nie bedzie wolnych miejsc parkingowych.

The location was perfect, just outside the town centre and right by the lake, making it peaceful and relaxing while still being within walking distance to everything. Our room was spacious enough for the three of us. The pool was a great size, and there were plenty of sunbeds, so it never felt crowded. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety, and we also had dinner at the hotel on several evenings. The food was consistently excellent. One of the things we appreciated most was how pet-friendly the hotel is. We'll definitely be bringing our dog with us the next time we visit!

Die Lage war super, das Essen war gut aber etwas wenig Auswahl, der Pool war gut, Wellness und Jakuzie war etwas klein aber angenehm, das Hotelzimmer war immer sauber und in der Nacht konnte man gut schlafen, von aussen hat man nichts gehört, Parkplatz ist mittelgross Man hat nur 30 min bis Verona mit Auto lohnt sich absolut.

Ideal para alejarte del bullicio de las ciudades, su alberca es muy limpia y en su terraza se disfruta de la vista del lago. Cuenta con amplias instalaciones y servicios muy limpios.

Am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Der Parkplatz war auch sehr klein. Manchmal fanden wir überhaupt keinen Platz.

Great accommodation for a short trip to Lake Garda. The room was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free.

Colazione internazionale, quindi soddisfa pienamente le abitudini di ogni ospite. Personale molto cortese. Camera e bagno molto, molto spaziosi. La nostra camera era una tripla, ed era una tripla vera, non una doppia con l'aggiunta di un letto. Pure il bagno molto spazioso. Camera silenziosissima, benché l'albergo fosse al completo.

La pulizia della stanza lasciava molto a desiderare con polvere e capelli per terra.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See und sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück und gutes Essen. Jeder Wunsch wurde berücksichtigt und kostenlosen Fahrradverleih. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Leider hatten wir ein nicht so großes Zimmer und da wir über Booking com gebucht haben die Übernachtung für den Hund bezahlen mussten, bei direkt Buchung wäre er kostenlos. Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir direkt.

Un hotel con estilo pero muy familiar. Ubicación perfecta, el personal de 10 !! Aunque tiene solo 3 estrellas , pasaría tranquilamente por 4 estrellas !!! Las instalaciónes de top un pequeño gimnasio muy bien equipado, no he visto hasta ahorra mancuernas hasta 25 kg en un hotel boutique como este. Ha sido todo un acierto

Kad smo došli rečeno nam je da su nam promjenili sobu, te da čemo imati veću sobu, pristali smo na to! Nažalost u sobi je bila jako bučna ventilacija, te iz ostalih prostorija (mislim da je to bila kuhinja) navečer su se čuli zvukovi nekih od aparata. Sve u svemu boravak je bio ok! Nadam se da če tu moju kritiku shvatit kao konstruktivnu a ne negativnu. Hvala vam.

Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr tolle seitliche Aussicht zum See und war sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Betten waren ebenfalls bequem und nicht durchgelegen, ich konnte super schlafen. Die Frühstück war sehr lecker.Das Personal sehr freundlich,ging auf jeden Kundenwusch ein. Meine Hunde wurden ebenfalss freundlich empfangen. Dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen.

Affacciato sul lago, con staff molto gentile ed accogliente. La possibilità di usare le bici è molto utile. Il letto era comodo e la stanza pulita e con un bel terrazzino vista lago. Colazione buona e ricca. Piscina all’aperto con lettini ed ombrellone.

La vasca idromassaggio aveva il getto d’acqua un po’ forte e non era particolarmente pulita

Emplacement parfait ! Un peu excentré du centre mais parfait pour être éloigné de l’attrape touriste au cœur de sirmione. Et les alentours de l’hôtel sont top : restaurants, glaciers, supermarché … C’est Au calme avec parking compris. Nous avions 2 enfants et l’hôtel nous a surclassé en suite. Accueil du personnel souriant et petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité

Jacuzzi : un soir il était trop chaud et l’autre soir un peu froid. Dommage car le cadre et la propreté du spa est top
