Gute Lage, ins Zentrum ca. 4 km. Zum Strand ca 15. min. Sehr großer Supermarkt in ca. 100 m entfernt . Hotel sehr gut. Zimmer sehr gute Ausstattung schönes modernes Bad. Frühstück sehr gut. Sehr nettes Personal. Garage für Fahrrad. Die beste Thunfisch Pizza im Hotelrestaurant. Preise ok. Wir waren mit 8 Personen da und alle sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in Hotel Riel. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter.

Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Hervorzuheben wäre das sehr freundliche Personal des Hauses. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, die Location jedoch mit älterer Einrichtung versehen. Das angeschlossene Restaurant mit großer Terrasse ist sehr gut. Sehr schöner Pool im Garten. Kostenloser Fahrradverleih mit Rädern ohne Gangschaltung.

Die Badezimmer in zwei Zimmern im 2. Stock wurden nicht renoviert, die Duschkabine alt und eng mit Schiebetüren. Kein Lift vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt 4 km von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Zimmerpreis in Höhe von 170,00 Euro inkl. Frühstück somit ziemlich überhöht.

Het is een rustige plek, centraal om met de auto diverse plekken te bezoeken aan het gardameer.

Je kan bij het zwembad niet gemakkelijk wat te drinken bestellen, en als je iets besteld bij de receptie krijg je alles in een plastic bekertje (ook bijv een Aperol). Je kan in het restaurant er naast niest op je kamer laten zetten.

Unica pecca: non usano latte fresco, ma solo a lunga conservazione. Non capisco perché, comunque io adule tipo di latte non lo tollero e non ho potuto bere un cappuccino o un latte macchiato..

Molto lontano dal centro.

Siamo stati benissimo. Eravamo in 4, camera spaziosa, con tutto il necessario, anche con un balcone ad uso esclusivo. Colazione sia salata che dolce ottima. Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante e siamo stati molto bene. Staff gentilissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo; era compreso anche l'uso della piscina, delle biciclette, c'era il biliardino, l'area relax, non sembra un 3 stelle. Sicuramente ci torneremo

L'unica piccola pecca forse la posizione del water (attaccato alla doccia), per il resto tutto perfetto.

in primis il cibo (veramente buono ed abbondante); stanza ampia, pulita e comodissima (anche i materassi e cuscini); spiaggia molto carina anche se ovviamente si sente un po' di rumore in quanto costeggia la strada, ma soprattutto la possibilità di utilizzarla anche prima del check in se si arriva in mattinata è un servizio che pochi offrono e rende il soggiorno assolutamente confortevole

per ordinare qualcosa in piscina bisogna recarsi alla hole (in quanto non c'è un servizio di chiamata) e poi bisogna portarsi il caffè o bibita ma viene servito in un bicchierino di carta e, visto che il prezzo resta identico al prezzo al tavolo, mi sembra un peccato... peraltro avevo chiesto un caffè un po' lungo e mi è stato addebitato il costo di un caffè americano (3 Euro per un caffettino dentro un bicchiere di carta portato da me, mi pare un po' troppo... peccato che ci si perde in questi dettagli, ma nel complesso consiglio vivamente a tutti di andarci e io pure ci tornerò!)

A szobánk a konyha hátsó bejáratánál volt, így nem lehetett az erkélyre kiülni, mert nagyon büdös ételszag volt. Szelőztetni se lehetett ezért.

Vom hoteleigenen Parkplatz über eine sehr freundliche kompetente Mitarbeiterin beim Check-in, die uns mit hilfreichen Infos zur Region (u.a. ÖVP) versorgt hat, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer (u.a. Kaffeekocher, Kühlschrank, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Tisch), bequeme Betten, tolles Frühstück und ein sehr leckeres Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant mit aufmerksamen Personl hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir könne das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Staff gentilissimo. Servizio bici incluso nel costo della camera, nel mio caso. Davvero utile. Camera spartana ma curatissima e pulita. Colazione ottima e varia. Il ristorante della struttura è buono, con personale sempre davvero gentile e cordiale. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Posizione non perfettamente centrale, ma bici e navette raggiungono Sirmione in pochi minuti. Consiglio vivamente! Senza andare fino a Jamaica Beach, sappiate che lì vicino c'è un tratto del lago molto molto carino.

Attenzione: non c'è ascensore, quindi non adatto a tutti. Poche scale, comunque, la struttura ha solamente pochi piani (due forse?).

Frühstück war gut - das Restaurant ist ausgesprochen sehr gut - Parkplatz - Balkon - sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal - Kellnerin hat sich sofort gemerkt, welchen Kaffee wir gerne zum Frühstück trinken

Badezimmer zweckdienlich aber etwas zu klein. Die Dusche sehr klein. Wie Leute mit mehr Gewicht sich hier duschen kann ich mir kaum vorstellen. Leider gibt es auch kaum Stauraum für Kleidung etc..

Możliwość korzystania z rowerów dostępnych w hotelu zdecydowanie na plus. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Standard pokojów OK, ale nie ma co się spodziewać luksusów. Stosunkowo niewielki basen, ale za to bardzo czysty z chłodną wodą.

Pokoje z tarasami skierowanymi na "park" to zdecydowanie walory zapachowe wydobywające się z komina, który ociekał wręcz tłuszczem. Nie dało się korzystać z dostępnego tarasu w godzinach popołudniowych i wieczornych ze względu na smród oraz hałas. Śniadania OK, ale monotonne... brak możliwości korzystania samodzielnie z ekspresu do kawy na stołówce to jakiś dziwny standard. Każdorazowo trzeba było zamawiać ciepłe napoje.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Rest. bietet eine gute Auswahl und vor allem auch glutenfreie Speisen.

Das Seeufer ist circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ableger Möglichkeit beziehungsweise unserem Zimmer eingeschränkt.

Mir hat gefallen das ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer war , das es einen kostenlosen Tresor gab und der Pool war sehr gut

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen , liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse direkt am Kreisel , abends konnte man nirgends draussen zusammen sitzen nur in der Pizzeria, und von einem schönen Strand kann man leider nicht sprechen

Beautiful small hotel . Lovely staff , restaurant and swimming pool . Rooms very comfortable . Excellent location , not in busy town centre but not too far ! We used the complimentary bikes which were great for getting around

Very friendly and supportive staff. Free bicycles made it even better and Sirmione is great town to go around the lake areas. Breakfast too exceeded our expectations. Overall we will visit again.

Buffet continental pour le petit déjeuner très bien garni avec de bons produits. Un personnel très agréable et souriant vous accueille dans la salle du petit déjeuner pour vous servir les boissons chaudes à la demande, un contact humain très sympathique.

J'avais une chambre sur le palier face aux escaliers, l'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée pour éviter d'entendre les allers et venues des clients.

Wspaniała atmosfera, miły personel, duży darmowy parking, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo fajny basen, pokój po remoncie, czysty, przestronny balkon.

Śniadania mogłyby być trochę bardziej urozmaicone, ale.i tak były smaczne.

Wat een mooi hotel! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, wat echt een groot pluspunt is. Elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken. Het eten in het restaurant is erg lekker en het zwembad is heerlijk. Ook fijn: er is ruim voldoende plek als je even de schaduw wilt opzoeken.

Genoten van het enorm uitgebreide ontbijt (hoewel een simpel plakje kaas een fijne toevoeging zou zijn!). Helaas viel de kamer wat tegen: een zeer kleine douchecabine, een matig werkende airco en het beddengoed is tussentijds niet vernieuwd.

Завтрак очень скудный, нет выбора, пополняют не вовремя - контейнеры стоят пустые и гости не могут ничего взять на завтрак. Каждое утро одно и тоже - никаого разнообразия. Да и то, что готовят, можно шотовить лучше. Обычная яишница глазунья или не дожарена или пережарена.

Enostavna dostopnost in bližina do mesta, Gardalanda in ostalih znamenitosti. Zajtrk okusen, možnost brez glutena in brez laktoze, osebje zelo prijazno, sobe čiste in klimatizirane.

A great hotel on Garda lake' very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. A comfy room and good breakfast. The people at the reception were very helpful. Its a bit far from the old center.

The stream in the bathroom was very weak.

La vétusté de la salle de bain, lavabo fêlé, pomme de douche entartrée. La différence de niveau entre la salle de bain et la chambre, qui peut provoquer des chutes. L'absence de moustiquaires aux fenêtres qui oblige à dormir les fenêtres fermées et à utiliser la climatisation.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel itself has several aspects that could be improved to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

Thé staff are welcoming and actively helpful. The room had good air conditioning which was critical during the heatwave during which we stayed, and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast selection, and a nice, well-kept pool.

The most difficult part of our stay was the noise that carried through the halls and came from the heavy walking of those in the room above. Also, there was just one little tray in the bathroom for bathroom products, and only little pegs for the towels, so it was difficult to get the towels to stay up. And they were positioned just above the toilet paper, so using the toilet paper causes the towels to fall.

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The breakfast selection was very good and changed daily. The restaurant was very good value for money. Gorgeous swimming pool.

Die Damen beim Frühstück waren total nett und aufmerksam, genauso waren die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption.

In unserem Zimmer Nr. 5 war im Bad am Waschbecken keine einzige Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen.

Die Frühstücksdamen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

На завтраке по телевизору показывают красивые картинки самого завтрака, нарезанные помидоры, разные сыры, но по факту сыров за три раза так и не увидели, помидоров также не было, огурцы попались гнилые, на следующий день были уже свежие, но попадались и порченные.

The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, but there was no elevator.

Hotel was great and staff were really friendly. Good breakfast with a varied selection. We ate at the restaurant which was delicious and reasonable prices. The pool area was clean and the pool was good for a swim. We had a double room which was really comfortable and stylish with a good balcony.

I don’t have any negatives about this property.

Posizione e parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo preso le bici dell'hotel e fatto pochi minuti per raggiungere il Borgo di Sirmione. Colazione ok!

Senza chiedere il nostro parere ci hanno assegnato una camera senza balcone. Stanza pulita e ben arredata, ma umida: mi è sembrato di dormire in bagno.
