L’Hôtel est bien placé, les chambres confortables avec un grand balcon et une belle salle de bain. Le personnel était disponible et a l écoute. Nous avons pu venir avec notre animal.

ALLES. Topmoderne klimatisierte Zimmer, ein großer Flatscreen, ein Badezimmer mit einer riesigen komfortablen Dusche. Riesiger Balkon mit Aussicht auf den See. Frühstück vielfältig und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Bis zum Castello Sirmione ein schöner Spaziergang von 45 Minuten, großteils entlang des Ufers. Freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Als I-Tüpfelchen 2-Gehminuten entfernt die beste Pizza vom Gardasee ( Pizza La Bodega).

NICHTS. Einzig der Frühstücksraum hätte bei der Planung etwas größer ausfallen können. Da können aber die Betreiber nichts dafür.

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer, jedoch kaum Ablagefläche. Reicht für eine Nacht. Unseres war wie beschrieben etwas klein. Bad modern und geräumig, allerdings wenig Ablagefläche oder Stauraum

Parkplätze sind nicht am oder direkt beim Hotel, es sind öffentliche Parkplätze die auch belegt sein können. E Fahrzeuge können tanken, wenn sie vorher reserviert haben. Auf einem dieser Plätze wurde ein Verbrenner geparkt. Ist anscheinend so üblich. Der zweite Ladeplatz war frei, allerdings reserviert auf unbestimmte Zeit. Erst auf nachdrückliche Anfrage hätte ich Strom Tanken können. Muss man nicht verstehen.

Super hotel wszystko na plus, śniadania, pełen asortyment memu dla każdego. Czystość, komfort i blisko jeziora Garda, można wypożyczyć rowery i pozwiedzać okolicę. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny Polecam 👍👍👍

Mindennel megvoltunk elégedve, semmibe nemtudunk belekötni. Tisztaság, rendezettség. Az étel finom volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt.

Menší, príjemný hotel s dobrou polohou, blízko pri jazere aj zastávke do historického centra Sirmione. V rámci izby sme mali krásnu terasu s výhľadom na jazero. Personál bol úslužný a milý. Raňajky pestré, všetci sme si mali čo vybrať - vhodné aj pre celiatikov.

Trochu čo nám vadilo, bola nedostatočná čistota izieb a kúpeľne. Už vidno opotrebovanosť nábytku a aj steny by si zaslúžili premaľovať. Sprchovému kútu by mal hotel venovať väčšiu pozornosť, pretože už bolo vidno plesne z vlhkosti v záhyboch dvier.

A tisztaságot, a gyakori apró kedvességét, figyelmességet. A légkört amit teremtenek. A reggelivel nagyon elégedettek vagyunk. Parkolni nagyon könnyű. Az óvárosban kerékpárral jártunk be, autóval úgy sem érdemes.

A rooftop bár nem üzemelt talán ezt lehet a negatív pont de ezt inkább vicc mint komoly.

Wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer, Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bei komplett geschlossener Terrassentür sobald man auf der Terrasse ist geht die Klimaanlage aus, wenig Fächer im Schrank

The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was really great! Air con in the rooms was a life saver given the hot weather outside.

Das Hotel ist neu und man sieht es. Zimmern waren deutlich sauber

Preisverhältnis war schon teuer für das was man dort bekommt.

Good location. Quiet. With lots of parking and restaurants close by. The best is the friendly staff. Very helpful always available. We had a great stay.

Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit

Das Personal war super nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr Modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man hat eine total familiäres Gefühl. Das Frühstück ist absolut fabelhaft und gleich nebenan ist eine richtige gute Pizzaria.

Für 2 Personen und einem Hund hätte das Zimmer etwas größer sein dürfen aber das ist kein negativ Punkt.

Gana toli nuo Sirmione centro (virš valandos pėsčiomis), teko važiuoti mašina, kur brangus ir sudėtingas parkavimas. Kambary gyvenome trise, todėl vietos buvo per mažai.

Mooie uitzicht en grote kamer. Ik zou graag nog hier terug komen. Het was prima.

Airo is niet krachtig genoeg.

Die schön angepriesene Rooftop-Bar war leider nicht offen und nicht nutzbar

Everything was Nice, clean and like new. Good variety for breakfast but some wishes were not fulfilled.

Rooms too small. There was hardly place for The opened suitcase. Only six parking spaces for 18 rooms (everyone of course comes by car). Although I carry „Genius level 2“ but no room upgrade was offered unless we pay 100,-€ more. In Breakfast no fresh juices, no omelettes etc. were possible. All in all not good value for money.

V tem botelu sem se počutia res odlično. Soba je bila z razgledom na jezero čista in zelo udobna, vzdušje pa prijetno in sproščeno. Tudi zajtrk je bil odličen. Osebje je bilo izjemno prijazno in vedno pripravljeno pomagati. Z bivanjem sem bila zelo zadovoljena in se bom z veseljem še vrnia. Toplo priporočam!

In diesem Hotel gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bad ist groß und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Dusche ist riesig und auch der Balkon bietet viel Platz und war sauber. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und kann auch im Außenbereich genossen werden. Strände sind in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis in die Altstadt von Sirmione läuft man ungefähr 45 Minuten dann nochmal 10 Minuten bis zum Jamaika Beach. Wer nicht laufen möchte, kann auch den öffentlichen Bus nutzen. Kurz gesagt: Wenn wir wieder einmal in Sirmione sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Hotel Cristal einchecken. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist ok, weil das Hotel dicht am Gardasee liegt. Allerdings liegt es auch direkt an einem gut genutzten Kreisverkehr und gefühlt etwas weiter weg vom Geschehen

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, vom Empfang bis zum Reinigungspersonal. Service : Auf individuelle Wünsche wird stets freundlich eingegangen und auch alles möglich gemacht, was im Rahmen der Entscheidungen des Personals ist.

Le confort

Chambre qui n'avait pas vu sur le lac comme indiqué, malgré une réservation un mois avant. De plus pas de SPA disponible, en panne ou en maintenance, et bien sur aucune remise commerciale.

Lage ist zwar Zentral aber direkt am Kreisverkehr- bei uns war jedoch wenig Verkehr und daher trotzdem voll ruhig!

For our first visit to Lake Garda, this hotel was a very convenient base. It's located outside the busier and more touristy areas of Sirmione, while still being just a short drive away. Other towns along the eastern shore, such as Lazise, Bardolino, and Garda, can also be reached within about 20 to 30 minutes, traffic permitting. The hotel seems new and sits right by the lake on a quiet road, making it a pleasant place to relax. You can enjoy a lakeside walk or rent one of the hotel's bikes to explore the area. If you're traveling by car, there is parking available at the hotel, as well as additional parking nearby if the hotel's spaces are full.

The room is not particularly spacious if you're traveling with more than carry-on luggage. While the bathroom is quite large and the balcony is a nice feature, this leaves limited space around the bed for storing luggage for two people. The air conditioning was also disappointing. The thermostat could not be set below 20°C, which would have been acceptable if the room had actually reached that temperature. However, it never felt properly cooled, especially considering the warm weather during our stay. I mentioned this at check-out, but was told the system was working normally. In addition, the air conditioning automatically turned off whenever the balcony door or a window was opened, which made it difficult to keep the room comfortably cool.

Top hotel na přespání při putování autem. Krásný výhled ze střechy na Lago di Garda, hezké osvětlení pokoje a dobrá postel! Doporučuji, vrátíme se zase.

Ricerca del parcheggio serale in quanto in zona occupati. Colazione limitata. Party sul tetto al venerdì sera con musica alta e rumori causati sulle scale dagli avventori. Tuttavia situazione completamente normalizzata intorno alle 23:30. Quindi accettabile...

Super Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, sehr leckeres Frühstück und Ausstattung im Zimmer. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Alles sauber. Das Hotel ist toll eingerichtet und modern. Der Balkon ist sehr groß. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen

Modernes und geräumiges Hotel mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut bis sehr gut( die Auswahl etwas klein aber ausreichend). Es entsprach schon fast 4 Sterne Niveau.

Very well situated, modern and exceptional accommodation. Rooms excellent and facilities to our liking. Seating areas in reception, outside and bar area as well as on roof top. Staff very helpful, had a true family feel to it. Breakfast area was well laid out and selection excellent. Staff were constantly replenishing food and taking away empty dishes. Parking no problem. A family run hotel that went out of its way to make sure your holiday was memorable. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thanks for making our stay one to remember.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Vom Personal wurden wir äußerst freundlich empfangen und betreut. Am Abend auf der Dachterrasse kann man hervorragend den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Leider war das Zimmer eher klein. Aber für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend.

Modern, szép új szálloda. A szoba világos volt, nagy erkéllyel. Autóval könnyen megközelithető és a szálloda előtt tudtunkparkolni. Nagyon közel van a Garda tó. A Személyzet nagyon udvarias és segitőkész. A reggeli választékos.

A szoba viszonylag kicsi volt és nem voltak szekrények, hiányzott ahová kipakolhatjuk a ruhákat, stb-t. 5 napig voltunk a szállodában, a reggeli midig ugyanaz volt.

Zimmer und Lage sind super.

Das Frühstück war etwas „Langweilig“. Absolut kein Italienischer charme. Es war nur das nötigste wenn überhaupt vorhanden. Kleingeschnittene Wurst und Rührei und Speck. Obst gab es nur Äpfel, sonst nichts gesundes. Sie sind in Italien, der ort mit vielen Köstlichkeiten. Das frühstück könnten auch in Deutschland in deiner Grossstadt irgendwo gewesen sein.

Um pouco longe do centro, é preciso caminhar 15min e depois pegar um ônibus, ou pegar 2 ônibus para ir ao centro. Quarto pequeno, apesar de ter um otimo banheiro e varanda
