Loved the ocean view which is clearly visible while having coffee in bed. Also one of the few places that have breakfast included that is value for money. We have been there multiple times since 2020 and the standard of service and hospitality has remained consistent.

La vue, sur la mer, est magnifique. Très joli jardin avec une petite piscine. La chambre bien conçue. Le personnel très très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. En bonus, un matelas chauffant, plutôt appréciable en hiver car il faisait froid dans la chambre, qui est difficile à chauffer.

Rien, à part peut-être l'impression que le lit est un peu creusé.

Perfekter Ausblick von der Terrasse. Dort wird vom Personal auch das frische Frühstück serviert. Kurze Fahrt zum boulders Beach. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz kostenfrei an der Unterkunft.

The apartment was large with a great kitchen and amazing views. Communication was excellent as was breakfast. A great place to stay and so close to the penguins if you want a morning swim with them!

Es war der beste Start in unsere Südafrikareise. Die Lage war super und ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Kaphalbinsel. Das Frühstück war super und der Raum und die Ausstattung wunderbar und genug gross mit 2 Kindern. Das Highlight der Kinder waren der Pool und die Paviane, die sie am ersten Tag vom Fenster aus beobachten konnten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb, gaben uns Tipps und wir konnten sogar nach unserem Nachtflug eher einchecken.

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. The owners are also very nice and welcoming. Have to say though that you cant really see penguins from here.

Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick einschließlich Sonnenaufgang ein Traum! Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Uns hat es mit dem separaten Frühstück, was man ins Zimmer gebracht bekommt, nicht so gut gefallen. Dadurch war die Auswahl sehr gering. Wir hatten an einem Abend ein paar kleine Ameisen im Zimmer. Erica war aber sofort dort und hat geholfen.

locatie prachtig gelegen aan de Seaside. Twee balkonnen naast elkaar, buren hoor en zie je wel. Ontbijt heerlijk met view over de baai. Het dorp Simontown is rustiek en koloniaal. Lekker eten, kleine restaurants. Gemoedelijk. De pinguïnspot is vreselijk en ga vooral niet .... Op doortocht naar Cape de Hope is het een prima stopplek! De Bavianen wandelen heerlijk rondom de locatie, op de weg of waar je maar bent. De eigenaar vindt het wat minder leuk, voor de toerist is het wel lollig ....

I really enjoyed the magnificent view from the big window at the front of the room. I could watch the sunrise over the ocean from my bed. It was very peaceful area, no noise of cars or bars, just the wind and vawes, clean air, beautiful nicely decorated room far from other guests (Seagul room) on the top of the house. Bathroom and kitchen were new and well equipped. Breakfasts very tasty and the personell very kind, pleasant and polite. You can walk kilometres around beaches at the shore and pinguins are just in 20 min. walking distance.....just amazing! Thank you for very nice peaceful week!

Feines Früstück, das wir auf unserer Terrasse einnehmen konnten - Blick auf den Atlantik - Gute Tipps - Lage Top!

Die Terrasse von der man einen wirklich sensationellen Ausblick auf‘s Meer hat ist riesig. Das Zimmer ist schön und groß genug und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Auch im Bad ist alles fast neuwertig! Super Armaturen und guter Wasserdruck! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese tolle Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Also eines hat uns gestört. Es war nicht schlimm und es hat mich auch nicht davon abgehalten, die Unterkunft mit 10 zu bewerten. Aber ich möchte es trotzdem erwähnen, um vielleicht zu erreichen, dass zukünftige Gäste ein besseres Frühstück erhalten. Das englische Frühstück war sehr gut (Rührei, Spiegeleier oder Omelette mit Bacon, Tomate und Pilzen), jedoch ließ die Qualität des kontinentalen Frühstücks (2 Scheiben minderwertigster Klebeschinken, 2 Scheiben Salami, 2 kleine Stückchen Käse, sehr gutes Brot und Butter) sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Wurst und der Käse war abgepackte und billigste Ware vom Supermarkt (nicht frisch). Das erweckt beim Gast den Eindruck, dass das billigste gerade gut genug für den Gast ist. Es wäre schön, wenn Erica das mal überdenken würde.

Lage in der Nähe des Boulders Beach und super für einen Ausflug ans Kap! Das Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und ist sehr lecker!

Die Lage der Unterkunft in Simon‘s Town ist genial, mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten am Cape Point. Die bekannten Pinguins sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern aufs Meer ist genial, der Garten in der Anlage ist sagenhaft. Die Eigentümer als auch das gesamte Team ist sehr herzlich, das frisch zubereitete Frühstück wir auf der zum Zimmer gehörenden Terrasse serviert, Blick zum Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer.

Exzellentes Frühstück, wunderschöne Aussicht,, erträglicher Verkehrslärm. Tolle Betreuung durch das Team

Sehr schönes B&B mit Meerblick und leckerem Frühstück auf dem Zimmer. Sehr ruhige Lage da es etwas abseits vom Zentrum in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier ist. Gute Ausgangslage um den Cape Point National Park zu besuchen. Süsser kleiner Pool im schönen Garten am Hang.

Wonderful location and nicely furnished rooms! Erica and Richard have been phantastic hosts. It is a lovely place just at the border of Simon's Town. Great view on the ocean from the rooms. Pool was wonderful too. Great breakfast as well which is served in the room.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Unterkunft, etwas ausserhalb von Simons Town, in Hanglage mit wundervollem Blick auf das Meer. Das tolle Frühstück wurde uns von dem sehr netten Personal auf unserer Terrasse serviert. Alles perfekt.

Es ist einfach eine traumhafte Lage - mit Blick auf die Bucht. Die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und geräumig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Das perfekte Frühstück wird auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert. Wir sind nach dem Flug aus Deutschland gleich hierher gereist und haben zwei Tage Ruhe gegönnt. Danke für die schönen Tage Zudem ist Simon`s Town der ideale Ausgangpunkt um das "Kap" zu erkunden.

Close to the sea with nice views. Within walking distance of beach and penguins. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The hosts were very helpful and nice. Even helped us go to the best travel clinic after my husband twisted his ankle badly.

If you don’t like stairs the Seagull apartment isn’t not your best option.

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft war einmalig. Der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Die Wohngegend ist etwas abgelegen von Simon´s Town aber wir haben uns dort sehr sicher gefühlt und man konnte das Zentrum schnell erreichen. Wir hatten als Familie 2 Zimmer. Beide waren sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das eine Appartement hatte einen tollen Außen-Sitzbereich, perfekt zum frühstücken mit Meeresblick. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and Cathy was a wonderful and gracious host. The room was beautiful, well-furnished, well-stocked and very clean. We loved our stay and will be visiting again.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Erica and Richard, immediately creating a comfortable atmosphere. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, and the visual representations did not fully capture their appeal. The experience of waking up to a stunning sunrise over the ocean, accompanied by the sound of crashing waves, was exceptional. Furthermore, they provided a curated list of recommended restaurants, ranked by preference, and a selection of local activities. The breakfast was outstanding, and Erica graciously prepared a snack for our early departure. The rooms were impeccably maintained and generously sized. In conclusion, this B&B represents the pinnacle of our experiences, and we highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Simon's Town.

Hatte eine kleine Küche, das Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer serviert. Ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht auf‘s Meer. Nahe zum Boulders Beach und wir haben auch das Kap der guten Hoffnung von da aus besucht.

Wonderful place, close to the Boulder pinguïn colony and Cape of Good Hope. Our room with ocean view was beautiful. We loved the atmosphere, with Erica as friendly host. Cathy made delicious breakfasts! Strongly recommended.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was waking up to the most breathtaking sunrise, visible right from the comfort of our bed. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the natural light and scenery. Every morning felt like a dream, starting the day with such a serene and awe-inspiring view. If you're looking for a place where nature and comfort come together seamlessly, this is it. Highly recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

This nice and cosy B&B is located at the end of Simonstown towards the the cape. The view from terrace over the entire False Bay is overwhelming. We enjoyed the friendly breakfast morning service on the terrace. The room has a nice little kitchenette which enables you to make a coffee or to prepare small food.

Definitely an issue are the sometimes unpleasant Baboons which were even inside in our room since the cleaning staff has not closed properly the door
