There were a few issues during my stay that could be improved. There was no towel provided upon check-in, and I noticed some seepage on the wall. I also found an old medicine sachet inside the drawer and a spider web when I opened the curtain. These details suggest that the room could benefit from a more thorough inspection and cleaning before guests arrive. The tissue holder in the bathroom is full of rust. The WC needs to scrubbed. Despite these issues, the hotel has good potential, particularly because of its convenient location and reasonable price. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the overall guest experience.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026WE DID LATE CHECK IN AROUND 11 PM WE REQUESTED LATE CHECK OUT AROUND 2PM THEY REFUSE THAT.IF HOTEL NOT BUSY IF THEY ACCEPT 2 HOURS LATE CHECK OUT IT WILL BE MORE HAPPY. WASHROOM SINK WAS BROKEN AS WELL before checkin.

A special thanks to the reception staff, whose name I unfortunately forgot, and to the HK Supervisor, Pasupathi, for their excellent service and kindness. Highly recommended! ❤️
