The staff was supportive and helpful

I was very disappointed with my experience. Before our arrival, we were not informed that we would be relocated to another hotel due to an alleged electrical issue at the Gateway Hotel. We only found out upon arrival, which was very inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with family. The alternative hotel provided was far below expectations. The rooms were old, and the bathroom and shower facilities were outdated as well. Although we were given the option to cancel the booking, this was not a practical solution after arriving with family and luggage. As a result, we had to spend a significant part of our first day searching for another hotel and moving again, which disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary stress. Despite the inconvenience, lost time, and additional hassle, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. Overall, the lack of communication, poor alternative accommodation, and absence of customer care made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on how this situation was handled.

Very bad house keeping and Cleanliness, can't keep your leg on the floor, after many time requested in the reception won't take any action, you will be bitten by lot of insects from the bed Booking in gate ways sending all the guests to admiral hotel opp to gateways saying some maintenance, booking dot come promote and 5 star ratings based on the booking dot com profit so better not to believe booking dot com..

Excellent service from the delightful and efficient reception staff. Very convenient location and access to public transport.

Good hotel, but the website changed the rate at the last moment and removed the discount. Very frustrating. Use another booking website

The website showed one rate before booking, but when I proceeded to confirm and make the payment, the discount was removed automatically. This happened at the last moment, and I was not able to add the discount trick or offer again. This is misleading and creates a bad customer experience.

Location. Decent price. Mininal staff but service and cleanliness maintained

They moved to hotel opposite citing power cut because of maintainance work. I doubt. And ironically the alternative also had construction work going on. Breakfast is not worth the extra price. Can't get even the eggs right.

Staff is good especially on the swimming pool area and Mr. Numon is nice and supportive

Hotel offered used water bottles when we asked extra water bottles next day, Phone was not working and TV too

بعد عناء السفر تفاجأت عند وصولي بأن الفندق من دون كهرباء وتود الموظفه نقل حجزي الى فندق اخر من نفس المجموعة ولكنه سيىء جداً وغير نظيف فرفضت وقمت بإلغاء الحجز.

There was no electricity in the hotel and they moved us to another hotel opposite of the street. We didn’t like that hotel but this was a solution. Where the real solution should have been informing us before canceling the booking free 1 day before so that we could have selected another alternative. This hotel will not have electricity for a long time and they will move you to this other hotel. I didn’t like it because the furniture was very bad the room was smelling and the brakefast was really weak.

No Hotel is Not Proper location in google and when we call the property they not answer properly

This hotel Cheater and liar because the hotel already closed. I go to last night. I see the hotel is closed the Mhik story electric problem this problem this problem but it’s all Cheater after he bring me other hotel if I go to the other one in Room where is smelly very bad so I asking to the manager of the hotel. Why if you are hotel is close why you get the booking and you take the money? This is not good so this reason last night I’m not there. I will leave the other hotel and I go away because this hotel only need to get money but hotel is already close.

So I have a request to everybody don’t book this hotel because this hotel already close completely. I’m not stay there. The only detect my money. He never return but he do cheat.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das wir vom ersten Tag an in ein anderen Hotel gebracht wurden mit innenpool. Die Handtücher waren nicht sauber und manche hatten Löcher.

Ik heb een heel prettig verblijf gehad in Gateway Hotel. De locatie is ideaal: dicht bij de metro, waardoor je snel overal in de stad bent. De kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het inchecken ging snel en soepel. Het zwembad en de fitnessruimte waren uitstekend.. Kortom: een uitstekend hotel met een goede prijs‑kwaliteitverhouding. Zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf in Dubai.

Uima-allasalue todella pelkistetty ja vähän aurinkotuoleja. Aamiainen oli aasialaisille suunnattu ja ellei riisi aamutuimaan maistu, niin hieman haasteellista oli riittävän aamiaisen kasaaminen.

Хотела е много чист,персонала и изключително любезен.Искам специално да Брагодаря на мениджъра на хотела,една много мила дама,която след като започна войната постоянно беше до нас и каза че няма за ни остави на улицата!Още веднъж едно огромно Брагодаря!Пак ще посетим този хотел!

Стаята - голяма и чиста, две двойни легла, хубави чаршафи, редовна смяна на хавлии, голяма и чиста баня. Фоайето на хотела е голямо, коридорите много красиви и чисти. Хубавото на местоположението на хотела е, че е много близо до автогарата (редовни автобуси до Шарджа, Абу Даби /през 30 мин/ и други), до метростанция на зелената линия и до стария град и стария пазар.

Хотела е сред индийския квартал. Не че сме имали проблеми, просто по улиците вървят повече мъже, почти само индийци и е търговски хъб на компютърни стоки. Не можехме да отваряме прозореца, защото много миришеше на храна отвън.

Staff are so nice. Location very good near metro station and variety of restaurants.

la habitación esta muy bien, amplia y cómoda. el desayuno esta bien, con opciones diversas. el personal muy amable todo el tiempo.

El unico problema fue que la habitación quedaba justo debajo del salón comedor entonces a las 7 de la mañana ya empezaban los ruidos. De todos modos modos como nos levantamos temprano no era un gran problema...

Hôtel bien placé dans Bur Dubaï proche du quartier historique Al Fahidi, du Creek et des multiples souks. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et très confortables. La piscine sur le toit était vraiment agréable et le personnel aux petits soins pour nous.

Er is een man, die voor je taxi en tickets kan regelen. De taxi's waren vaak te laat. En hij was niet helemaal eerlijk over de uitstappen, die je kon doen. Meer inside information is nodig om goed te kunnen plannen. Het ontbijt is meer gericht op de lokale bevolking. Als Europeaan vind je er niet zoveel lekkers tussen.

Micul dejun este preponderent cu specific indian, dar se gaseau si altfel de produse.Un detaliu bun ar fi ca ni s-a oferit omleta proaspata foarte buna.

Micul dejun ar putea fi mai diversificat si o cafea ar putea fi introdusa in meniu. Acum este cafea doar contra cost 15 aed.

Alles war perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Pool warm. Preis-Leistung ausgezeichnet.

Die Entfernung zur Metro ist weit. Die Öffnungszeiten vom Pool könnten länger sein. Abends wenn man ins Hotel kommt möchte man noch gerne eine Runde schwimmen.

Peut faire mieux niveau propreté et peu d’options occidentales au petit déjeuner.

bylem w pokoju nr 136. bardzo duży pokoj z dwoma łóżkami podwójnymi. obok drugi pokoj z podwójnym łóżkiem. Basen na dschu, bardzo przyjemny. obsługa bardzo miła. nie proponuję śniadań, chyba że ktoś lubi kuchnie hinduska.
