tout était très bien . c'est un hôtel à taille humaine .bien situé au coeur d'un quartier populaire, la localisation est aussi parfaite car on peut visiter beaucoup de sites à pied. situé dans une ruelle au calme. l'accueil de Fleur pour le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et permet de commencer la journée dans la bonne humeur.

grosse zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, sauber. sehr nettes Personal. das Frühstück ist gross und nach wunsch und sehr lecker. Wäscheservice ist super. die lage ist mitten im geschehen und doch ganz ruhig in einem süssen innenhof. Meinen lieben Dank an Madame Mimosa

Great location, it was located down a side road that was very safe and a short walk/grab away from the main area. As it wasnt straight on the main street, the room we had was very quiet. Staff were very friendly. AC worked great. Attentive house cleaning.

Some quite confusing light switches... some switches didnt work, slightly outdated room. Couldn't seem to figure out the hot water as well.

整體住宿體驗很不錯！地點是在巷子裡，不是大馬路旁，所以沒有車流的吵雜聲，晚上休息起來很安靜。 不過建築物的隔音比較普通，早上大約 6 點左右可以聽到樓上的腳步聲和房務整理的聲音。當下有馬上反映，工作人員也有處理，但後來還是會聽到一些整理時的腳步聲，如果比較淺眠的人可能需要注意一下。但是晚上睡覺時間是安靜的！ 位置真的很方便，去各個地方都很近，附近也有很多小吃，生活機能很好。房務人員都很有禮貌，也非常親切熱情，這點讓人感覺很好。 另外一個小小的趣事是，房間的梳妝台對亞洲人的身高來說好像有點太高了 😂 哈哈哈，坐著使用不是那麼方便 看不太到自己。 整體來說性價比不錯，地點方便、環境安靜，服務人員也很友善，還是滿推薦的！ Overall, I had a really nice stay here! The property is located in a small alley rather than on a main road, so there was no traffic noise, which made it nice and quiet, especially at night. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better. Around 6 a.m., I could hear footsteps and some housekeeping noises from upstairs. I reported it right away, and the staff were very responsive, but I could still hear some footsteps and cleaning noises afterward. So, if you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind. The location is very convenient, with easy access to many places and lots of local food options nearby. The housekeeping staff were also very polite, friendly, and welcoming. One funny little thing: the dressing table was a bit too high for an Asian person's height 😂 It wasn't the most comfortable to use while sitting! Overall, I think the place offers good value for money. The location is convenient, the area is quiet, and the staff are very friendly. I would still recommend staying here, especially if you aren't too sensitive to noise.

Considering how last minute I booked this - I really liked the rooms and the location. As I was only staying overnight, I liked that there was a 7/11 a walking distance away.

I only stayed one night here, but I honestly wish I had stayed longer! The room was very spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The mattress and pillows were fantastic, the bathroom was large and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, especially important in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is also excellent. It’s central and in a very strategic area, but thankfully not directly on a crazy busy street. You’re only about a five minute walk from the main action, so it’s easy to get around while still having a quieter place to come back to. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with so many choices. Everything was delicious, and the homemade yogurt was a particular highlight. The cooks did a fantastic job, and I really enjoyed every part of the breakfast. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Jack and Mark at reception were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone I interacted with spoke very good English and was so friendly and professional. I unfortunately forgot the name of the lovely waitress who served breakfast, but she deserves a special mention too. She was incredibly polite, attentive and helpful. They even went the extra mile after I had checked out. I went on a tour in the morning, and they kindly kept my luggage for me. When I returned around 7 or 8pm to head to the airport, they even allowed me to have a shower before leaving. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their guests. Everything about my stay was excellent, but the staff really made it stand out. I only stayed for one night, but I definitely wish I had stayed longer. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and if I return, I will absolutely stay here again.

Stayed at this location for five nights. For price to value this place gets a 10/10 Room is spacious, bed and bathroom is clean, hot water and air conditioning works well. Building has an elevator and it's located in a very central area so many shops and stores are within walking distance. Mini fridge available in room and breakfast in the morning was absolutely fantastic. They serve choice of eggs, crepe, fresh fruits and homemade yogurt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to store my luggage for the entire day even after checking out.

Building is a little bit older and it can be loud outside on the weekends but manageable with ear plugs

The location is superb, right in district 1. Loads of restaurants, bars and places to shop all around you. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy.The breakfast was lovely and served on the roof terrace. The staff were all very friendly.

la disponibilità, ci hanno cambiato stanza per un problema mio di fare le scale, spostandoci in un'altra struttura vicina (Chez Mimosa Pastel) dotata di ascensore; rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Struttura pulita e semplice, ideale per vivere un’esperienza autentica e locale, senza rinunciare a qualche comfort in più. Staff gentile e disponibile; un encomio speciale a Madame Fleur, che con la sua esperienza prepara una deliziosa colazione e offre preziosi consigli per scoprire la città.

La camera è carina e abbastanza recente, il bagno è tenuto bene. La Signora Fleur della colazione è una simpatica donna che parla inglese e francese ed è stata così carina da farci avere la colazione l'ultimo giorno, seppur partissimo alle 3 di mattina

La situació de l’entrada pot fer una mica respecte, però després habitació molt be. Está a prop caminant de Bui Vien. L’habitació es amplia. Es un detall la laundry free. L’esmorzar es senzill pero prou be per sortir amb algo a la panxa. I el personal molt agradable.

Una de les habitacions feia mala olor el lavabo.

Excellent value for money. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, especially compared with what you normally find in Saigon at this price. The location is excellent, right in the city center and within easy reach of the main attractions. What really made the difference was the staff: very welcoming, attentive, and able to speak English. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of leaving a basin with salts and lemons outside the room, so you could add hot water and relax your feet after a long day. Breakfast is simple but good. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Saigon. One of the best value-for-money stays I’ve had in the city.

We had a great stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served around the corner in a rooftop restaurant. It was excellent with eggs cooked freshly how you want them, a large plate of fruit and cereal and yoghurt available too.

Superb location. Close enough to the action (cafes, bars, and the central Saigon tourist spots) while being tucked away from too much noise! The room was a great size, had nice balcony, and plenty of light.

Furnishing is a little dated and eclectic. Pillows could do with an upgrade.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms are super nice and spacious. The staff, especially Fleur, is amazing. The laundry service is free and very well organized. You can have breakfast on a nice rooftop terrace. My room was quiet, even though there is a new building under construction near the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a backyard. You wouldn’t expect to find a hotel there when you arrive for the first time. You can also reach nearly all the nice places by foot.

A great location set back from the main street and within easy access of the main sights. All the staff were outstanding and were proactive in making a great stay. Breakfast was good and served on a rooftop terrace. Very thoughtful take away breakfast when we had an early start.

We had a wonderful stay at Chez Mimosa. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and every evening they offered a traditional herbal foot bath in a wooden tub. After a full day of walking around the city, it was a lovely way to relax. The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh food and a good variety of choices. A special thank you to Madame Fleur, who was always kind, attentive, and happy to help with bookings and recommendations. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would gladly come back.

La habitación es muy amplia y el desayuno está muy bien, aunque cada día hay las mismas opciones, no es muy variado, pero está bueno.

Aunque la ubicación es céntrica y está cerca de todo, la calle en la que está ubicado el hotel no es especialmente higiénica. Nuestra habitación tenía ventana pero esta daba a una pared.

We loved the value for this place. The room was great. The air con and hot water worked really well. The internet was good. The breakfast was good value and filling. It was very very clean and the staff were lovely.

We couldn't change the temperature of our air con but we didn't raise this as we were only there one night. The bottles water provided tasted a little bit like chlorine but nothing too major. It was great!

Lo único que podría decir es que nuestra habitación estaba en el cuarto piso y no había ascensor. Después de un largo día de caminar se hacía un poco duro.

Tout était parfait, l'accueil ( ils nous ont réservé le bus pour la destination finale), la chambre était propre et la literie tres confortable ( sportif 3ème étage) le petit déjeuner était excellent, le calme ( ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas à HCM).

Pensez à fixer le robinet, c'est un détail mais ce serait plus pratique

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—everything you need is just a 10-minute walk away, including Bui Vien Walking Street, the night market, great restaurants, cafés, and many of the city’s main attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. It was exactly what you would hope for to start the day. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. I honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Climb 4 flight of stairs and the foot bath basin was broken. Not a deal breaker.

We liked everything! The room was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Free laundry is a very useful bonus. On top of that lots of lovely attentions like a foot bath, with salts and scents! The staff speak very good English and are very friendly, and as a bonus, the lovely lady Fleur speaks an excellent French. And then there's breakfast, which is so so good, with homemade yoghurt, homemade jam, crepes, tasty fruits, ... We liked it so much, we booked it already for when we come back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Amazing stay! Very easy check in process, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but scrumptious. Flue ( hope I have the name right ) was an amazing host and hospitable lady. The feet soak was an amazing touch! Thanks for the stay!
