L'hotel fa parte della struttura che somiglia al Marina Bay di Singapore, super centrale. Staff molto gentile, ci hanno dato una camera di livello superiore gratuitamente - abbiamo potuto fare lavatrice e asciugatrice. Colazione migliore della vacanza,con anche la Nutella! La sera offrono una sorta di cena con porridge e altre cose.

La struttura non è ben segnalata dall'uscita della metropolitana, quindi passare nel centro commerciale (perché la metro arriva lì) e arrivare all'ufficio informazioni dove bisogna uscire per l'hotel, non è stato facile

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend und die Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt hat alles einen sehr guten und hochwertigen Eindruck gemacht

Leider befand sich direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle, auf der ein neues Gebäude errichtet wird. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, allerdings wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, vor der Anreise über die laufenden Bauarbeiten informiert zu werden.

Loved the location of the hotel - you can get a diverse range of food at the Raffles City mall downstairs if you don’t fancy local Chongqing fare. The washing machine cum dryer was a godsend. Room was modern and maintained well

Great 2 bedroom apartment at the heart of the city, perfect for our needs. There is access to a private viewing platform to watch the drone show on a Saturday night which was very convenient. The washing machine and dryer in the room were really appreciated. Walking distance to Hongya cave

Would have liked 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom for kids. They charge more for this option. You have to book a different room just for this. I don’t need more room just a different sleeping arrangement as my kids hated sharing a bed.

Hotelul este de maxim *** și nota 7, nu știu de unde așa rating pe el. În primul rând, camerele sunt dezolante. Am ajuns la recepție și am primit o cameră care nu semăna sub nicio formă cu ceea ce rezervasem pe booking, pozele fiind în totală contradicție cu realitatea. Am comunicat că nu putem să stăm în camera respectivă și ne-au dat o altă cameră, fără discuții și extrem de repede, cred că e o situație cu care s-au mai confruntat, însă și aceasta a doua cameră, era ponosită și sub nicio formă de un hotel de cinci stele. Nu am putut sta mai mult de o noapte la ei, fiind nevoiti să anulăm cea de-a doua noapte, când ne-am mutat la Westin, hotel pe care îl recomand. Dacă vă păcălește mențiunea legată de best view for drone show, aceasta nu aparține hotelului, ci este o esplanada în proximitatea acestuia, unde vin oameni cazați la toate unitățile de cazare din zonă, dar și din alte părți pentru a vedea spectacolul de drone. Așa ca, sub nicio formă nu recomand acest hotel.

Hospitality zit echt in hun bloed, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een zeer grote kamer (apartement) vlakbij de metro en een mooi winkelcentrum waar je lekker kan eten. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Op zaterdag is er een droneshow voor de deur.

Bij het zwembad moet je badmuts op. Kan je daar gewoon kopen. Alles is gewoon erg goed hier!

Perfect location, absolutely clean and comfortable, own plaza for watching the drone show, walking distance to Jiefangbei and Hongya Dong, the Observation deck and the Sky walk are amazing!

The location, cleaning staff are very professional.

Some front desk staff are not helpful. I was given the option of joining the club, that I did. No explanation of benefits provided. I got the extra night I needed at a 'special rate' that was almost half of my 4 night rate that I got through booking.com. I was offered a 'free drink' one afternoon but the person offering it wanted proof that I was a 'member' and made me feel like a criminal for taking the iced coffee. It's very confusing to get to the tourist sites through the mall. The hotel could have some info ready about that. Breakfast is very limited.

We love the location, so convenient to get to the subway. There was a shopping complex downstairs with lots of choices to eat. The laundry room was perfect for me to catch up on washing during our stay, especially when travelling with children. The complimentary congee at night time was very thoughtful!

For me, the bed was a bit uncomfy. It was a bit hard. Maybe it was just me.

Excelente localização e acesso direto ao centro comercial localizado nos pisos inferiores. Bons espaços nas divisões do apartamento, decoração moderna.

A vista do quarto era muito limitada face ao anunciado. Pequeno-almoço limitado para a cultura ocidental.

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral, auch direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum und der U-Bahn und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Apartment war angenehm groß, ansprechend eingerichtet, mit schönem Blick auf den Fluss und die Stadt. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allen hat uns das Personal an der Rezeption bei all unseren Anfragen sehr unterstützt. Besonderer Dank aber geht an Zoe, die uns sehr geholfen hat, insbesondere bei einer schwierigen Organisation einer Tour. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir die Tour genau nach unserer Vorstellung durchführen konnten. Wir haben 5 Tage im "Raffles" verbracht und es hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Todo lo que puedes esperar de un hotel de 5 estrellas y más. El apartamento es enorme y dispone de todos los servicios que puedas imaginar. Se encuentra ubicado en el edificio Raffles City, zona muy céntrica de Chongqing. Puedes ir andando a la zona de Hongyadong (20 min).

Se canceló el espectáculo de drones, pero entiendo que el alojamiento no tiene mucho que hacer.

Salle de bain/douche avec les taches de rouille dans les carrelages. Après la réclamation, l’hôtel nous a upgradé le lendemain notre chambre. Les 3 chambres sont dispersées dans les différents étages.

Conveniently located connected to the Raffles mall, albeit quite a walk away from the metro. Premium 2 bedroom was enormous, well equipped. Kids loved the robot delivery service. Washing machine, dryer also great to have. Pool was nice to have and clean. Breakfast had a selection of western dishes as well. The Raffles mall balcony / viewing platform was a nice place to view the drone show, but on the same note, it was a bit crowded (no first row places if you arrive directly at the start / late).

Don't come here for the views. The tower in which the hotel is located in is in the 2nd row of towers, so you only have lateral views of the river - which, nevertheless was also quite nice. Taxis/cars don't use the hotel entrance roundabout but stop randomly in the drive-through tunnel under the hotel. At times causing significant traffic jams and heavy delays for pickups/dropoffs.

Friendly and helpful and always able to help me. Plenty of healthy food to choose from and I was always looking forward for my breakfast.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, near so many attractions and the shopping center is just next door. The view from the hotel is amazing, the suites are spacious. The location is 10/10.

The breakfast was very basic, very new options appropriate for Muslims. The pork items weren't separated from the other items; people were using the same cutlery for cheese and ham.

Lo primero es la información errónea que hay sobre las instalaciones hablé con ellos sobre la piscina si estaba en el piso superior que se ve en las fotos la contestación fue si mi sorpresa y decepción fue que cuando llegué y pregunté por la piscina me dijeron que está en la planta 2 con vistas a la ciudad tras unos cristales completamente sucios ósea sin vistas otra sorpresa fue que el personal de limpieza no te deja desayunar tranquilo mientras estás comiendo te quitan los platos hayas acabado o no el bufé es pésimo el personal trata las cosas a patadas literalmente no ponen accesorios en el baño los tienes que pedir todos en recepción en fin es un 5 estrellas porque lo dicen no porque lo sea En un país donde cualquier hotel de menos categoría tiene todo eléctrico aquí hasta las cortinas las tienes que cerrar tú a mano Ha sido la peor experiencia de vida

La habitación, un apartamento estupendo, vamos para entrar a vivir y quedarse. La localización increíble. Vistas alucinantes y muy buen lugar para tener todas las comunicaciones al salir del ascensor.

Alojamiento en el emblemático rascacielos. Habitación muy amplia, cama cómoda y muy buen desayuno. Disponibilidad de dos botellas y dos cápsulas de café diarias.

El baño desentonaba un poco. Secador muy viejo y poco potente y cortina en el baño. Acceder al hotel puede llegar a ser complicado.

Отель показался безупречным в нашем длинном путешествии по Китаю. Вода- отдельное спасибо за кулер в номере. Нет необходимости носить с собой бутылки или просить у персонала. Чистота безупречная. Немного устаревший санузел на фоне более молодых отелей, но вид из окна настолько хорош, что можно обойтись и без умного унитаза или гигиенического душа😁 Завтраки неплохие, особенно порадовал хлеб. Я не очень подготовлена к азиатской кухне, поэтому вкусный хлеб меня особенно радовал, а так же круассаны. Достопримечательности рядом, метро под ногами, шопинг вокруг. Персонал очень отзывчивый и вежливый. Отличный отель, спасибо!

Front desk, cafe service, housekeeping staff, security staff were friendly and gave good services. Aartment was spacious and clean with no cigarette smoking smell. Vicinity of Ascott - views of 2 rivers, Yangtze River and Jialing River and 2 lovely bridges, ChaoTianMen and Qiansimen. Raffles city mall is accessible via LG level, take lift from L , where the front desk and breakfast cafe are located. The pier for the River cruise is also within walking distance. The subway station, ChaoTianMen Line 1, is accessible from the mall, all indoors. In good weather, you can exit from the Cafe door and walk outdoors of about 180 m to another entrance of ChaoTianMen station. Breakfast is from 6.30 am to 10 am. Food provided included Deli, fruits, steaned buns, tea, coffee, milk, soya milk porridge with assorted complements, noodle stall cooking orders on the spot and 8 hot cooked dishes that vary daily.

We had problem with the washing machine as the door was locked after the drying function. The hotel engineer attended to it and explained to us the special method to unlock the door.

Das Hotel ist in einem absoluten Highlight-Wolkenkratzer. Die Appartments sind groß und sauber. Die Waschmaschine im Zimmer ist sehr praktisch. Frühstück ist in Ordnung und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage ist sehr kalt. Wir stellen sie gerne auf 25-27 Grad, damit wir nicht krank werden. Leider blieb es meist bei 21 Grad. Das Personal stellte die Klimaanlage aus und ließ ein Fenster öffnen. Es halb etwas, aber es blieb relativ kalt. Die Klimaanlage sprach später selbstständig auf 21 Grad wieder an.

Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De snelheid van de service is uitstekend. Kamers worden goed schoongemaakt. We belden naar de receptie om te vragen of iemand ons met de koffers konden helpen en binnen een minuut stond er iemand klaar. Bezorg maaltijden worden snel met de robot bezorgd. Voor mijn kind hadden ze een bed rails geregeld zodat hij niet uit bed viel. De locatie is direct aan de Raffles City mall.

The property was located in an area where you could find leisure time in the mall or take a subway directly to other parts of Chongqing. The breakfast was OK, but not splendid. Adjacent to the hotel is a sky-bar, with astonishing views. The staff were very friendly, and the premises were kept clean. Vending machines were very welcome.

One of the rooms we booked had a clogged drainage system in the shower, one of the rooms had missing amenities (e.g. washing powder), the breakfast had a limited selection for a hotel of this calibre. Reception should be more proactive at leading tourist to places to visit.

Recepción no a la altura del standard que ofrece. Difícil orientarse al principio sobre cómo entrar y salir del hotel a pie, todo pensado para salir en coche/taxi. No hay puerta a la calle desde recepción, hay que meterse en los grandes almacenes adyacentes.

Great service and location. It is right next to the huge Raffles City mall and the Intercontinental hotel so it has easy access to many different restaurants. The night cruise and Hongyadong are also in the area.

Not many options for breakfast and room service. Breakfast area quite small also. Beds could be comfier. Room layout quite odd, lots of corners. Only 1 sink in the master bedroom. Shower area wasn't as clean. There were hairs on it before we even used it.

The receptionist Xiao Yang was very helpful. The concierge was also nice and friendly. The room was comfortable to sleep.

I was a bit disappointed at this hotel. It had a really high review, so I expected a lot. First of all, the room was great clean as was the whole hotel. Cleanliness was amazing. The staff was very nice as well. There was 1 staff member who speak very well English and guided us through the whole check in process. Lastly, the location was incredible. The raffles city mall was right behind our hotel, as was the observatory for the drone show. The gorgeous city of ChongQing was about a 5 minute drive.

The pool was really average and smelled a bit. It was not as clean as we hoped, which was surprising considering the rest of the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was fine, but most things tasted old. Especially the western part of the food. We had no great experience with that. Room service was very expensive and the food was below average. Something as simple as fries, was bland and soggy. For an Ascott hotel, I was really disappointed. I felt like the look from the outside is very much so luxury, but when you zoom in, the little things are left being average. I did not like that at all. All in all, it was an average hotel especially for the price.

Excellent location in an iconic building with a shopping centre conveniently located downstairs. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in the spacious 180 m² two-bedroom apartment, which was fantastic for our family. The apartment offered partial river views, but despite the large floor-to-ceiling windows, most of the outlook was towards the side of the neighbouring building. We noticed there is another two-bedroom apartment that's slightly smaller but faces the city, and we would probably choose that option next time for the better views. Overall, it was a great stay thanks to the excellent location, spacious accommodation, and attentive staff. We'd happily stay here again.
