The personnel were very good.

Not very good: no hot water, just lukewarm, the shower was leaking water to floor. Two towels for 2 people for 2 days without the possibility to get them dry, some rusty metals in bathroom.

The property is a good location for best golf courses in the Kamlooos area

The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was adequate.

Location was convenient, room was clean and quiet. Staff seemed pleasant when I did interact with them. Close to fuel and some restaurants. Easy to find. Price was great.

Outside walkway/ bacony was a little rough looking and not the cleanest. Parking was a little tight.

Es war total schmutzig, Schimmelbefall, schlechte und laute Lage, ekliges Frühstück, unfreundliches Personal. Der Pool ist nicht in Betrieb!

Had 3 beds and pullout couch

We were there for 5 days, staff never cleaned once, never got toilet paper refilled, never got new towels, the pool and hot tub are drained and full of lawn furniture, air conditioner stopped working half way through our stay.

The motel is utterly dirty, the room was dirty as hell, technically you could tell it was all done but the overwhelming long-lasting grim was everywhere. The "breakfast" was a joke, I just looked and went away. The noise around is overwhelming, nothing is muted - the highway and the railway line just metres ago are so noisy throughout the whole night. The area is a dodgy with peculiar people around.

great value for canada. I would stay here again, the price was the factor.. The bed was comfortable and limited hiway noise.

they wanted to keep my credit card info without asking. I left cash as a deposit they never informed me about. Not a big deal but not asking for my permission was!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für eine Durchreise und eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab einen Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.

Das Motel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Gang zum Zimmer war verschmutzt.

Colazione abbastanza varia (abbiamo fatto solo colazione dolce, non so se c'erano opzioni salate), posizione comoda all'autostrada ma per spostarsi è necessario avere la macchina, staff gentile e disponibile a dare consigli su posti per mangiare ed attrazioni/posti da visitare in zona

Non capisco perchè, in molti motel in Canada, se si prenota per 2 adulti e 1 bambino, in camera si trovino solo 2 asciugamani...i bambini hanno comunque necessità di lavarsi (noi l'abbiamo fatto presente alla reception e c'è stato dato un altro asciugamano, anche se non grande quindi ci siamo dovuti comunque arrangiare)

The room needs a deep clean and the furnishing are very tired and could use a refresh. Only 1 set of towels and 1 glass and 1 coffee cup for 2 people.

Kein Teppichboden (das ist sehr gut für so eine Motelkategprie. Ansonsten ein typisches Nordamerikanisches Motel, von dem man nicht viel erwarten kann. Es war sauber, aber schon etwas run-down. Bei der Badewanne in den Fugen/Ecken war es etwas schwarz. Ob das Schimmel ist, da würde ich mich nicht festlegen wollen. Für uns auf der Durchreise und eine Nacht nur zum Schlafen ok. Für längere Aufenthalte würde ich mir etwas besseres suchen. Lage direkt am Highway (kann gut oder schlecht sein, je nach Präferenz).

Schwarze Stellen an den Fugen der Badewanne. Altes Mobiliar. Im Badezimmer hörte man immer ein Geräusch, als ob die Toilette im Dauerlauf wäre, aber das kam von der Wand. Das war störend und zum Schlafen etwas blöd. Klimaanlage auch sehr laut. Frühstück typisch Kontinental. Kaffee, Saft sus dem Tetrapack, Toastbrot, Müsli, Joghurt, Milch und Marmelade:Peanut Butter. Waffeln gab es im keine Höschen k zum auftoasten, nicht zum frisch machen.

Usually stay here because it’s inexpensive, easy to get to and don’t have to worry about having a pet here.

Usually they are great but the last time we came in late and the staff member was rude and there was no toilet paper in the room.

Motel was run down. Every wall needed repairs and paint which would go a long way to freshen it up... all door trims were filthy bathroom looked like it had been 'cleaned' but in desperate need of repair: shower tile grout was filthy, floor around tub and baseboards were filthy. Only 2 towels in the room and one mug. Wires were hanging out of the wall..lamps were broken and shades were dirty.

The staff were excellent and the bed was clean.

The building needs renovations. Some of the stairs were unsafe. The windows were leaking and just in the general state of disrepair. But that being said it the bed was clean. The staff were nice and I wouldn't probably stay there again

The location was convenient for an overnight stay on a road trip. The beds were comfortable.

The place felt a little sketchy. The drink making facilities in the room consisted of one mug and one glass. The breakfast selection was not great. There were stains on the carpets.

The room seemed to have been cleaned regularly, but was rundown, stained, and smelly. The beds were sagging and uncomfortable, and the bedding was basic.

In terms of property details, there is no swimming pool or hot tub bath. The room is not adequately cleaned or organized. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, resulting in a high room temperature. The breakfast service is limited to two hours between 7 and 9 am. I am deeply disappointed, and my overall satisfaction is minimal. This experience was quite unpleasant.

If you wanted to explore downtown Kamloops or go out to eat you had to drive as this is just off the main highway abd other than a few fast food outlets there is not much here.

Went to our room was dirty smelly fridge was filthy. Got another room much better than the last room accept went to the washroom went Pee and had to plunge the toilet... In the morning go to my car and couldn't get in because the guy parked to close to my side. I've been there a few years ago and was quit nice. The continental breakfast was ..... well let's just say was something else.

Room maintenance not very thorough. Had to ask for burnt out light bulbs to be replaced, kitchenette had mishmash of supplies, mostly missing. Had to ask for pillow cases as housekeeping forgot to put them on. Only one chair for table, other one missing. Reception was quick to address burnout light bulbs and missing pillow cases.

I can't mention anything good about this place. I decided not to sleep here. They didn't help me with my refund even when I paid directly.

The room wasn't clean and it had a strong smell. There was mold in the bathroom. And the photos on bookin.com or Google maps are fake. There was no pool and the staff wasn't helpful.

Good value hotel, not fancy, but clean. The A/C worked great, the fridge was turned on and cold. There aren't 7 pillows stacked on the bed but the mattress and bedding was well used but perfectly serviceable.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and attended cheerily to every request. When we arrived we were told we’d been upgraded = a nice surprise! Lots of restaurants nearby. It was our 2nd time staying there and we would return again.

Need upgrade and maintenance. Faucet on washroom is falling off and dripping water.
