Klassisches Motel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen, ist so wie beschrieben, Betten in Ordnung und bequem, alles sauber.

There was big party in parking lot with tables and noise and we couldn't park beside our room because of this plus next morning the same people parting night before had yell at us for taking up 2 parking spots so we could load our stuff in was only in for 10 minutes.

Staff was efficient and pleasant.

Room was somewhat in disrepair and was only surface clean. There were signs that the owners were renovating, however. Hot tub was out of order and pool did not appear to be clean.

I enjoyed the location because it was next to a couple of late night restaurants.

Very spacious clean rooms great staff . Very helpful about 40 minute walk to town. The pool is a good size for a motel I thought well maintained. The rooftop California is okay and additional bonus with bbqs

Being close to the trans canada highway. Although the room was surprisingly quiet from traffic. The hot tub wasn't functioning which didn't bother us but may bother some. Sadly neither the washing machine or dryer was working but it's not really their fault as they were waiting for it to be fixed

The shower needs replacing, maybe adding a wand. A security bar would have been nice. Some areas, like the door jams, baseboards just need a fresh coat of paint. Floor lamp and table lamp need to be replaced as they are waaaaay past their expiry date.

Staff seemed friendly, but I never received a response to my reaching out about a broken bed and toilet.

One of the beds was broken so that it completely tipped to one side with the mattress almost touching the ground. We could not sleep in it as it dumped you onto the floor. The toilet was also very noisy and ran all night.

Pool was warm and relaxing my sons enjoyed their time we all did comfy beds 🛏️

The location was great for getting around Kamloops.

There wasn't an area for the kids to play with a trampoline or an open field like the pictures on the website showed. There was no continental breakfast like the pictures showed.

The room was dirty, dated, damaged and there was mold in the shower dispenser. There was no built in hair dryer either. Beds were hard and beds were hard and damaged underneath.

We were looking for an affordable stay on our roadtrip and the location in Kamloops was practical.

The first impression of the room when we entered was a bit smelly, I think light air freshener or occasional cross ventiling would make a difference. After we opened the window and door it improved. The room was not dirty though.

The staff was absolutely amazing in providing everything needed to make our stay comfortable and welcoming.

It wasn’t in good repair and not very clean. Very sub-par.

Friendly staff made checkin simple and stress-free. All was in perfect order in our room. Checkout was smooth and friendly too, so it was a completely satisfying rest-stop!

My wife struggled at first with figuring out the coffee system. I think it worked alright once we decided to use the coffee pack much like a tea bag. Perhaps some instructions would have been helpful there, but everything else went smoothly and without any worry at all!

My room was filthy, I found a French fry and unidentifiable crumbs all on the floor beside and under the beds. The room smelled like cigarettes and possibly drugs.

I picked up my 96 yr old aunt after one night there! This Motel should be condemned!!! She was sent there after fires in Clinton, BC. Room smelt so bad Gagged. Carpet disgusting. No light in pitch black bathroom. No curtains when arrived. Some one came late in night to hang curtains that looked like they came from a dumpster. Warning do not book at this Motel !!!

It was very easy to locate the hotel, room was spacious, would have liked it better if we had a hair dryer . We stayed only 1 night, and enjoyed the pool, but a camera in the pool area was a bit suspicious. The jacuzzi was not accessible. Downtown was super close too. The mountain view from the balcony was beautiful.!

Good sized room as in a second person can get to the door & bathroom with ease. Chairs! Not just 1 but 3! An actual table for working & eating.

There are 2 charging ports on the bedside lamp but with 2 iPhones, 2 iPads & hearing aids to charge it takes serious planning to keep things charged. Wall plug in for some reason with not keep a charger in place.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room worked well and was relatively quiet.

Bed was wobbly like a teeter totter side to side, pool was really cold, hot tub was not working. Access to pool and ice machine was weird and your room card wouldn't open the doors to these amenities and you had to go ask staff for access. Front door seal didn't close all the way so a fair amount of highway noise came in through the front door.

The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the location is great. You can hear the train but it not very loud, it is a fairly quiet location. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was very cold. The mattresses and beds could use an update, not super comfortable and one of the beds was very noisy. We were woken up by other guests very early in the morning so the sound proofing wasn't the best.

Our king room was clean,comfortable and quiet. Hallway was pretty messy, could have done with a vacuum. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance ,especially great was nearby Harolds!

Very dated, not very clean. Dirty tub and shower curtain. Just before check out we looked around to make sure nothing was left behind and found someone else’s underwear left behind, I am pretty sure I read a review saying the same thing which is very concerning.

Picked this particular hotel because it had a hot tub but the hot tub was broken. Pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay. No discounts were offered. Room was reasonably clean but highly outdated. Tray with cream and sugar but no coffee pot or coffee. Only two towels in room, were told they’d bring some but they didn’t. We went down in the morning and got some. No screen in window to keep bugs out. Had much higher expectations from the reviews I read about this place.

Fairly quite with some train noise in the distance but is inherent to Lower Kamloops. Employees were very nice and easy to talk too.

Smoking areas outside the rooms on the walkways and lower levels very uncomfortable for people who do not smoke. Designated smoking area away from hotel would be better

The hot tub was out of service. The water was not usable (that was not the fault of the hotel, but it meant we could not have a coffee or brush our teeth. The damage deposit was NOT to be charged to our card --only held -- but it was charged. Now we have to fight to get it refunded.

The staff were lovely, but the room was absolutely disgusting.

I rented this room for my Mother as she was coming to visit, and she would usually stay with us, but we're doing renovations. The room they put her in was just gross. Probably the worst room I've ever seen. The beds were in shambles and at different heights, the furniture was just placed wherever, there was only one lamp and the receptacle it was plugged into was so loose it wouldn't even stay plugged in. No light by the bed. Every single thing looked like it was well worn and from the 80's. There were holes in the walls.

Run down, paint chipped everywhere, smelled old and musty, needs the mattresses replaced as very uncomfortable, killed a few ants in the room, no garbage can, insufficient number of towels for 2 people to wash their bodies and their hair and the towels supplied were so small for an adult. No bath mat or non-skid mat for the tub. Overpriced for the experience.

The room was extremely clean, had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (none that I used). Jet tub.

Not knowing that if I would arrive at 11:01 (11:06 on my GPS) that I would be charged extra. I did not see this on the booking site or I would have chose a different place to stay instead of the pressure after a 930 pm phone call to see if I would still be checking in. I made it before 11 and then had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to come down. Confused at that point as to why I hurried.

Great place for the price. A little bit older of a hotel. The place was booked solid when we arrived.

The only real disappointment when I stayed was that there was no hot tub or pool. They were both being maintenance. The ice machine was out of service and the laundry facilities on-site were being maintensed.

After we checked out, they released the deposit held on my card then 2 days later charged me $800. Claiming we damaged the door. I have called numerous times, asked for proof and an invoice and nothing. No call back, no invoice, no pictures….nothing.

Room seemed mid reno... paint runs, dirty under beds and counters. Went to ask about an extended stay, was shown 3 kitchenettes and they all had bugs (possibly cockroach?!) Got out as fast as possible.

The price was reasonable. It was relatively quite for being so cloose to the hwy.Older and basic but clean.

Broken toilet, also randomly no water (even before the valve). Broken shower valve and broken tap valve : they are leaking and very hard to adjust for proper temperature. Also since you never know if you're getting just cold water, you can't drink it. Outdated heating system ; thermostat doesn't seem to work properly. Was woken up 3 nights by neighbors. Once, a person pulled a chair (that wasn't there before) next to my door at 3am and started a loud conversation on their phone.

The showers in the pool need to be fixed, also not aloud to turn on the jets in the hot tub... there was also a cover over the hot tub, which the guests are aloud to take off, however it was confusing and I had to go back out into the cold to confirm if I was aloud to use it or not

Danny, the receptionist and motel attendant is so sweet and kind. She’s so cheerful and always has a smile to share. Clean, great value and quiet

The bed could use a topper as it is fairly firm. Placement of the coat rack is a bit too close to the bed when getting up. Some "unsavory" characters hanging around (but I know you can't do much about that). Parking is tight.

We were texted that there would be no check in after 11 pm as no one would be there. They live there. Vehicle broke down and ultimately needed a place to stay so we could finish our trip the next day. Looking online to book and the price was $71 plus taxes. When we were billed he handed me the receipts with the $200.00 damage deposit on top. Charged me double for the room. Pretty sneaky and low. Unimpressed with the handling payment. Check your receipts before you leave.

Just the bed, it wasn't bad. The carpet and air conditioner, although old, it coos well.

The room is old dated, washroom is awfully, stains in the bathtub, problems with the faucet. Ugly curtains, poorly installed and in bad conditions.
