Es war alles sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Es ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Liegt direkt am Highway. Der Frühstückraum ist viel zu klein und eng.

At check in one towel in the room, asked for more gave us stained towels. Bathroom not clean, top sheet on one bed was not clean, no toiletries. Not even a bar of soap.

If you're just passing through Kamloops, this is a great choice. The complimentary breakfast is solid and the views from the restaurant are amazing.

Shampoo bottles were quite small & there wasn't a shower gel, just a solid soap.

Room was nice. Separate bedroom was bonus. River view was very nice. Breakfast was nice, especially the omlettes were amazing 👌. Ample parking. Amongst the staff, Ankit at the helpdesk was very helpful & made us feel very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was also very good.

The main light and one of the side table light in bedroom was not working. Informed the staff multiple times. But they were not able to resolve the issue. We had to make do with a single side table light in bedroom, making it quite dark.

Obwohl an einer lauten Straßenbrücke gelegen, war es ruhig, solange man das Fenster geschlossen hielt. Frühstück vor Ort sodass man nicht das Haus verlassen muss. Für ein nordamerikanisches Motel ok.

This is a nice little motel overlooking the river. The rooms were clean and just what we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee!

The stairwells need some TLC.

Das Riverland Inn ist von außen extrem runtergekommen, die Aufgänge schmutzig und unappetitlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis hätten wir etwas besseres erwartet. Man war bemüht aus dem was da ist, das Beste zu machen. In Deutschland würde das Motel geschlossen..

Quite a walk into the town centre

We chose this hotel for a one-night stopover in Kamloops and were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was included and, although served on disposable tableware, it was actually quite good for a motel. We especially enjoyed being able to have breakfast outside. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the river. Overall, a very good choice for a stopover – comfortable, clean and just what we needed before continuing our journey.

Lack of any kitchen crockery , cutlery kettle etc . The table was unstable . We had to ask for the sheets to be changed one bed had biscuit crumbs the other had blood stains . The breakfast was unexciting.

Hard to get to property when coming from town direction and very hard to get to go towards jasper way. Very late noisy party one night. Not able to get much sleep and had a 12 hour drive next day. Giver the hotel a bad name and poor review.

Huge bad smell in the room. Overall lack of cleanliness. The shower was almost broken.

The balcony with the view of mountain scenery and the river was wonderful. The jacuzzi in the room was marvelous and it was all fully functional.

The building and decor are a bit dated and tired. The cleanliness was ok but not perfect, maybe done a bit too hasty.

L'allotjament més econòmic del nostre periple per l'oest del Canadà però, tot i això, va ser una de les millor habitacions de tot el viatge. Només vàrem ser-hi una nit camí de Vancouver. Habitació molt confortable i àmplia. Quan vàrem arribar tenen un avís de que pot ser que apareguin paneroles. Nosaltres no en vàrem veure cap, però vàrem tenir precaució de no obrir portes i finestres i tapar possibles forats.

Esmorzar inclòs però molt molt senzillet.

The breakfast was horrible, worst eggs i have ever had. Coffee was warm, no yogurts, fruit wasn’t fresh.

Direkt am Fluss gelegen. Ziemlich ruhig, von den feiernden Gästen mal abgesehen. Relativ neu renoviert. Für 1 Nacht aushaltbar.

Trotz Renovation war für mich der Duschkopf (fest eingebaut) nicht erreichbar. Zu hoch oben montiert. Ich bin nur 167 cm gross. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Wasser im Lavabo ist nur sehr langsam abgelaufen. Duschvorhang nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Personal ungeschult und nicht wirklich kompetent. Frühstück unter jedem Niveau. Praktisch keine Auswahl und alles nur Plastik und Pappe. Für Europäer schlicht ungeniessbar. Preis / Leistung knapp nicht erfüllt.

The location was good and the general staff were helpful. It was nice being able to have breakfast there.

We had problems with many things. It was a two bedroom and the second bedroom's lights did not work for our entire stay, there were problems with accessing the tv and the internet connection stayed on for about two minutes and then cancelled out so we could not use it for our entire stay. Staff came to try and sort it out but said maybe it was because we were at a distance to the main connection. The manager was informed and offered $50 off for our 4 day stay. He never followed through and we didn't even receive that small amount. Very disappointed.

Room wasnt very clean, we checked out early. Avoid if not hard-pressed for money.

Nice view out the window/room of the river and hills behind it. Room was clean. This was at the end of a week-long trip so I was pretty tired by then so I slept well. Had everything I needed. Easy check in and check out. It is close to main roads so it's easy to get in and out to get wherever you're going in Kamloops. :)

Stairs only to second floor - in future I would request ground floor. There were signs that said 'no security on site - don't leave valuables in car'. So I felt had to be more aware of my surroundings and empty my car and bring everything inside. Be aware that the location is in a bit of an semi-industrial / small residential area so the street side is not very attractive and there aren't any useful amenities (place to eat, corner store, for example) within walking distance unless you walk through the industrial area, cross the railroad tracks via pedestrian overpass, and walk a few more blocks to the nearest cafe. So, for the nice view of the river these are the tradeoffs which may or may not be an issue.

Die Zimmertür konnte man noch abschließen, die Betten waren durchgelegen. Das Mobiliar war wenig einladend. Der Frühstücksraum ist wie von Vielen beschrieben zu klein und das Frühstück hat den Namen eigentlich nicht verdient… Haben uns von den doch durchweg positiven Bewertungen überzeugen lassen, würden aber nicht noch einmal kommen.

The breakfast room is very small and the selection is limited however we did appreciate that it was free. The outside on arrival is off putting but once inside everything was great.

it was lovely to have a balcony with a wonderful view across the river and hills beyond. The Hotel was a convenient stop off on the way to the Rockies.

The breakfast was awful! Muffins and bread left in their plastic bags. But it was a reasonably priced hotel.

La stanza era maleodorante e poco pulita. Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche. Il phon era rotto e non funzionante. La finestra non poteva essere aperta. La sala colazione era molto piccola e poco fornita.

A 30 min andando del centro, habitación renovada de tamaño adecuado, con nevera y microondas. Terraza con vistas al río. Desayuno básico incluido.

If’s machine didn’t work. Front desk said they can’t fix it. No freezer in the fridge unit. The breakfast area is TINY The one toaster only had one functioning side. We were only given one room key

La moquette sporca e rotta sulle scale esterne. La colazione poco ricca e non particolarmente buona. Le stanze abbastanza pulite ma vecchie e presenza di “Bugs Harmless”. Se dichiarate in reception che ci sono, questo non vuole dire che la cosa è accettabile.

Location is great and the staff were very helpful and kind at the front desk and in the kitchen.

Our bedding was very dirty and we had to get clean sheets and a blanket at 11pm when we went to go to sleep because they were filthy and covered with black marks all over. The bed sheet and bottom sheet needed to be thrown out if they were “cleaned” as they were stained. Also couldn’t get towels or pool towels for 4 hours during the middle of the day because we were told numerous times they were doing laundry. They need to get better/more cleaning staff for rooms and pool area.

Loved the outlook. Very clean and presentable. Staff very helpful.

No lift. Hard to carry suitcases up the stairs.

Nice location on the river

We were really impressed with our stay. The motel was great for what it is and actually felt a little nicer than the photos I had seen online, especially from the outside. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious, with a full kitchen and separate living room from the bedroom. The inclusive breakfast was a lovely touch. It does get busy, but that’s to be expected anywhere offering a complimentary breakfast. Our room had a great view looking out over the river, which was a real highlight.

The only issue we had was that there was a beehive under our balcony, which meant we couldn’t really use the balcony without the risk of disturbing the bees. Of course, bees need somewhere to live, and we wouldn’t want them removed unnecessarily, but it would have been helpful to be advised about it beforehand as we got spooked :)
