Always a warm welcome and although a little dated the property is well maintained, clean and an easy place to stay for work or leisure. Very spacious rooms.

Breakfast was very good. There were many choices to suit all tastes.

The shower guard was difficult to position to prevent water going out on to the floor of the bathroom.

Room 416 the bed was diabolical, quite honestly the worse nights sleep my wife or I have had in any motel hotel in the world. Both of us full of aches by morning. When my wife told the desk manager a male the next morning. He cheerfully told her he knew s a lot of people had reported that. Not much distinction for distinction there. Back in the day if there was a problem you fixed it , not keep using it and charging for it as well.

Good location, friendly staff, enjoyed the food in the restaurant it was simple but tasty.

There were a couple of spiderwebs on the window inside

That one stuff was amazing. He even made us a coffee at prolly 1/2 am esh time 🖤. I forgot his name but he was tall blond and had long hair and had glasses 👍🏼👍🏼

It is kinda far from all the facilities but other than that it’s very good

I love the location and being able to open the windows to let fresh air in - is the best thing ever.

Super séjour dans ce très bon hôtel 4*. Hôtel bien situé à l'entrée de Dunedin et à proximité du centre ville. Hôtel joli, cosy, calme, très agréable et propre. Personnel jeune, accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Chambre très spacieuse, propre, bien aménagée et bien équipée. Salle de bain moderne, propre, avec de nombreux produits d'hygiène. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Grand parking gratuit. Prix : 89,50€ la nuit pour une chambre avec lit king-size et le petit déjeuner inclus.

My room smelled. Can't get past that. I didn't know what the smell was, someone said paint but I didn't think so

Free parking and good access to main roads, also within walking distance of parks and cafes. Great sized room with comfortable bed.

Was a bit noisy in the mornings as we were close to the door going out to the carpark.

Reception staff for their support; bedroom for space, cleanliness, position. Appreciated there were specials available for winter.

Sound proofing could have been challenging if neighbours had chosen to talk late. Found main evening meal wasn't hot enough.

Staff were so lovely on check in and check out; room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The bed was super comfy as well. I love that parking is always available and safe. Location is great.

I tried to get another night but it was fully booked. So I had to stay somewhere else the second night.

Reception staff were very nice and friendly, we had a 7.5m trailer and had good parking for this

The bar staff were not very helpful had to wait ages to get served. The breakfast was not good at all, We arrived at 9am for breakfast which finished at 9.30am. There was no bacon, fried rice left and only 4 pieces of bread to toast, they didn't even offer us more.

The room walls seem to be a little low on sound absorption, I could hear people talking from the neighboring room.

The car parking was excellent and location good if you want to be close to CBD but not too close. Across the road from the exceptional Botanical Garden. The steepest Baldwin Street not far away, in fact we walked there. Walked to the train station to board the scenic train ride. Staff were lovely. The room was well priced as it was cheaper and as expected the quality of the room matched it. The only issue was the walls were a bit thin but I guess it was just built that way.

Just the thin walls and the shower not having an exhaust fan. But all good bc the price was fair for all that stuff.

Room 101(I did request it) was very cold.The heating was inadequate until I requested another heater.Ofcourse at this time of the rear it got no sun. I don't think the room had been used for some time so the bedding was very cold.An electric blanket would have been welcome. An electric blanket would have been welcome

Close to the main centre. Restaurant on site for breakfasts and dinner.

Room did have a slightly musty smell. No toaster. No wine glasses. One teaspoon? It had a fridge so you could put a few things in there but had no plates/spoons etc Still using the little bottles/one use shampoo etc which is not environmentally friendly. Refillable options so much better.

Clean and tidy Restaurant staff were absolutely more than accommodating. Credit to the person who hires the staff.

Tired, and dated interior. Noisy by the road, window doesn't shut to block sound. No netflix. No obvious staff around on entry or exit at the front desk was a bit odd.
