Facilement accessible de l'autoroute et grand parking disponible.

Il manquait quelques petits détails minimum dans la salle de bain au niveau du lavabo : savon, shower cap

Literie confortable, parking souterrain, recharge voiture électrique sur place, navette gratuite.

Petit déjeuner assez moyen.

Comme d habitude tout était parfait, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, un 20/20,quel bonheur de venir à chaque fois en suisse, c est un véritable paradis et les suisse sont tellement gentils, respectueux, ça fait plaisir de voir qu il y a des gens bien et très particulièrement les suisses,un vrai coup de cœur pour moi,à très vite pour mon prochain séjour 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Keine Tür zum Badezimmer, dadurch konnte man direkt und indirekt im Flurspiegel das Badezimmer sehen und alles von dort hören, sehen und riechen!!!???

El sistema de refrigeración muy pobre, mucho calor en la habitación, y la falta de un frigobar.

The room was large and cosy with a lovely view over the garden and the lake. The breakfast was perfect. Also the parking was easy.

Nothing I noticed could have been better.

We got an upgrade. Modern room with spaceous wardrobe and nice bathroom. All the expected amenities were available.

L'arredamento a tema Chaplin, molto curato nei particolari ne valorizza gli ambienti. Struttura e staff perfetti.

5/6 ans que je viens dans cet établissement toujours aussi exceptionnel, par son originalité, sa thématique Chaplin en fait un établissement à part pour moi, car me concernant j’ai une admiration inconditionnelle de Charlot…et tout hommage sous quelques formes est un point positif…mais ce n’est pas que la thématique qui fait la qualité de l’établissement, c’est aussi sa décoration remplie d’œuvres modernes originales et avant gardistes…cette cohabitation n’aurait pas été démentie par Chaplin, dont c’était pour lui une philosophie de travail… et de vie. Les communs sont propres confortables décorés avec simplicité et bon goût l’accueil est chaleureux et la partie bar très confortable on s’y sent tt de suite chez soi ce qui est me concernant un marqueur fort pour un établissement hôtelier …enfin restaurant de haute qualité…et professionnalisme et serviabilité du personnel à tous les niveaux 👍👌

Toujours les mêmes sujets absence de la Clim et de petit bar cependant ce dernier point est compensé par un point d’eau fraîche ( inclus frisante) sur chaque palier d’étage.

Kein Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank im Zimmer , auch für längere Aufenthalt. Man braucht ein Auto um mehr den Ort zu genießen

Direkt eine Bushaltestelle beim Hotel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Terrasse mit dem Bioteich sehr hübsch und zum Verweilen.

Es sah nicht sauber aus. Das Hotel wird wohl nicht nur für Feriengäste, sondern auch für andere Zwecke benutzt den Flecken am Boden entlang. Es wurde zwar sofort nachgereinigt bei Reklamation, doch die Flecken blieben.

pas de clim , in peu dure avec un ventilo mais la fenetre ouverte nous a bien raffraichi.

Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig

Chambre parfaite, lits confortable, silencieuse avec tout le confort. Staitonnement en parking souterrain, avec place pour une remorque offerte. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix et des produits frais sur une terrasse au frais et au calme.

De ne pas être rester plus longtemps.

Modern hotel, not too far away from Montreux, as we have been there for the Montreux Jazz Festival. Public transportation requires walking, which we did not do. Uber was available for the drive to Montreux.

NO AIRCONDITION: it was super hot in the room! They have only an air circulation system, due to environmental concern as we were told by the Reception. During the night, we were not able to open the windows, because our room (308) was directly facing the very busy and loud street. Many cars and motorcycles with modified exhausts created an incredible noise. We could not sleep and were exhausted in the morning. Breakfast was sub-standard, mostly processed food. There are 3 chargers for electric vehicles. They were occupied by BEVs of reckless owners, as they let their cars sitting there for days fully charged, thus blocking charging for others. The Reception said the could not do anything, as they don't know the owners of the cars.

Il manque des petites attentions et quelques commodités supplémentaires pour que le rapport qualité/prix soit au rendez-vous !

Großzügige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Auf der Etage konnte man Wasser (auch Mineralwasser) gratis zapfen.

The non.AC system they say they have to use due to city code is ok, but don't expect cold room, just not warm .

Lage ist sehr gut

Das ganze Hotel macht keinen guten Eindruck; hat vier Sterne, aber entspricht diesen nicht ! Vorhänge waren zerrissen, überall Flecken (Fussboden, Badezimmer), Zimmertemperatur war viel zu heiss; Fernseher war defekt ! Schade, man könnte viel mehr daraus machen ! Lage ist sehr gut; Zimmergrösse ist sehr gut 👌 Personal war sehr nett 👍

For the festival the connection to the hotel was a disaster...

Access to motorway very convenient but poor access to the city center.

The ventilation is not effective, not able to cool the room down and also so noisy that one cannot sleep with it on. The shower was not very clean.

Gute Lage, Einstellhallenplatz für Auto

Einstellhallenplatz für Auto ist überteuert. Keine Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer, war nur eine Luftumwälzung, es war sehr heiss. Wenig Personal beim Frühstück, nach einer abreisenden Sportlergruppe sah es aus wie auf einem Schlachtfeld.

Der Name des Hotels mit dem Zusatz "Vevey" ist völlig irreführend. Das Hotel ist gar nicht in Vevey, sondern auserhalb. Direkt an einem grossen Kreisel und direkt an der Autobahn, d.h. es gibt den ganzen Tag (und die ganze Nacht) Autolärm. Ohne Auto ist man sowieso aufgeschmissen. Der Bahnverkehr zum Hotel ist für längere Zeit unterbrochen und man kommt nur mit Ersatzbussen von einem park & ride nähe Bahnhof Vevey zum Hotel. Auf der website wird das mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Dazu kommt dass das Hotel den Charme eines anonymen grauen Bürogebäudes hat.

The commute from the train station yo this place was a nightmare. The hotel should put some information about this on their website for tourists who are new to the area.

Restaurant hat stark nachgelassen und die Terrasse ist auch nicht wirklich gepflegt.

L’espace, l’accueil simple et efficace, la tranquillité et l’eau accessible dans le couloir

C’est dommage qu il n’y ai pas de mini frigo dans les chambres car c’était la canicule et pour nous avoir de l’eau fraîche était important et conserver d ´eventuels achats de nourritures. Un peignoir est aussi un plus qui apporte du confort

During weekends restaurant was not working!

Personal, Essen, Zimmer, alles super! Perfekt fanden wir, dass man auf jedem Stock Wasser und Mineralwasser ab Tab beziehen konnte.

Eigentlich nur die Distanz zum Zentrum. Zu Fuss 30 Minuten ist lang. Aber man hat 2 Minuten entfernt vom Hotel einen Bahnhof, dessen Zug bringt einen zum Hauptbahnhof von Vevey.

Freundliches Personal und Hilfsbereitschaft bei der Stornierung.

Die Zimmer der stark befahrenen Straße zu sind extrem laut, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Die natürliche, thermisch geregelte Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Die Fenster sollen geschlossen gehalten werden. Folglich ist die Luft im Zimmer sehr stickig und viel zu warm. Bei heißen Wetter unerträglich. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir das Hotel auf unsere Kosten storniert und haben uns ein anderes Hotel ausgesucht.

No air conditioning. Breakfast wasn’t brilliant although they had a lot of coach trips and seemed very understaffed, food was not replenished and tables were not cleared. Nothing much around the hotel, but we did book out of town so had to use the car
