Location: Excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the sanctuary. Staff: Very helpful and welcoming, especially the reception staff. Dog-friendly: A big plus for us, as the hotel warmly welcomes dogs.

The room we stayed in had a lovely, spacious balcony and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, for the rooms my only suggestion would be to replace the carpeting with hard flooring, such as wood or wood-effect flooring, which would feel cleaner and more modern. We could also hear some creaking at night, as well as footsteps from the neighbours in the room above. Tip: Go early for breakfast, as we arrived around 8:30 a.m. and the selection was already quite limited.

Reception staff were very nice and attentive. Breakfast was convenient, and good. Hotel was close to sanctuary main entrance and places to have dinner. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast could have more fruit. Coffee from the machine was not the best, after you added the milk, coffee was already cold. Room didn't have enough power outlets to charge our phones next to the bed.

An excellent Hotel with a suberb Location, very close to the Sanctuary and offering „panoramic“ views from our balcony. The only criticism is that breakfast, at €18 each, was not good value for money considering the limited range of choices and mediocre quality.

La ubicación es lo mejor. Insuperable. Si tienes la oportunidad de tener una habitación con balcón podrias ver el templo de Lourdes y se puede ver la procesión de las antorchas.El personal de recepción y del comedor son muy amables y queridos, intentan hablar español lo cual se valora un montón. Tienes opciones de comida cercanas, tan cercana que justo a lado de la entrada del mismo hotel. El restaurante New Orleans lo recomiendo.

Tal vez mejorar las opciones de desayuno. Los huevos que sirven no tienen buen sabor . El café que ofrecen en las máquinas son más agua que café. Y básicamente todos los días es el mismo desayuno.

Superb Location when visiting the Sanctuary

Breakfast was mediocre with restricted choices. At 18€ p.p not good value.

Plus(+) : Appearance of the hotel from the outside looks cool and very close to the gate of Lourdes. Beds are too small which might be an issue to others but it was comfortable. Negative(-): First - Worst wifi/internet which was important to us. Second - several visits (six times) back to the front desk since the hotel key was de-magnetized! It was very annoying esp when you are tired, wait for the elevator- only to learn you have to go back down to the front desk to make room key work.

The hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the first night there was no hot water in the bathroom. It was fixed after half an hour. The water only came out half way from both sides of the shower because it was so limescaled. I had to call the hotel at 3am as stated when booking because the receptionist was not there. They told me it would be at 4am. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing as 3 food warmers were empty at 7am.

Your hotel is placed in an excellent location and staff were very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was inviting and the rooms and staff were excellent. Great value for money. We will go back to you again

My pilgrimage to Lourdes is always a great experience and it is helped so much by the service we recieve from the staff and management of the Panarama Hotel .

Je voyage assez quotidiennement. Je suis une personne handicapé, assez corpulente !... Après une "galère" pour trouver le minuscule parking, nous avons été accueilli par une charmante "Ukrainienne" !.. La chambre était très étroite, les sanitaires non-accessibles à une personne comme moi. Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant notre séjour !.. Le classement de cet hôtel en 4 étoiles, est largement surfait et j'y verrai un à peine 2 étoiles !..

The hotel is located at 100 meters from the Sanctuary. Great staff, great assistance (what was needed due to the cancellation of trains). Good rooms and breakfast.

Very nice Hotel....This is my fourth time stay on this hotel. Staff very friendly. Close to the Santuary. Highly recommend it.

The room has to be cleaned a little more deeper. Maybe the cleaning staff needs more time in each room.

Hotel Panorama is a short walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. It has a nice calm atmosphere with very helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and attended to every day. Our stay was good value and we look forward to coming back next year.

This was my third visit to this hotel. Visiting this hotel 3 times is a confirmation of its excellence. Its location is fantastic, only a 3 minute walk to St Joseph Gate. The general atmosphere was good The rooms excellent The value for the price I must say it is a bit on the high side The cleanliness was perfect Noise level was very low The service given was excellent All amenities were good except for the bath which lacked another handrail. you would expect this at a 4 Star hotel in Lourdes

Good Sumptuous Breakfast with a decent array of dishes on the Buffet. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Clearance of dishes were prompt which is what is expected in a Buffet Breakfast. The Timings were also just right.

Overall, every aspect of the Hotel was in order. Hence no dislikes whatsoever

Location was strategic to the sanctuary. I walked to and fro. Room was comfortable and clean. Service was fine. Staff were responsive.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Panorama Hotel in Lourdes. It was my first time visiting Lourdes and first time staying at this hotel. Upon check in and arrival in our room, we found two complimentary water bottles and a nice welcome note from the manager on the desk. How nice is that! Both Leo and especially Samantha who helped me many times learn directions and gave me maps were terrific. Also friendly were the other front desk staff whose names I didn't know. The room we got had a nice view and a balcony. The bathroom was a good size. The hotel is right across the sanctuary's St Joseph gate. We could easily go to the Grotto and visit the Sanctuary. There are many little shops and cafes around it so there is no problem for finding meals. The hotel also offers meals on site however we found those to be very expensive for a quick lunch or dinner and we also have food/dietary needs without milk and nuts and we weren't sure if that could be accomodated.

Der Gratisparkplatz ist ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aber immerhin gibt es einen.

The location in proximity to Lourdes is excellent. The hotel room was very clean and spacious for a European room. The air conditioning worked, which is a definite plus when dealing with Southern France humidity. Also staff speaks English.

Teppichboden, sehr schmutzig. Chef von Putzpersonal platze ins Zimmer, um Putzfrau anzutreiben. Wir waren im Zimmer und er guckte einmal rum und verschwand. Sehr unfreundlicher Chef

The location really helped us maximize our trip to Lourdes! The room was very comfortable and with good amenities. They were also so kind to let us leave our luggages until our 5PM train. PS we got to do immersion baths at 2PM.

The location and proximity to the Shrine as well as numerous restaurants etc. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful; and the room was comfortable and clean.

A little more soundproofing would be nice to cut down the noise from the street snd surrounding restaurants etc.

Staff were friendly and conscientious; hotel very clean. Excellent location, very close to basilica and grotto. Breakfast a disaster—understaffed, no choices of food—don’t bother. Buying it was a waste of money. Go somewhere nearby instead.

The room was clean and functional. Really great location, just minutes from everything. Friendly staff. Skip the breakfast. The buffet had been mostly emptied when I arrived, seemingly without replenishment coming and there were no utensils. Maybe it was a rough day. I did love the coffee however!

We had an accident right before arriving in Lourdes and the hotel were very understanding about our late arrival. They accommodated our request for two interconnecting rooms and were extremely helpful over the period of our stay. The hotel is very close to the Grotto and this made it easier to travel around the village. Staff are very helpful.

Rooms are quite small (difficult to move around with 2 luggages in a room). Bathrooms are claustrophobic and are not very well planned. The bath is high to get into, very slippery and the hot/cold water system is a nightmare. Whilst taking showers, the water goes from freezing cold to scorching hot in matter of seconds (on its own). There is also a lot of noise coming from the ceiling (possibly the water heater)when one switches on the shower. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The rooms were very noisy since service trucks cleaning the streets below start at around 5/6am. We were on the 2nd floor but it was as if they were right outside our window.

La posizione dell'hotel è super comoda, rispetto al santuario. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile e tutti i servizi a nostra disposizione erano di buona qualità.

I bagni, divisi per lavandino e doccia e in un altro gabinetto e bidet. Forse è usanza culturale dividerli.

We are reviewing the Grand Hotel Gallia & Londres, because that is where our reservation was transferred due to a technical issue at Hotel Panorama. We thought that was fine. We were told the Gallia was a 4-star plus property. The Gallia was a bit Disappointing for a 4-star grand hotel. It was a very average, regular hotel rather than luxurious. The front desk staff was excellent and the lobby is nice. Breakfast was great and dinner food was delicious. Perfect location , only 50 m from the sanctuary of Lourdes and near shopping.

Our room was in an annex building, standard size with nothing special – no luxury or extra comfort to qualify as “grand“. Restaurant service was very slow and understaffed: one excellent waiter handled all the tables alone at the start, the maître d’ arrived late, and dinner took 1.5 hours. We skipped dessert due to the wait.

Just a few steps away from the Sanctuary. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Staff are very helpful and cheerful! Breakfast is superb,plenty of choices.

The location was perfect, we were allocated a room on low floor as we requested. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfect for us, due to that we like to be close to the Grotto, as I am a volunteer.

As we have stayed here before, we knew what to expect, however we found that this time some items at breakfast were limited, eg our preferred bread, some times we could eat it, others we couldn’t as we were told they run out of that particular bread. Also, in the past they had at breakfast some milk for people with lactose intolerant, this time this was not the case.
