Breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious and very clean. The outdoor terrace was lovely. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff in reception were very unhelpful when I had driven a long way was feeling unwell and asked them for something to eat or somewhere I could get something. It was 2.30 pm, they told me to wait until 7pm when the restaurant is open but it was fully booked so we couldn't eat there anyway. That is not a way to treat a person staying in your hotel especially when they are on a pilgrimage.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet très bien situé dans le centre de Lourdes. Le bar est très agréable et le restaurant propose une formule buffet avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Le fléchage pour accéder au parking de l'hôtel, mal indiqué dans les GPS.

La posizione vicino alla porta Joseph (quindi vicino alla Grotta). L’hotel è anche dotato di parcheggio (22 euro al giorno), ma, per accedervi nel senso corretto (e non contromano) bisogna fare un giro veramente lungo.

La mancanza di ciò che caratterizza un quattro stelle: in camera non c’erano le ciabatte; il frigo era vuoto (poteva esser riempito a pagamento con cifra fissa); abbiamo dovuto insistere per la sostituzione del bollitore che non funzionava……. La domenica, pur essendo arrivati mezz’ora prima dell’ora di fine servizio, non ci hanno accettati al ristorante….

Its close to everything. Last time we had a normal room for family and it was better than the family suite . So its not worth it to over spend

They need to do a deep cleaning. Its not normal that the carpet on the floors to be so dirty in the rooms. Its the second year that we slayed here, and they look that no vacuum its working well on housekeeping department . The hotel its very very nice, but it could be great if it was clean inside, not only in the reception

Nos gustó la comodidad y limpieza, la atención del personal, el silencio durante la noche y el desayuno.

La ubicación está bien si lo que buscas es estar súper céntrico y cerca de la Iglesia, pero nosotros fuimos para practicar ciclismo y no volveríamos a repetir esta ubicación, mejor otros pueblos vecinos más tranquilos.

The location was so convenient and very near the Grotto, stores and restaurants. Very nice concept of room design.

Wondering why the toilet bowl and shower were separate..very inconvenient. The room is small for family of 3. Hardly have space for luggages and minimal space to move. 2 female personnel staff were quite annoying almost yelling at us when the elevator was being fixed. Upstairs notice was removed already meaning its already fixed while lobbys ribbon string still not yet removed so we can not exit when we get down from our floor to the lobby. These 2 women kept on shouting that its unsafe and why we rode that elevator. Its just that they did not coordinate well that its already been fixed. They did not remove the ribbon. We were so embarassed with their gestures. We are not dumb people. We wouldnt ride that elevator if upstairs there is a notice..but none!

The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We had the buffet dinner a couple of nights which was very nice. The location was great.

We found the carpark expensive as it adds another cost onto the pilgrimage.

Location was very good, very central for access the main sites.

The staff at reception varied from being helpful to unhelpful and rude. My bathroom had black and orange mould, there were hairs on the shower and bathroom floor. There were coffee making faciliyies but only 2 tiny containers of milk left daily-on one occasion I asked for more milk and I was handed a single tiny container of milk, not enough for a cup! Small but irritating issues I would no expect to gind on a 4 stars hotel.

Het is de 2de maal dat ik dit hotel verbleef. De eerste morgen waren reeds 2 personen die ons herkende van vorig jaar. Het personeel aan het ontbijt en 's avonds voor het avondeten waren heel vriendelijk en gedienstig. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid het avondeten was heel lekker en mooi gepresenteerd. Ook een voordeel dicht bij het heiligdom.

Alcuni ambienti e dettagli della struttura mostrano un po’ i segni del tempo. La colazione un po’ spoglia.

Our waiter, Murphy, at the Belle Epoque restaurant was outstanding. His friendly service mad our evening .

The location is Perfect to visit the sanctuary. If breakfast is included Aida will make sure you get a delicious omelette. Highly recommend having dinner onsite worth every penny and Samuel will ensure you get the best service, amazing food and a huge smile

Schone, ruime kamer met fijne airco (was wel nodig). Fijne douche en bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel en ook goed en vooral authentiek restaurant bij dit toch wel klassiek Lourdes hotel. We vonden ook de uitsnede van het schilderij leuk.

Het was heel druk, waardoor dat we de auto verder weg moesten parkeren (zonder beveiliging). Was uiteindelijk ok, maar wel een gesleep met koffers ivm met onze roadtrip.

Great welcome, lovely hotel and bar area. The AC worked really well unlike other hotels I had stayed in before. We came back to the bar a few times even when we were not staying at the hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel on a suite for three days. Hotel and the room was nice but the staff at the reception are very rude. Specially a member of staff called Maiva is so rude and ignorant . In a nice hotel like this staff like her is spoiling the reputation of the hotel.

J'ai connu l'hôtel autrefois. Quelle dégringolade. Loin d'un standard 4 étoiles même 3 étoiles. Un amateurisme à tous les niveaux. Aucune communication entre le personnel et l'accueil. Et une arrogance rare vis-à-vis de la clientèle. Des chambres mal entretenues, je peux dire sales ( moquette tâchee et non aspiree, poussière, dessous lunette WC). Un service déplorable dans les amenities habitelles d'un hotel. Chambre surfacturée de 30 euros par rapport à ce qui avait été initialement prévu. La réception, à notre départ, ne sera jamais arrivée à nous imprimer la facture, (envoi mail), même à deux réceptionnistes . J'ai même du contester la facturation supplémentaire de services déjà inclus ( petit-déjeuners) La chambre 209 : à fuir . Odeur de charogne en décomposition dans la salle de bain, dans un doublage du mur certainement. J'ai demandé à ce qu'ils condamnent cette chambre. Business is Business et je suis persuadée que cette chambre est encore en service. Le soir, de très jeunes mineures attendent. Adossées dans l'entrée de l'hôtel. Choquant. Amateurisme. Aucun professionnalisme. Aucune communication. Mauvaise foi, un chek in trop long, et des chambres vieillissantes et mal entretenues. Très cher pour le service rendu.

Un hôtel de charme, très bien situé à quelques mètres de l'entrée des sanctuaires, avec un parking. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique et attentionné

Déjeuner passable . Un emplacement qui fait vendre, malgré des chambres indignes.

J’ai réservé une chambre Junior Deluxe pour deux personnes, telle que décrite sur votre site et sur Booking. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert une chambre qui n’avait absolument rien d’une Deluxe. La salle de bain était dans un état de saleté inacceptable : – lunettes de WC extrêmement sales, – traces anciennes et incrustées, – hygiène générale indigne d’un établissement quatre étoiles. J’ai pris des photos attestant de cette situation. Il s’agit clairement d’une crasse accumulée depuis plusieurs mois, et non d’un simple oubli de nettoyage avant mon arrivée. Le matelas, en mousse, était totalement déformé, avec un creux au milieu, rendant le sommeil impossible. Après quatre nuits, j’ai eu le dos complètement bloqué. Les oreillers, eux aussi, étaient dans un état que je préfère ne même pas décrire tant cela était inadmissible. À cela s’ajoute une vue sur le parking, alors que la réservation indiquait une vue sur le parc. Pour un hôtel affiché comme 4 étoiles, avec une chambre « Deluxe », c’est tout simplement lamentable et relève de la publicité mensongère. Lorsque j’ai signalé ces problèmes à l’accueil, la réponse que j’ai reçue était désagréable et irrespectueuse, donnant l’impression que je dérangeais. En résumé : J’ai payé pour une chambre Deluxe, et j’ai reçu une chambre d’un niveau inférieur à un hôtel 1 étoile. Je demande donc une compensation appropriée pour cette prestation totalement non conforme.

had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is ideal, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My room was beautiful, comfortable, spotless and very well equipped, with an impeccable level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The value for money was also excellent, especially considering the quality of the overall experience. As I was travelling on my own, I felt completely comfortable and very well looked after throughout my stay. It is the kind of hotel where you instantly feel at ease and leave already looking forward to coming back. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great time in Lourdes . The staff at grand hotel was friendly and informative. They spoke multiple languages. Beds were comfortable and breakfast had many options and fresh food made as well . Freshly squeezed orange juice , delicious. Ac worked great , no complaints. Walking distance to lady of lourdes and motte dame cathedral. Great job to all of there staff

La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre attribuée.Nous avons été obligés d'en changer pour une plus petite du coup.

Edificio storico molto curato, raffinato e rinnovato nelle camere con molti elementi tecnologici e un design raffinato. Parcheggio comodo anche se non facile da raggiungere con navigatori. Molto utile è stato il soccorso dello staff.

Had a lovely big room and the Location was absolutely brilliant, definitely the best location in Lourdes!

Really wanted another cup of tea, but when we asked for another milk, unfortunately, 2 sachets was the quota for two people in a room per day.

The reception staff attitude, the lack of fridge especially for medication storage in the heat , inability to control air conditioning in room, untimely room cleaning impacting on afternoon rest, cleaning time impredictable until late evening, room not hoovered most days. The heat in the 5th floor corridors was extremely uncomfortable.

La vue était agréable et il est très facile de rejoindre le Sanctuaire de Lourdes à pied. Le lit est très grand et très confortable !

La chambre était correcte et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien. En revanche, le ménage n’avait pas été correctement fait : j’ai trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain. J’avais demandé une chambre avec une douche, mais nous avons finalement eu une baignoire. Dès notre arrivée, le monsieur à la réception n’était pas à la hauteur pour nous expliquer les informations nécessaires. Il était compliqué de rejoindre la chambre depuis le parking. Nous étions avec deux jeunes enfants, mais personne n’est venu nous aider à notre arrivée (même pendant la pluie) ! Il n’y avait pas de chariot à disposition pour les bagages et mon mari a eu beaucoup de mal à en trouver un. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps. C’est dommage, car ces différents points ont gâché notre arrivée à l’hôtel. En revanche, au moment de quitter l’hôtel, j’ai demandé de l’aide à la réception et un monsieur est venu nous aider très gentiment avec nos bagages. Je le remercie pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner est cher et ne vaut pas son prix. Nous nous attendions à une prestation de meilleure qualité.

Hotel is in a perfect location for a visit of the Sanctuary. It was comfortable, clean and cosy. Restaurant is very good. I booked a ‘demi-pension’ formula, and it was very convenient, but the food was also very good. All the personnel I met was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was recommended by a friend and I can only recommend it to anyone.

Nous avons réservé au Gallia Hôtel via Booking et nous avons été mis dans une autre aile qui est un autre hôtel lié au Gallia, beaucoup moins agréable. Cela n'était évidemment pas spécifié lors de la réservation. J'avais demandé un étage élevé, on nous a attribué une chambre bruyante au 1er étage. Pour un hôtel 4*, pas de chaussons, pas de kit de douche, le confort n'était vraiment pas présent.

The hotel is in a great location. Its steps away from the Basilica and the Grotto. The lobby is really nice. The rooms are nice, enough, but the bathroom in our room had a toilet and a shower and sink in a separate room across the room. That was a little awkward. Also, the hotel charged us a 9 euro uncorking fee which is high and unnecessary when they could simply do it for their guests as a courtesy. I gave it a four for that reason.

Great hotel, spacious room, staff was kind and helpful. Very close to the holy site. Excellent gated parking facilities.

Mooie locatie, wel lastig te vinden door 1 richtingsverkeer, drukte en onduidelijke bewegwijzering in het centrum. Receptie echter zeer behulpzaam. Locatie echt perfect, alles is aan te lopen. Mooie veilige parkeerplek achter het hotel.

Disappointed in the room - very basic for a “deluxe” twin - beds were very narrow, no bedside tables, no mirror in the room, one simple, uncomfortable steel chair on a v narrow balcony. Breakfast same every day, no variety in the buffet

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The room was quaint and opens to the carpark, despite it being a busy place for pilgrims and tourists alike there was barely any noise from the outside. It was a short walk to the Basilica and grounds. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel as a base for cycling the Tourmalet, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel has lovely old world charm and is ideally located in the centre of Lourdes. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. Overall, it offered very good value for money. The ride from Lourdes to Luz-Saint-Sauveur, up to the summit of the Tourmalet and back is spectacular, and the hotel is perfectly set up for cyclists. The secure bike garage is fantastic, with plenty of space, tools and facilities for storing and maintaining your bike and gear. It’s also well worth taking some time to explore Lourdes itself and visit the Sanctuary, which is a fascinating experience. The only downside was that the TV in my room wasn’t working. I mentioned it at reception and was told it would be looked at, but unfortunately it was never fixed during my stay. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lourdes, especially cyclists.

The room and hotel services were excellent. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of items. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the Food and beverage supervisor Sebastien was excellent in his service. The Front office staff Montserrat and Izabelle were very good in their guest relations.

Location was great. The bed was totally comfortable. Had a sound sleep. Staff was helpful and really try to communicate with us. We had so little French.

We did not have a refrigerator in our room and I had brought medication that needed it. There was one in there, but it did not work and it appeared that they don’t actually let guests use the in room refrigerators It was lost for a moment which was troubling, but it was found causing us a bit of stress on our departure

Very nice rooms, clean and very close to the Grotto. Parking was available and within the grounds of the hotel making everything go smoothly. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Location is perfect what i suggest is the exit only door would be available to open also to enter by room card. Room was very good and modern. Good view also. Atmosphere is nice altough reception and rrstaurant need an upgrade. For the price we paid was good just the breakfast when we needed to go in a bag it was not worth it.

The hotel was in a perfect loacation for visiting Lourdes, very closeto the Sanctuary. We had a meal in the restaurant on the first night. the food was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.

We had a meal in the restaurant, the food was delicious as was the wine. The waiter was very helpful regarding our choice of wine and was an affable person. In fct all the staff were cheerful and very helpful.
