Que no tienen suficiente estacionamiento, teníamos 2 cuartos solo 1 auto y dimos vueltas por más de 45 minutos para encontrar estacionamiento, ya que no tienen considerado un cajón por cuarto, solo como 20 cajones, insuficientes, hubo tormenta se fue la luz a las 3 am con más de 38 grados y no tienen un generador para emergencias

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026El desayuno no incluido del restaurante en la marina, excelso. Buffet delicioso, lo que le sigue. La zona espectacular, en frente de la marina llena de yates, el cerro de Tetakawi en frente. A pesar de no tener playa tiene un club de playa cercano.
Dejan hacer a los huespedes lo que sea en pasillos, balcones, horrible en fin de semana. Eviten el fin de semana y más en vaciones. Mucho ruido y nadie le dice nada a nadie. Muy poco personal de seguridad o vigilancia, por no decir que nadie. La señora del aseo del piso 3, insolente y grosera, toca y aunque pregunte quién no responde, forza a que vayas y abras la puerta para saber si vas a querer limpieza, todos los días hizo lo mismo. Además se grita en el pasillo con las otras empleadas, un escandalo. Luego el lunes que ya había menos gente a las 9 de la mañana ya estaban haciendo un hoyo en la pared. Fuimos a desayunar y cuando volvimos dentro de la habitación dónde hacían el hoyo tenían música a todo volumen los empleados con la puerta semi abierta. Todos los días descansar y dormir fue complicado. El hotel en muchas partes luce viejo, hace falta pintura. Remodelar los balcones con sombrillas y mobiliaro comodo, el sol de 40 grados de San Carlos amerita que dónde hay terrazas hagan alguna especia de cubierta para dar una poca de sombra en alguna parte del balcón para poder usarlo en el día. No me parece un hotel tan barato para lo que ofrece.

Que no hay estacionamiento, los balcones muy sucios el baño poco sucio hay mucho ruido en la noches no dejan dormir le falta mantenimiento está muy deteriorado y las máquinas de hielo no se dan abasto solo tienen 2 para tanta gente, y la verdad está muy sobre valorado para lo que ofrece está muy caro

The front desk man was miserable at check in. I also came down later in the evening and requested a bucket of ice and he directed me to a dark garage where I had to try and break some ice off the back of a freezer unit. Really not helpful at all.

In addition the lobby host stated it’s problematic when “people” book through other sites. Terrible experience and did not get room booked after traveling with elderly parents.
