El equipo de recepción hizo que mi experiencia no fuera grata. 1.- Me dieron solo la mitad de la habitación, me dijo el bellboy que bajara a avisar a recepción para que me pudieran abrir. 2.- Éramos 5 personas en la habitación, solo dejaron dos toallas, cuando les comenté la subieron con una mala cara 3.- Les pedí si me podían montar el sofá cama, me dijeron que subían al rato, llegamos 10:20 pm y tuve que bajar a pedir blancos para montarlo yo, el chico me dijo que eso era de ama de llaves, que el ni sabía nada, cuando le dije que necesitaba que me revolviera, hablo por celular con alguien y me dio una bolsa llena de blancos 4.- las toallas necesitan ser cambiadas 5.- entra mucha luz a la habitación, y ni hablar de la vista que tenía Antes de estar en este hotel me hospedé en otro la mitad de precio, el servicio fue por mucho mejor. Creo que deberían de anticiparse a las necesidades del huésped, no quieran llamarse boutique si no cuidan los detalles.

La ubicación perfecta, todo queda cerca, la habitación de buen tamaño, muy limpio todo, camas cómodas, buen estacionamiento. El desayuno q ofrecen de cortesía, está bien, está rico, la fruta con buen sabor, el café deli, quesitos, jamón, los hot cakes bien, solo que se terminaban muy pronto y tardaban un poquito en resurtir, fuera de eso, excelente. La vista desde el rooftop es hermosa.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025The view from the window is terrible, a building in construction that is 6 meters away and spans the entire length of the hotel; the curtain could not be opened because there were workers watching. I ask the front desk to change the room, offering to pay the difference in cost, and Even though they had availability, they refused because it was a reservation with Booking.com, which did not allow them to do so.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025we had a great time everything was clean , the only down side is when we were checking out the front desk was asking us for a Water Jar that was missing ,They never provided us with a water jar .We waited for 10 min until housekeeping said that the previous guest had the Jar .

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025Es un hotel pequeño y cómodo, justo en el centro de San Carlos. Es un hotel muy básico pero lindo. Quizá su área de oportunidad es la atención la cliente. Tardan mucho en atender cualquier solicitud. El restaurante es otro tema, muy lento y no tienen la mejor actitud.

But in this ocassion I had an issue, I was going for a walk with my dog and the front desk lady stop me, and yield at me, she was at the front desk and I was at the elevator, she mention that she did not notice that I had a pet and there is a fee, I was a bit confused because on any of the last occasions I was charged, she make it seem that I hide my pet. I walked straight to the elevator with my dog. And It was an issue with a door at the suite, and someone from Maintenance went and fix it, and they saw my dog,

Tenía vista a un basurero y una casa abandonada atrás del hotel. El servicio, atención, el cuarto todo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente también.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2025Very nice hotel. We stayed in the Penthouse and it was really nice. One thing I would suggest is to have drawers to put clothes in. The only drawers available were 2 small ones on the nightstands. Increased water pressure in the shower is also necessary.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2025Don’t be mislead by the ratings. You need to ask them for cleaning and setting up the room. Even after all they didn’t replace the sheets and had to ask twice. The sheet were stained as the hotel has outside laundry service. The pool is above ground and the stairs leading to the pool are very unsafe and uneven. Most of all there’s no railing and very hazardous. The ground is paved with slippery tiles that is very dangerous when wet.
