Shower set up was awkward had to fully step in shower to turn on
The Hotel Hot Springs is in a great location, especially if you are attending a conference or event at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Our room also had a microwave and refrigerator, which were convenient during our four-night stay. For those driving, the parking garage is located about one block away from the main hotel building and is not directly connected to the hotel. There is also free street parking and a limited number of parking spaces along the side of the hotel. Unfortunately, we experienced several cleanliness and maintenance issues in Room 310. There were gnats around the sink faucet, and the shower was not draining properly. Someone came to the room, removed hair from the drain, and the shower did drain better afterward. Most concerning, we encountered what appeared to be cockroaches in our room on multiple nights, and I have photos documenting them. After I reported the problem to the front desk, someone was sent to the room and put down powder to address the issue. Unfortunately, we continued to encounter cockroaches afterward, including another one on our final night. Repeatedly finding cockroaches during a four-night hotel stay was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also very disappointing. My husband tried it the first morning and never went back for the remainder of our stay—and he usually likes just about everything. We honestly could not tell whether what was being served was actually eggs. At checkout, I spoke with the manager about our experience. He listened to my concerns, refunded one night of our stay, and indicated that he would address the pest, drainage, and gnat issues. I appreciated his response and willingness to address our concerns. The location is excellent for the Convention Center, and I appreciate how the manager handled my concerns at checkout. However, the repeated pest and cleanliness issues significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend The Hotel Hot Springs.
The location was great
When I arrived in the room the sheets were not clean, the toilet was not clean, and it was all over unsanitary
My bed had stained sheets and a roach crawled across my room. The food at the hotel restaurant is really bad. Stay at the Embassy Suites instead.
The location was great. Walking distance of the Bathrow Houses and minutes from the casino.
My Booking didn't show up on the hotels end.
Me and my husband came for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the bar and grill and loved that the hotel is in walking distance to the Strip and minutes away from the casino.
We always stay at Hotel Hot Springs because the walking distance to downtown is short. Parking was absolutely horrible this time and I refuse to pay for the parking building that is not in great condition itself. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dingy/stained and needed a really good cleaning or even replacement. The air conditioner in our room needed cleaning and I do believe that the dusty mold in the air conditioner is what caused me to have bad headaches while there. The ice machines on my of the floors are broken and need to be fixed.
Good place to stay for location to downtown. Bathrooms did NOT have any vent fans. Make sure you a room ABOVE flour 4, or your window view just might be the building HVAC units. We were on 5, it was "okay."
shower had no water pressure
It’s close to everything we were doing and we didn’t have to drive to everything
The bathroom in our room was a little dirty(hair and dirt on shower walls and in floor)
Clean and the bar and grill with live band was a huge plus
Non smoking but that’s every where
Love it. Always clean and helpful
Wished there was better parking without having to pay but love that it’s also within walking distance of several things to do
Location is wonderful. Can walk downtown. Easy and ample parking. Competitive room prices.
Nothing. Everything was nice.
Nice atmosphere, clean rooms and friendly staff.Close to everything.Parking was a plus! Try the restaurant/bar before hitting downtown.
Location was great
Breakfast wasn’t the best Elevators were very hot and the floors were dirty. The floors in the hallway needed to be vacuumed.
Centralized
No pool, muggy in non room areas.
Friendly staff, good value
Limited parking on site.
Super location within easy walking distance of downtown Hot Springs. Very nice facility, excellent staff. A nice little bar that also served food but we didn't eat there. Overall I'd stay here again.
One small complaint... housekeeping might double check to be sure they resupply the in-room coffee with both regular and decaf. :)
Very close to the Bathhouses. Easy parking. Very clean.
The breakfast as not good. No options for waffles or pancakes. Didn't seem fresh. No fresh milk for coffee.
The breakfast was not free, only coffee . We found it was an additional $15.00.
Proximity to downtown
Roaches in bathrooms around the property, lobby was the worst
seamless check in, clean, well appointed room, polite and friendly staff. I will certainly consider this hotel for my next stay in Hot Springs
Bathroom was dirty and smells bad so we ask them for a new room they didn’t gave us another room and it have a bad smell like dead rat
Honestly didn’t know what to expect but it was a great place to stay. Staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was great!! I will definitely book with them again in the future!
The lady who checked us in was amazing. We were suffering from a lo0ng hot motorcycle ride and she helped us cool down and got us to our rooms. She also helped us with parking. She made us feel welcome.
The breakfast. No knives, just forks and spoons. Hard to spread the cream cheese on the bagel with a spoon. The biscuits were crunchy. I liked the oatmeal even though it wasn't old fashioned. Could have been better.
Breakfast was great.
Everything was great
The pillows were really weird, lumpy and small. Everything else seemed good.

Food was very good.
Everything was nice, clean and comfortable. Good value!
Location, free shuttle
No hot shower on our last night
Very close to downtown without being right in the middle of all the traffic
Didn’t have free breakfast
I love that it was close to everything that we went to go do
It was an awesome stay
We loved everything!
Close proximity to Central Ave
Slow drains bath shower and sink
Clean and comfortable.
Over night front desk clerk was argumentative and refused to give us clean sheets. She said she was not housekeeping and could not help us.
The location was great for our Cousins Weekend, Friday-Sunday (7/3-7/5), a few of us went for a walk Saturday morning to sightsee, on-site valet available (Ron/Leon-exceptionally professional staff), large/clean breakfast area, rooms were nice and extremely comfortable, temperature in the rooms were great, live music at night, spacious elevators, parlor room and suites connected, friendly front desk and management staff (Ms. Teri , Bridget, and 2 other ladies) were the epitome of hospitality. All the staff was amazing. I’ll NEVER forget this experience. I absolutely loved The Hotel Hot Springs!
Limited parking but valet was available. Women’s Restroom in lobby always smelled like standing urine, maybe need automatic flush toilets and/or cleaned more often. Lots of folks using it so it’s understandable that it would be a bit smelly.
i believe the experience could be better; the breakfast was nasty no if and or buts about it dont even waste your time buying it. the room was clean but the shower situation is very dangerous and i fell while getting out of the shower because there is a step down and nothing to hold onto and the floor was slick. you also have to step in the shower to turn it on which is very inconvenient because you get splashed with cold water turning the shower on. the driver of the shuttle was very nice and he didn't complain about driving us to our destination.
Location
Liked it all
The location was great! The restaurant was nice. My server was fantastic! Housekeeping checked on me daily. The price was a good value.
I wish the parking garage was attached to the hotel. It was just a short walk, but when it's raining, it feels a lot longer.
Location , Shuttle service
Breakfast
Great location very close to bathhouse row, ample street parking and rooms had a great view
Room was dirty when I checked in, hair in the shower used soap in the shower, ac had a water leak and the room was not fully vacuumed.
The location was great! Walking distance to great restaurants. The parking was reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly!
The shower floor and toilet were stained.
The location was great
I have stayed here a few times. However, they have now changed it where you have to pay for breakfast and parking….all while the price just keeps going up!
Everything was in walking distance.
The shower was not great and the room was not cleanest.
I was just a little upset that our rooms were not cheap and literally we got a room on the far end that was like leftovers when honestly, I feel like we should’ve gotten a full room and not a corner space the showers were nice, but there bath towel hooks is in a very awkward spot. There’s no place in there to hang a washer rag. Every thing was clean and nice. I thought it was ridiculous to pay $15 for a breakfast. That’s not specifically for each individual. It’s like a continental breakfast and the rooms are notcheap so I feel like the breakfast should’ve been included, especially since it wasn’t fresh. The biscuits were kinda hard didn’t have a very good selection On coffee creamer. And the drinks in the bar was very expensive for Being such tiny glasses.
Location! Very clean room. Great staff in bar.
No gym, no pool.
Location
There was a huge cockroach in one of the rooms I booked.
Love the location, My room was great, beautiful view. The women at the front desk was so polite and very helpful and the 2 lady's that worked the restaurant/ bar was amazing .
The shower head was not working that well only the top part of the shower head had water coming out the rest of it was clogged I guess. For my room that was the only issue. To pay $15 for breakfast that was cold , a little disappointed, other than that I had a great stay and will still come back again
The property is in a good location
Not much parking
Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂
Some of the staff
The AC went out on us at 3 am in the morning so we had to move to another room at 3 am in the morning. Smelled of smoke and none of the icemakers worked. I won't be staying here again!!
Upon arriving, the smell of weed on our floor was overpowering and stayed that way for 2 days. Bed was made but pulled back the blanket and it was full of both long and short hairs like bed had been slept in and sheets not changed. Room was honestly filthy as well as the rest of the hotel. Greasy hand smudges on most surfaces, visible dirt on floors, and had a funky mildew smell. No dedicated parking for the hotel but luckily had some street parking and the bank lot across the street was open since the bank was closed on weekends. The staff were nice and I’m assuming short staffed. It’s a very big skyscraper building with many rooms and it’s an older building past its prime and in need of repairs.
Room could have been cleaner. I had to clean the shower floor and wall before using. Floor was dirty and trash not emptied during my entire stay. Towels were picked up but on two occasions replacements were not left. Beds were never made.
Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Parking was on street and hard to find. Pillows were very poor.
We didn't eat breakfast, we were hoping for it to be complimentary like most of the hotels we stayed at. The cost of the breakfast was a little pricey for what was served. Registration women was very nice and pleasant to deal with. However, your hotel wouldn't match Booking.com price so I had to reserve it while standing in front of your registration cleark, which took some time. Also NO pool, which was what we were hoping for.
See above.
We loved the hotel. Clean and great service. Fabulous location.
Location and staff were great.
Showers, you can’t turn on water without getting in so if you’re sensitive to cold it’s not good also other than a tiny little triangle there was no place out your products also no grab bars. Lack of electrical outlets sucked too. Hallway carpets dirty. So were room floors my wet feet got black on them.
Location
Staff/Not the cleanest. The attitude at check in was awful. I was made to pay for parking when every other person there for the event was not charged. Our room and the hallways where not clean. The pillows on the bed should have been replaced they appeared to be several years old were not even shaped as pillows anymore.
So convenient to everything. We enjoyed the weekly, summer Thursday evening concert a block away and walking to bath house row and restaurants. David and the free shuttle within 3 miles. Lots of free street parking nearby
No pool which seems odd in a spa town
The staff was great. The location was perfect for getting onto the strip. It was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast wasn’t my favorite.
Location and friendly staff
Bugs and toilet wouldn’t flush
The staff were excellent, very accommodating, location good, comfortable bed.
Downside the aircon in room was very loud and hall aircon as loud. Staff were happy to move us. Breakfast very basic maybe a bit over priced. Hotel dated but did the job for 1 night
The only positive was the hotel’s location. There was no spa. There was no free breakfast buffet as stated online. The breakfast was $15 which was fine except it was inedible. We decided to leave after the first night and charged $75 early departure fee. They never asked why we were checking out early.
Front desk staff were great! They were so nice and friendly. They have a shuttle so you don’t have to drive once parked at their facility.
Room view ,,convenient to downtown
No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in shower . No ventilation in bathroom, pillows were to small and went flat .. and you had to pay for a buffet style breakfast ,,
Choose this hotel for its proximity to the bathhouses and found the room price to be a good deal for the area. The room was spacious and decent.
The service at the bar was slow but it was nice having a bar in the hotel. Our shower had a few long blacks hairs left in there either from the housekeeper or a previous guest.
Convenience, friendly staff, cleanliness, ease of parking
One room had not been serviced when we arrived and the other was completely out of soap, shampoo, etc. There was some structural issue in our room where water would leak up through the floorboards in one area if you walked on them. All the staff were friendly and attentive, but given the issues, the hotel didn't feel worth the price.
Unfortunately the stay was terrible. We arrived at around 10:30pm, checked into our room and went to sleep. When we got up on the morning, we went to shower and the shower was disgusting! Had lots of mold all inside it. Once you see the uncleanliness of the room, you can’t unsee it. Everything was dirty. Doors, baseboards, headboards, water seepage behind the toilet, just bad all around. We had to leave to meet up with family so I sent and email to the hotel about the state of the room. No reply. When we got back in that evening, I spoke to the front desk about the room, showed her pictures, asked if we could move rooms, anything. She said we couldn’t because we booked through a third-party app. I would have to try and take it up with the manager in the morning. We checked out the next morning. Have never received a reply to our complaint
Very nice an very close to all the little shops an bath houses. We walked an didn't have to spend any money on uber.
Hard to find parking spot at times. But they did have parking garage not to far away.
Love the location, onsite restaurant/bar and shuttle service.
The room was not clean and had water seeping from underneath the floor tiles. Also, there were no closing window coverings. We were moved into another room after midnight which was also not clean and only had nine channels available for television.
Convenience and parking
It was clean and the bed was comfortable
Nothing
Just a few minutes walk from Bathhouse Row, it was clean and comfortable.
The bartender and staff was great.
Paying for parking is crazy. How can I stay at a place I can't park at. Useless.
The view from our and the restaurant in the motel the food and staff were amazing !!!
The prices for a basic breakfast buffet are ridiculous when the same buffet in other hotels are free. $15 for adults and $10 for 6 year old and under, REALLY !!!! There are prices posted for buffet in the elevators but when checking in the front desk lady said it's $17 🤔
Quiet
The barn door to the bathroom
Nothing they have not provided breakfast
Bad
Location was great , that’s why we stay there every year
Free breakfast is no more and no free parking
The location was excellent for my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and restful. For those who are driving, they offer valet parking, and the hotel is within easy access to the main highways.
Nothing.
We used the valet this trip. The gentlemen were excellent. Quick. Courteous. Whether it was a ride to a restaurant or grabbing our vehicle in the rain. Excellent service
Chips and salsa were weak in the bar area when we got in Thursday evening
The location was great!
The pillows were a little uncomfortable
Location is ideal. I expected to pay $12 for parking according to the website but on the weekend I just parked across the street at the bank for free ( I got here around 1030, later it fills up), however there seemed to be plenty of street parking. I felt safe for the parking, no issues. I also got military discount so that’s always nice for the support! There is breakfast but they charge, I just walked down to the local coffee shop collective (amazing). The in-house restaurant was really good! Convenient too as I was tired at the end of the day. Shout out to Sarah, my server- what a gem 💎 of a person. She was amazing! 🤩 the front staff were polite, nice and helpful. They have a free shuttle too if you need it but literally it’s a 5 min walk to restaurants, visitor center and bathhouses. Highly recommend!
It was SO comfortable and clean.
There was nothing to dislike.
The facility is showing some age. Staff was very good.
Great location. Clean and daily fresh up. Bar is great and personnel very friendly. Our twice yearly destination… not so happy about some changes… Free parking is no longer free Free breakfast is now $15/person…
