Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center

Breakfast was full of variety

Nothing

I have stayed there many times. It is clean and quiet. Great lobby and bar area

The breakfast used to be fantastic. It was horrible this time. The TV remotes were an exercise in frustration. Not what a tired traveler wants to struggle with

all

everything was good

Overall facility, bed was comfortable. Staff polite an efficient. Breakfast was okay, but all of the hot selections overcooked. Facility was modern and looked recently renovated. We did receive a $50 credit for the condition of one room.

One of two rooms disappointed. Previous guest's t-shirts were in the closet, and were returned to the front desk. Bathroom towels were very dirty. This was not up to the standards of a Hilton. Had to pay $17 for parking some distance behind the hotel. Too far for these 83 year old legs. While in the main lounge area enjoying drinks, a large roach ran across the carpet between us. Kind of summed up our visit.

Loved the location, the cleanliness, and the prompt attention to needs.

Breakfast was chaotic and there sat not enough staff to keep things running smoothly. We stayed during a holiday so it was very busy. Hopefully they will pay more attention to this area.

Check in staffe was great.

Entry way to elevators smelled like Marijuana, bath tub had mold build up crevices, bath room floor had pubic and head hair on it, floors were also covered in hair (did not look vacuumed at all), the mattress on bed felt like a half deflated air bag ( we both woke with back pain). Will not ever stay at a Hilton again.

The staff They were wonderful

Happy hours should last longer

We loved everything about it the location, staff, hospitality. It was our 2nd night that wasn't enjoyable.

First night was great the 2nd day was even great it was the night that was horrible. A group of young was staying beside us partied all night and kept us up and we have a pretty big travel day the next day so we actually checked out and had to go pay for another room some where else so we could get a couple hours of sleep before traveling.

Everything!

My second stay and my second time of my safe not working correctly

Location of facility.

Parking

Very nice recently renovated. It was extremely cold in the lobby and hotel in general. Colder inside than outside.

Too cold in building.

I loved the property

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar served excellent drinks, and our room was beautiful!

There were 0 issues with the property. I 10/10 recommend!

breakfast

The room was fabulous as well as breakfast

Girl who checked me in was rude. it left a bad taste in my mouth

I love that the hotel has a very nice restaurant with reasonable prices. The open floor space is absolutely breathtaking!! My family and I will be staying at this hotel everytime we visit Hot Springs!!! The breakfast was delicious and they make very tasting omelets!! The customer service was top tier. Our suite was very clean and welcoming. The atmosphere overall was amazing. I love the water elements in the hotel and everything was very clean and tidy. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing inside and outside. It made for a very comfortable feeling.

The room was a great size for us. The people was helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious lots to choose from.

The door stuck had to push or slam shut. They had no biscuits and gravy!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Customer Service! My husband and I had a wonderful experience! This was our first time staying at this Embassy Suites, and we were impressed from the start. The atmosphere was beautiful, check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spacious, clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. We encountered one small issue, but Billy Johnson immediately offered options and made it right with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were amazing! At checkout, Dianeah was very kind and professional, and Jo T. truly went the extra mile by making additional adjustments because of the issue we experienced. Her kindness and genuine concern really stood out. The way the staff took care of us made all the difference. We will definitely be back and happily recommend this Embassy Suites to others! ❤️👏🏾

great

one dirty towel was left

The room smelled like smoke. The bartender was grouchy

Jo T and Desiree were fantastic! Thank you for a great stay

Customer service was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and met all of our needs. The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Overall, we had a great experience.

The front desk staff was horrible, rude, and very unconcerned.

The hotel stated that they had an outage and said my room was canceled but they were only using paper. Called booking.com and the representative told the staff that the reservation was active and they still would not provide me with a room and stated I need to find somewhere else to stay. The representative from booking.com asked to speak with the staff I gave the staff the phone and she stated that she would not accommodate me and that the representative better not call the hotel phone and then proceeded to hang up my personal phone on the representative. It was an awful experience and I will NEVER book at Embassy Hotel Springs. I will also tell the whole church convention group about how I was treated. We come and book there every July😡😡

Booked this property due to close proximity to the National Park which is about three blocks away. Be aware that the area surrounding the property is not well kept and gave us a bad vibe about the property. We ended up cancelling our stay from the parking lot and booking a different hotel in the area. Hotel staff was professional and accommodating in assisting us cancel the reservation. I cannot objectively offer a view of the hotel itself other than there are much nicer areas and hotels near Lake Hamilton and still within a 10-to-15-minute drive of the National Park.

****Exceptional front desk service by Billy. **** I arrived at little bit early and Billy provided a courteous, friendly and expeditious check in process. Maybe his manager will see this and give him a huge a shout out! Tee Saine

Nothing

Breakfast was fine

the bed , the bugs, noisy adjacent room

The breakfast was the same for all three mornings that we were there. French toast, egss, fresh link sausage, cubbed potatoes and oatmeal. No pancakes, no biscuits/gravy and no grits. Change it up

Really excellent property in a great location for downtown Hot Springs. A 15 minute easy stroll to the national Park headquarters. Embassy suites in general is amazing with happy hour and wonderful breakfast, and this location was no exception. An added plus is that it is dog friendly.

Nothing. Everything was great

Really enjoyed the extra accommodation such as the breakfast and beverage and the spacious rooms

Only thing would be the Indoor pool - as I’m sure it’s fantastic in other weather the summer and the strong chloride in a closed room is not the best, however it was a great way to cool off once inside -

I got stuck on the elevator

The people were very nice and helpful

Nothing

The breakfast was great!!!

Dogs on the property

Every thing the were nice and friendly

Our door was hard to open and close

Whenever we needed anything, they didn't hesitate to honor our request fast and accurately.

The bathroom could use a little more TLC... the Hotel is to nice for the bathroom to not be more cleaner

I loved how soon as I texted for anything someone was there immediately with what I needed. Loved the breakfast and cocktail hour. Definitely will stay there again.

It was ants crawling everywhere and that our room was not vacuumed very good.

Very comfortable for a July 4th weekend.

The juice bar was not working for breakfast

The people were the friendliest you could ask for. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the service

The room was not very clean, We had to clean the bath and sink before use. When I went to the pool, I feel, there were no wet floor signs at or near the door when I came in. I had to go to emergency room and have a severe concussion, Also 5 Staples. It has been over week and still concussed. I would like someone to call me at 479-886-0312

Very clean room and comfortable bed.

The breakfast lacked quality. The type of coffee used had a bitter taste. Only low fat milk was available, no whole milk. The water had a chlorine taste.

Absolutely lovely!

The location is perfect! Close to oaklawn, magic springs, downtown, every food joint you can think of. The amenities on the property were nice pool, and workout area, another plus is the free drink in the evening of your choice, what impressed me the most was the breakfast chef, he was swamped with some type of teacher conference going on at the time of my stay and the way he not only handled it but the way he did it cooking 4 pans at 1 time whatever u wanted was amazing...

I don't think guests should get charged for the hotsprings water, that should be provided especially for people out of state thats part of the experience, and no soaps of any kind available, even super 8 provides little bars of soap..

Breakfast was good. Potatoes were cold.

Location was great. Food needs improvement.

Great stay!

We have stayed at a lot of Hotels, and this Embassy Suites was A++++! The employees were all extremely helpful and very nice, especially the front desk. Our room was top notch. Being Hilton Honors members, we can say that this is the best hotel that we have stayed at. Great bar and outstanding breakfasts - especially the made to order omlets! I highly recommend this property!

We were at a convention on this trip. The hotel is amazing. Clean. Rooms are sparkling clean. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The only issue, and it's big, the massive amount of flies that were flying around the seating area. Constantly shooing them away; quite nasty and annoying. The ladies were doing their best to clear all tables quickly because of the flies, but something must be done about this. Quite unsanitary.. Maybe put a blower around the entrance of the building to keep the flies away.

The property is always nice and so clean. Wonderful customer service and staff.

The property is always nice and so clean. Wonderful customer service and staff.

Stayed here in order to enjoy Magic Springs. The toilet had dust on the top of it where they only cleaned some of it. I am talking about a lot of dust. There was a toothbrush under the dining room table as if it was not vacuumed and the sofa had a dark brown substance on it. To top it off, there was a bug on the ceiling. This is my second time seeing a bug at this place. They really need to spray constantly and make sure that these maids are really cleaning the rooms.

The lobby was wonderful, the king suite was impeccable

The location was ok

Lekker bed en ruime kamer!

Excellent breakfast and pleasant staff. Room very big and beds comfortable.

Hotel was clean. Good breakfast. Excellent rooms. I stayed in the king suite, very nice

Little pricey.

The location was good. It was an easy walk to downtown, and if you were there for a conference, it couldn’t get any better.

I have a severe allergy to feathers. I called, messaged and called again the morning of check in to be sure we were in a feather free room. There was still a feathered pillow on my bed. Also, there was no bedding for the pull out couch even though I indicated we would have 6 people in our room. I asked for bedding for the pull out and for a pillow to replace the feathered one at 8:30pm. By 10:30pm, we still had not seen anyone from housekeeping. We went to bed without bedding. Billy at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, but it needs to be noted that this happened.

Good location for bridge street live event

All good

Helpful staff and well located

Breakfast finished early

Room size, breakfast

Breakfast was excellent hot made to serve. Room was clean Bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent

Estacionamiento

It was close to everything. We loved the free drinks and snacks in the evening. Breakfast was included and prepared us for our day of sightseeing.

Everything was great!

I love the suit having a bedroom and livingroom! The staff was excellent, helpful and very friendly. Very close to downtown. They asked if we wanted a low or high floor and he said he would get us a high room with a mountain view and it was so beautiful to wake up to every morning. They also text asking how your stay is or if you need anything. The last night they asked if we needed late checkout I asked how much it was because we wanted to go gem mining one last time and would need showers before going home And they added an extra hour for us. 10/10 would definitely stay at this location or another Embassy.

Honestly I have no complaints at all.

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Loved the breakfast

It’s not a big deal but. Could have been a bit better about keeping up with the food when it was empty also the silverware.

Great location, beautiful and clean rooms

The bed was very uncomfortable and they did not disclose that it cost $10 a night for parking until we checked out which was frustrating

The staff were all very helpful and accommodating in all aspects! They were very informative about the the area and let us know when the meals and the reception .

Nothing comes to mind.

Great location, staff was phenomenal.

The bathroom in the lobby was closed the entire time we stayed there so it was very inconvenient for my family to have to go back to our room anytime they had to use the restroom at breakfast.

Cleanliness & staff.

breakfast was good, beds where comfy and room was clean
