I am Kirk's wife. It was me that stayed not him. Breakfast was great. the service was quick and the there was a great variety. Room was simple but adequate for my needs. Loved the smell of the toiletries.

Bed was a little hard - perhaps a soft top would help. The carparking charge. In most places around the world that I have stayed - Carparking is complementary.

Dipti was super helpful and we felt really comfortable. Clean rooms, and the restaurant seemed good even though we didn't eat there.

Reception staff were excellent and really accommodating. Room was really good, quiet and everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Took us a while to understand the shower but wonderful when we worked it out. Water lovely and hot. Breakfast was very good too, even down to sourdough bread!!!

So so noisy I had ear plugs in and I was in 157 and I could hear the cars on the road and even their radios and cars parked in the car park at the back just hanging around outside my window with they’re engines on

Amazing breakfast. Very fresh and tasty.

The room was full of flying insects. It was not clean at all. It was very loud the whole night even when the windows are closed. The room temperature was set to 18 and it was absolutely freezing on an autumn night.

Mattress was beyond worn out springs coming through, very dated needs painting and new carpets, cracks in wall, bar food mediocre, not much choice on drinks, £10per day car park very expensive for where it is, no electric car charging points.

Staff very friendly & welcoming.

Stayed here last year & no improvement on decor or cleanliness. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, just felt grubby in there. Beds could be a normal single bed instead of a small single like a caravan. There is enough room in the twin room. Towels could do with being replaced & get rid of the bacteria infested shower curtains, so unhygienic. Needs a plug next to the bed. Could do with a whole revamp. Its a shame there is cost to park there.

Hotel fabric very tired - badly in need of renovation. Quite noisy - noise from the surrounding roads very loud. Beds quite uncomfortable - very hard (like sleeping on a stone slab)

Bed was comfy, firm mattress, pillows were a bit on the high side but good. Breakfast really nice and onsite bar was decent (didn't try any of the food though!)

Pillows a bit on the high side and parking was a bit on the short side. Enough spaces to get one but there was an event I think on site so parking was rammed.

The breakfast was great with a good choice and variety. Pleasant helpful staff who made us feel welcomed. The hotel generally and our room was clean and comfortable. It was the hottest day of the year during our stay, so the air conditioning in the hotel and our room was a truly wonderful thing to have. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Perfect location for family BBQ, friendly staff, clean room & beautiful relaxing bath. Thank you I will be back.

The staff were great, very helpful, accommodating and friendly, especially Mallika and Hardeep. Chef also very accommodating. Iced water supplied and much appreciated on such a hot day. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice...full English and continental. All areas were clean and presentable. Overall the hotel, amenities, cleanliness & staff were really good.

Szoba klímát saját magunk tudtuk állítani ez nagyon jó volt a mi ízlésünkre tudtuk állítani. A szoba elég tágas volt kényelmes. Mi két külön ágyast foglaltunk ott is volt hely nem volt szük. A kádas fürdőszobát kaptuk az jó volt mert otthon zuhanykabin van így végre tudtam fürödni.amit írtak hogy vasaló, hajszárító, vízforraló minden volt. Lenn a bárban több féle sör volt olyan ami nálunk nincs.

Van egy két megjegyzésem amin esetleg tudnának változtatni. Például nem volt minihütö a szobába ahol le tudtuk volna hűteni a innivalot. Wc mellett nem volt wc kefe mi otthon megszoktunk hogy használjuk. A reggeli ide csak annyi a megjegyzésem. Minden nap ugyan az volt a választék. 3-4 nap után unalmas volt.Csak egy két ételt változtattak volna szuper lenne. Ezért ha pontozni lehetne akkor sajnos itt kevés pontot adtam volna.

It is convenient to get to and the accommodation is acceptable and central to go out to eat.

The security chain was busted and I reported it. The cleaning staff should have noticed this before occupancy. Very obviously hanging from the wall.

Room smelt of smoking and loud sound for most of the night, reception said it was the pipes and they were getting it sorted. Was offered a free breakfast but declined as did not complain to receive anything. Just want my next stay to be a better one otherwise I will go elsewhere.

The bath in my room wasn't very nice. I lost something and when searching for it on the floor I found the carpet wasn't very clean.

The hotel was very run down and bedroom were grubby the bathroom in particular was very outdated and grubby the toilet had blue cleaner over the seat neither my son would use the bath or shower It wasn’t very clean

The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

I would have loved to eat at the hotel, but I have a gluten intolerance. The first night I went into the bar and asked about a pizza - the menu specifically said 'gluten free available'. I was told there weren't any and nothing else on the menu was gf. On arriving at the hotel I was charged £30 to park my car for three days- I felt it was a bit steep but was expecting it because the website said that would be the case. What I didn't expect was to go out in my car the first full day and to return to find no parking spaces. A member of staff came out to look and found me the last space round the back of the hotel. I had intended going into town to eat that evening (due to lack of gf options) but I would have lost even that space. The receptionist said, oh you can get a bus from the end of the road and some of these cars will be gone by midnight so you can move your car then. I wanted to be in bed before then and also wanted to relax with a glass of wine . . . and I don't drink and drive ever- not even on a car park. I should also add that spaces could not be reserved, despite being charged £10 a day.

It was pretty basic hotel which we expected, breakfast was fine, but on the 1st morning we waited for a while for the scrambled eggs to be replenished. Good to see non dairy options at breakfast. Room was fine. Location is good as close to M11, but far from old part of Harlow( not walkable).

The interior looks quite tired ( the carpets, the walls etc). Although the interior of the breakfast room was nice. We did not eat in the restaurant. The staff when asked, did not have much information of local places of interest , quite unusual, as most of hotels will have some brochures and maps of the local area. Although hotel charges £10 a night for parking ( a bit unusual) we struggled to find a space on the 2nd day, I think that they shld provide you with some pass/ parking space allocation, as we were ready to go to reception and complain.

Good location, not happy to pay £10 for an out of centre car park but they are maximising revenue. Nowhere else nearby. Bed was comfy, it was clean. There was a kettle, TV worked, WiFi was free. There was air con but I turned it off, set too cold.

Shower a bit problematic to work, breakfast was basic but fine. Hotel itself a bit pokey and dated, luckily I was not after ambience. One light swutch for all lights. Toilet flush was bizarre and leaky but worked.

2 ladies up front were quite rude, I felt like I was an inconvenience to them, I purchased a room for £72, but booked it on the wrong night, they said they couldn't help with moving the day and to take it up with booking.com, then rejected the refund through booking.com in front of me, and charged me £120 for the exact same room, following up with "the water pump is broke by that room so when someone takes a shower or runs the water, the room has a loud hum, is that okay?" Considering they told me that was the last room available, it had to be. Could have been a good stay, but the staff made it difficult, Stewart on the other hand, was brilliant, very friendly and approachable

Didn't have breakfast. We found the staff very helpful and friendly the staff who's names were Hardeep and Dipti made us very welcome and would always help with any queries regarding buses and taxis they also loved our dog named isla.

I had fish and chips from the restaurant which looked like a piece of frozen fish from a supermarket. Also the mattress in our room that I slept on made all sorts of noises with the springs.

The breakfast selection was good

I couldn't find any information in the room about breakfast timings and guessed it would be open until at least 10am. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:40am to find it closes at 9:30! This information was delivered to me quite bluntly by the receptionist and nothing else offered. However, Giuseppe leapt to his feet, rushed over and insisted I go into the restaurant and subsequently presented me with fresh pastries and fruit salad. Excellent service, thank you, Giuseppe.

The beds are so firm it was like sleeping on a mortuary slab. The A/C in reception may be fabulous but the A/C in the rooms and restaurant are woefully inadequate on a 30c+ day.

A gem of a hotel. Fantastic atmosphere and food. Tidy rooms with are con for when you’ve been in the sun from dawn. But the best part is the staff, Roxana has made my trip 100% better. Greeted with a smile no matter the day. And took a great interest into my work.

Had a great say in hotel for 2 nights. Dipti on the front office reception was fantastic. She helped us with smooth check-in with her cute smile. Over all had a good experience staying in hotel. Will stay again.
