Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Schönes Modernes Hotel im Herzen von Alcudia, direkt an der „Flaniermeile“. Konnte man gut aushalten und ein Parkplatz findet man auch ohne Probleme direkt am Hotel! Sehr wichtig wenn man mit Mietwagen unterwegs ist.
Zimmer sind etwas klein und die Schwenktür von der Toilette ist auch gleichzeitig die Tür der Dusche dadurch kommt es ggf. auch mal zur einer ungewollten Überflutung der Toilette

Abendessen ohne Getränke. Getränke extra zahlen. Aber beim Frühstücken kann man kostenlos Sekt bekommen ohne Begrenzung. Das passt nicht.

Una delle receptionist Michelle, italiana che parla italiano, rende la comunicazione molto più semplice (grazie). Anche il resto del personale molto gentile e accogliente. Camere pulite e arredamento moderno e funzionale. Consigliato come punto di accesso ad Alcudia

The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights because there was such a great variety of choices and everything was delicious!! The service was great too, and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The pools were great too :)
The bathroom was not very private... There was only one glass door, which you could use either for the shower or the toilet. It wasn’t a proper bathroom door, so you didn’t really have privacy when using the toilet. Also, water from the shower would sometimes get all over the floor and around the toilet. The walls were pretty thin, so we could hear the cleaning staff chatting in the hallway really early in the morning. The bed was basically two single beds pushed together, leaving a small gap in the middle. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel.

Tiny room. Very small for two people. Separate beds for a couple. The wardrobe is tiny — nowhere near enough space for two people's clothes. No bathrobes, no slippers, no coffee machine — just instant Nescafé and a kettle. Hidden costs. Dinner was prepaid, but we were still needed to pay for drinks — even for WATER! None of this was disclosed at booking, which felt misleading. Facilities and service. The pool opens at 9AM closes at 7:00 PM, so if you work remotely from the hotel as we did, you effectively can't use the pool. Checking in after 9:30 pm means no food at all, and staff were unhelpful when we asked. Breakfast starts at 8AM - could have been earlier. Sea in this area is shallow - you need to walk 40 meters to reach proper depth. No activities in hotel except for pool and gym. Gym has very little of facilities - almost useless for a proper training, only for cardio. Nothing to do around.

There's plenty of privacy with the way the beds are placed. Nd it was spotless. The Peacefulness. It's a very tranquil resort. Also it was my birthday during my stay nd one of the staff picked up.on it nd a bottle of wine was delivered to my room. So thoughtful. The AC workedxreally well. Likes there eco friendly ethos.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Amazing hotel, nothing was run down. Perfect location, only a few minutes to the beach. Breakfast and dinner had a multitude of options and there was always something new to discover and try. The staff was absolutely phenomenal, from the reception to breakfast/dining and to the cleaning staff. In short, the perfect place to enjoy Alcudia and Mallorca!
The only (very small) points of criticism was that the bed consisted of two single beds put together, which created a crack in the middle. The toilet was a bit small, but manageable. If your window faces the street, there will be some partying and commotion, but it stops by 11pm mostly. But these points of criticism are minor and could be worked around

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et agréable, une literie de bonne qualité. Un petit déjeuner de qualité. Un grand merci à tout le personnel, toujours souriant et très professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. Mention spéciale au pour Mateusz, très sympathique et de très bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !
Petit bémol seulement concernant un manque d’intimité de la salle de bain et des toilettes, vu la conception . Mais cela n’enlève rien à la très bonne expérience globale.

La habitación que nos tocó tenía la puerta del balcón un poco rota (como era una noche tampoco reclamamos) y en el suelo había una uña del anterior huésped. Quiero pensar que fue un descuido porque el resto estaba impecable.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026De locatie is bijna direct naast het strand, dichtbij een bushalte en taxi standplaats. Vanaf daar makkelijk om vervoer te bepalen. Ook verschillende fiets-verhuren om de hoek. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid, maar ik ben wel eens meer keuze gewend bij andere hotels. De kamers waren perfect en ontbrak aan niks. Ook goede mogelijkheid tot ligbedjes bij het zwembad (eind april). Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
