I liked the location; rooms were spacious and clean and great breakfast!!! Oh, there’s also parking if you’re confident with tight spaces.

I wish I could have had breakfast outside, but get that this is a big hotel and not enough room for all guests.

How easy everything was, we were able to use the amenities after checking out. Very calm and peaceful hotel so worked perfectly for us. Special thanks to Vidal who was the most welcoming person and thank you to the Venezuelan waiter for great service

De nos jours je trouve révoltant de devoir encore payer pour le coffre fort….La chambre et salle de bain vieillotte, les armoires et tiroirs sentent fortement le renfermé (impossible de mettre des habits ou autres au risque que ça sente pareil….Les rideaux ne sont pas opaques donc lumière dès le petit matin, balcon pas bcp d’intimité

Sus espacios comunes como la piscina o el spa. La tranquilidad del sitio. Si quieres desconectar es lo mejor.

Solo una cosa, abbiamo cenato in 5 una sera, ho invitato i miei figli che vivono ad Ibiza, ho pagato la cena per 5. L'orario della cena è 19/21,30, noi siamo entrati alle 20, molte cose erano finite, e i dolci nn ce n'era più neanche uno. A saperlo nn avrei speso 25 euro a persona ma sarei andato in pizzeria. Nn ho detto nulla ovviamente in reception.

La sala per colazioni (e da pranzo) eccezionale, prodotti molto buoni e chef presenti per preparazioni varie..

Ottima pulizia della camera e dell'albergo in generale. Staff molto cordiale e attento. Bella la vista mare anche dal piano terra. Molto comodo il garage interrato gratuito, aperto H 24. Bella la spa. Il ristorante propone principalmente cucina spagnola di ottima qualità.

L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, un po' fuori dal centro, quindi è essenziale dotarsi di un mezzo per spostarsi. Sarebbe utile ampliare l'orario della cena, visto che il ristorante chiude alle 21.30, anche se, a tale orario, quasi tutti i clienti già hanno cenato (clientela piuttosto anziana).

El personal era atento y amable, y las instalaciones estaban cuidadas aunque son de hace tiempo.

La iluminación del baño era algo escasa. Se nota que el hotel está claramente dirigido a cliente extranejero,s obre todo en los horarios de las comidas y especialmente de la cena, que no tiene horario habitual de España.

Lo staff della sala colazione e cena talvolta opprimente e improvvisato..

Struttura carina, tranquilla, pulita, bella piscina, parcheggio, personale gentile,ci hanno anche dato la camera vista mare nonostante avessimo prenotato senza vista.

La verdad que es personal es encantador. Sobretodo hablamos con un chico en recepción que nos atendió estupendamente y que era muy atento.

No me gustó la falta de control con algunos servicios. Cuando fuimos a entregar la llave para irnos, nos comunicaron que había que pagar una factura de dos consumiciones del bar que alguien apuntó a nuestra habitación, porque nosotros no guita, ya que solo fuimos a dormir y el bar ya se encontraba cerrado. Me pareció una falta de control muy grande, y no me gustó.

El desayuno es bastante completo, las camas muy cómodas y las vistas a la Cala son lo mejor, sin duda repetiría.

Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro di Santa Eularia ma in posizione tranquilla. Camere spaziose, con un bel terrazzino e sempre molto pulite. Ottime facilities, in particolare piscina, spa ma anche spazi comuni come il grande salone bar in cui fermarsi a bere un drink (molte sere abbiamo assistito anche a gradevoli spettacoli di intrattenimento!) Menzione speciale per la favolosa colazione, davvero mai visto niente di simile, per tutti i gusti e tutti i palati! Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto la possibilità di cenare presso l'hotel, a un prezzo fisso super onesto, con un ricchissimo buffet! Comodo parcheggio sotterraneo che permette di non avere il veicolo (nel nostro caso lo scooter) esposto al forte caldo. Nel complesso, esperienza molto superiore alle aspettative!

Solo due cose: Per quanto riguarda il bar in piscina, che offre la possibilità di pranzare con menu alla carta fino alle 15,30, prevederei se possibile di poter mangiare qualcosa (ad esempio anche un semplice toast) anche fuori dagli orari (15,30 in poi) in modo da dare la possibilità anche a chi rientra tardi dalla spiaggia di poter fare uno spuntino a bordo piscina. Prevederei delle zanzariere alle finestre oppure se possibile effettuerei delle disinfestazioni da zanzare perché essendo i terrazzini immersi nel verde purtroppo sono pieni di zanzare rendendo impossibile viverli seduti al tavolo e tenere le finestre aperte in quanto entrano troppe zanzare.

No hay crema de cuerpo en las habitaciones y deberían reponer botellas de agua potable a diario al ser un hotel 4 estrellas.

The air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during the summer heat. The hotel was also relatively clean and comfortable overall.

Very disappointing customer service. We were charged €60 for cancelling two massages despite never being informed of the cancellation policy, either when booking or when calling to cancel. A manager acknowledged the issue at check-out and personally asked me to email the hotel. Despite a detailed complaint and a follow-up to both the hotel and Grupotel, I never received a single response. Very unprofessional. The pool experience is also frustrating: sunbeds are already reserved with towels before the pool even officially opens, as some guests can access the area directly from their rooms. Finally, although the hotel is by the sea, the location offers little benefit: the access to the water is rocky, there is no proper beach next to the hotel. Reaching a good beach requires either a fairly long walk in the summer heat or a taxi.

Hôtel très sympathique, localisé au bout de la baie de Santa Eularia. Il n'y a pas d'enfant, le cadre est parfait pour se reposer :-) L'hôtel donne sur les pins en bord de mer. On rejoint le centre ville de Santa Eularia et sa plage en 15 min à pieds. La plage de Niou Blau est accessible directement par le sentier de l'hotel, environ 10 min de marche. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant. Chambres spacieuses, avec balcon. Petit-déjeuner buffet copieux, et il y en a pour tous les goûts :-) Diner le soir non testé (buffet également). Piscine extérieure avec transats et parasols, piscine intérieure avec jaccuzzi et hammam. Massages au spa (à réserver, payants). Wifi ok. Serviettes de plage fournies par l'hotel. Aéroport accessible via le bus (arret de bus à 5 min à pieds)

Salle de sport conforme aux photos, mais seul bémol, il n'y a pas de climatisation le matin !

Colazione abbondante ma non di qualità, scarsa varietà di dolci. Arredo vetusto. 4 stelle non meritate.

1- L’atenció del personal es excel.lent; sobretot de la recepcionista Alicia, una persona dedicada, propera i profesional, una persona que es nota que li agrada i respecte la seva feina. 2- Habitació amb totes les comoditats. 3- Esmorzar molt complet 4- Piscina i zona tumbones molt ampli. 5- La neteja es excel.lent.

1- És curiós perquè un hotel que es caracteritza i es publicita precisament pel seu SPA tingui aquest com un dels elements més bàsics i, m’atreviria a dir, més pobres de l’hotel. De les 7 dutxes temàtiques que hi ha, només en funcionaven 3; de les 3 saunes, només 2 estaven operatives. A més, l’aigua de la piscina i del jacuzzi termal estava freda o, com a mínim, considerablement més freda que la de la piscina exterior.

Cómodo, personal super amable, parking subterráneo gratuito, piscina muy tranquila ya que es Only Adults, cócteles muy bien preparados y buen precio, al igual que los menús de cena buffet 25€/persona.

Precio, es acorde a los demás de la isla pero es totalmente abusivo cobrar más de 300€ noche en un hotel solo alojamiento, en booking es un poco más rentable pero abusivo igualmente, he notado un bajón de turistas considerable a otras visitas a la isla, y me parece normal, todo está demasiado caro, traerá consecuencias, solo quedará turismo discotequero, que no gasta más que a lo que va.

L’emplacement, le parking gratuit, la piscine, le fait que ce soit adult ONLY. Le buffet déjeuner est correct avec un beau choix. La chambre est spacieuse, il y a des espaces de rangements. Le personnel est agréable.

Les toilettes/douches près de la piscine. La porte des douches est complètement transparente (pas top pour l’intimité). Il faudrait un espace pour se changer pour le jour du départ (et arrivée). Les wc ne sont plus très propres ( en tout cas vers 16h).

Hôtel très bien placé, proche du centre, très belle piscine, très bon petit déjeuner. Grande chambre avec vue mer. L'accès au spa avec piscine intérieure, hammam et sauna est un plus très appréciable. Un grand parking sous l'hôtel pour se garer facilement.

Superb food with great service. The staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging. The hotel is very spacious with plenty of privacy to sit and relax. The pool was the warmest we have ever been in. The location is great with a 15 min walk to the beautiful harbour. Gift shop and super market close by.

Hôtel vétuste, chambre mal insonorisée où l'on entend les femmes de ménage dès le matin tôt qui n'hésitent pas à rentrer dans la chambre si vous n'avez pas mis le panneau "ne pas déranger". Cher pour ce que c'était.

This is a lovely hotel, nice clean accommodation, friendly staff and the food was excellent. It was only the pool side that let it down. There weren't enough sun loungers. They were all taken by around 10.30am. This meant that if we wanted to go out for a trip in the morning (which we only did twice) we knew we wouldn't get a lounger when we got back. It took the shine off the holiday.

Schoon hotel, goede kamer. Bedjes bij het zwembad zijn goed. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid, zelfs champagne. Lunch van de kaart was ook lekker. Ook de cocktails waren lekker. Op loopafstand een leuk straatje met winkels en heerlijke restaurants. La Ventanita is echt een aanrader. Heerlijk gegeten en betaalbaar. Het restaurant ernaast is ook top, alleen daar ben ik de naam van kwijt.

S middags te weinig bedjes bij het zwembad. Dan moet je op het grind erachter, bij de zee liggen. Ook een prima plekje voor een keer, maar niet in de buurt van toilet of drinken. Zwembad kan iets schoner gehouden worden. Koffie (cappucino) was echt niet lekker bij het ontbijt.

We stayed here in early May, and it was a mix of older and younger couples. We had a groundfloor terrace room with a living space and extra bathroom. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good offering of hot food (omelettes cooked to order were decent), and cereals, fruit, meats and cheese, etc. It is quite a large restaurant so it didn't feel like we were squished beside people for breakfast. It's about a 15 minute walk in to Santa Eularia. There is also quiet beach 10 minutes walk away with a beach bar/restaurant. There are small shops and a larger supermarket nearby, about 5 min walk away. The staff were welcoming and helpful. It was pretty easy during that week to get a taxi without a long wait. It's about 25 minutes in a taxi to Ibiza town. The pool area was very clean, although probably not enough loungers. The hotel was quiet enough during our stay, and is not a party hotel which suited us.

Enjoyed a very relaxing week with family (two kids over 18). The hotel is spotlessly clean with very comfortable rooms. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the variety and quality of both the breakfasts and dinners. The pool area was calm and we could always find sunbeds (we always went late afternoon). We used the spa facilities some afternoons and pretty much had the place to ourselves. A lovely spot, a nice stroll into the marina area or in the opposite direction a very pretty walk along the coast path to Es Niu Blau beach (about 10 mins) or all the way to Punta Arabi hippy market and Es Canar. I would say this is a relatively quiet hotel, so if you are looking for more activities/night life it might not be best suited for you. Santa Eularia itself has a nice beach, plenty of shops, plenty of bars in the marina and is a lovely place to stroll around and along the riverbank and up to Puig de Missa for good views.

Il personale alla reception poco disponibile, quando ho chiesto aiuto perché il Phone non era funzionante, prima hanno insinuato che non lo sapevo usare io poi mi è stato detto che non potevano farci nulla, solo dopo varie lamentele è stato sostituito il giorno dopo. Molto poco disponibili anche quando abbiamo chiesto di chiamarci un taxi, diciamo l empatia non è di casa

Great hotel in beautiful location. Hotel is spotless. Pool is inviting and perfect size and nice and peaceful, being an adult only hotel. Staff are very friendly. I can't comment on the atmosphere in the evening as we didn't stay in hotel in the evening for the entertainment purely because we were only in Ibiza for 5 nights and it being our first time we wanted to experience what Santa eularia had to offer (it didn't disappoint). The food was good, however we only did breakfast and some days lunch . There are so many restaurants in Santa eularia it seemed a waste to eat in the hotel every time. Our room with sea view was perfect, great size and cleaned daily. Unfortunately we didn't use the balcony much as it was far to hot, even the evenings where very warm - so stayed in room for the air conditioning. Loved location of hotel as it was only a short 15 minute walk into the centre. Only thing missing from the hotel is an easily accessible beach on its doorstep, otherwise it would be perfect. We loved our stay and already talking about returning to the same hotel. Would highly recommend to any couple.

Tiene multiples servicios como piscina, spa, gimnasio, desayuno buffet etc. Ofrecen toallas para la piscina sin coste y la ubicación es muy buena, a 20 minutos del areopuerto y de Ibiza.

Es uno de esos hoteles de los años 80, por tanto aun estando en muy buen estado no se ve moderno, ademas para ser un 4 estrellas no ofrecen albornoces, cepillo de dientes etc

I went last week with my daughter, we had a large comfortable room with a sea view balcony. It was really clean, and equipped with a fridge which was so useful. The staff were all SO lovely and friendly. They were really encouraging and receptive to my daughter practicing Spanish she’d not used since school! Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing! Huge selection of food and drinks and also some freshly cooked options too. The best selection I’ve seen in a hotel. Pool was lovely area and lifeguards kind and helpful with guests who had additional needs, which was great to see.

Decent hotel, could do with updating but would be a lot dearer if was, the cold plunge in the spa was a god send, breakfast was ok, pool wasn’t very cold, usual sunbed wars as well but the top terrace had plenty, just not round the pool, good location, supermarket near by, staff was nice, felt sorry for one of the chambermaids as she was no spring chicken & never stopped, would stay again at the right price.

Clean but basic rooms. Beautiful pool and lovely wooded area you can sit in. Marina is stunning and highly recommend project social and soul food (at the beach) . Small shop round the corner and big supermarket 6/7 mins away. BUT downsides….. 45 mins wait on drinks at the bar at lunch time. Sadly not enough sun beds even though it says not to leave towels on them for 30 mins - this isn’t policed. And you can’t sit on your balcony after the pool shuts as they jet wash the sun beds for 1.5 hours every day between 7-8.30pm and it’s so so noisy!! Final straw - very very poor early morning breakfast on check out day. No fruit juice or pastries, no gluten free options just plain bread and a few bits of ham and cheese.

The music in the bar/outside dining area was too repetitive (the same 10 songs were played on repeat) and did not fit the vibe. It would be better to have the local radio on instead.

Welcoming reception. (I suggest a water dispenser). Friendly, helpful staff. Luggage room available till rooms are ready. Rooms are spacious. Pool view, partial sea view, and total sea view. Very clean. A good sized pool, plenty of sun loungers. Chilled atmosphere around pool. Restaurant, tables with lovely white table cloths. Freshly cooked meat, fish. Attentive staff. Plenty of choice, both for breakfast and evening meals. A supermarket is near by for essentials, water etc. We have been several times, and look forward to going again 😀

La ubicación y el aparcamiento, en Ibiza es muy cómodo tener donde aparcar el coche al llegar al hotel. El personal muy agradable en todo momento Es verdad que necesita mantenimiento en las habitaciones pero el jardín está perfecto

Breakfast too late (only from 8AM), which is not convenient to explore the beaches. Time to enjoy the spa and pool too limited, only until 8PM, also not too convenient when coming back from a day in the beach.

Location was great even though nothing much around the immediate area, have to go to main town which we did a few times, very pleasant walk, taxi available if needed. Good walks in the area . Hotel is quite a large hotel, busy at breakfast and that’s it, daytime and evenings really quiet, even the entertainment on 3 nights didn’t seem that popular on our stay. Pool area again quiet if you could get a sunbed, wooded are really peaceful. It was so quiet that you could hear certain people’s conversations at times which was quite annoying. A very clean hotel and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean and bright 2078, however, couldn’t sit on the balcony as planned in the evenings because of the volume of the TV right below, and because of the football, well, need I say anymore. Too loud man! We had half board as didn’t want to look for restaurants etc ,which was a wise choice because town too far to travel every evening, some love it. Food in general was basic but ok, sometimes couldn’t make a meal up without chips, my opinion. Breakfast ok except those horrible little sausages. Evening meal times very quiet. Snack bar food was excellent, but need to extend the opening hours. A really relaxing place if you want to, We went on excursions to see what Ibiza had to offer, we weren’t disappointed. Great hotel and would definitely recommend and would definitely return as it seems people do. Nice birthday treat of wine for wife’s birthday, nice touch thank you all.

The hotel was excellent. Our room had a lovely view of the sea. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean with lovely fresh towels. I would definitely stay there agaim.. Only one critisism and that was the early morning breakfast when leaving very early. It was self serve and consosted only of cartons of juice, processrd cheese and cold meat and dry bread rolls that were hard. No cereals. Not really very inspiring if youve booked breakfast. Everything else couldnt be faulted and the breakfast at normal time was excellent with loads of choice

Es la tercera vez que repetimos en este hotel, es muy tranquilo y con unas instalaciones buenas, aunque nosotros las utilizamos poco porque aprovechamos el día fuera del hotel. Desayuno bueno.

Hemos repetido varias veces en este hotel por las instalaciones y la amabilidad de sus empleados. El vuelo siempre sale tarde y nos permiten utilizar la piscina y las instalaciones hasta que nos vamos. Siempre nos han dejado ducharnos y cambiarnos en unos vestuarios muy cuidados en la zona del gimnasio-spa. Esta vez nos han puesto problemas y nos hemos tenido que cambiar en las duchas próximas a la piscina que estaban bastante mal, todo mojado y poco cuidado. Lo peor ha sido que el recepcionista ha salido corriendo hasta nosotros para que no bajáramos a los vestuarios, cosa que hemos hecho todos los años anteriores. No comparto este cambio, deberían dejar una habitación de cortesía para poder cambiarte o el propio vestuario. Era un punto fundamental en nuestra elección, nos lo pensaremos el próximo año.

We loved our stay here. The quiet and relaxing environment was exactly what we were looking for. The staff are super friendly and kind. Breakfast is great, plenty of options for everyone's tastes. Location wise, I mite be biased but I love Santa Eularia, so anywhere is great for me.

Look, the clientele are interesting. Retired, quiet and not engaging so if you're looking to meet people, engage etc not the place, but we were happy with keeping to ourselves for our short stay here as needed to regroup and relax

El hotel está genial. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El desayuno es buffet libre y muy variado. Además, nos asignaron una habitación con vistas espectaculares al mar. El personal muy amable y atento. En definitiva, la estancia fue perfecta, de 10.

De tudo, localização, serviço, comodidades, pequeno almoço. Tem uma área junto á piscina que é top. Com pinheiros e vista para o mar. Todo o staff é super atencioso e simpático. O hotel é muito calmo e sossegado. A localização é excelente permitindo fácil acesso, de carro a todos os pontos de Ibiza. Para quem prefere ficar só num sítio e aproveitar o sol também é excelente. Perto do porto de Santa Eulária dum lado e da praia de Niu Blau do outro, ambos a cerca de 10 minutos a pé. Bom supermercado 5 5 minutos a pé

La ubicación es excelente y la limpieza llama la atención. El personal es muy agradable.

Un poco escaso en las amenities del baño.

We stayed 26th June-4th July. The hotel is very clean, staff are really friendly and always say hello and happy to help. It’s in a lovely quiet location, about a 10 minute walk to the Marina and beach area of Santa Eularia. There’s another beach with a few bars and restaurants in the other direction. Used the indoor pool and spa, which was really nice and we were the only ones in there and it’s free! Food was delicious. We had breakfast every day and there’s always so much choice, we ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and it’s well worth the money for the food quality and choice. The restaurants around the area are very expensive in comparison . Very relaxing holiday, which is just what we were after. Caught the bus to Ibizatown, Which is 2.6 Euros each way and so much cheaper than a taxi would be. Cant fault the hotel, we will be back next year!
