nice hotel in great location and helpful staff, great breakfast

the rooftop service was mixed. often no towels or water despite repeated requests. also for £400 a night there should be complimentary water in the rooms

The breakfast is fantastic and it’s a lovely walk along the beach to the separate restaurant. The hotel staff are wonderful and so very accommodating and the hotel feels very new. Housekeeping are also absolutely brilliant!

The only issue we had was that we booked a ground floor direct pool access room and we were allocated B101. While it’s a great room size-wise (the shower is amazing!) it’s right next to the hotel bar and reception, so it’s very noisy and overlooked. There’s also zero shade until around 4pm and no parasol option. The ground floor pool is open to all so it’s weird having people come and swim up to your terrace while you’re out there… The hotel was generally quiet between 11pm (when the bar closes) and around 6:30am when the reception / housekeeping team start their days, but otherwise it’s really noisy and busy with all the people coming and going, which isn’t really very relaxing. That hotel room isn’t particularly sound proof either, so we were woken early every morning. We’d absolutely come back to the hotel again but we wouldn’t want to stay in the same room and would request to not be allocated that room.

No complaints to report. All aspects were of the highest order. Courteous staff, excellent room, breakfast, infinity pool. Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the Marina, boutique shops, Santa Eularia itself. Have visited Ibiza on numerous occasions and have always resided within the Santa Eularia location,

A wonderful hotel in a quiet, peaceful location, yet only a 10 minute walk from the marina/town centres bars and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the reception staff through to restaurant and chambermaids. Breakfast was delicious with plently of choice and both pool areas were lovely with sunbeds always available. Lots of nice little touches including the complimentary snacks and drinks provided late afternoon. Our room was bright spacious and spotlessly clean. Already planning our next visit. Highly recommend.

The hotel is peaceful and very well located. The breakfast is delicious, with a great variety of high-quality products and everything you could wish for, and with an amazing view on the sea! The staff is very kind. We were given an upgrade because of the special occasion we were celebrating, along with a few thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. They were also very helpful on our last day, kindly taking care of our luggage and making everything very easy for us.

er bleef 1 cm water in de douche staan ( zij hebben ons maar de aftrekker gebracht) de architect die de oplevering heeft gedaan van dit gedeelte van het hotel moet wel slecht ziende geweest zijn of....

Mooie locatie en het roof top pool is af. Heerlijk weg dromen over de zee. Ook het bij horende restaurant voor ontbijt en dinner is een zeer leuke setting.

Beetje last van geluid van de gang tot in de kamers. Nu gelukkig geen hotel met veel nachtlawaai of zo... maar in dergelijk luxe hotel zou dit toch net iets beter mogen zijn.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Anche se nella Hall è sempre disponibile h24 l’acqua nel dispenser, mi sarei aspettata che la bottiglia da 1lt messa a disposizione dall’arrivo fosse rifornita per i giorni successivi (incluso nel prezzo)purtroppo questo non è stato così a differenza dei tè e caffè.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, swim up room was stunning. Huge bed and very comfortable. Roof top pool has stunning views. Excellent breakfast and we loved how it the restaurant was separate to the hotel and over looking the bay.

El hotel es precioso y la ubicación es fantástica. Me gustaría destacar especialmente al personal, que es de 10 y consigue que la experiencia sea realmente increíble. Además, el hotel ofrece uno de los mejores desayunos que puedas imaginar: productos de muy buena calidad, muchísima variedad y todo cuidado al detalle. Sin duda, una estancia para repetir.

La sala de fitness podría mejorar con aire acondicionado. Aunque cuenta con un ventilador grande, cuando hace calor resulta bastante incómodo entrenar.

Good location, beautiful seaview, close to Santa Eulària. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were both good size, air con and coffee maker also excellent

It was a little expensive but that may just be Ibiza pricing. Also the bar on the rooftop pool wasn’t open in the evening when we wanted to enjoy a drink and the sunset

No parking at the hotel. Have to find a place in the surrounding area on public parking spaces. It can be easily 5-7 minutes walking from the hotel. The reception/entrance of this 5-star hotel is located around “the back” of the road; you have to walk over unpaved road/gravel to reach it. Not a inviting welcome. After 00:00, this path is also dark, as they turn of the lights. Really horrible.

Nothing to dislike really!

We had a Deluxe Suite which was two huge rooms plus a dressing area, an enormous shower and two toilets. We also had two balconies. Breakfast was served in the separate restaurant and was excellent. At 4pm there were sweet and savoury snacks available in the small lobby area, which kept us going in between breakfast and dinner. The roof top pool and terrace was usually a peaceful location to relax, with attentive bar service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy stroll to restaurants around the marina.

There were no hangers in our room on arrival which was strange, and they were unable to provide any until the next morning, which delayed our unpacking. The televisions didn’t seem to work other than to provide basic hotel information. We missed being able to get news, but not a major concern. We could not recommend the buffet in the main hotel at all. Although it looked great, the quality of the main courses and desserts was disappointing (salads/ starters were ok) and it was extremely noisy.

Die Zimmer mit Poolzugang sind echt toll. Der Blick aufs Meer aus dem Bett heraus unbezahlbar 😃 Die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und das große Engagement von Adrian möchte ich besonders unterstreichen 👍🏻 Frühstücksbuffet im angeschlossenen Restaurant hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen. Das Personal war super freundlich, die Zimmer waren sehr schön, super Säuberung hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war fantastisch

Mooie kamer, goede locatie, uitzicht is prachtig, geweldig bed en heerlijk ontbijt! Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Restaurant en dakterras met zwembed is ideaal vooral voor de reisdag.

Wij hadden een douche deur en toilet deur die een enorme herrie maakte, maar dat is echt een klein detail, valt op te lossen en dus heeft dat ons verblijf niet minder gemaakt.

Es stehen lediglich öffentliche Parkplätze an der Strasse zur Verfügung. Da die Anzahl begrenzt ist und viele Personen einen Parkplatz suchen, mussten wir nach jeder Wegfahrt erneut einen freien Parkplatz suchen.

Dommage que notre chambre était du côté du bar, avec une porte toujours ouverte le soir, donnant sur la salle de spectacle de l’hôtel d’à côté. On entendait beaucoup la musique. Heureusement, c’était terminé vers 23h. Mais nous aurions préféré entendre le bruit des vagues…

Hôtel magnifique situé dans un coin paradisiaque. Accueil très agréable et petit-déjeuner exceptionnel.

Toda a estadia foi perfeita. A localização é fantástica. O hotel é em frente a praia, a 5 mins da Marina de Santa Eulália e a 10 minutos da praia de Santa Eulália. As praias a noroeste de Santa Eulália, podem todas ser alcançadas facilmente a pé. O staff do hotel, da recepção, ao serviço de quarto foi sempre muito gentil e atencioso. Como era meu aniversário fui surpreendido, mesmo sem ter falado nada, com uma garrafa de Cava e chocolates. Não tem o que reclamar. Recomendo demais e com certeza voltaremos.

Het zwembad was ijskoud en niet geschikt om in te zwemmen Speciaal een swim-up kamer geboekt en dan blijkt het water veel te koud om te zwemmen, blijkbaar geen verwarming terwijl het zwembad op het dak wel verwarmd werd. Het valt dan ook niet te begrijpen dat hun duurdere swim-up kamers het moeten stellen met ijskoud water

Cannot fault this hotel. Our suite was amazing. Attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic and both pool areas exceptional. We were able to have a complete relax before heading inland to another hotel for a three day wedding event.
