Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Great choice for breakfast and it’s available 8-11am so never really busy. Towels for sunbeds provided and staff monitor usage so beds aren’t saved then left empty. Bathrobes and slippers in rooms plus use of fridge and safe in rooms.

Schone kamers, erg aardig personeel. Heel goed gevarieerd ontbijt
Location and cleanliness
Very cold in the breakfast room

The staff were amazing, really friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean with a beautiful aesthetic and a great pool area. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
Amazing location and amazing breakfasts. Great if you are gluten free! Staff is also super kind.
Rooms are a bit outdated, specifically the bathrooms. It’s a nice stay regardless!
Super freundliches Personal.

One staff member at reception wasn’t very friendly. Another staff member recommended a restaurant and it was the worst restaurant in the four days of staying there. Not 199% his fault but the food and service in the restaurant wasn’t great.

Staff were extremely friendly and courteous, food at the restaurant was outstanding. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Loved the decor in the property, it had a lovely and relaxed feel. Would definitely stay again.
Only downside is that it is a short walk down the promenade to the beach.
C'est sans aucun doute *the place to be* à Sant Eulalia!

Pulizia colazione posizione in zona tranquilla e signorile vicino a lungomare e marina e centro cittadina di Santa Eularia
Piscina incrível o quarto a vista super bom!!

Great hotel and good location next to marina...Great breakfast!
Rooms are basic, but it's reasonable for what u pay...communal areas were lovely
Todo bastante bien: tranquilo y familiar.
Ninguna cosa en particular.
Perfect hotel, room, facilities, breakfast buffet, reception team members were extraordinary, the level of support they gave was incredible especially Laura & Andy. They accommodated all our normal and abnormal requests to the extent of opening the breakfast restaurant 90 minutes earlier than its normal time just to accommodate our early checkout. Thank you tres torres team for having us, and would definitely come again.

Great location, really nice foyer and pool area. Friendly staff.
Our room location - by the lifts and cleaning room so it was very noisy every morning. Breakfast area could have been cleaner, eg coffee machine always needed a wipe.
Mooie ligging met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt erg goed. Ruime kamer en schoon.
Love this hotel. Staff very friendly. Always clean and good location
The room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast, personnel is nice and helpful. The location is also very convenient. And of course, the pool is the best part :)
I was a bit disappointed by the sea view as you need to stand on the balcony to actually see anything (if you sit down on the balcony or from the bed you won’t see anything). The toaster at breakfast makes a horrible squeaky noise, time to change it. Also, the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the room are basically impossible to use due to the faulty pump mechanism, so I had to use my own stuff.
Very welcoming :)
A pleasant stay for a week with family. The hotel is very clean and the staff work really hard to maintain this. The staff are all very friendly, and accommodating. I can see other reviews didn’t rate the housekeeping but we were pleased with this. The rooms are basic but absolutely fine for a week break, the sea view rooms were alot nicer in my opinion. The hotel pool is very quiet, we are travelling with three teenagers and booked here as it was suggested it was a family hotel however having spoken to other guests they were under the impression it was adult only. I can understand this causing some frustration for guests assuming it’s adult only. Breakfast was fine, not the best I’ve had but not the worst either. Plenty of choice. I thought the sun bed policy worked really well. You can have a lie in without worrying about getting up at 7am to secure a bed! People start to queue from about 8:45 but the queue was always really small and we managed to get beds every day. We visited the hippy market and Ibiza town whilst here which are definitely worth a visit. Santa Eulàlia is also really pretty, lots going on in the area. Overall we enjoyed our break, I would visit again but maybe for a long weekend as opposed to a full week.
Wouldn’t return — go somewhere else if you want a relaxing holiday and sleep! We’re a couple aged 29 and 30, and I want to make clear that we’re not boring people who expect complete silence on holiday! We went to Ibiza knowing exactly what it’s famous for and even experienced the clubs ourselves one night. There’s a big difference between coming back in the early hours respectfully after a night out and having to listen to people coming and going, shouting, slamming doors and making noise throughout the night. Unfortunately, the thin walls meant we were regularly woken up, regardless of whether we had been out or not. We stayed at Hotel Tres Torres for two weeks and soon realised that, while it may be suitable for a couple of nights, we wouldn’t recommend it for a longer, relaxing stay. The room Our Superior Room wasn’t worth the extra money. It was on the first floor and the only real benefits were that it was slightly larger and had a bigger balcony. The room itself was still on the small side and quite basic, with minimal storage. I had actually emailed the hotel three months before our stay specifically requesting a double bed, but when we arrived we were given twin beds pushed together. Reception did provide a mattress topper, though, which made a big difference and made the bed much more comfortable. There was a coffee machine but no spoons to stir your coffee, and the fridge was filled with the hotel’s own drinks, which were extremely expensive. Housekeeping was disappointing. The bed was made and the floor received a quick mop, but the surfaces weren’t wiped properly and the top sheet wasn’t changed once during our two-week stay. We also had cigarette ash repeatedly flicked onto our balcony from the rooms above. We reported this to reception, but nobody came up to clean it for us. What was particularly telling was that even after the maids had cleaned the room the following day, the cigarette ash was still left on our balcony table and chairs. This really highlighted to us how little attention was actually being given to cleaning the room and balcony properly. One thing worth knowing if you’re hoping for a lie-in: the maids start at 9am on the dot. They would knock on the door to check whether you had the Do Not Disturb sign displayed, and if you didn’t, they could enter almost immediately. So if you’re sleeping, make sure that sign is on the door. The noise This was our biggest issue. The walls are incredibly thin. We could hear people coming and going throughout the night, doors slamming, loud music and children running up and down the corridors shouting. It’s not just the bedrooms either — you can clearly hear conversations from the room next door through the vent in the bathroom. You could genuinely hear what people were saying, which really highlights just how poor the soundproofing is. As mentioned, we’re 29 and 30 and absolutely not against having fun. We went out ourselves and enjoyed Ibiza’s nightlife. But there’s a difference between people coming back from a night out in the early hours and being respectful, and having constant noise carrying through the walls and corridors. We eventually had to go to the local pharmacy and buy earplugs just to get some sleep. Breakfast Breakfast had a good variety, but unfortunately it was stone cold every day, whether we went close to opening time or later. Tables weren’t consistently reset, meaning we often had to find our own cutlery from larger tables. The food tongs were mixed between dishes, which isn’t ideal for anyone with allergies, and the food really needs lids. The meat often looked sweaty and the fruit juices were warm. Pool & sunbeds The sunbed situation became increasingly frustrating throughout our stay. For the first couple of days, you could walk into the pool area when it opened at 9am and still get a sunbed in a good position until around 11am. However, by the end of our two weeks, people were queuing from as early as 8:30am to get the sunbeds they wanted, despite the hotel having laminated signs stating that sunbeds cannot be reserved. People would put their towels down, effectively reserve the beds, and then disappear for breakfast or the morning before returning whenever they wanted. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests, and the rule isn’t being enforced. Towels also weren’t removed particularly quickly once people had finished with them. A dedicated box/bin for used towels would make much more sense. Around the pool, guests weren’t allowed to bring their own food or drinks, despite the hotel’s prices being quite high. Again, this rule seemed to be enforced inconsistently. We did have a beer and a Fanta one day and put them on our room. We didn’t do this again after a second waitress came over and accused us of not paying. We explained that we had already signed the receipt to our room with another waitress, at which point she simply rolled her eyes. It was an unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction and not what you expect from hotel service. A special mention to Anna, the pool waitress. She was the complete opposite — friendly, polite and always had a huge smile. She was genuinely lovely and a credit to the hotel. The rules around balls and inflatables were also inconsistent, and ultimately the pool simply isn’t big enough for lots of these being used at the same time. Cleanliness & air conditioning General cleanliness was another disappointment. Over the two weeks, we noticed a number of things that just weren’t as clean as we would expect. Eventually it started to give us the “ick”. The air conditioning was either freezing cold or completely off, with no comfortable middle ground, and it leaked down the walls throughout our stay. Location & positives There are definitely positives — and the location is absolutely insane. Being right on the marina is a huge highlight, with beautiful sea views that are definitely worth it and a real standout feature of the hotel. Sitting on the balcony looking out over the water and boats was genuinely one of the best parts of the stay. Another major bonus is the food scene right on your doorstep. You can walk all the way along the marina and stumble upon fantastic quality restaurants everywhere — tapas, paella, steak, anything you fancy. Every few steps there’s something new, and the variety and quality is genuinely excellent. You’re also in a brilliant spot for food and convenience. There are so many fantastic restaurants and bars right on your doorstep that we didn’t actually need to spend much time in the hotel. We had some amazing meals nearby for very reasonable prices — for example, a pizza was around €13 down the road compared with around €20 at the hotel — so we didn’t use the hotel restaurant or bar. There is also a huge supermarket just 8 minutes’ walk away, which was really useful for drinks, snacks and anything you might need during your stay. We hired a car externally for three days, and the hotel’s secure car park was €12 per day. It was safe and convenient, although you do need to pre-book a space. The hotel also happily provides beach towels and umbrellas and can arrange taxis. Our taxi arrived within around 10 minutes. Overall The hotel has a 4-star aesthetic, but in our opinion the service and overall experience are closer to 3-star. We had an amazing holiday overall and absolutely loved Ibiza. We’ll definitely be back to the island, but unfortunately we won’t be returning to Hotel Tres Torres. If you’re looking for somewhere for a couple of nights because of its incredible marina location, sea views, and unbeatable access to food and restaurants, it may suit you. But if you’re looking for a relaxing two-week holiday where you can actually sleep, we’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno all’Hotel Tres Torres.
The hotel is amazing, chill, great people there, and beautiful!! Worth the money! Great staff... kudos to laura and anna!! they were the best bed was awesome
If you're alone and planning to meet young people, that's not your place!!! The air conditioner in the room wasn't great
Very clean, well organized, great breakfast, well managed sun beds with towels. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed.
The rooms could be a bit more modern. A bit far from the beach.

El trato con el personal increíble! Sobretodo Laura :)
Reception staff were great and rooms were very clean.
Staff at the pool bar in particular the young waiting staff were extremely rude. This was disappointing in such a lovely hotel. I mentioned it at check out and the receptionist did not respond to my comment.
The location, breakfast, rooms are comfortable.
Nothing
Just come home from a three night stay . On arrival lovely staff . The room was very small on third floor lovely view but the balcony was also tiny and the wall to the balcony is far too low down you couldn't have children staying in one of those rooms . The air con was good but the extreme temperature in Ibiza meant that we couldn't do anything at all it was so uncomfortable the pool was far too warm and not able to cool down . Noone comes around to collect towels on sunbeds so you never know who has left or is still there . The food and drinks are not a big choice and very expensive. ANNA was the only member of staff to go out of her way to be friendly and smile . The bathroom was a bit dated . Not much at all to do in the area apart from little shops and restaurants We definitely would not go back to that part of Ibiza but the extreme heatwave made it more disappointing . Breakfast was lovely although the food was cold and the fruit juices were warm . Nothing at all going on in the hotel I do wish TUI would have let us know all of this as we stayed on the wrong side of the island we wanted to see the eclipse . I just think it is best for couples who don't mind 40 degrees 80 humidity . Your not allowed Ur own drinks by the pool they won't let you have ice for your drinks . They full the fridge up with their own drinks for you to buy £7 euro for water ??????? the restaurant never had anyone in there .
struttura pulita e molto accogliente sopratutto lo staff veramente gentile

This is our third time staying with Tres Torres for our family holiday. With family travelling in from different countries, you can imagine it has been a logistical nightmare and we nearly cancelled our plans completely but the hotel and staff have been nothing but excellent and professional throughout. You can’t fault this hotel.. the location on the beautiful marina, nice big pool with plenty of sun-beds for everyone, excellent breakfast buffet, clean bedrooms, car parking close by and a huge variety of restaurants within a short walking distance. Above all is the way the staff make you feel.. it’s like you’re returning home. Special thanks to Laura, Giancarlo and Miguel for their wonderful hospitality. They have been instrumental in the success of our family holiday and we will be sad to return home.

What a great hotel!!!! Its a small hotel, very easy to navigate and feels boutique. Great location, 5 mins walk to beach/shops/restaurants and opposite the marina. All of the staff - Dani on the front desk being one of them, and all the staff that worked hard around the pool were friendly, polite and always helpful when needed. The rooms are a good size, clean with good showers and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff were friendly and polite. We thought the breakfast was exceptional, so much choice and utterly delicious. Breakfast also went on until 11.00am which was fantastic if you had a night out before hand. The pool area was absolutely lovely - relaxing and quiet and clean pool towels were provided everyday. Great selection of food on the menu for lunch but sadly we never got to experience dinner in their restaurant but did speak to a couple who had and they were very impressed. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about Tres Torres Hotel. We have stayed in a number of hotels in the area over the years but this is the only one I would come back to now. It is exceptional value for money and that is why I feel it deserves so much credit. We will be back as soon as we can. Thank you to everyone who works there to make it such a wonderful stay. We really didn't want to leave........
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel other than maybe pro ide some smaller hand held weights in the gym for the ladies....the weights are quite big and bulky but its a minor comment and just my personal preference.

We have just got back from the most relaxing holiday in Ibiza at this lovely hotel. It's probably one of the most chilled holidays we have ever had. The hotel has a very cosmopolitan kind of feel to it. If your looking to relax, unwind no stress and basically need to recharge then I would say this is the place for you.
My room overlooking the harbour was spacious and so clean, the service from all staff was exceptional, hotel has been beautifully decorated
Not a dislike, but I feel they could encourage more use of the Galería restaurant or maybe hold some events there it’s a lovely space.
Great location and facilities. The room was spacious, modern and clean and it had a balcony overlooking the marina. The staff was excellent, very professional, kind and and attentive. Laura and Miguel were extremely friendly and helpful and they always made sure you had everything you needed. I highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing - everything was excellent
Personnels vraiment accueillant et professionnel
Hotel confortable , buen diseńo , habitaciones amplias , buenas zonas comunes .
El precio en agosto es muy alto .
Just checked out on our last day of a three night break with my 15 year old daughter. Hotel was ok. We stayed in room 328 and the bathroom smelled really badly of dirty drainage. There was a plug in, in the bathroom so clearly the hotel were aware of the smelly room as I spoke to other guests of the hotel and they did not have plug ins in their bathrooms. Hindsight I should have asked to be moved rooms but my daughter and I spent very little time in our room and we had already unpacked our stuff. Room generally ok. Pool area. Small and not alot going on. The seating area of the poolside bar etc is large, clean and well looked after. Pool strictly doesn't open until 9am. I get it it's to help stop people reserving sun beds but it doesn't work, people still put towels down then headed to breakfast. Pool bar drinks ok, not too expensive but typical for hotel prices. Breakfast. Only went down once as not a breakfast person but it was ok. Quite a good choice, full English if you want it. Best bit about this Hotel is location. On the Marina there are lots of bars/restaurants so great for eating out. Recommend Las Dalias Flee Market and music venue. 10 Min taxi from hotel and easy getting a taxi back. We also used the App Get Your Guide and booked a 4.5hr sunset Catermaran and BBQ. That was a good evening and a taxi to the port was about 25 mins from the hotel. We preferred the beach which is a 10 mins walk past the Marina and not too busy. We paid 30 euros for two sunbeds and umbrella for the day. Again, lots of places to eat and drink and the sea was lovely and warm. Overall, Hotel is a good location but did not live up to the write up. Personally I would not stay again. Pool not opening until 9am was a pain as I'm an early riser and like to sit and read my book. Unfortunately our balcony overlooked the car park and not pleasant to sit out on so there was no where to go other than out the front of the hotel. Smelly room was a put off. I'm sure if I told them they would have moved us but we had unpacked our stuff and don't want to pack it all up again. Also, they already knew the room smelt as they had put a plug in in the bathroom so why put guests in there in the first place.
Beeakfast and the service from Anna at the Pool!
MERCI
We stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday. Check in was straight forward and we were provided our room key. Unfortunately the room wasnt made up and we ended up having to wait for 3 hour until it was ready. We spent the time at the pool, it was a very hot hot day and the pool although it was warm was still refreshing in the midday heat. Once we got to the room all was good. Really nice accommodation with coffee making facilities. Double bed and TV. Complimentary water. My only complaint was the price of drinks. They are extortionate. 4euro for a can of water?!? Breakfast was really good with an extensive choice. We visited the weekend on the World Cup final so we were definitely in the best place for the atmosphere and wow what an atmosphere it was. Once Spain won you could hear all the cheers around us. The hotel is right in front of the harbour and it's really pretty. The main square put up a large screen to watch the match but it was far too busy and very hot to stay all night with temperatures still reading 32degrees at 10pm. We spent the days at the beach and took a picnic from the little spar shops and visited the bars and restaurants on an evening. A lovely place but expensive so go with lots of cash. But what a weekend to visit. Check out was easy. We will return as hotel was very nice and in a great location.
Just returned from a girls’ trip to Ibiza and we stayed at the Tres Torres Hotel. We were looking for a hotel that was near restaurants and shopping but away from the all night party scene. Tres Torres has a lovely pool, good sized rooms, air conditioning and a great buffet breakfast. The staff at every level was courteous, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It was a great value for the money.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern and very clean.
The only thing was the gym which could be a bit more equipped. It has very modern treadmills and bikes but it’s missing some leg equipment and/or a cable machine.
Exceptionnel. Tout le personnel est incroyable. Franchement au top 😊😍
The location to nearby restaurants, spa and the sea is brilliant. Love the poolside amenities which are super chill and have everything that you need.
The parking situation is tricky, I received a parking ticket one day. It would be great if the hotel could sell parking vouchers to avoid this from happening.

Non stop music around the pool. Very irritating. These days if people want to listen to music they bring their own with headphones.
