Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man spürt die Handschrift des Chefs bzw. der Chefin. Man fühlt sich willkommen und wie zuhause! Der Zugang zum Internet hat einwandfrei geklappt. Parkplätze vor/neben dem Haus waren immer in genügender Zahl vorhanden.

wir bekamen beide ein Up-Grade auf ein tolles und grosses Zimmer mit Sūdlage. Der Service war nett und das Essen sehr gut.

ich hätte mich gefreut, wenn meine Freundin zum Geburtstag entweder einen dekorierten Tisch gehabt hätte oder ein kleines Küchlein mit Kerze. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist kann der Zug (Süfseite) oder die Strasse (Nordseite) stören

Het hotel wordt gerund door een fijne familie. We voelden ons heel welkom. We kregen een gratis update van de kamer. De kamers zijn gezellig ingericht. Het eten is ook heel verfijnd.

Het ontbijt mag wat meer variëren.

Hosts were very friendly. Restaurant has a high standard of fine dining ( pretty expensive) , and therfore missing a bit of choice for hotel guests that want a quick snack…and on Mondays the restaurant is closed which is ok but again a minimum of snacks should be available for the hotel guests.

Hotel could you a bit of refurbishment, reception area with worn out furniture doesn’t look appealing. Terrace outside has magnificent views but given the high level restaurant it also doesn’t look appealing. The canopy could be renewed…

Gutes Frühstück, schöne Terrasse. Personal ist freundlich.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und aus meiner Sicht stimmt das Preis.- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Zimmer zur Strassenseite ist sehr laut. Leider sind die Zimmer auch nicht klimatisiert.

Es war eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin. Diese sind aufgrund des grossen Strassenverkehrs - zumindest tagsüber - recht laut. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Die Ausstattung, der Gräuschpegel und die Sicht auf die Berge waren im Zimmer zum Tal hin sehr gut. Parken vor dem Haus ohne Problem. Das Abendessen war gut, wenn auch ziemlich teuer. Der Service an Rezeption war ausgesprochen herzlich und gut.

Preis/Leistung im Restaurant passt nicht. Das Frühstück fand ich nicht gut, zumal nach einiger Zeit z.B. Brotsorten ausgegangen sind und es nur noch eine Sorte gab, Das Buffet war eher mager von der Auswahl her. Die Lage direkt an der Strasse ist doch recht laut.

la cena non all’altezza dell’hotel. Fondue di formaggio venduta come locale ma insufficiente poiché gommosa e brodosa, non sciolta. Rechaud che non scaldava. lo abbiamo fatto presente senza successo. Colazione ottima ! Parcheggi gratuiti a dispo davanti all’hotel.

Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute im Hotel Willkommen und deshalb sehr wohl. Herzlichen Dank. Das Abendessen war ein Gaumenschmaus. Das Frühstück ebenfalls. Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder 🙏 für den tollen Aufenthalt

Breakfast was wonderful, good varieties of fresh bread/pastries, great coffees, and hot foods are available for order to avoid food waste. Location is great, not too far from the bus stop, and train station is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel room is very charming, spacious and bed was super comfortable. It has all the amenities we needed for our stays. It is a family run hotel; Yasmin and her family were such lovely hosts!

Wir erlebten einen herzlichen Empfang und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Hotelzimmer war gemütlich, die Betten äusserst angenehm. Unseren Balkon mit Sicht auf die Berge haben wir rege genutzt. Dank des schon sommerlichen Wetters konnten wir auf der Hotelterrasse frühstücken. Ein Diner im Gourmetrestaurant ist zu empfehlen. Die Küche war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel Alpenrose ist der ideale Ort, einen erholsamen Aufenthalt im schönen Saanenland zu verbringen.

Magnifique accueil de la part de la famille propriétaire des lieux, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. La chambre était cosy, calme et très agréable. Le repas du soir était excellent et je recommande tout particulièrement les desserts accompagnés de glaces maison, un vrai régal. Le petit-déjeuner proposait également un très joli buffet, varié et de qualité. Une très belle adresse que je recommande avec plaisir.

Tout : la taille de la chambre, les lits confortables, la décoration, la vue, les chaises longues sur le balcon, le petit-déjeuner copieux, le personnel sympathique.

La ventilation manquante (ou ne fonctionnant pas) dans la salle de bain, mais c’est un détail.

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel à la vue magnifique. L’accueil, la chambre avec balcon, la propreté , le dîner et petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, tout était parfait ! Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !

Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente. Die Mitarbeiterin vom Frühstücksbuffet, sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert.

Die alltägliche Zimmerreinigung war eher ausreichend, nicht standardmäßig für ein Hotel geeignet. Es waren zuviele Hunde in der Zeit, die nicht an der Leine geführt wurden. Manche Hunde lagen einfach ihre Schnauze auf den Tisch oder wurden auf den Stuhl gesetzt, was im Ganzen nicht korrekt ist, auch als Hundebesitzer sollte man gegenüber Gästen mehr Respekt und Ordnung inne halten.

Beautiful and well-equipped hotel. Very friendly staff and delicious food. The room was extremely comfortable, and the shower was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Grosszügiges und frisches Frühstück

We had a lovely stay at the Alpenrose, the von Siebenthal family and the staff are wonderful and welcoming. Our room had a lovely view and provided a very pleasant, spacious seating area and the common areas were also very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very pleasant week stay at the hotel. We had half board, the breakfast was very good and the evening meals were very gourmet. We were treated to a very creative and delicious tasting menu nearly every night in the Azalee restaurant and enjoyed excellent meals in Sammy's Grill as well. The servers in both restaurants provided excellent service and a wonderful experience.

As much as we enjoyed the gourmet menus as part of our half-board experience, I think in the future I would order ala carte on some evenings. They always asked us if we were happy with the menu, but perhaps if we were informed in the morning what the dinner selection would be we may have decided to opt out a night or two, but overall all the food was excellent.

Propreté de la chambre (cheveux et poils dans le lit et à la salle de bain, poussière tables de nuit, lampes, télécommandes), moisissures dans la salle de bain et mobilier vieillot SPA: non inclu dans le prix de la chambre, on nous vend un jacuzzi pour au final une baignoire à bulles, fauteuil massant oui mais contre 5.-, sauna vieillot, bref pas un spa comme on peut l’imaginer. Local à ski un peu limite pour un hôtel d’un tel standing. On nous a recommandé de garder les souliers en chambre… Remarques faites à la propriétaire qui nous a fait grâce des 50.- du SPA.

La colazione ottima e variata. La sala è molto bella con una vista sulle montagne. Tutti ingredienti freschi. Servizio molto accogliente e professionale.

Il letto un po' scomodo.

L'accueil et l'ambiance familiale. La propreté, la qualité des repas au restaurant, le spa même s'il est payant.

La distance pour rejoindre les remontées mécaniques n'est pas de 800 m., mais de 2 km, ce qui fait beaucoup avec les chaussures de ski et le matériel à porter. Heureusement, les propriétaires assurent le transport aller et retour sur demande. Merci encore pour leur amabilité.

Das Personal war so unglaublich nett und liebevoll. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sowieso das Abendessen im Gourmet Restaurant. Wir haben für 90 Minuten den privaten Wellnessbereich genutzt und der war top! Wir wurden zum Skilift gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Wir können das Hotel mit Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Auch optimal mit grossen Kindern, genügend Platz, alles vorhanden, feines Frühstück - alles frisch zubereitet.

Bei der Reservation wurde ein Balkon erwähnt, diesen haben wir nicht vorgefunden. Spielte aber keine Rolle, wir kamen erst bei Dunkelheit an.

L’Hôtel est bien situé. Parking extérieur à disposition. La chambre est spacieuse et authentique. Le bar est magnifique et le service au bar/ restaurant est très professionnel.

Il y avait beaucoup de moucherons dans la chambre et pas mal de toiles d’araignées. Le nettoyage pas fait à fond avant notre arrivée. La fondue est arrivée cuisante (gros bouillon).

I cannot praise the hotel and staff more highly- they treated us like one of the family. We stayed in a large, beautifully furnished , immaculate room with a beautiful view of the mountains and enjoyed sitting on our balcony with a cup of coffee before going down to enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace with again an amazing view, cow bells ringing and the sound of a nearby river. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the evening in the hotel restaurant where the service and food were impeccable.

Best small inn experience of our trip. Run by a family, it shows what customer experience should be. Beautiful room, without being luxurious. The dining was amazing. Town of Gstaad is small but beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there when the cows come down the mountains so it was truly an amazing experience all around.

No A/C, which is the case for most of the country unfortunately.

Heel schoon, mooie ruime kamer. Prachtig uitzicht van restaurant terras. Lekker ontbijt.

Zat aan de achterkant waar alle kamers uitkijken op de parkeerplaats en doorgaande weg, maar geen geluidsoverlast.
