Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The spa was really nice with three different types of saunas, a normal temperature pool, a cold and a warm one and some more facilities. The breakfast and also dinner buffets were very tasty and there was no reason to eat out.
The very nice beach nearby was a bit overcrowded. Many were listening to German Schlager and drinking lots of alcohol. That wasn't really my thing, I prefer the silence.

upratovanie od skorých ranných hodín( buchotanie niekedy už od 7 hod. rano), slabšie večere - ( priemerná strava,jedlo často studené,slabí výber,veľa hostí na pomerne malý priestor,čakanie v radoch),nemožnosť zaparkovať v okolí hotela počas dňa,najskôr večer o 20:00.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Great gym, but the main point of the hotel is the location, it's less than 5 minutes walk from Cala Agulla, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca.
Breakfast and dinner had extreme amount of variation and looked great but nothing tasted more than meh, we've ended up ditching the dinners and opting for restaurants instead

Reviewed May 28, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Es ist ruhig und gepflegt. Die beiden Pools, die Saunalandschaften, der neue Fitnessraum- alles sehr schön, gepflegt und nicht überlaufen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren lecker und die Auswahl war gross und am Abend abwechslungsreich. Der Kaffee war für spanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Bei den Zimmern muss man differenzieren: Wir hatten eine Suite mit Panoramablick und ein Zimmer mit Poolblick. Die Suite ist atemberaubend, sehr hochwertig renoviert und definitiv sein Geld wert. Unser normales Zimmer mit Poolblick konnte damit nicht mithalten- bei dem Zimmer finde ich Preis/Leistung nicht ganz passend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Matratzen nicht zu hart. Das Personal ist eine 10/10- immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und sehr zuvorkommend- egal in welchem Bereich des Hotels man war. Das Umfeld des Hotels hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Kleine Supermärkte, Shops und Restaurants sind direkt vor Ort. Zum belebten Hafen geht man maximal 20 Minuten durch interessante und belebte Straßen.
Die Türen zum Flur schließen nicht richtig- daher ist die Privatsphäre schon eingeschränkt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Para haber pagado casi 250€ creo que fue excesivo cuando la habitación era bastante básica de echo ni siquiera la televisión era moderna,el aire acondicionado no se ponía en marcha y al darnos solo una llave no podía quedarse la luz de la habitación encendida (la neverita).Los colchones durísimos…mi marido y yo hemos estado en hoteles mucho más baratos y estaba mucho mejor con jacuzzi incluido!

Irgendwie kamen meine Kopfhörer (250€) in Besitz der Rezeption. Den Verlust merkte ich leider erst eine Woche später. Da die Kopfhörer mit einem Ortungssystem ausgerüstet sind war klar, dass sie sich noch im S’Entrador befinden. Telefonisch wurde dies zunächst bestritten. Erst nach mehreren Schiftwechsel und Ortungsprotokollen bekam ich benutzt nach 4 Wochen zugesendet.

Autovermietung Wiber sehr schlecht, das worgebuchtes Fahrzeug Skoda haben wir nicht bekommen , ein anderes und verkracht , die Navigation funktionierte nicht , man sagte mir , fahren sie hier zum Supermarkt und Kauf das passende Kabel, dann können Sie fahren, aufgedrungen haben sie mir die auto Versicherung als extra, auch sehr teuer 374,40 Euro für zwei Wochen sehr teuer, es hat mich nerven und Unzufriedenheit und Ärger gekostet damit zwei Tage Urlaub zerstört , Navigation funktionierte den ganzen Urlaub nicht , deshalb konnte ich Mallorca nicht wie geplant sehen , schon deshalb war der Urlaub kaputt, Viel Geld bezahlt für schlechten Urlaub , Wiber hat wesentlich dazu beigetragen dass ich Mallorca nicht gut in ernennt haben werde, Mit freundlichen Grüßen I.Bz

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026El SPA que tiene es de lo mejor, junto con otros servicios como el gimnasio, que lo han acabado de renovar, así como los espacios del propio hotel (piscina exterior y solarium), o las pistas de tenis y pádel. La comida también estaba muy bien. Pero lo que más destaco es la amabilidad y detalles del servicio. Además, la localización también está genial, junto a una playa tan bonita como Cala Agulla y un lugar tan espectacular como el Parque Natural de la Península de Llevant, donde recomiendo hacer senderismo por su bosque, subir al Puig de s'Àguila, o alguna construcción antigua como el búnker de Cala Mesquida, la Talaia de Son Jaumell, o los hornos de cal.
Quizás podrían facilitar algunos amenities, como un peine, abrillantador de zapatos, tener champú, gel y acondicionador por separado, en vez de un solo producto champú-gel. Por otro lado, debo decir que si bien el SPA es de mis preferidos en hoteles de Mallorca, sí que encontré que la temperatura de la piscina principal, estaba un poco fría.
