Golden Tree Hotel

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage.

Zeitweise unangenehmer Geruch im Flur. Fehlender Stopfen im linken Waschbecken. Da hätte mal was ganz schnell drin verschwinden können!

The entrance hall was beautiful! The male receptionist was efficient but not particularly warm! By contrast the young lady on a later shift was friendly and helpful.

We had particularly asked for either a ground floor room or a lift to other floors as I was recovering from a fracture to my foot. To access the room there was a lift but coming from the lift to the room allocated, (with suitcases) was a curved staircase with no hand rail! When I suggested that this might feature in a future update to the hotel, the man said that nobody else had complained!

Palazzo signorile molto bello.

Location; room was good for older kids (upstairs from the adults); very clean; good breakfast.

Minor: the sliding bathroom door was in disrepair.

Ambiente accogliente, buona la colazione, camera pulita, personale cordiale.

camera in pó piccola sulla strada rumorosa.

A reggeli finom volt. A központ 15 perces sétára a szállodától.

Great location.1

Only little thing was the chipped coffee cups!

Great location, very good breakfast, super friendly staff!

Locatie is perfect!

Prachtig ruime kamer, goede lokatie. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Ligging

Kamer was vies, veel stof en schimmel in de badkamer

Ligging

Zeer stoffig

A very noisy hotel, despite my request for a quiet room made when booking two months in advance! The room faced a busy boulevard and had single-glazed windows; even with earplugs, it was impossible to get any sleep. The worst part is that the receptionist assured me at check-in that she had never received any negative feedback on this issue! Honestly, if you're going to a hotel to sleep, choose somewhere else.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Innenstadt, klimatisiertes Dreibettzimmer in angenehmer Größe, privater Parkplatz, sehr gutes Frühstück

Great location for town and parking on site. Big comfortable bed in a room with lots of light!

Somewhere to put things in the shower would be most helpful.

I loved the physical spaces and the breakfast was wonderful

I did not like the gym

Ontbijt was lekker en locatie was ok goed

Very rude blonde hostess at breakfast who abruptly said we don’t have space for three at the moment ( no sorry ) a All keys same - very bad security - all keys open front doors at night but then that would mean all keys open all doors Not correct room - room was not the one we booked and there were three single beds when we specifically told them one double and a single.

Great location for a couple of days in Bruges. Old building with some renovation ongoing. We booked a double and single room which were comfortable and air conditioned. Parking was available with EV charging points. We didn't have breakfast so unable to comment on that.

Nothing

Super mooie kamers, heel net. Heel comfortabele bedden. Top! We komen zeker terug!

Niets

Belle suite en duplex

Il manque un peu de service.

Clean and very comfy beds. Staff were helpful. Excellent bike storage.

Nothing

Mycket trevlig frukost

Lage, Zimmer, Klima alles hat gepasst

Everything

All was good

Centrale ligging t.o.v. centrum; heerlijk rustig

De lastige entree naar de parkeerplaats
