Everything was great but if I had to give a negative it would be that there are not glasses in the bedrooms, but paper cups and they leak if you leave water in over night.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Die Kissen waren für einen erholsamen Schlaf unpassend, da zu hoch. Ein zweites normales Kissen wäre wünschenswert. Nachdem eine stark befahrene Straße vor dem Hotel vorbeiführt war das Öffnen der Fenster wegen des Straßenlärms nicht möglich.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Je déconseille fortement de séjourner dans cette hôtel, j’avais réservé une chambre avec wifi haut débit pour des réunions professionnelles et la chambre n’était même pas doté de wifi… De plus une forte odeur d’égout provenant de la salle de bain nous a empêché de dormir… la réception n’a rien voulu savoir… Après des centaines de séjour sur booking cela est la première fois que ça m’arrive… très déçu !

U snídaně chyběly teplé komodity jako například míchaná vajíčka a nebo párky. Až na cherry rajčátka také zcela absentovaly základní druhy zeleniny jako například okurka či paprika.

Een kleine frigo op de kamer had een surplus geweest, Brugge is de chocolade stad, om de pralines wat koel te houden of om een drankje in de avond nog te kunnen nuttigen.

Water separato da lavabo e doccia, relegato in stanzino senza finestra e SENZA AREATORE! Letto da 1 piazza e mezza dove sarebbe entrato un matrimoniale come da comodini appesi al muro che così sono risultati lontani dal letto. dalla porta della stanza 7-8 gradini da scendere all'arrivo e da salire per uscire. Dalla mappa si evince che non tutte le stanze hanno il bagno diviso in due, però quando prenoti non si capisce né quello né la presenza di scale nella stanza.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Struttura piccola ma carina situata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale e dalla stazione dei treni. Personale gentile, colazione semplice ma buona.
La nota negativa è il fatto di aver selezionato una camera standard per ritrovarmi in una stanza al quarto piano (sottotetto) senza finestre ma con dei lucernari. Chiedo alla struttura di aggiornare le foto su booking in modo che chi sceglie la camera è consapevole di ritrovarsi in una mansarda. A prezzi molto più bassi erano disponibili camere simili in altre strutture che ho escluso a priori in quanto volevo una camera con finestra. Inoltre nella camera era completamente assente il segnale del wifi. Appena si entra in camera (la porta non si apre del tutto) bisogna scendere dei gradini...mah. Le foto su booking facevano vedere tutt'altro. È la prima volta che mi capita che la camera non corrisponde alle foto.

Tuvimos que irnos antes y solo estuvimos una noche. No tiene aire acondicionado, aunque ya lo sabíamos, y el ventilador apenas enfriaba la habitación. Imposible dormir debido al calor.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Die besondere Atmosphäre dieses liebevoll erhaltenen Hauses hat uns sofort begeistert. Originalgetreue Fenster und Türen aus dem 19. Jahrhundert verleihen dem Hotel einen ganz besonderen Charme und machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas wirklich Einzigartigem.

La chambre petite pour 3 adultes et sans clim un jour de canicule , impossible de dormir malgré les 2 ventilateurs installés pour l occasion. Une toute petite fenêtre et une autre juste d un des lits ne permettant pas de l ouvrir pendant la nuit. Mauvaise insonorisation dans l hôtel. Nous avons écourté notre séjour.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema personale e abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera. Lo staff si è attivato immediatamente e ci ha cambiato camera. Personale fantastico. Super consigliato .

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Hotel Maraboe heeft een uitstekende ligging voor een bezoek aan het historische centrum van het prachtige Brugge. Alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden, parken en verborgen pareltjes bevinden zich op wandelafstand en binnen een straal van maximaal 2,5 km. Het hotel is vlot bereikbaar via de grote invalswegen. Tijdens het verblijf zijn de omliggende straten bovendien autoluw. De privéparking vlak bij het hotel vormt daarbij een absolute meerwaarde. Het personeel is discreet, hulpvaardig en dienstbaar. Binnen het hotel is alles erop gericht om het verblijf zo zelfstandig en gestructureerd mogelijk te laten verlopen, onder meer door het duidelijk afficheren van afspraken en verwachtingen en het aanbieden van overzichtelijke stappenplannen. Ook de uitgevoerde renovaties in het oudere pand konden wij erg waarderen. De inrichting in Great Gatsby-stijl geeft het hotel een eigen en karaktervolle uitstraling.
Omdat wij vrij groot zijn, vonden wij het bed zowel qua lengte als qua breedte wat aan de kleine kant. Een mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamers ontbrak helaas. Hoewel het hotel diervriendelijk is, misten wij bovendien een stukje groen op het hoteldomein of in de onmiddellijke omgeving waar onze twee hondjes even terechtkonden. De kamers zelf waren proper en netjes. Als kleine tip zouden wij wel willen meegeven om ook voldoende aandacht te besteden aan de netheid van de gangen. Het grootste gemis voor ons was echter het ontbreken van airconditioning op de kamer. Tijdens deze bijzonder warme zomermaanden liepen de temperaturen in de kamer behoorlijk hoog op, wat het comfort enigszins verminderde.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Die Lage ist Klasse, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Habe das Auto die ganze Zeit in der gleich nebenan liegenden Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zur Begrüßung gab es einen tollen und sehr hilfreichen Stadtplan. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und einen Ventilator stand auch bereit.
