L'arredamento della camera, il'ottimo profumo d'ambiete nella lounge,la vista sulla piscina, la cortesia del personale, colazione molto varia(la frutta fresca specialmente), ottima cucina del ristorante con servizio in camera, la possibilità di avere bici gratis per visitare la città.

La douche était cassée. Les fenêtres de la chambre ne se fermaient pas et restaient ouvertes car les charnières étaient cassées. La chambre était bondée de moustique. L’hôtel mérite un très grand rafraichissement

La struttura non ha tapparelle, ha solo una tenda oscurante ma la stanza rimane molto luminosa.

Отзывчивый приятный отзывчивый персонал, у бассейна сотрудник всегда помогал с лежаками, предлагал столько полотенец, сколько хочется. Чисто, ежедневная хорошая уборка. Неплохие завтраки, достаточно разнообразные (все, что заказываешь- extra-paid). В меру просторный номер, все есть, шикарный вид на горы. Предоставляются велосипеды, на которых тут основное перемещение, до пляжа, как и до центра, 10 мин.

Чисто, удобно и светло. Така мога да опиша този хотел. Намира се на добра локация. Не е точно в центъра, но с кола стигаш до центъра за 4-5 мин. Всичко беше много чисто, персоналът беше много приветлив и отзивчив. Басейнът може би е най-приятната част от хотела- не е много пренаселен, чист е, а хората които те обслужват около него също са много добри и усмихнати. Има място за коктейли , има и игрище за тенис, колелета и всичко необходимо за един пълноценен престой във Форте Дей Марми.

Als ik dan een punt moet benoemen. Bedjes claimen bij het zwembad. Soms zat er niemand bij of in het zwembad, maar waren wel veel bedjes bezet ondanks dat altijd een badmeester aanwezig was.

La salle de bain pleins de petits problèmes et un manque d'hygiène. Le sol de la chambre était collant sûrement le reste du mariage. Dommage !

L’albergo è in un’ottima posizione, vicino all’autostrada e a soli 10 minuti in bicicletta dal centro della città! La stanza è moderna e molto pulita. A colazione non manca davvero niente! Tutto lo staff è super gentile e disponibile. La piscina è grande e ben attrezzata. Ti forniscono anche gli asciugamani e il bagnino è stato super gentile! Sono stati 4 giorni molto piacevoli. Sicuramente da ritornare!!

Il rumore delle macchine della piscina di notte ma sopratutto non credo che sia giusto dire di offrire una colazione gluten-free con soli tre prodotti. In altre strutture dello stesso livello e anche inferiori, mi sono stati proposti fino a 10, 12 alternative.

Ontbijt, zwemfaciliteiten inclusief handdoeken en de hygiëne zijn super geregeld. Heerlijke zitjes verspreid over de lobby en het terras. Heel vriendelijk personeel, totaal niet opdringerig.

De lift bevindt zich achterin het hotel, zodat je een flink eind met tassen moet sjouwen.

It’s in a convenient place close to the highway. The towels are new and soft. The staff is nice. The breakfast is awesome, a nice surprise!

avevo prenotato una superior ma all arrivo mi hanno detto che non era disponibile, mi hanno omaggiato non so se la tassa di soggiorno per rimediare ad un loro errore, dandomi una standard, notte tremenda con una discoteca a 500 mt in linea d aria, visto i scarsissimi serramenti , la musica fino alle 4 di mattina un disastro, la mai camera , la piu piccola e più attaccata alla strada, richiedo completo rimborso.

La doccia era piena di calcare, tutti i prodotti della colazione erano congelati, la camera sembrava quella di un ospedale con un minuscolo balcone in cui non potevamo stare nemmeno in due. Camera sopra la spazzatura quindi lascio immaginare l'odore se si apriva la finestra.

The service is quick

My firat night was very bad due to the AC not working i tried talking to the reception to either fix it or change my room, i stayed for the first night couldnt sleep from the AC it was very hot and humis. Orders from the restaurant is not at all time

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was very good, with a great selection and fresh options. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable. The staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would be happy to come back!

Everything was great overall! 😊 Just a small note: the floors in the room could have been cleaned a little better. And apart from the wardrobe door falling on me 😅, we really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely experience! :)

The hotel staff was extremely rude and practically kicked my family, our child, and elderly parents out of our rooms before checkout. I was an hour and 20 minutes late after checkout, and when I arrived, I wanted to extend our stay for another day, but I found my family in the hotel lobby in tears. They didn't even let them properly pack their bags; they simply threatened to call security and kicked them out of our rooms.

Bardzo przytulny i ładny hotel. Pokój był czysty i zadbany, a atmosfera bardzo miła. Dużym plusem było pyszne, różnorodne śniadanie – każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Bardzo udany pobyt, z przyjemnością wrócimy.

Direkt an der Autobahnabfahrt gelegen , also gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht . Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Schöner , großer Pool , grüner Garten und nette Mitarbeiter.

Es ist schon sauber in den Zimmern , aber viele Dinge sind einfach schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ( z.B. Toilettenbürste verrostet und alt , Fenster nicht 100%ig dicht ). Dinge die wirklich einfach zu beheben wären .

Abbiamo riservato tre stanze e a turno ogni giorno si smagnetizzava la chiave. Il bidet del bagno non era usufruibile perché il tappo era bloccato. Abbiamo sollecitato 2 volte un intervento ed è stato sistemato il secondo giorno. Per il resto, tutto bene

The hotel is on the good location and has nice rooms. All the facilities are great, especially outdoor pool. The breakfast is good and it’s served outside. The hotel staff is great/ amazing, they helped us with the information about the restaurants in the city. Also very important they suggest us to take free hotel bicycles to visit the city and save the money for the taxi.

Too far from the beach and the staff told me I could take a bike but they didn't even explained to me the route so I realized I could probably die riding a bike because the hotel is located at a highway.

Proche de pas grand chose, toiles à l’extérieur sales ainsi que les canapés/lits extérieurs sont sales. Les joints de la douche sont noirs. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout français alors que c’était spécifié sur Booking.

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione, ci si può arrivare in centro tranquillamente in bici. Le stanze sono bellissime, noi abbiamo scelto una superior con vista su ristorante e piscina che sono altrettanto belli. Piscina super comoda con il bagnino che ti fornisce ogni giorno un telo pulito, lettini comodissimi e grandi gazebi. Il bar è il ristorante sono veramente belli, hanno un’area relax con dei bellissimi divanetti.

Non ho veramente nulla da ridire. La struttura merita davvero tanto, prezzi super accessibili per essere a forte dei marmi e personale gentile e disponibile sempre.

Posizione eccellente per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti, e riallacciarsi alla rete autostradale. Colazione più che soddisfacente. Il parcheggio rende l'esperienza ancora più comoda e completa. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina, ma lo faremo sicuramente alla prossima visita!

DIALOGO intercorso prima di arrivare: grazie alla Sig.ra Paola che ha preso in considerazione ogni mia domanda, senza mai farmi sentire inappropriata o inadeguata. CAMERE: moderne, arredate con gusto, pulite, anzi, pulitissime. ARIA CONDIZIONATA: che meraviglia, finalmente un hotel dove funziona davvero! PISCINA: da urlo...e tutto lo staff, bagnini davvero simpatici, premurosi...

Aan de buitenkant lijkt het hotel wat gedateerd, maar aan de binnenkant is het helemaal nieuw. Het ontbijt is heel goed, veel keuze, lekkere koffie. Badmeester bij het zwembad heel aardig, handdoeken worden gegeven. Elke dag worden de kamers even schoongemaakt, nieuwe handdoeken etc. Al het personeel is heel lief

Ik zit liever dichter bij het strand cq. Centrum maar er staan fietsen dus deze zijn gelukkig wel makkelijk bereikbaar

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom looked nothing like the photos. It was much smaller than expected. The balcony was also very disappointing – not attractive at all, with old and unattractive furniture. We also noticed several large stains on the carpet in the hallway, which gave a poor first impression. Another inconvenience was the elevator. You cannot access it directly from the reception floor; instead, you have to carry your luggage up or down a flight of stairs just to use the lift, which makes no sense. The rooms are also extremely noisy. You can hear everything – people talking in the hallway, noises from the neighbouring rooms, and even someone taking a shower in the room above us. It was impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. However, the reason I am writing this review is what happened on our last day. My fiancé and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and there is one thing we never do: we never hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. When we returned from the beach at around 5:00 p.m., we found a “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on our door. We immediately had a bad feeling. We opened the door and, as expected, our room had not been cleaned. I called the reception and politely explained that we definitely had not hung the sign on our door. I simply assumed that it had probably fallen from another room and that someone had mistakenly hung it on ours. Instead of showing understanding, the receptionist responded in a very rude tone and asked, “Who hung it there then?” It felt as if she was trying to blame us rather than help us. This is not how guests should be treated. She then said she would send someone to clean our room. Since it was our last day, we even left the room again so housekeeping could do their job. When we returned, the only thing that had been done was that fresh towels had been placed in the room.

Mi sono ritrovata una stanza con il bagno chiaramente per i disabili senza bidet e non sono stata avvisata e appena sono entrata ho notato subito dei capelli per terra soppratutto in bagno e un po di mal odore

I liked that they give us free bicycles to rent to use to travel around the town. The bedroom was nice and comfy.

Even though we bought breakfast, the buffet was limited and you had to pay more if you wanted something like an omlette or orange juice so it was weird. the hotel itself is kinda old and not super clean. there was a lot of elderly people (we are in our early 20s so the atmosphere was kind of old for us).
