Location although small town so everything was central. Large room in Attic was spacious.

Low ceilings in attic rooms although majority of room was as expected.

Dit hotel ligt midden in een klein dorpje. Heeft geen eigen zwembad en geen eigen wellness. Persoonlijk vind ik de tekst op Booking.com daardoor misleidend.. Toen wij dit bij de receptie aangaven kregen wij de opmerking dat het jammer was dat het hotel niet aan onze standaard voldeed..

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pictures show something very different the common areas were not so nice they didn’t look any similar to the pictures, and they advertise some things like the pool and the spa but after you book you receive a message that only can be used if you book 45 mins and then u have to pay. Also they are all in different buildings that are not just next to each other. The breakfast was also just ok

Стаята беше доста хубава ,закуската много вкусна ,персонала супер отзивчив. Паркинга не е точно до хотела ,но можеш спокойно да спреш отпред ,за да разтовариш и да си натовариш багажа.

Не бих казал точно ,че не ми хареса ,но би било по-удобно ,ако басейна не беше на 10 минути път с кола :)

La struttura molto carina e comoda, considerando la sua posizione centrale, facilmente si può andare ovunque.

Il personale tutto molto gentile, eccetto uno. Inoltre non mi è piaciuto la Spa, mi aspettavo di meglio.

Abbiamo apprezzato la struttura, la camera e la cura per ogni dettaglio. Bellissima esperienza nelle piscine incluse nel pacchetto.

Si può implementare la colazione

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja w samym miasteczku oraz miasto jako baza wypadowa w inne miejsca Toskanii. Możliwośc skorzystania z udogodnień w innych hotelach sieci, np. basen w Ultimo Mulino. Zachowanie charakteru wnętrz z okresu funkcjonowania budynku jako pałacu.

Za mało miejsc parkingowych w ramach parkingu hotelowego i konieczność parkowania w strefach w mieście.

La piscina esterna era a 5 km dall’hotel

Petit déjeuner sur la placette du village devant la fontaine très très agréable. Chambre et salle de douche de grande taille. Atmosphère du Palazzo bien préservée.

Chambre au 1er étage un peu sombre mais impossible à corriger du fait de la construction de l'hôtel. Le spa sous les voûtes un peu étouffant avec une piscine trop petite et pas de sauna ou de hammam. Rien de grave.

Every moment was fantastic. We loved our stay in Radda and the staff at the hotel helped us make the most of our time there. They were so accommodating and full of helpful suggestion for in town and the surrounding area. They even sent us off we with a breakfast box for our early check out.

The hotel is located in an old building right next to the church with beautiful decorations on the first floor. As we were traveling as a larger group (10 persons) there was enough seating available to enjoy our evenings. The personnel and especially Justine were very helpful be that with general information or organizing pool places at other hotels. The rooms were really clean and we missed nothing. Especially the quite stiff beds were very welcome.

Italy is no country for breakfasts and that showed also at the buffet here. The homemade sweets were delicious and much appreciated, but the savory department was lacking. Probably a cooperation with the butcher right across the street would help? As mentioned on the hotels page, there is no pool on site. There are two options in other hotels of the group, but places are limited and you need to be early.

Prachtige ligging in het hart van Radda. Mooi karakteristiek gebouw. Ontbijt was lekker en goed geregeld. Alles was netjes schoon. We hebben gezwommen op een locatie net buiten het dorp, dat vonden wij top dat dit kon.

Onze kamer was prima en mooi. Maar we hadden op onze kamer alleen dakramen. Wij bleven 1 nacht dan daarmee was dit geen probleem. Maar als je meerdere nachten blijft zouden ramen waar je door naar buiten kan kijken wel erg fijn zijn. Dit was overigens wel duidelijk voor ons van te voren, dus dit was niet onverwacht.

Great location in the country side. Out of the big tourist areas, but still having lots of restaurants, etc close by. Super friendly and helpful staff helped make our stay unforgettable.

Struttura antica molto bella, camera spaziosa, fresca, con tutti i comfort. Bagno pulito e spazioso. Colazione ottima con tanta scelta. L’hotel è in centro e il parcheggio gratuito a due minuti a piedi.

La ubicación es buena, aunque al igual que en casi toda Italia, dentro de la zona ZTL. La habitación era muy grande y el baño estaba muy limpio. El chico de gafas de la recepción fue muy agradable y la piscina del Borgo Le Noci tiene una vistas espectaculares

La habitación era poco luminosa al tener solo una pequeña ventana. Para acceder a la piscina tienes que coger el coche unos 10 min

Location in the old town. Atmosphere. Front desk-reception young lady was very nice and informative to us. Big and spacious room and bathroom.

Our room (very spacious) was on the third floor and elevator goes to 2nd only. You have to carry the luggage very steep stairs. The sofa bad for third person was not comfortable. The lady at the breakfast premises (maybe owner) was in very bad mood. She was kind of ok but not nice and polite. Too much work perhaps.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, el desayuno con amplia variedad y generoso. Un plus la piscina, ademas, nos dieron la oportunidad de visitar la de otro hotel en el campo que lamentablemente no pudimos asistir por falta de tiempo. Justine muy encantadora y amable

Our family had an amazing stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools, location but what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Justine, Finalize, Andra, Darlize, and Jean Luca (I apologize if I misspelled any names). They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Our daughters loved seeing and interacting with them every day—their smiles and positive energy brought so much joy. Their outstanding hospitality made this stay truly worthwhile. Thank you for helping our family create such wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Todo divino, el lugar es soñado. El hotel, la ubicación, la amabilidad de la recepcionista, el desayuno, todo impecable. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Todo en general, la ubicación, el poder aparcar fácilmente, los restaurantes de alrededor.....Pero sobre todo la atención del recepcionista que nos solucionó un error nuestro de forma implecable!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Es wurde uns alles erklärt vom Parkplatz, zum Zimmer über den Spa Bereich, das Essen, … einfach perfekt. Auch das Ristorante La Perla del Palazzo ,welches uns empfohlen und der Tisch reserviert wurde, war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Gerne kommen wir wieder 🤗

Die Lage in Radda, Parkmöglichkeiten und die Enotecas in Radda waren super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse super, Personal freundlich und bemüht.

Die Angabe der Pools, Spa Angebote usw. grenzt an irreführende Werbung: Hier werden die Angebote von 4-6 Hotels zusammengefasst um eine offensichtlich breite Palette an Pools und co. anzugeben, die effektiv im Hotel gar nicht erreichbar sind. Vieles davon ist zumindest in Radda selbst in anderen Gebäuden der Hotelgruppe, die Außenpools liegen jedoch ca 10 Autominuten entfernt in anderen Anlagen. In diesem Haus ist außer dem Café in dem Frühstück angeboten wird und das manchmal auch am Nachmittag als Bar geöffnet ist keine der genannten Angebote. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir wohl ein anderes Hotel (evtl sogar eines dieser Gruppe) gebucht. So bleibt aber ein bitterer Beigeschmack.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Zimmer war schön, mit einem bequemen Bett. Schönes, elegantes Bad. Besonders toll war, dass man die Pools der beiden in der Nähe befindlichen Partnerhotels benutzen konnte. Angesichts der Hitze während des Aufenthalts ein Segen

Das Hotel preist ausdrücklich in seinem Namen schon seinen Spa. Aber der war auch außerhalb und kostete extra pro Person 25,00€. Dafür wurden 2Punkte abgezogen

Die Lage war perfekt, das Frühstück auch super, die Außenanlage könnte man etwas sauberer halten. Es gibt so einen netten Aussenbereich, nicht das Cafe, sondern von den Zimmern aus nutzbar. Tische abwischen und etwas zusammenkehren würde schon reichen!

Everything. Good air-conditioning, beautiful historic buildings and rooms with modern bathrooms. Plenty of room to place luggage, sit and relax. Facilities are shared with sister buildings and include a beautiful underground, indoor heated pool and spa, outdoor hot tubs, and beautiful panoramic views.

Very beautiful room and hotel overall. Perfect location. We were in the suite and was very beautiful decorated. Saloon -perfect. Breakfast plentiful.

No Spa!!! Only one but for us a major flaw: since the name implies hotel and spa. Many pictures of the spa in the description. When we went there there was a catch , a little SCAM: spa is located in another building and costs 30 euro for 90 min. For guests costs 25 euro. Reservation advised they say. We went back to the hotel explaining we booked this place for the advertised spa, so the told us we can go for free then. Problem is if we didn’t ask or there was maybe a different person on the front desk, this policy seems like SCAM, since it’s so advertised. Spa itself was rather small, but for a free one was sufficient. If it was free on the first place or was not falsely advertised I would have given 9 points. Now because of this „method“ on a otherwise very good hotel I would give 7.

The architecture of the building and the interior are so beautiful. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. Staff were so friendly and helpful also. It was very clean and comfortable

Excellent location, amazing breakfast

I want to be clear that this review reflects the behavior of a single male receptionist we encountered at check-in, the rest of the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay. On arrival, 45 minutes before the 2pm check-in time, this particular receptionist offered no greeting whatsoever and told us we could not wait in the lobby, directing us outside in 30°C heat. We weren’t asking for an early check-in , simply a friendly “welcome, your room will be ready shortly” would have been enough. It was an unnecessarily cold and unwelcoming start to what was otherwise a pleasant stay. To make matters worse, when my partner quietly remarked to another guest that the receptionist was perhaps having a bad day, he came downstairs and confronted my partner directly, demanding he say it to his face. What started as an unwelcoming interaction had now become an intimidating and threatening one. This level of conduct from a front-of-house employee is completely unacceptable and, frankly, alarming. We sincerely hope management addresses this, as it does not reflect the otherwise kind and accommodating team at this hotel.

El praking era un poco complicado, no había valet. Podrían dar un poco mas de mantenimiento.

El hotel es hermoso. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pintorescas y luminosas. El desayuno variado y muy rico. Para aparcar, hay varios estacionamientos; el personal de la recepción, registra el auto en la ZTL por los días de la estadía.

Creo que para un 4 estrellas, le falta personal. Hay una sola chica en la cocina, que hacía todo. Los días que estuvimos hospedados, la vimos sobrepasada. La gente en recepción no fue tan atenta: un día llamé para ver si me podían cargar un termo con agua caliente (porque las habitaciones no cuentan con pava eléctrica) y me dijo que espere al desayuno o que vaya a ver en la cocina si estaba la chica, incluso cuando le expliqué que estábamos saliendo más temprano de excursión.

Great location right downtown yet quiet. Justine, Jean Luc and Andra went above and beyond to assist us with our requirements for early departure on our bicycles including a breakfast box. Loved it
