Restaurant with super limited food. Service overall not really noticeable. They didn’t even introduce us to the spa facilities.

J'ai aimé beaucoup de choses dans cet hôtel. Il est très confortable, très propre, la vue est exceptionnelle et le service aussi. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, les cafés excellents.

La literie n'était pas très bonne malheureusement.. il y avait un trou en plein milieu du matelas. L'accès est aussi un peu compliqué, surtout la nuit. Nous avons croisé la route de plusieurs sangliers... assez terrifiant dans une petite Fiat Panda. Optez pour un modèle plus grand à la location de voiture.

Stunning property - views were insane! Lovely room, well managed and great staff. Spa was a nice treat too! Solid breakfast.

Difficult one - probably just a little early in season but bar could be open a bit earlier with few more snack options to enable those amazing days by the lovely pool.

On adore cet endroit c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons. Le personnel est adorable, l’hôtel est propre, il y a pleins de services c’est idéalement situé et le restaurant est délicieux.

Notre matelas aurait besoin d’être changé ou tourné il y avait deux « trous » à nos places. Et les salles de bain ne sont pas très très confortables. Ça serait super de pouvoir prendre un café à la piscine le matin

Great hotel! Loved the pool area and the style of the hotel. Check in was great and the room was very nice. Amazing view from the restaurant and very good food.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We contacted the hotel and were told the issue had been fixed, but the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. We were also told that we might not have been using the system correctly, but regardless, the problem was never resolved and we did not receive enough assistance to make the room comfortable. That said, everything else was excellent. The hotel, staff, and overall experience were wonderfu.

This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. We spent five wonderful days here, and it’s where we got engaged! The hotel was so peaceful, and every member of staff was amazing. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the location in Radda was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The views were absolutely gorgeous, especially at sunset, and the pool was a lovely place to relax. A special thank you to Samy, who looked after us so well in the restaurant. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and really made our stay even more memorable.

A wonderful hotel in the charming Radda in Chianti. The staff were friendly, and the pool area was beautiful with awesome view, well maintained, and complemented by a lovely pool bar. The breakfast was very good. The hotel’s interior design and architecture reflect beautiful, historic Tuscan style. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a balcony in the Belvedere building, which was comfortable and spacious enough for three people. The highlight was our small private balcony—the view over the valley was breathtaking, and the sunset looked like something out of a fairy tale. We would be delighted to stay here again!

We loved this hotel its authenticity and its location in the wonderful Radda in Chianti. We didn’t have a car as we were looking to chill out and walk around after a few busy days in Florence. Radda has lots of lovely places to eat with very friendly people.

This is an authentic small Tuscan hotel. The decor and furnishings are more traditional however our bathroom, although small, had been modernised. All was very clean with good quality linens. Breakfast was as you would expect with freshly squeezed juice and good quality pastries. The breakfast and bar service was excellent. The bar food was a disappointment, plastic wrapped pre made toasties which is bit inexcusable given there is a restaurant and they offer cooking classes! The pool area is lovely with beautiful views - it did get busy one day with not enough sun loungers for everyone. Reception staff were mostly pleasant, one needed more training in customer service.. Radda is a gorgeous little village with fabulous restaurants. Overall we enjoyed very much.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Radda in Chianti. The room were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a large selection of delicious options. The location was perfect, just steps from the town’s shops, restaurants, and enotecas, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely hotel. The suite was spacious and clean. There were many steps to get to the room. The windows opened and the view was spectacular. There was air conditioning. The hotel is a former manor. The garden is nice. Breakfast was included. The breakfast was ample with something for everyone. It included fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. They brought your coffee to the table. The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

As portas rangem…quem acorda primeiro, acorda todos! O atendimento é bem ruim…na chegada, perguntei sobre o welcome drink que estava numa caixa em cima do balcão e o atendente me respondeu que era apenas para os hospedes que pagaram (?!?)…que bela primeira impressão!! O atendimento no jantar do restaurante foi péssimo…levamos 10 minutos para receber o cardápio…trouxeram o prato sem o pão…em resumo, não recomendamos e não voltaremos!!

Can’t say one bad thing

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting with wonderful views over the Tuscan hills! Easy walk into the village for shops and restaurants. Really comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. We did the cookery class which was great fun and then enjoyed eating the delicious meal together with a nice bottle of Chianti Classico! The pool area is lovely - sadly the weather wasn’t warm enough for a dip but we sat on the loungers and read our books.

I had an absolutely wonderful time during my private getaway. The hospitality here is exceptional—both the reception and technical staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Any minor requests were handled with impressive speed and professionalism. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' comfort. Highly recommended!

Nous avons réservé la suite avec balcon, donnant sur la vallée de radda in chianti. La chambre était très spacieuse, le lit très confortable et même le canapé lit pour notre fils était très confortable. La salle de bain et la douche étaient spacieuses, propres, et de très bon gôuts. Le personnel est adorable et très attentionné, et fait tout pour nous satisfaire au mieux. Nous reviendrons :)

Stunning Location in an amazing town. We chose Relais Vignale as it was the perfect mix of great place to stay in a small town which we didnt need to leave once.

Struttura bella ben tenuta vicinissima al centro di Radda.

Avevo prenotato ristorante che all'arrivo abbiamo trovato chiuso per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Nessuno ci ha comunicato del problema per riprenotare altrove. La stanza era sulla strada invece che sulla piscina.

Dated—very old-looking and dingy. The food was poor for the area. Staff were not friendly, and when we left two days early, they were focused on ensuring they were paid for the one meal we ate there and did not enjoy.

מלון מקסים!! יש בניין מרכזי ויש חדרים מול הבניין, אנחנו ישנו שם. הספא , הבריכה וחדר האוכל בבניין המרכזי. יש מדרגות לחדרים. מיקום מעולה, מלון מקסים עם ספא ממש נחמד.

ארוחת הבוקר סבירה, חסר יותר ירקות.

Qualità prezzo totalmente fuori scala. Premetto che avevo prenotato e pagato due notti ma sono fuggito dopo la prima, camere troppo rumorose, infissi praticamente inesistenti e zero insonorizzazione, ospiti che arrivano a tutte le ore della notte e camere a bordo strada. La spa ha un costo di 30 euro al giorno ed ha una vasca idromassaggio piena di cloro una sauna ed un bagno turco freddo, follia. Il ragazzo in reception scortese ed approssimativo. Per più di 25o euro a notte (tra camera spa e tasse di soggiorno ecc ecc) scegliendo qualsiasi altra struttura nella zona sono certo possa avere decisamente di meglio. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Well, since I am a full blooded Italian I can say if you want to stay in an old Italian funeral parlor than this is the place. It could be an incredible place if it wasn’t so dated. Old, very old. Electronics not updated. Our TV was an old LG 20” that was so far away it was impossible to use. No updated places to plug in usb or charge cords. Old pictures on the wall faded or yellowed. The place is dingy. What could be a spectacular place was sorely lacking. We were supposed to stay for five nights and left after 3. Think twice before you commit.The restaurant was a surprise and not a pleasant one. Again, based on reviews I would have expected good service and good food. My food was inedible. I have never seen or experienced a veal osso bucco so poorly prepared.
