Easy to locate and lots of parking. The staff were so friendly and everything was clean and the housekeeping staff put effort and pride into their work. As a former housekeeper at with the Delta I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work. I’ll be back and will definitely recommend to other family when travelling!

The breakfast in the morning could have been a little better organized. No cereals both mornings we went down and had to ask for juice to be refilled and we were not down during the busy times.

First, the people at the desk we're more than accommodating, second the housekeeping staff was excellent, whatever was needed they took care of it quickly and they are exceptionally nice and polite. The hotel, which I have stayed at before and my wife really likes is quiet, very quiet, we stayed on the top floor in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub, the room is plenty of space for two people and even has a couch that can pull out to a bed if needed, the bedding was great, very comfortable and clean, sheets etc were as white and clean as snow. The location is great, there are stores and restaurants within walking distance if you like, they also have a nice Italian restaurant in the hotel but just about everything we wanted to visit in Vaughan was literally 10-15 minutes away by car.

Honestly we had no complaints.

The hotel is about a 15min walk from the subway, and it's located in a rather deserted area. The breakfast was quite basic.

The in-room jacuzzi was a plus (for my spouse). The wi-fi was fast and reliable. The Italian-style design/ambiance was a nice touch. The included continental breakfast was also nice.

There were a few touch ups needed in our room (peeling paint). The room was located next to the Janitor's room - there seemed to be some noise that would occasionally start and stop at night while we were in the room - like a pump or something mechanical.

Good parking, close to venues and transportation, very clean, desk staff and environmental staff were great. Price excellent for time of year.

Outdated layout, complimentary breakfast is vague and outdated like scrap the coupon requirement and start serving eggs, meat, and potatoes to everyone rather than having it cost a premium. The old manager guy at desk has got to go :(

We went in to eat at 9:30 & could only get pizza or pasta but it says it’s open until 11:00; we would have gone somewhere else had we know that; our choices were very limited

.Nice rooms, a very good restaurant (for evening meals) in the hotel.

The 'continental breakfast' offered was adequate but a bit under par, especially for people who didn't get there before about 8:30 (some items ran out). This was my only reservation about the hotel, which we otherwise quite liked.

This hotel was great for the one night we stayed! We attended the Noah Kahan Concert at Rogers Stadium and this hotel was the perfect location to hop on the train to the show. Room and staff were all great! It was a little outdated and in our room the light switch was on the outside of the bathroom, but it was fine for the short time we stayed.

Booked two rooms No pool They aren’t bad rooms but been to better for same price Arrived early am to park car which is good for free but… check in at 3 they didn’t have the rooms clean nor side by side like I was told.. second room wasn’t ready til 430 Pull out couch had used sheets on it Five minute to wonderland and outlet mall Charged me 50 dollars more for 2 teens .. only kids under 12 are free and breakfast all junk Other hotels is kids under 17 are free IMO…Pay for parking elsewhere and get a better breakfast and free for kids and a pool and newer hotels have better options for same cost

To make matters worse, the bathroom curtains had someone else's black hair on them, which was disgusting.

The price was good. The room was small but good

The bed was very hard, the sink had some other persons shaving in it, the bed was questionable if it was actually clean or not. The complimentary breakfast was lack luster. Only one type of bread and bagel, little to no other options. Had to pay if you wanted eggs or anything hot. Not what I thought we were going to get. I also think that they should give you your breakfast ticket at check in. Or at least tell you that you need to go to the desk first.

Air conditioner makes lots of noise had problems sleeping

It's a shame the outside of building isn't as smart as inside, "so don't judge a book by it's cover" as they say... Could not fault the inside of building...

Very clean and a great idea of having soap and hand lotion in the washroom come from refillable bottles, and not the waste of individual soaps. Great idea.

The photos do not match the room, it looked like it was supposed to be much larger, yet it was small. The breakfast that you are supposed to get was really not worth the extra money being charged for the room, any other place would have gave you more for your dollar.

When I first got to the hotel they said " You are not in our system, then i showed them my app with the appointment paid for and booked." The breakfast, the room, I was told told that I could stay longer the night before. Then all a sudden with the other shift we needed to leave before we were told previously. I would never recommend this place for anyone, not worth the money time or effort to book. Horrible experience, horrible time at the hotel. No way will I ever return

Clean,spacious room, extra blankets, requested rooms close together, parking was good, location of hotel to event attended was excellent, was within 5 minute drive. Hotel close to highway, easy to find and drive out.

Maybe a little more to breakfast, like boiled eggs but what was included was good.

The place is dirty and outdated. Their breakfast shouldn't exist. Horrible coffee, that was pretty much undrinkable, old bread. Their breakfast was so poor that I didn't even dare to get anything from the made to order menu.

I was charged for a room i did not use the reservation was submitted for the wrong day so I had to pay for a second night after arriving and finding out i had paid for the previous night.

C’est un hôtel non fumeur et ça sentait la cigarette. Dans les fenêtre il n’y avait pas de rideau pour couper la lumière. Lors de notre check out nous avons discuter avec l’agent et il n’a rien prit en considération. Nous sommes partie sans nous donner raison.

We had a room booked from May 23 to 24, 2026, and the only reason for our stay was that we had tickets to the Bruno Mars concert at Rogers Stadium on May 23. We travelled from Ottawa to Toronto by train, and then took the subway toward the hotel. While we were on the subway, at around 2:30 PM on May 23, we received an email informing us that the concert had been rescheduled to May 31 due to weather. As soon as we found out, we called the hotel to ask if we could cancel the room, since the entire purpose of our trip was no longer happening. We understand the 24‑hour cancellation policy, but in this case we were only notified of the change a few hours before check‑in, and the situation was completely outside of our control. Despite explaining this, the hotel declined to cancel the reservation and charged us the full amount. Given the circumstances, we truly feel the room should have been cancelled without penalty, as we had no choice in the matter and no reason to stay in Toronto that night.

The hotel only had 1 elevator working. The food for the breakfast was terrible.
