Stationnement payant alors qu'on est loin du centre de toronto... heususement ct que 5 $. Le lit etait pas tres confortable.

Clean and professional

I kept getting kicked out of my room. Both nights I was there, I had to get different/new room cards. For some reason my ard-keys were disabled. So I had to call down to the front desk and then WAIT for someone to bring up ew card-key. I have never experienced this type of situation with a Marriott property in my long past.

I did not stay at the property. I called to confirm if there was a reservation in my name following receiving an email with checkin instructions and I was told there wasn’t and we thought the email was spam. Then I received a charge for a stay I didn’t have. There was no confirmation number in the email received and I rarely Use booking.com for hotels so I’m didn’t realize I had a booking. All that to say when I called to confirm if I had a reservation that staff told me no so I didn’t worry about it. Turns out there was one, and I was charged. I tried to reach the manager several times after talking to other staff but he was never available. Would not recommend!

Nous étions 6 et le canapé lit n’était pas fait à notre arrivée. Seuls les 2 lits principaux étaient faits. Le canapé lit forme 2 lits et non pas un lit double et était peu confortable pour la personne qui devait dormir sur les coussins du canapé. Il a fallu demander 1 ensemble de lit y compris oreiller supplémentaire à l’accueil, ils n’étaient pas dans la chambre et 2 serviettes de toilettes pour les mêmes raisons. Le parking est payant ce qui est bof + on doit signer une décharge en cas d’acte de malveillance sur le véhicule.

Nothing really it’s a great place to stay, more elevators as they were always in use and constantly going up when we were trying to go down, free parking instead of having to pay extra for it.

Le repas n’était pas fameux et il n’avait pas beaucoup d’espace dans la salle à manger afin de contenir tout le monde. Certains mangeaient dans leur chambre et le personnel était obligé d’ouvrir une salle afin que les clients puisse prendre leur petit déjeuner.

The property was clean and good location.

They must upgrade TV. TV was so grouchy. The channel was not working because of the antenna issue but the streaming channel was not working well either.

Absolutely love the staff, especially the bartender his name started with an S I’m sorry I wish I remember that he was an amazing gentleman. It was very helpful and kind.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. It was nice to have a hot tub as well.

There weren't as many options for breakfast as I thought there might be, and some of it was soggy from being prepared in advance, such as the potatoes.

Frukosten var mycket bra jämfört med andra nord-amerikanska hotell. Rummet med separat toalett och dusch var mycket praktiskt för en familj på fem personer. Parkeringen var rymlig och inte så dyr (5 CAD per dag). Tvättmaskin och torktumlare för hotellgäster fanns på andra våningen nära vårt rum vilket var praktiskt då vi reste utan in-checkat baggage. Tvättmaskinerna och torktumlarna fungerade med "loonies" (1-dollars mynt) som man kunde växla i reception. En kontantuttagsmaskin (ATM) fanns in hotellet mittemot. Ismaskin (gratis) och läskedrycksautomat (3 CAD) fanns också på andra våningen.

Inomhuspoolen var aningen för varm. Antalet barn och vuxna i poolen var ofta hög, så ljudnivån var ofta störande och vattnet känndes inte så fräscht. Avståndet till Toronto centrum var långt. Vi valde detta hotell för priset och närheten till metrons sista station, vilken låg cirka 1,2 kilometers gångavstånd från hotellet. Metroresan till Union station tog ungefär 50 minuter.

the property and the location were great. the facility staff and breakfast were wonderful. the beds were very comfortable, the room was very cozy, neat and clean, and the separated rest and bath room were very convenient,

Das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal machte es uns sehr leicht, uns hier wohlzufühlen. Hinzu kam, dass das Hotel sehr schön gelegen ist, sehr hübsche, großzügige und blitzsaubere Zimmer hat und viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet: z.B. ein eigenes, sehr gutes Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Parkplätze. Für einen Aufenthalt in Toronto für uns die beste Wahl.

Service très bête à l'accueil. Refus d'appliquer le tarif booking. Malgré que j'ai finalement payé via Booking, l'hôtel m'a chargé les chambres au gros tarif après mon départ sans m'aviser.

Hôtel moderne et propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Réseau WIFI de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité avec un personnel agréable.

Malheureusement le 2e ascenseur étant en panne, il y’avait de longs temps d’attente avant de pouvoir l’emprunter. L’établissement possède une piscine mais pour y accéder, il faut se déplacer dans les couloirs directement en maillot de bain. Des peignoirs auraient été la bienvenue.

The elevator was not working only one and wasn’t enough. Fridge was not cold enough. Everything else was good.

1.入住时酒店主管同意先信用卡预授权全部房费和杂费，退房时可以使用现金。但18天入住结束不允许现金结算，导致我支付visa近53美金信用卡消费手续费。我在任何地方没有看到不允许使用现金支付的规定，我对万豪品牌这种欺诈非常遗憾。 2.打扫房间不是每天都给完整清洁，经常遗漏抽纸和咖啡。

The rooms were mostly spotless - we did have towels placed near our jet tub with another person's hair wrapped within but they replaced them pretty fast. The jet tub worked exactly as it should, didn't need assistance working it. My spouse was iffy on the beds, but I found them very comfortable: I had a great rest. The bartender they had on the night of May 8th was amazing, can mix a cocktail like no other just using his gut feeling by describing the taste you wish to have; we wish him all the best, he helped make our weekend most enjoyable. Dining at the restaurant around (free breakfast) is pleasant. The younger kids liked the access to the pool and hot tub - the older felt it was way too overcrowded; I admit my spouse and I stayed in our jet tub. Location is prime. We had stayed to go to Dave and Busters, but Lego City, Wonderland, malls, even a Walmart was right next door proved useful. The view can sometimes suck, ours was obstructed by other skyscrapers close by, but the kids room could see Wonderland lit up. Plenty of places to eat near by too that are just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer to try more out. We do have photo's but I don't have time to post them right now.

The keys to the hotel rooms don't always work, they understand the system needs replacing, I will say staff tried very hard to ensure we had working keys even if it took too many attempts to get it right. I can let it slide one elevator was out of order, things happen but it did make it messy getting from 1st to 7th floor, because yes there are stairs, you can't take a luggage dolly up stairs, and with many people between 1-6 floors, it was annoying trying to get in and out of our rooms; I feel others would be more upset than we were. The Wifi is painfully slow unless you pay extra to speed it up; I feel that's an unnecessary gouge. Breakfast was in my opinion is low standards. Sausage tasted more like pet food, heated food was barely warm, we had went down an hour after it started and apparently our kids went an hour before and had a better experience; but the next day they followed the same concept only to lose their appetite and barely eat anything.

Breakfast was amazing! great selection of food, fresh and well presented. The thing that separated my stay here over ANY other hotel stay was the staff, and how nice, friendly and genuine everyone was! From the front desk staff to the serving staff at breakfast to the staff cleaning rooms, everyone was so nice and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working at the springhill suites. Very nice room, very clean and nicely laid out.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bartender was 10/10!

Our whirlpool drain plug was broken so it was draining while in use and we had to continue to fill it. We had 2 key cards but one did not work for our room or the back door entry from outside. Breakfast was mediocre, soggy potatoes but the coffee and fruit were good.

It gave me the opportunity to start off the day with a gym and pool session, followed by a solid buffet breakfast (which had decent food options), enabling me to have plenty of energy for big days of sightseeing and tennis attendance (the National Bank Open was on at Sobeys Stadium during my stay at the tail end of July and start of August 2025). The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was good but wish it extended longer as we missed 2 days of breakfast due to our schedule as well as food an availability late at night. However the snack station is always available 24/7 but would have chosen different food if other options were there.

Cleaner pool/hot tub and the lock on the shower bathroom door did not work/lock properly.

We had two rooms, both very accommodating, although busy place the noise level did not travel. Location central to all we were looking for, lots of parking, good access.

The hotel used to feel cleaner. I saw some hair in the toilet and on the sink as soon as we got there. Sofa was dusty. We weren't even offered complementary water, we had to walk to Walmart for a bottle of water. This isn't easy with 3 kids. We had to ask for a toothbrush as it was also not in the room. Shower amenities were so scarce that I didn't have enough body wash in the refillable bottle they put in the toilet to have a decent shower. It is our 3rd stay there as a family, and I can say it was much better before.

There was lots to like about this property: 1. The staff was courteous and helpful 2. The room was spacious, very clean, and well layed out 3. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were quite good too. 4. Breakfast was tasty and there were lots of options offered
