Location

Room was spacious

Easy access

My room was to far from the elevator. At the end of the hallway. I have a walker. The beds need to be lower. Or not as high of mattress. Hard to get into.

Almost clean, good availability and parking. Complementary breakfast is a good value.

Change cabins for pool not available or at least dressing gown and bathing shoes would be a good choice to use the pool. Very noisy nights especially on highway and Walmart side due to parking cleaning at nights (Walmart)

Le déjeuner, grande chambre, le personnel

Rien à dire!

Very clean and spacious and comfortable

The price for one Friday night was the equivalent of two nights. Very ridiculous

Breakfast, staff exceptional. Good location with Walmart right behind the property.

The suite was big and spacious. With extra bed in the palour

there were no writing materials, no water in the suite with 2 beds at least there should be 4 bottles of water.

Breakfast complimentary. Clean, and friendly staff. Located next to Walmart and close enough to children's play places. The room was super nice and comfortable bed.

Check in et check out rapide.

The staff was polite , the location is perfect, I livr the breakfast and the room

Nothing to complain about

The hot tub is amazing

The breakfast ends early 9 am we missed it every day

It was bright and big, the halls were big.

Not controlled by the hotel itself, but the construction on the property beside it started at 6am - not a great wake up call when on vacation.

Nice room with kitchen facilities Couch in separate room with second tv. Nice pool area

Really nothing

Cleanliness and the staff were so welcoming and friendly

Nothing

Finally a decent hotel at a fair price!

The lobby was great because it was focussed on the World Cup. The room size was spacious, and the design was very nice.

Cleanliness in the room was not up to standard. The night tables were not dusted. Lighting in the room was very poor specifically the bathroom. The breakfast finished way too early. Checkout was 12 o’clock noon and breakfast cut off was 9 AM. The highway noise was not very pleasant and kept us away at night. Also, the air-conditioning unit was too loud. The subway is a five minute drive and it would’ve been nice to have a shuttle service to drive us there.

Confort

The overall property is excellent. There is a lot of construction in the area and with FIBA visitors it was more crowded than usual. But a very good experience.

Breakfast eggs could be better.

Great location and friendly staff

The air quality in the room was very poor

Everything was great. Good location for us while we wanted to stay near the place our kids live. We were pleasanlty surprised with eveything. It is clean, stuff attentive, bed comfirtable, clean kitchenette with everything you need, breakfast simply great, good free parking. We liked everything and we will stay again (assuming kids will not move :))

Everything

Mooie kamer. Schoon.

Ontbijt

Mooie kamer

We loved our complimentary upgrade to 2 king suites. Our primary mode of transport was the subway (a 15min walk away) but direct access to the city.

It was heavily used by a young sports team on the weekend we stayed so was very noisy in the lobby and pool areas

The breakfast was really nice

The pool water was a little cloudy

Everything was great! It was spacious, very comfortable and updated. The breakfast had a nice variety and was tasty. Best breakfast buffet we've had for a buffet included with the room price. Staff was friendly and did everything they could to accommodate and please patrons. We will definitely look to stay in these suites again. The value received for the price was excellent.

I would have appreciated being told verbally upon check in later at night, for a 2 night stay, that the rooms are only made up every other day ( instead of them expecting us to stumble across that info in small print on the side of a mirror late at night ). With 5 in the room we would've asked for room service and more towels for the 2nd day also. Also it would have been nice if there had been 5 face cloths, 5 hand towels, and 5 bath towels provided instead of only 4 of each when we were paying for 5 people in a room. Lastly, if the sofa bed had the bedding already put on, knowing we had 5 in the room, instead of me having to make it up at 11:30 p.m. once we checked in and carried everything to our room would have been appreciated. I just wanted to go to bed, not have to make up a bed when we had to get up early to go to an amusement park all day the next day.

Love the meal on Wednesday that was a big plus

The food was great!

Location.

I have stayed here multiple times and it’s always on point. Well maintained. Yummy breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overall

Breakfast time is too short in weekdays.

Nothing about this properly was likable

Very dirty starting from the elevators, pool area, rooms, towels and more.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, big rooms

None

Clean room, good amenities inside the room, available parking, nice pool, awesome breakfast.

The pool had too much chlorine when we were there, not sure if it's always like that.

Breakfast was done at 9am. 10am would have been good since I travelled with sleepy teenagers. 😊

Central to shopping

Clean, great breakfast, friendly service!

It really felt luxurious and for a great price. A home away from home. It was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Honestly I have no complaints

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared, which made our visit very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with good variety and everything fresh and well organized. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained, and the room was very comfortable. I actually had a little mishap with the waffle maker and made quite a big mess because I wasn’t paying attention. 😅 Holly and Kemona from the kitchen breakfast team were incredibly kind and helpful. They handled the situation with such professionalism and friendliness and quickly cleaned everything up while making me feel completely at ease. Their positive attitude and great service really stood out. Thank you both for doing such a great job!

Nothing major. I was actually looking for a cup to fill so I could pour the waffle batter properly, and while trying to manage it I ended up making a bit of a mess with the waffle maker. That was on me. Thankfully, Holly and Kemona from the breakfast kitchen team were very kind and handled it with a great attitude while keeping the area clean and organized.

We stayed here last week and I was very impressed, and would definitely stay here again and recommend. It is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The continental breakfast was hot and very good. It just so happened that Wednesday evenings they put on a complimentary evening social with food. That was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great! There were four of us and everyone found something that they enjoyed. I would have to say that this was the best breakfast spread I have seen in a hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful. Everything was clean and up-to-date. I requested a room and a quiet area and I got this. The pool temperature was perfect and the hot tub was actually hot. The staff were great.

I understand that there needs to be a time for upgrades. It was unfortunate for us that much of the lighting and mirrors were to be replaced on a day that we were there. It was pretty messy throughout the hall and elevator area with empty boxes and trash from packing . I was not comfortable with people being in a room that I had rented with all of my stuff in it. I was also not comfortable being told that I needed to leave that do not disturb sign off the door and accept an entire day timeframe for the work to be done. The front desk did try to accommodate by sending a staff in the workers. The work was done fairly quickly and they did some very nice upgrades.
