Breakfast was amazing and ran until 11am. Room was comfy and clean. Rooftop pool area was nice, pool a little small but okay. Sauna and hot tub were nice.

About a 30 min walk into Alicante, not a problem for us plus a taxi was less than €10

Reception was lovely and they upgraded us which was a lovely surprise. The suite was lovely and the view was lovely.

There was no bar service at the pool or the terrace and had to go all the way to the lobby to get a drink. Then I had to wait 15 minutes.

La ubicación del hotel no es la apropiada para fines de playa cercana.

La ubicación, En taxi se va bastante rápido en taxi al centro, no muy lejos. El desayuno muy completo y bueno, quiero destacar el personal del restaurante, sobre todo la chica rubia, un encanto y trata de resolver lo que se le pida. Los huevos fritos y tortillas te la hacen al momento. Tambien quiero destacar el chico Daniel de la cocina , haciendo una pechuga de pollo deliciosa. Tambien el chico Daniel del salón, super amable.

La habitación, no tenia terraza, aunque si una gran ventana, en mi caso yo no fui de vacaciones sino por un problema del funeral de mi hermana. Me pasaba mucho tiempo dentro de la habitación. Es muy grande, cómoda y muy iluminada. Lo que mas me gusto la tranquilidad no se siente nada de ruido.

La chambre, le service et la restauration étaient très qualitatif. La décoration était très jolie, et je trouve cela génial d’avoir eu accès à la piscine, le spa, ainsi qu’à la salle de sport.

Les prix sont un peu élevés, mais cela correspond au standard de l’hôtel. Il aurait été agréable d’avoir des chaussons et des peignoirs pour pouvoir se balader dans les couloirs et aller à la piscine ou au spa.

The hotel staff were kind and helpful, the facilities were good and the restaurant food is really good.

Breakfast was really overpriced, I'm not saying it wasn't good. But when you can purchase half of the menu from the spar across the street for 1/20th of the price it seemed a bit much.

A great location just outside the city with some lovely traditional bars and bistros nearby. Great walk into the city (25 minutes) and the staff and offering is superb

The breakfast was awesome and the staff were so kind and helpful. The location was pretty good, safe and just 11 minutes to Alicante Airport. There's a Spar Supermarket just across the street, which was very convenient to us. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel, in case one wants to eat out. The beach is just a few waliking minutes away... We had a great at NH Alicante Hotel👍 and I most definitely recommend!

My wife noticed that the sheets and pillowcases weren't changed on time and she complained.

The one thing to say about this location is outside building looks impressive. The lobby impressive. The rooms are outdated 2 1/2 three Stars maximum this is not a four star resident.

I stated before the rooms are terribly outdated. The facilities are outdated can use a paint job oh my God four star never ever in my life. Have I been to an NH Hotel of this low level? I paid €700 + for for four nights and it was absolutely not worth it even the kitchen the most unseasoned food I’ve ever had in Spain

Hotel molto carino. Camera d’avvero pulita. Comodo ed economico il parcheggio. Staff molto cordiale. Buono il ristorante. Sostanzialmente un buon quattro stelle.

Zona molto periferica rispetto al centro raggiungibile 40/50 minuti a piedi, poco idoneo per visitare la città. Air play presente ma non funzionante Manca una macchina del caffè. Presente una doccia adatta da una vasca da bagno davvero scomoda.

The pool needed to be made a permanent one

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check into our room earlier than expected — just 14 minutes after arriving at the hotel. Special thanks to the receptionist for making this possible and for being so helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day, so everything is always clean and tidy. There is also a well-maintained swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The pool area is clean, peaceful, and quiet, making it a great place to relax

When we first entered the room, there was an unpleasant musty, old smell. We were also given dirty towels on several occasions, with stains and hair on them, which was quite unpleasant. There is also drinking water provided in the room, which, as I understand, should be replenished every day (at least one bottle per room). However, this was not always done, so we had to look for a housekeeper ourselves and ask for water. These are relatively minor issues that did not ruin our overall experience, but I would appreciate it if the management could take these comments into consideration and pay more attention to these details

La estancia en la habitación fue horrible por el olor a humedad. Y no exagero. Estábamos de acuerdo mi marido y yo qué la sensación era como estar en una iglesia encerrada o más bien navegando en la Nao Victoria. Menos mal que solo fue una noche. Porque a pesar de comentarlo no me cambiaron de habitación. Por otro lado, la piscina que tienen es pequeña y estaba un poco turbia y muy caliente. Pero sobre todo me quejo del horrible olor a humedad , era insoportable.

Olía muy mal en la planta de la habitación, pero muy mal. Toallas sucias, suelo del baño sucio, agua de la ducha sin presión y manguera que no se quedaba bien encajada con lo cual incomodísimo ducharse, bote del suavizante relleno con una masa que tenía una pinta horrible. Piscina con una capa de suciedad visible super desagradable Encima te bloquean la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación antes. de las 12 el día de la salida. Sin duda una decepción. No volveremos.

El personal es muy profesional y habla varios idiomas. La limpieza de la habitación es impecable, y todos los electrodomésticos y equipos necesarios funcionan perfectamente y están a disposición de los huéspedes.

Está un poco alejado del centro y de los principales puntos de interés, pero es muy tranquilo y silencioso.

Mycket bra. Bra rum, stort, fräscht och välstädat. Mycket bra toalett och badrum. Trevlig personal utan större väntetid. Fick ett av rummen lite tidigare än incheckningstiden vilket var uppskattat.

Har svårt att förstå varför det ska ta så lång tid att checka in på hotell. Det är ju inte någon som är specifikt för detta hotell. Bara svårt att förstå hur det inte kan vara en smidigare process. Poolområdet hade kunnat få lite med kärlek, lite kalt och tråkigt.

Una sera abbiamo chiesto una pizza in camera : molto costosa e quasi immangiabile.

Habitación espaciosa con dos camas. La climatización funcionaba perfectamente y la habitación estaba limpia. Botella de agua de cortesía. El hotel esta situado fuera del centro de Alicante. Práctico para lo que buscabamos.

El desayuno muy caro, Optamos por desayunar fuera. El precio por noche un poco elevado para Alicante.

Das Hotel war duch und durch geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, guter service. Das Highlight ist das Pool auf der Dachterasse. Auch nach dem Checkout kann man den Poolbereich nutzen und hat auch eine Dusche zur Verfügung.

Die Innenstadt ist leider fußläufig schon eher weit entfernt, aber mit günstigen Fahrdiensten schnell und einfach erreicht. Der Meerblick ist durch die Lage nicht einwandfrei aber dennoch da.

Messze van a varosközponttól, kb 3 km séta. A fürdőszobában nagyon kényelmetlen az üveg felület. Az egész folyamatosan vízben úszott. Nem volt fürdőköntös a szobában.

The reception staffcould have been more knowledgeable in regard to local restaurants which are plentiful.

It was clean

Staff were extremely rude when asked about drinks and food at the bar. Anytime I asked for a simple drink for example strawberry daiquiri they would look at me in disgust. One individual staff member was extremely rude to us. Hotel was very noisy at night lots of chairs moving from above and people running around, the walls were very thin. No control over the thermostat in the room for air conditioning was always freezing cold. Bath wasn’t very pleasant either , bath had cracks in it and a bit dirty aswell. Pool on rooftop is extremely dirty and no food and drinks were allowed to be ordered at the pool.

C’est un très bon hôtel. Tout est propre, les lits sont impeccables et très confortables. L’accueil est professionnel et le personnel est agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé, à côté des transports en commun. Malheureusement, les transports s’arrêtent avant 23 h, ce qui peut être un inconvénient pour les sorties en soirée.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre, confortable et bien équipée. La literie était de bonne qualité et l’insonorisation satisfaisante. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est pratique, avec un accès facile au centre-ville, aux plages et aux principaux sites d’intérêt d’Alicante. Les transports en commun sont également accessibles à proximité. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, avec un choix suffisant de produits sucrés et salés. Le personnel était accueillant, attentif et professionnel.

Nous n’avons relevé aucun point négatif particulier. Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé et nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de la chambre, de l’accueil, du petit-déjeuner et de la qualité générale des services.

It is a little out the way but it's a flat and easy 20 minute walk to the old town or a very quick taxi / uber.

Nice location, good breakfast, very good staff. I am a hotel manager myself and i can confidently say the general experience was great. Apart from small issue with the aircon in the room. The night manager Joaquin dealt with it in a professional way. Very pleased.

Śniadanie pyszne, duży wybór dobrych jakościowo i uzupełnianych na bieżąco produktów. Przemili i pomocni pracownicy recepcji. Wyjątkowo duży pokój i łazienka. Na koniec zaskakujące podziękowanie za pobyt i smaczna niespodzianka.

La amabilidad del personal. El desayuno muy variado. La tranquilidad de la zona.

La limpieza del baño podría mejorar bastante. Que tuviera bañera y no ducha. Por otro parte, cenamos tres noches en el hotel y siempre llegaba la cena fría.

L’établissement est situé en plein milieu d’un énorme carrefour, avec énormément de circulation, c’est un bruit incessant même la nuit ! La vitre du balcon n’est pas assez isolée pour être aussi proche d’une route, pourtant nous étions au 5eme étage ! Dès notre arrivée c’est une dame qui nous a accueillit puis un monsieur , ce monsieur était très sympathique et a parle même français merci beaucoup ! en revanche j’ai demandé un petit service à madame , qui était donc: appeler un service pour faire une réservation dans un salon d’esthétique ! comme je ne suis pas entièrement bilingue ça m’arrangeais qu’elle puisse appeler ( j’aurais bien évidement payé quelque chose en cas de besoin, il n’y avais que nous à la réception!) elle m’a répondu sans aucune gêne: ceci est quelque chose de personnel, c’est donc à vous de le faire! Nous avons payé 540€ pour 3 nuits, cela ne vaut absolument pas le prix, mal situé et accueil à revoir !
