Das Hotel ist super! Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung und tolle Lage. Der Strand des Hotels ist auch toll, weil es dort sauber ist und nur leichte Wellen, sodass man gut schwimmen kann. Es ist ein tolles Hotel zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es als Buffet und mittags kann man vor Ort zu sehr fairen Preisen auch etwas Gutes essen.

Die Internetstabilität ist ausbaubar.

Lage, Ausstattung, Service, Personal alles prima. Zimmer, Klimaanlagen, Pool, Strand (mega) , alles sauber & ordentlich, Chillige Musikauswahl am Pool

Frühstück ist nicht wirklich schlecht, aber es passt nicht zum Preisniveau des Hotels. Im Prinzip ist alles grundlegende da, aber mehr auch nicht. Der Service wirkt überfordert sobald mehr als 10 Tische besetzt sind. Eher auf Niveau eines Kleinen Boutique Hotels als auf mehr Gäste eingestellt. Kaffee, Eier, Omlett dauern gefühlte Ewigkeiten. Die Sortierung am Buffet ist jeden Morgen anders. Einige Speisen sind merkwürdig in Kühlschränken arrangiert. Der Gästeservice bei der Abreise könnte individueller und persönlicher gestaltet werden.

Struttura molto bella in posizione ottima, fronte spiaggia, in mezzo a giardini meravigliosi molto curati, con tanti uccellini, personale super cordiale e disponibile, cibo molto buono. A disposizione ogni giorno i teli mare gratuiti. Il prezzo del soggiorno è caretto ma si sta davvero bene, noi avevamo la camera vista oceano con bel terrazzo.

Fantastic location, beautiful beach and a lovely resort overall. The hotel is quite large, but it never feels crowded, which we really appreciated. We did have an issue with the breakfast and, considering the price and standard of the hotel, there is definitely some room for improvement. However, the way the staff and management handled our feedback was excellent. By the end of our stay, we genuinely felt like friends with some of the staff, which says a lot about their hospitality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. 9/10.

Tout était au rendez-vous : un service irréprochable, une équipe professionnelle, accueillante et toujours disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était vraiment au top. Mention spéciale pour la plage de l’hôtel, absolument magnifique : sable blanc, eau turquoise et un cadre paradisiaque. 🌴🏝️ Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

L’emplacement

Un rapport qualité prix désastreux. On paye du 5 étoiles pour une qualité 3 étoiles. Impossible d’utiliser la salle de sport car il n’y a que 3-4 machines pour l’ensemble des clients. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Il faut remettre le code du wifi plusieurs fois par jour. La salle de bain n’était pas climatisée et les équipements y sont de qualité très moyenne. Il n’y a rien de catastrophique dans cet hôtel mais le prix est totalement décalé avec le niveau de service. J’ai séjourné dans 4 hôtels différents durant mon séjour aux Seychelles et c’était de très loin le moins bien et quasiment le plus cher. Très déçu de ce choix. Il faudrait diviser le prix par deux pour avoir un rapport qualité prix acceptable

The reception experience was horrible, and both the check-in and check-out experiences were very disappointing. When we arrived, the woman at the reception did not even greet us or say hello. She also did not return our passports until we specifically asked for them. She had simply left them underneath her paperwork, which was very concerning. When she gave us the room key, she played a loud recording on her phone of “Allahu Akbar,” an Islamic prayer. As Jewish guests, we found this inappropriate and uncomfortable, particularly given the context in which it was played. The Asian male colleague who was also present during check-in and later handled our check-out was equally unfriendly. I said hello to him several times, but he repeatedly ignored me and did not respond. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, he is not suited to a customer-facing position. Overall, the reception staff were not welcoming or professional, and this significantly affected our experience at the hotel. I also find it unacceptable that the hotel does not provide even basic drinking water with dinner. Having to pay separately for every drink, including water, is disappointing and, in my opinion, inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. The room-cleaning service was also disappointing. On one occasion, we noticed that the towels we had used appeared to have simply been folded and placed back as though they were clean, rather than being replaced with fresh towels. This made us question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel.

Wir haben uns im Acajou sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön gestaltet — der Pool-Bereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Strand direkt davor hat uns überzeugt: feiner Sand, ruhiges Wasser, gut zum Baden. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig.

Unser Zimmer lag leider zur Straßenseite und war dadurch deutlich weiter vom Strand entfernt als erhofft. Wer empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert oder nah am Wasser sein möchte, sollte bei der Buchung gezielt nach der Zimmerlage fragen — Das Restaurant ist solide, aber nicht der Grund zum Herkommen.

Joli établissement de part ses équipements et son environnement avec un accès direct à la plage

Plusieurs détails nous on déranger Premièrement lors de notre départ pour le Check out nous avons été assisté par Jérôme qui n’a pas été digne d’un établissement 4 étoiles, aucun échange à part un encaissement sans dialogue En ce qui concerne le repas on nous guide vers un buffet sans nous informer du tarif qui est excessif Ensuite nous avons réalisé un massage en duo, nous avions demander un massage relaxant à la direction mais aucune information n’a été transmis au masseur qui ont décidé eux mêmes d’un massage type « thaï » ce qui m’a engendré des douleurs pendant plusieurs jours. J’ai signalé m’ont mécontentement et aucun geste commerciale n’a été évoqué De ce fait je suis assez déçu du relationnelle avec le client par rapport au type de chambre réservé durant ce séjour

O resort em si ( muito bonito), a praia “do resort”, o bar da piscina (cozinha muito boa), a localização é top

O Wi-Fi tinha que se ligar quase sempre com voucher login cada vez que retomávamos ao hotel ( devia ficar ficar fixa e ligar automaticamente). O pequeno almoço era bastante bom mas podia ter iogurte grego com granola, e melhor pão ( para quem é português ☺️)

Breakfast menu can be improved. Its fixed everyday. Some variety should be included.

The cottage styled rooms are a delight. They are spacious and feels welcoming. The balcony area facing the garden or sea are a delight have a nice cup of coffee or drinks with your loved ones. The location of the beach was great too. A special mention to JAY, he is delight every time you walk in to have breakfast or other meals.

The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger. Logging in every time one steps out is a bit of an annoyance.

Hotelul este amplasat pe plajă mare cu nisip alb și fin, are o grădină foarte frumos amenajată, curățenia este la superlativ, personalul foarte amabil și drăguț, mâncarea foarte bună și diversificată.

The beach was pristine with no sargassum at all, and the staff were absolutely incredible.

The only minor downside is that the lower-level rooms can be quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on a higher floor.

Очень хорошие удобные номера. Замечательный внимательный персонал. Наличие шезлонгов на пляже. Вкусно приготовленные блюда на ужин. Есть неплохой бассейн с зоной отдыха вокруг и возможностью перекусить и что-либо выпить. Хорошая атмосфера на территории отеля.

Сам пляж хороший с удобным заходом в воду, но после дождя лучше не купаться в океане, так как недалеко от пляжа есть сток воды с гор прямо в океан, и вода на пляже становится очень грязной. Наличие мошек санфлай на территории отеля и на пляже.

Every single person that works there is so kind! They make you feel so welcome. And a huge shoutout to the restaurant crew for how lovely (and patient) they were with our 2 yo! Other than great service you will find: - spacious, comfortable and very well cleaned rooms - amazing gardens - Côte d’Or beach out of your door (with sun beds) - swimming pool - fantastic dinner - free parking

Maybe the should consider variating at least a little bit the breakfast buffet, like they do with the dinner one… And for the love of God give me a WiFi password that works for the whole stay not a voucher that requires to re log in randomly every day at the worst possible times :)

Good staff

Lovely boutique hotel, very quiet as decentralised from the village but within walking distance. Very accessible for senior people as well as families due to connecting rooms available and a long flat beach.. The rooms are big with nice balcony. The hotel and the rooms are extremely clean. The staff has been very accommodating and friendly, offering early check in and late check out, which was extremely appreciated.

The bed was a little too soft and the pool is not the best for seniors - no handle and a huge 50cm steps to reach the pool.

Beautiful beach, maybe the best one if you like to swim in the ocean rather then in pool, was so much fun to dive into waves with my son. Its a beautiful hotel where you can find anything you need. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious food and breakfast, comfy rooms. We loved it.

Location- on a beautiful beach

This property is advertised and priced as a 4-star resort, but in reality it is maximum a 3-star hotel due to outdated facilities and poor maintenance. Room: The room was only partially renovated. The bathroom was very old, with worn fixtures and heavy limescale. The door had large gaps between the frame and the door, and during rain it felt uncomfortable and insecure – far from a 4-star standard. Restaurant & common areas: There is only one restaurant, located in the same small space with reception and bar. The area is dark, unrenovated and far from the beach. Only the bar corner looked slightly updated; the rest was old and unattractive, more like a budget hotel. Food: Very limited choice, poor quality and almost no variety. At breakfast we had practically nothing to eat except omelette, completely unacceptable for this price level. Gardens & pool: The “gardens” are just a small neglected courtyard with burnt grass and plants in pots, nothing close to Seychelles vegetation. The pool is small and has no ocean view, only a hedge and an unused paved area in front. Pool bar: Old, dirty tables near the pool and it was never open during the hours we were there. Staff: After we complained and requested to leave, the attitude became unfriendly and no solution was offered. For around 600 EUR per night, these conditions are absolutely unjustified. We decided to leave after 2 nights, losing the rest of the stay because the hotel refused any assistance. Fortunately, Booking.com handled the situation professionally and compensated us partially – 10/10 for Booking. Conclusion: This property is seriously overpriced and does not meet a 4-star standard. I recommend travelers to carefully consider other options in Praslin.

Salle de sport un peu petite

Abbiamo adorato soggiornare qui, tutto lo staff e’ super gentile, il resort dal vivo e’ ancora piu’ bello che in foto. La spiaggia e’ stupenda e paradisiaca, le camere molto belle e spaziose. Sulla piscina sono super gentili ed e’ tranquillissima, kuruppu e’ stato il nostro migliore amico per il soggiorno 😊 era super attento e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Se dovessi ritornare a praslin sicuramente ritornerei qui ad occhi chiusi. Hanno anche dato il mio nome ad un drink🤣 se andate prendete il Sara cocktail e non ve ne pentirete , è stra buono.

The resort is really like the paradise. The whole team is sper friendly, they are absolute professionals, the cuisine is amazing. The rooms are spceous and the location is superb.

Direkt am Strand Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Durften am letzten Tag sogar noch bis zur Abreise um 19 Uhr im Hotelzimmer bleiben, obwohl der Check out bereits am Vormittag gewesen wäre!

Le calme, l'hôtel est magnifique en bord d'une superbe plage,les chambres au top, le buffet varié et joliment présenté, le personnel est compétent et tellement gentil! Quand il pleut les salons communs et les terrasses des chambres sont bien abrités! Le restaurant vue mer au bord de la très belle piscine est super. Les soirées musicales très sympathiques. Très bien situé. Parfait!

Certains plats en sauce où les viandes étaient un peu dures. C'est vraiment pour chipoter!

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft, eine sehr schöne Bucht und sehr gut zum schwimmen und spazieren. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, meine Frau hat sogar ein Rezept mitbekommen vom Koch. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert.

Die Bar am Strand hätte abends länger geöffnet haben können, um noch am Meer zu sitzen.

We were right on the beach and everything was super clean and nice. Our honeymoon couldn’t have been better. The staff were really nice, especially Indika and Victor. We had a really pleasant stay there.
