Cote d'Or Footprints

Beautiful location right on Côte d’Or beach, with a peaceful tropical atmosphere. The property is surrounded by greenery and has a lovely pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and what a joy it was! Annia is incredible at what she does, gave us the warmest welcome and led us to our villa and shared her WhatsApp with us for any questions or needs we may have had. The views are stunning, the beach was literally footsteps, or should I say, footprints away from our private pool, it was spacious and clean, with working AC, and had everything we needed, including umbrellas for the 1 rainy day we had. To top it off the cleaning service everyday (indoors and outdoors) was really appreciated, and our villa came with a welcome basket and daily bottles of water. 5-15 minutes walk are grocery stores, restaurants, bars - along the stretch of Cote d'Or. Annia was also so helpful in providing recommendations and booking taxis and a rental car when needed - she took a lot of the mental load off us so we could simply relax and enjoy paradise. Thank you Annia, for all that you do. If we are ever back in Praslin, we will stay here again - highly recommend!

Ganz tolle Gastgeberin mit hilfreichen Tipps für die Insel, sehr saubere und komfortables Bungalow, schöne überdachte Terrasse, funktionierendes WLAN. Alles super, wir kommen wieder!

Leider ist die Straße zur Unterkunft fast unbeluchtet im Dunkel und daher ein wenig gefährlich als Fußgänger aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts für... :)

Our stay at Côte d’Or Footprints on Praslin was truly unforgettable. Our charming little chalet was absolutely fantastic—beautifully designed, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. The location is simply breathtaking, with the stunning Côte d’Or Beach just steps away. Waking up to such a beautiful setting every morning was a real privilege. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind that we immediately felt at home. Their hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like part of the family. And they responded really quickly to every request. We appreciated every single minute of our stay and honestly wished we could have stayed much longer. We hope to return some day soon.

The proximity to the beach and the center was amazing. However be careful in the beach as it is full of stingrays hidden under the sand, and their sting is extremely painful. You can’t see them which is a real danger. Thank you to the manager for warning us about them. Watch your step

Tout était parfait, la villa est sur la plus belle plage de Praslin. Le cadre est sublime, une vue à couper le souffle. Le logement était très bien aménagé, très propre. Annia, notre hôte, était très gentille et nous a fait beaucoup de belles attentions pour notre lune de miel. Nous avons tellement aimé notre logement, c’était notre préféré de tous les Seychelles.

Although laundry service was available (not free), there was no washing machine. This was the only drawback for us given we stayed there with kids and for several days.

Neskutočné ubytovanie! Vrelo odporúčam každému kto sa chystá na Seychelly a chce mať jedinečný zážitok. Ubytovanie bolo čisté a voňavé, každý deň nám prišla pani upratať a vymeniť uteráky. Chatky sa nachádzajú takmer na pláži, stačí len pár krokov a ste na jednej z najkrajších pláži Cote d’Or. zadarmo vám požičajú kajaky, paddleboardy a Annie je neskutočne nápomocná. Pri príchode nám dala skvele typy čo navštíviť a kam dá vybrať na výlet. V pešej dostupnosti asi 6 minút je Leo food bus, kúsok ďalej La Mer Pizzeria kde sa viete za lacno najesť a supermarket kfe si kúpite všetko potrebné čo vám zachyba. S manželom sme tu oslávili 2 výročie svadby a nemohli sme si lepšie vybrať.

Tutto perfetto. La villetta era spaziosa e pulita, il personale disponibile e gentilissimo, la piscina sempre utilizzabile e molto pulita. Contesto tranquillo a due passi dalla spiaggia. Kayak disponibili gratuitamente.

Die Nähe zum Meer, due Kajaks, der wunderschöne angelegte Garten, die Ruhe, es war wie im Paradies einfach traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns einen Ausflug organisiert, wir sind d an der Unterkunft abgeholt worden. Wirklich eine 11/10.

Die Anlage war super! Alles sehr schön angelegt! Kleiner Pool ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten Haus Nr.1 mit privaten Pool. Der Pool war nice to have, aber die Lage war einmalig. Wir haben so oft wie möglich Zeit auf unserer überdachten Terrasse verbracht. Schattig bei sengender Sonne und geschützt bei Regentagen! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Das wir irgendwann abreisen mussten!

Die Lage direkt am Strand, die sehr gute Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die sehr herzliche Gastgeberin.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und liegt direkt am Strand. Unsere Villa war geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch der Pool war gut mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet, so dass wir ihn zwischendurch gern genutzt haben. Besonders gut hat uns der sehr freundliche Empfang von Annia gefallen. Annia ist sehr herzlich und war jederzeit für uns da. Sie hat uns auch eine Bootsfahrt auf die Insel Curieuse gebucht, sehr empfehlenswert und uns für einen Besuch der Anse Georgette angemeldet, wunderschön. Wir hatten uns ein Auto gemietet, aber fußläufig ist der Ortskern schnell erreichbar. Hier haben wir auch gern den Leos Take away besucht. Er ist günstig und gut. Bei Reggae Klängen kann man hier auch Cocktails genießen. Wir können Footprint auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Vielen Dank, liebe Annia!

Very good location - right on the beautiful beach and a few minutes by walk from markets, restaurants, takeaways… Apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and has a very nice terrace. Owner was very helpful to us and contacted us before our arrival with all informations.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Mention spéciale à notre hôte, en panne de Clim signalé le matin, surclassé avant midi ( bungalow supérieur avec piscine. Remerciement pour l’aide à la location de voiture sur place. Très bon séjour au bord de la plage sublime de Praslin de loin la plus belle de l’île pourtant bien fournie en matière de plage.

Question inutile. Tout était parfait. Petit regret de retrouver l’anse Lazio bétonnée, avec parking payant!!!

Super freundlicher Empfang und Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns total willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Tolle und hilfreiche Informationen von der Managerin gleich zu Anfang erhalten und jederzeit bei Fragen für uns da gewesen. Herrliche Lage, der Bungalow mit eigenem Pool auf der Terrasse war ein Träumchen. An Ausstattung war alles da was man braucht! Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Obst und Snackkorb mit einer Flasche Rotwein - whowww....und zusätzlich haben wir noch eine wertige Strandtasche mit dem Logo der Unterkunft erhalten ! HIER wird GASTFREUNDSCHAFT gelebt und ganz gross geschrieben!!

Super Lage, man kann im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels ohne Straße direkt an den Strand. Der Garten und die Poollandschaft sind echt gut. Auch war die Hotelmanagerin sehr entgegenkommen da wir länger bleiben wollten am Abreisetag. Die Sauberkeit ist für die Sychellen auf einem gutem Level. Die Küchenausstattung passt und ist umfangreicher als in anderen Apartments auf den Sychellen.

Das Bett ist hart (Geschmackssache). Leider ist die Klimaanlage nur im Schlafzimmer und deutlich zu schwach um auch Bad und das Wohnzimmer runter zu kühlen. Die Dusche neigt etwas zu Überschwemmungen aber das kann man mit gezielten positionieren und nicht zu starke aufdrehen vermeiden. Am Wochenende ist leider keine Reinigung daher Handtücher entsprechend einteilen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Annia empfangen, welche uns sehr viele Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Nähe gab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in wenigen Fussmimuten erreichbar. Es gibt einen täglichen Reinigungsservice. Toplage am Meer. Unser Highlight war ein Ausflug zu den Wassaerschildkröten ( Kontakt wurde uns von Annia vermittelt) Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, sogar eine Nespressomaschine vorhanden.

Pfannen und Toaster haben die besten Jahre hinter sich

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, qu’il est agréable d’avoir son logement individuel a 2 minutes de la plage. Annia la propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une prévenance exemplaire, elle nous a donné des adresses et des conseils pour notre séjour et était aux petits soins. Le logement est calme et spacieux, tout équipé pour se faire à manger à la maison. La climatisation n’est que dans la chambre mais cela suffit.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Cote d’Or Footprints. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée et très confortable. La petite terrasse face au jardin et à la mer était un vrai plus : nous aimions y dîner le soir avec nos plats à emporter. Le personnel était toujours accueillant et souriant. Un grand merci à Annia, disponible et à l’écoute, qui nous a donné de précieux conseils et informations locales pour agrémenter notre séjour. La plage, située juste à côté, est superbe et rend l’endroit encore plus agréable. Rien à redire, tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

We loved our stay at Footprints! We had a beautiful 2 bedroom beachfront villa that was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Housekeeping was friendly and professional and the manager Annia was absolutely wonderful. The beach directly in front of the property was the best in the area, we really enjoyed swimming in the sea every morning. Overall a fantastic stay, we wished we had stayed for longer!

The property is wonderful in every way! The only problem we had was with the sandflies on the beach, coconut oil on top of our sunscreen and the locally bought mosquito repellent Peaceful Sleep helped a lot.

bellissima struttura, villa super e ben attrezzata e soprattutto personale ottimo che ringraziamo per la grande disponibilità. posizione sulla spiaggia ottima per grandi passeggiate e struttura vicinissima (5 minuti a piedi) da ottimi ristoranti, supermarket, boat service per andare alla bella isola di fronte(consigliato) e a pochi minuti dal porto. si consiglia noleggiare la macchina per vedere tutta Praslin dove si trovano spiagge fantastiche.

niente che riguarda la struttura ma la nostra scelta del periodo stagionale, da tornarci in primavera/estate per goderci anche la spiaggia e il mare di fronte

Great location! Right at the beach. Very nice villa with everything you need. Very well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets, fruit stalls, fresh fish and many different restaurants are 5-10 min walk away.

Cote d’Or Footprints is a perfect beachfront stay on Praslin. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The private pool and direct access to the beautiful Cote d’Or beach made our stay unforgettable. The area is quiet, relaxing, and still close to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and great atmosphere — highly recommended.

I highly recommend buying mattress pads for your bed. The mattresses are hard, and not everyone likes that. ;)

Lage super, Anja von der Rezeption, die die Anlage verwaltet war sehr freundlich. Sie gab gute Tips für die Reise und organisierte 2 x einen Mietwagen. Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage in Cote d'Or Footprints. Auch der Ausflug zu den Schildkröten, den wir über die Unterkunft gebucht hatten war schön und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Meer ist traumhaft.

Tolle Lage am Meer mit direktem Strandzugang. SUPs und Kajaks standen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Superbe ! La Baie de Volvere est magnifique. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et aidant, le logement est spacieux, la terrasse face à la végétation est reposante. 🤩

Domek z własnym basenem to super wybór. Mimo że obiekt posiada wspólny basen. Widok z tarasu niesamowity. Plaża z piaskiem jak mąka. Niedaleko do sklepów czy jedzenie - pieszo kilka minut. To samo do przystanku autobusowego. Miejsce idealne.

Das Apartment war sehr groß und äußerst komfortabel. Der Strand sehr schön. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar Lokale und Supermärkte .... Auch ein Food-Truck ist in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es war bereits unser zweiter Besuch im Cote d'Or Footprints und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Hier passt einfach alles und wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Super séjour dans un grand chalet très bien équipé avec une terrasse qui donne sur le jardin et la piscine. La plage "côte d'or" au bout du jardin ! Toutes les commodités à côté et Ania la gérante est très arrangeante. Un grand merci pour ce séjour

Super hilfsbereite Eigentümerin. Hat uns geholfen einen Mietwagen zu organisieren als online bereits alles ausgebucht war. Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Schöner Strand direkt vor der Haustür

Duschgel/Shampoo wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Sollte in dieser Preiskategorie selbstverständlich sein.

Die Lage ist perfekt am Strand und Restaurants bzw. Minimarkets sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll gepflegt - ein wunderschöner tropischer Garten mit vielen Blumen, Schmetterlingen und Vögeln. Das großzügige Apartment selber bietet von der Küchenrolle bis zum Regenschirm alle Kleinigkeiten für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Das Cote d’Or Footprints war für uns ein kleines Paradies auf Praslin! Die charmanten Villen sind sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man für eine entspannte Zeit braucht. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand und ist wunderschön gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die persönliche und überaus herzliche Betreuung – man spürt, dass hier mit ganz viel Liebe gearbeitet wird. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

It was amazing stay. It is located just next to the most beautiful beach on Praslin - Anse Volbert. The cottages are very clean, comfortable and spacious. They have all equipment you need - kitchen service, iron, beach towels, cosmetics in the bathroom. The area is peaceful and calm.

Everything was perfect!

Die Appartments haben alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt und es ist auch die Küche super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, denn auch ohne Auto würde man alles notwendige fußläufig erreichen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin Annia ist einfach spitze!!! Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war auch außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten erreichbar.

The little villa was right on the beach, which was usually almost empty. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We had a private terrace to sit in the evenings, drink wine and watch the wildlife without being disturbed or disturbing our neighbours.

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche im Côte d‘or footprints. Von Annia wurden wir herzlichst empfangen. Wir hatten als Familie das Haus 10, mit direktem Strandzugang, Meerblick, Meeresrauschen. Traumhaft! Das Personal war auch sehr nett, tiptop geputzt. Leo‘s Foodtrack für Take away sehr gut und nicht weit entfernt. Man konnte herrlich am Strand langlaufen, schwimmen und auch abends problemlos langlaufen. Die Anlage ist ruhig und auch von den anderen Häusern bekommt man nichts mit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Bus kommt man überall sehr gut hin. Supermarkt und Geldautomat in Laufnähe.

Un grand merci à Annia pour son accueil chaleureux. Elle nous a bien indiqué les centres d intérêt sur l’île , et nous a même réservé l’excursion pour aller sur l’île curieuse, et appeler le golf pour accéder à anse Georgette ! Maison très propre, spacieuse , grand confort, nous y retournions même qq midis pour manger notre take away. Complexe très bien entretenu, très bien situé, en face de la plage, à proximité des restos. Piscine et kayaks sont un vrai plus!! Je recommande à 100%

We verbleven in een mooi huisje met twee verdiepingen en twee slaapkamers. Het zwembad was niet echt groot maar wel fijn en de ligging vlak aan het strand was geweldig. Ania, de fantastische host, heeft ons uitbgebreid ingelicht over bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, en dergelijke. Een absolute aanrader!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect – the villa was very clean, with daily housekeeping. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist. The location is fantastic, just a short walk (2min:)) to the beach and with a variety of delicious takeaway options nearby. Highly recommend :) !

La posizione è fantastica 2 minuti a piedi dal mare 5 minuti a piedi dal piccolo centro abitato dove c'è tutto (market e ristoranti). Mare davanti alla struttura stupendo

Migliorerei solo la qualità degli asciugamani alcuni un po' ruvidi, ma non incidono sulla qualità del soggiorno

Naprosto úžasné luxusní ubytování, které nemělo chybu a splnilo všechna naše očekávání.Přímo na pláži, blízko do menšího centra s možností nákupů potravin i suvenýrů, blízko autobusové zastávky.Nedaleko je i pekárna, kde jsme denně kupovali čerstvé pečivo k snídani. Úklid a výměna ručníků denně, a to v top kvalitě, uklizena byla vždy i kuchyňka, což nebývá obvyklé. Ihned po příjezdu nám paní Annia podala podrobný výklad, co kde doporučuje navštívit, vyznačila na mapě a poradila i se stažením aplikace na autobusy.

Snad jen drobnost- při týdenním pobytu bych uvítala doplnění mýdla a šamponu, dostali jsme jen jednu malou lahvičku.
