El personal super agradable y atento a cualquier requerimiento. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una excursión contratada y se deshicieron por solucionar el asunto. El hotel es magnífico con unas habitaciones super bonitas y confortables. Lucho en el desayuno un crack de persona. Todo genial.

De sfeer, locatie en personeel alles klopt. Elk detail. Heel schoon, niks kapot Erg goed onderhouden... Heel rustig. Omgeving met mooie bomen, vlinders en zelfs eekhoorntjes gezien.

El año pasado estuvimos en este hotel y la experiencia fue espectacular por eso hemos repetido este año. Nos encanta el hotel, la limpieza el desayuno pero lo que más destaco es la atención del personal , son encantadores y serviciales. En especial destacaría a Alex cada mañana nos recibía con una gran sonrisa , es muy atento y siempre está disponible para todo lo que necesites . Repetiremos una y mil veces más.

El servicio fue de 10, especialmente Lucho en el desayuno que hablaba español y se preocupaba por nuestros planes del día y de que era lo que queríamos en todo momento.

La única pega que me pondría es que contratamos un servicio de un tour a las phiphi desde el hotel el de la recepción nos dijo que sería de unas 10 personas máximo y fuimos bastantes más. De haberlo sabido seguramente lo hubiera contratado en otro sitio.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt äußerst angenehm und hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage des Hotels, von der aus viele wichtige Orte bequem zu erreichen sind. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich dabei: Shine, Hakim, New, Pol, HK, die durch ihre herzliche und professionelle Art wesentlich zu meinem positiven Aufenthalt beigetragen haben. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den ich jederzeit gerne wiederholen würde. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und komme nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder!

Très bel hôtel et très belle chambre au style moderne, décoré avec bcp de goût. Il est au coeur d'un joli jardin verdoyant, où nous avons eu la chance d’obderver de magnifiques singes. La piscine est très agréable et parfaite pour se détendre. TOUS le personnel de l'hotel est incroyablement gentil et avenant. Une mention spéciale au staff du petit-déjeuner, qui travaille chaque matin avec beaucoup d’attention pour que tout se déroule parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner est d’ailleurs aussi succulent que varié, un vrai plaisir chaque matin ! Un grand merci à Shine et Lucho pour leur sympathie et gentillesse. Proximité directe au le centre de Ao Nang ; à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Très belle expérience.

Les travaux en cours qui causent quelques nuisances. La vue depuis notre balcon qui donne sur l'arrière du batiment et donc sur le night market.

A szálláshely elhelyezkedése kiváló, a szoba tiszta, a reggeli nagyon finom, a személyzet nagyon kedves!

A tartózkodásunk alatt kisebb felújítás zajlott, ami miatt a konditerem nem volt használható. Az alternatívaként felajánlott terem (a szomszéd szállodában) nagyon kicsi volt, kevés géppel, inkább nem mentünk át. A felújításról értesíthettek volna előzetesen, hogy a foglaláskor ezt mérlegelhessük (zaj, egyéb korlátozások).

Un véritable écrin de verdure. Écureuils, singes, oiseaux & papillons… cascades et jets d’eau, bassin avec des poissons chats. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Tout le confort avec smart TV (avec YouTube etc…)

Si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer, sachez qu’il faut un peu marcher pour atteindre les chambres du fond.

La amabilidad del personal. A destacar Nai, Kik, So y el encantador Lucho que hablaba un perfecto castellano.

I booked a premium room, it was amazing, all amenities in the room for a pleasant stay,, the hotel itself was lovely, the staff to me were excellent and very accommodating,the grounds were beautifully landscaped,, the breakfast dining area was nice and the breakfast menu varied each day which offered an alternative selection of dishes, all in all I wished I stayed longer, I highly recommend Pakasai Resort for your next visit to Ao Nang,

Me encantó todo. Las instalaciones son una pasada, pero el personal es inmejorable. El desayuno es increíble, y Lucho, el camarero, aún más. Estuvimos una semana y nos recibía cada mañana con un abrazo y preparándonos nuestro zumo de naranja recién exprimido. Es la alegría del Pakasai, decía que somos sus hijas de España. Parte de nosotras se queda en el Pakasai.

Nous avons adoré son coté en plein milieu de la nature, nous avons même pu y voir des singes ! Le personnel est chaleureux et a l’écoute et les équipements sont de très bonne qualité.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la hospitalidad del personal. Mención especial para Lucho. Si eres español sabrás quién es rápidamente! Las instalaciones increíbles y la habitación muy bien. Desayuno completísimo y ubicación perfecta en Ao Nang.

המלון במיקום מצויין, קרוב להכל. המלון בנוי מכנה מבנים שנמצאים בין עצים ממש כמו ג׳ונגל. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה, מוגשת במקום יפיהפה- אגם קטן עם מזרקה, צמחייה ובעלי חיים נדירים שבאים לבקר. החדרים נוחים ומפנקים. הצוות מדהים! נענה לכל בקשה.

عدم وجود مصعد الدرج متعب قليلاً او بالاصح يجب الحذر لكن لابأس اذا كنت في الدور الاول او الثاني

Schoon, goede ligging, beste ontbijt ever, Vriendelijk personeel.

Er werd verbouwd waardoor je voor de gym naar een andere plek moest. Was allemaal goed geregeld, maar niet erg handig. Ach, zulke dingen horen erbij en moeten ook gebeuren om bij de tijd te blijven.

The gardens are so beautiful and very well maintained! The bed and pillows: so comfortable! Gaia restaurant: live music and great selection in the menu, everything super tasty ( chicken satay, mackral carpacio, grilled octopus) Lovely set-up for breakfast by the small pound, loved the fruit selection ( they had lyche). 1 min walk from night market, 7 eleven across the road, restaurants all around.

I stayed for two weeks at Pakasai and was generally very happy with the hotel. The room was large, clean, and had the expected mod cons. The staff are very friendly - a big shout out to the team covering breakfast - and did everything to resolve issues and help make the stay enjoyable. The pool (salt water) area is relaxing and an added bonus - esp. if attending muay thai classes at the nearby Khun Suek gym - were the daily ice baths put on each afternoon. Pakasai is in a convenient location, with a leisurely 10 min stroll to the beach area.

The was some noise from renovation work in the hotel during the day, but because I was out the majority of time it did not really impact me. I understand this is temporary as the hotel is being prepared for high season. The only annoying issue was that the bathroom toilet got blocked several times but which was addressed speedily by the amazing staff each time.

Everything! Gorgeous resort in a great location and the staff were amazing. Room was stunning and the views from the pool were amazing. Loved it a lot and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel grounds have a beautiful relax Thai vibe! Breakfast is set in a beautiful garden style restaurant looking over a water fountain, great start to the day! The breakfast presented different dish variations per day. The room was very comfortable, and the balcony area was lovely!

Every deck chair and pillow around the pool area were visibly mouldy. Really took away from the relaxing pool setting. We tended to go for a dip then leave. I’m sure if staff tended to the maintenance and cleaned the deck chairs, more people would take advantage of the area and use the bar located near the pool too.

The hotel grounds well maintained and attracting wildlife / Dusty Leaf Monkeys. Very pleasant Restuarant and Bar area. Rooms very clean, with excellent bathroom facilities. Great and friendly staff.

Just an option for black instant coffee or blact tea in the room. At the time of stay, building work was ongoing, appreciate much was being done to minimise disruption, but it does the spoil the peaceful / natural atmosphere of the hotel grounds.

No elevator (at least not that we saw one). Room very noisy due to late night music from the restaurant/bar, but we were tired so could sleep through it

Hotel management & reception could do better. There is an absence of customer focus. It’s all about the hotel. Guests are just something that stay there. The hotel is also Undergoing extensive building work. Oh, and how can I forget our room - the honeymoon suite - which is just a larger room. It’s all about the ambience - of which there was none in the Honeymoon suite. No nicely shaped towels - a flower or scattered rose petals. It’s all about the romance!! Why else book a ‘honeymoon’ suite. Then there’s the pool towels arrangements………..

Lovedw our stay at Pakasai! Right in the middle of tourist central of Ao Nang, yet felt quiet and secluded! Within walking distance of beach, restaurants tourist shopping, excursions. Beautiful pool, beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, nice linens. Pakasai even stored our luggage for us for a couple days while we went on a 2 night trip to Railay Great Resort. Our host Lucho and the breakfast buffet is outstanding! Lucho, head of the breakfast dining was so wonderful! So kind, very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we wanted or needed! He shared wonderful stories and we really enjoyed interacting with him! Lucho truly made us feel so welcome and special! Our stay would not have been so wonderful without Lucho! The food was wonderful too! Huge variety of international cuisine! Loved it!

The pool was not cool enough to cool you down, also, guests would get up early to hold shaded lounge chairs to occupy and then never use them🫤

We really enjoyed our stay at Pakasai Resort. The location is excellent, close to everything yet still very peaceful. We loved that it’s an eco-friendly hotel, and the atmosphere feels like a jungle in the middle of the city, which makes it very unique and relaxing. The breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. Also, the bed was amazing—very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep.

One aspect we didn’t particularly like was that the room was not cleaned every day. While we understand and appreciate the hotel’s eco-friendly approach, we would have preferred more consistent housekeeping during our stay.

The pool area was nice. The breakfast was good. They had a good spread of food and adequate for breakfast. We also liked the hotel has plenty of trees and occasionally had some monkeys on the trees. The location was also perfect.

We didn't like the initial room we booked. We were assigned to a room that has trash bins as a view. I don't think this is ever appropriate for a resort to have rooms facing trash bins! We were then forced to upgrade our room (with additional costs). We got to our upgraded room and we were met with construction outside our balcony every single day for 7 days. So, we were constantly bombarded with noise of drills and hammering for a week

The many steps but not that bad honestly!

Some parts of the resort need an upgrade particularly the spa and the location and condition of the swimming pool toilets are not great. Too many steps to some of the resort rooms. Swimming pool not deep enough and too warm.

Magnifique hôtel, emplacement 10/10 +++ Vous êtes à 8 minutes de la plage et à une minute du centre ville. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied c’est génial. Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont incroyables et très verdoyants. Singes, arbres, eau et surtout le calme. La piscine est magnifique mais pourrait être un peu plus fraîche. Petit déjeuner très bon. Restaurant très bon aussi. Le personnel est adorable. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de frais. La douche sans pommeau n’est pas top.

Bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres dans un grand jardin. Mais attention, pas adapté pour personne à mobilité réduite, beaucoup de marches. La piscine mériterait un grand nettoyage. Nous avons bien mangé dans le restaurant et le buffet du petit déjeuner était incroyable.

Les chambres du bâtiment principal sont sur la route très bruyante, nous avons demandé à être déplacés contre un supplément.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, noch schöner wäre nur der Strand. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Großer Balkon mit Badewanne. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, eines der Besten in unerer Reise!

Der Pool bräuchte mehr Schatten und größere Sonnenschirme, ansonsten ist er sauber und schön.

Il y avait l’odeur des égouts dans ma première chambre ( on a dû me changer de chambre ) également J’avais prévenu d’un départ très tôt pour l’aéroport et on m’avait dit d’un breakfast box sera préparé mais le jour du départ , apparemment je n’étais pas inscrite et aucune solution n’a été proposée…dommage

Fantastic setting, great rooms, walking distance to beaches and restaurants, lovely pool area, amazing breakfast! GAIA restaurant did fantastic food as well.

Erg luxueus, aangenaam zwembad, vriendelijk personeel, verzorgde kamers, goeie service (uitstappen, taxi naar luchthaven). We moesten om 6u ‘s morgens reeds vertrekken naar de luchthaven en er werd spontaan aangeboden om een ontbijtpakket mee te geven.

Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und konnte uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen weiterhelfen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant waren sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Dabei konnten wir den Ausblick auf die schöne Hotel Anlage genießen, die sich wie ein kleines Paradies angefühlt hat. Abends wurde im Hotel eigenen Restaurant Live Musik gespielt, was zu einer romantischen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, geräumig und boten genug Stauraum, um unser Gespäck ordentlich zu verstauen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würde sofort wiederkommen.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist für uns die Toilette, die sich nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Zimmer abgrenzen ließ wir dies in einem romantischen Urlaub zu zweit nicht ganz passend fanden. Die hat diesem wunderschönen Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich keinen Abbruch getan.

The food was great, many breakfast options. Service was superb the staff are genuinely helpful and kind. We saw cute monkeys. The swimming pool was lovely.

We hoped the balcony would be private like in the pictures but this was not the case unfortunately. If you don't like lizards, frogs, and insects I would be careful because getting to our hotel room was quite a walk into "nature" and at night that was a bit scary.

Love Paskasai 3rd year staying there. Staff is great and most helpful. So enjoyed Lucho and breakfast time very helpful and quite funny. Shine did a good job too. Cream at front desk was also very good.

Amazing resort that feels peaceful, green, and welcoming amidst the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Exceptionally kind staff, lovely clean and spacious rooms, and an amazing and relaxing pool with a tiny sea view that feels quiet.

Very good location. The restaurant “Gaia” is super delicious for a fancy dinner. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Beginnen wir mit dem einzig negativen: das Hotel ist so schön und es gibt so viel zu entdecken, dass man viel Zeit in der Anlage verbringt, statt die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Vielzahl verschiedener Pflanzen und Tiere ist wahnsinnig beeindruckend, alles ist super sauber und gepflegt, die Menschen sind unheimlich nett und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen.

Najpiękniejsza jest tam natura, która otacza wszystkie części hotelu. Pokoje bardzo klimatyczne, fajny basen. No i oczywiście małpki, które psocą też dodają atrakcji. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, sprzątanie codziennie bez konieczności zgłaszania.

Opcja prysznica w łazience bez tradycyjnej słuchawki bardzo utrudnia mycie bez konieczności zmoczenia włosów. W szufladach maleńkie robaczki wyglądające jak kasza manna.

O hotel está inserido na natureza, permitindo observar diversos animais, como macacos, lagartos, entre outros. O pequeno-almoço é bom e os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Excelente localização, perto da praia de Ao Nang, com fácil acesso a barcos para explorar outras praias, como Railay Beach. Fica a cerca de 10 minutos de carro de Krabi e a apenas 5 minutos do porto de Ao Nang. Está também próximo do mercado noturno e rodeado por várias lojas e restaurantes. O pequeno-almoço é bom e os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

O serviço de housekeeping falhou em algumas ocasiões. A logística relacionada com as toalhas de praia/piscina também não é muito funcional. Se as toalhas só podem ser trocadas pelo housekeeping durante o dia, torna-se difícil ter toalhas limpas quando precisamos delas precisamente durante o dia para ir à praia ou à piscina. Isso acaba por nos obrigar a ligar para a receção e pedir que enviem alguém ao quarto para fazer a troca, o que não é muito prático.

Super relaxed stay at the Pakasai Resort We had a free upgrade to a bigger room. The resort is very nice and everyone is super friendly. Located close to the beach, markets and entertainment. And the bed was fantastic; we’re quite tall.
